“I can’t recommend Maria enough! She provided exceptional and extremely compassionate care for our dog, Pluto, who boarded with Maria and her family for almost 3 weeks. I was very anxious about leaving Pluto with a stranger because he has some complicated health issues. However, before Pluto boarded with Maria and her family, she came to our place to meet us and discuss Pluto’s needs. She reassured us that she knew how to deal with seizures and could administer Pluto’s pills. Maria was great about reaching out when Pluto was experiencing stomach problems and was very responsive whenever I reached out for updates. She regularly sent us photos of Pluto enjoying his time with other dogs. The fact that Maria also has her own dogs and boards other dogs was a huge plus since Pluto is always with our family at home or at doggy daycare, so he hates being alone. In addition to being highly experienced in pet care, Maria is also extremely compassionate. I always felt that Pluto was in the best hands possible. About: I've been taking care of pets since I was a kid, having grown up with two dogs and being part of their care from puppyhood through old age. I've looked after both dogs and cats for neighbors and families to whom I've provided childcare, and for the past year, I’ve regularly walked dogs housed at a county animal shelter. I've always had pets in the house since I was a kid and so it feels like second nature to take care of pets. I grew up with dogs, and now have a cat of my own and we are obsessed with our little Roo. I live with my 19 year old son. Your dog MUST be house trained, vaccinated, and on flea/tick prevention. And your doggy must love kids because we love dogs! We play fetch a lot and lots of walks in our big yard. I also walk a few miles a day and love the company! We also have a dog run. I usually take one dog at a time (unless otherwise specified) so they get our total attention and its a small house. We do not have our own dog. PLEASE PLEASE check my calendar for availability first. I do request a meet and greet,if you are a new client to make sure it is a good fit for us all. I am a teacher, so we follow a teacher daily schedule. So they MUST be ok home alone unless I am on school break and weekends. Please make sure your dog's information is filled out prior to booking. We hope to hear from you soon! Thank you! I am a teacher. So I follow the teacher schedule (hrs, off time). The dog must be able to be left alone during the typical school hours. Pets are inside with me. When I go out I like to take the dog with me-car rides, walks, baseball games etc. If its too hot I do have central air.

“This was my first time using Rover.com. I had picked up my German shepherd, Evie, from a shelter in North Carolina last November. Based on her recorded condition when brought in as a stray 5 weeks before she had been through a rough period. She has fully recovered now and is in good health. My wife and I wanted to find someone to board her with where she would be happy when we're away. We identified a few possibilities at the Rover website and following a positive meet and greet with Nadjeska last week, had Evie spend the day with her yesterday. It went very well. Nadjeska sent us several texts with photos during the day updating us on Evie's stay. We were looking for a home where Evie could spend time with and play with other dogs and Evie made a new friend, Sparkles, Najeska's little dog. Nadjeska has a fenced yard which provides a safe place for them to run around in the fresh air. Evie seemed to enjoy the day, Nadjeska obviously loves dogs, and we will be repeat clients in the near future.”

About: I have grown up around dogs, my childhood pet was a Great Dane, and I now own a Great Pyrenees. I love all kinds of animals no matter what size. I love to walk my dog Luna, and training her to walk with me was no easy feat but she's amazing now. Building relationships with animals has always been a passion for me growing up. About: I’ve worked with various animals for over 10 years, and in that time I have also pet sit for friends. I am comfortable handling a wide range of pets. My rabbit is 10 years young and thriving, and my cat is almost 3 and rambunctious. I am experienced in dog, cat, or other senior care. I have also helped friends with socializing foster puppies. I am confident in giving oral medication as well! I just graduated college with a degree in animal science. I recently picked up a job during weekdays in Trumbull, but I can still walk your dog/watch your pet! Generally, I am free: Sat/Sun - Anytime M-F - Extremely early morning or after 3:30pm I will always provide fresh water when I come in and before I leave. If the pet makes a mess I will immediately dispose of it, however if any part of the mess was assumed to be ingested I will let the owner know as soon as possible. Should the pet use the bathroom in the house I will clean and sanitize the area and dispose of the waste outside. The pet will have my full attention and treated with respect during my time with it.

About: I am an exceptional dog trainer which is another service that I provide. I don't mind working with troubled or hard cases. Raised dogs half my life. Used to be deeply involved with different rescue operations and local vets to do what I can for these pups. Also have experience with dog boarding at corporate facilities however I run everything right out of my home. So it's more like visiting your pups uncle Marco rather than a lil puppy prison. My other day job is taking care of my handicapped mother so no reason that I can't take care if some furry balls of move too while I'm at it! I'm home often which is where I board and watch the puppers. So we have a fenced in back yard and a large house. My mother does smoke but only upstairs and in her room. Bad mother! However its relatively isolated and isnt noticeable from downstairs. We have a 5 year old labrador retriever and small house cat to keep any visitors entertained! They are both very playful, gentle and non aggressive
About: I’ve had a dog for 14 years and two cats for 4 years. I have taken care of all the animals these past years and learned how to properly care for them in a happy and loving environment. I have also walked and cared for pets since I was 13 giving me experience with others pets.I can walk for hours and play with pets and will never get tired. I’m currently working part time with a flexible schedule so I’m available to take care of your pets whenever you need. I have a lot of free time to see to your pets needs. I spend a lot of time giving love and pets to my animals. I am more than willing to go on long walks. I can clean litter boxes and any other accidents. I also know some training from when we trained my dog and can be helpful in that area.
