I live with my 19 year old son. Your dog MUST be house trained, vaccinated, and on flea/tick prevention. And your doggy must love kids because we love dogs! We play fetch a lot and lots of walks in our big yard. I also walk a few miles a day and love the company! We also have a dog run. I usually take one dog at a time (unless otherwise specified) so they get our total attention and its a small house. We do not have our own dog. PLEASE PLEASE check my calendar for availability first. I do request a meet and greet,if you are a new client to make sure it is a good fit for us all. I am a teacher, so we follow a teacher daily schedule. So they MUST be ok home alone unless I am on school break and weekends. Please make sure your dog's information is filled out prior to booking. We hope to hear from you soon! Thank you! I am a teacher. So I follow the teacher schedule (hrs, off time). The dog must be able to be left alone during the typical school hours. Pets are inside with me. When I go out I like to take the dog with me-car rides, walks, baseball games etc. If its too hot I do have central air.

“This was my first time using Rover.com. I had picked up my German shepherd, Evie, from a shelter in North Carolina last November. Based on her recorded condition when brought in as a stray 5 weeks before she had been through a rough period. She has fully recovered now and is in good health. My wife and I wanted to find someone to board her with where she would be happy when we're away. We identified a few possibilities at the Rover website and following a positive meet and greet with Nadjeska last week, had Evie spend the day with her yesterday. It went very well. Nadjeska sent us several texts with photos during the day updating us on Evie's stay. We were looking for a home where Evie could spend time with and play with other dogs and Evie made a new friend, Sparkles, Najeska's little dog. Nadjeska has a fenced yard which provides a safe place for them to run around in the fresh air. Evie seemed to enjoy the day, Nadjeska obviously loves dogs, and we will be repeat clients in the near future.”

About: I’m from Scotland and I now live in Hamden with my husband and my pets. I have over 10 years of experience caring for cats and dogs as a devoted pet landlord! I have two cats, Artemis and Apollo, both shorthair tuxedoes, who are incredibly friendly and relaxed. My littlest has asthma so I am very skilled at administering medication and caring for sick pets. I also have a little Malshi puppy called Doug who is potty trained, LOVES other dogs and cats, is hypoallergenic, and and all round little snowball of love. I absolutely love caring for animals and am I pretty much always have Doug with me! Pups are never alone as we both work from home. We have a backyard for potty breaks and we typically do walks at 9am and then again at 6pm. We have a 2 floor home with lots of space and so can separate pets into own rooms if needed. Also have a private back yard with fence.

“This was my German Shepherd, Evie's, 3rd stay, 1st overnighter, with Nadjeska. Evie had a great time playing with the other guest dogs, and Nadjeska sent us several photos to let us know she was doing great. No drama, no trauma, just a happy dog at the end of her stay.”
“We enjoyed the daily pictures of Toby's stay while we were away. Toby seemed very comfortable and we liked Monique's large, enclosed backyard for him to explore and get his exercise. We appreciated Monique's quick response to any question or concern we had. We would definitely use Monique again.”
“Mark did an amazing job watching our puppy Chloe for 13 days while we were on vacation! We were so nervous about leaving our new puppy for so long but from the moment we met Mark we knew we made the right choice. Mark sent us updates and pics while we were away which we loved. Chloe played with his other dogs during the day which helped with her ongoing socialization. At night Chloe slept on his son's bed. I know this made Chloe feel loved while we were away! Mark is very flexible. I could not have asked for a better dog sitter!”

“This was Luna's first time being away from us and I was so afraid with how she might be with someone new and away from her family. To my surprise she did fantastic with Lauren and had alot of fun! I received many pictures of Luna throughout her time away and little updates. She socialized with other pups, smelled amazing since she was bathed before she came home, and I can tell she was comfortable because when I got there she wiggled her little rump and was so excited to see me but she also would go back to Lauren to say goodbye. It was the sweetest thing. Thank you again, Luna will definitely be back!”
“Cassandra did an amazing job caring for our 4 year old English bulldog for 8 days. Our bulldog is quite stubborn with several medical conditions and she administered all medications and went above and beyond so we can travel without him for the first time in 4 years. Cassandra sent us daily updates and was very quick to respond to us and helped put our minds at ease while away.”

“I highly recommended Sherry, she’s an angel! She had our Finn finn for 6 days and it was our first time to get a dog sitter. We are a bit uneasy at first coz our dog still needs training. (Not friendly with other humans and dogs he just met) also there’s the barking situation. She’s an angel bcos she was able to gain our dog’s trust at a very short period of time and our dog didn’t give any problem at all. A Complete turnaround to what we were expecting. (Big Sigh of relief ?) We enjoyed our vacation and didn’t even worried about our dog bcos she never fails to update us. Highly recommended and we’ll definitely book her again. P.S we came back to get his crate and our dog was sooo happy to see her and he let her pet him, no sweat. We never saw our dog that happy whenever we go to our sis in law’s house and every time they tried to pet him, he will dodge. ? It’s just amazing experience overall.”
