Allie also kept Annie safe during the heatwave, making sure to walk her early or skip the walk when necessary. About: I’ve taken care of large/,medium & small dogs since I was 20. Neighbors, friends and family relied on me to groom, walk, feed & bath their pets, and I can do it for you. As I’m retired with plenty of time to care for your dog, and take it on walks, if you choose.. I do have a cat so your pet needs to be cat-friendly. I’m available for boarding/drop-off after 2 p.m., on weekdays & weekends, unless other arrangements made in advance. I am retired, and have plenty of time to care for your pet(s). I have a fenced yard, a large, covered, enclosed deck for lounging in open-air, 2 friendly small dogs, and a cat. Also live in fairly large house with my grandson who is 4 yrs. old (must get along w/child, small dogs & cat).. I can walk your dog if arrangements made in advance (for additional fee.) I crate my dogs at night, and prefer you provide a crate for your dog(s), as well.

Minnie can be anxious when away from home but was much calmer than usual when we picked her up. When Minnie needed space from Emma’s playful dogs, Emma gave Minnie her own space in the house. We got updates and photos during the day too. We highly recommend Emma and would use her again if we’re traveling in this area again.”

About me - my husband and I have owned two beautiful Vizslas over the last 17 years and recently lost our 2nd one. I love animals, have plenty of experience caring for high energy and senior dogs (we cared for our dogs with arthritis, Cushing's Disease, muscle atrophy). I love walking, hiking and spending time with animals. I have a large 1 acre property and spacious home. No other pets, just me and my husband. I am perfectly happy caring for one pet at a time if you prefer your pet to be the only pet with me. I have also cared for friends' pets for a long time as well but am adding my services here to the Rover community. Thank you! I work from home full time, so I have a lot of flexibility. I am able to take breaks often during the day for potty breaks and walks. I am home almost everyday, but I do go out on weekends for a few hours at a time. I can bring your pet along on hikes and picnics if your pet is able to join. I prefer pets that can be left at home for at least 3-4 hours at a time and unattended. If not, we can discuss. Crates may be needed if they are unable to roam around the house alone. I have a large property, but it is unfenced, it is far from the road and our area is very very quiet, almost zero cars. I can keep your pet on a leash for potty breaks if they are prone to running away. My house is spacious and has two floors with just the two of us and no other pets. The stairs and floors are covered in non-slip rugs for pets. There is a baby gate to keep your pet away from stairs if needed. There are extra rugs for the floors if needed (our senior dogs used to slip a lot). I also have a large deck that is fully enclosed - no exit route. Since I am home almost all the time, I can take your pet for a walk and let them keep me company at home on the couch too! I can also come over your home and care for your pet there as needed (depends on length of stay requested).

About: I have raised both of my families dogs since they were puppies, and have cared for my relatives elderly pets. We have a very large fenced yard, have neighborhood access to a local trail system, and are 5-10 minutes from Evergreens lakes and parks for all exercise needs! I only board one dog at a time in order to give them my undivided attention. I love housing puppies, my 7 month old Samoyed would love to play with them ! I am available throughout the week and during weekends. My daily hours can vary, but most are spent at home, meaning I am able to provide for whatever needs your pet may have. I have an extremely large fenced yard around our 6000 sqft house, multiple outdoor walking options including: Evergreen Lake, Elk Meadow Park, Flying J Ranch, and Three Sisters Trail, all within 10 minutes. About: I'm a dog mom through and through, which means I come fully equipped with treats, belly rub expertise, and zero judgment about how many times your pup needs to sniff the same bush. I'm comfortable with everything from 8-week-old puppies to senior dogs (note for senior dogs: they will need to go up stairs). I'll send you an unreasonable number of photos of your dog having the time of their life while they play with my sweet gal, Mocha. Your dog will be spoiled, loved, and probably a little tired by the time you pick them up. I work from home, so your dog is never stuck home alone. They'll have access all day, every day to backyard zoomie sessions in my large, fully-fenced yard, midday sniff adventures, and plenty of couch time in between. Big dogs especially love the backyard! I offer boarding seven days a week and doggy daycare Monday through Friday. Drop-off and pick-up can easily work around your schedule. My home is a dog-friendly zone. The backyard is large and fully fenced. I don't typically use crates. Your dog is free to roam comfortably inside and out, just like they would at home. However, if you would like me to crate them I can. My own friendly dog is part of the package, so your pup will have a built-in buddy to hang out with! I do a slow introduction to make sure the dogs hit it off. As for furniture, I follow your lead! If your dog is used to the couch, they're welcome on mine. If you'd prefer they stay off, I'll happily reinforce that (my dog has already claimed the good cushion anyway). Since I work from home, I'm around to keep an eye on things all day.
About: Dogs in our house are part of the family. We are a mother & son (age 14) combo with 2 dogs in the house (friendly, sweet spayed females). We have been loving and caring for dogs since we were both little, providing the best care for our price and will make your dog feel like it's at home! Thus, we are able to board mid-week *if* your dog is COOL (plays well, non-destructive, low flight risk), and knows how to use a doggie door. We have a great record of caring for our dogs and we will be able to safely and reliably take care and keep your dog safe and happy in a comfortable and clean home. We typically feed our dogs in the morning and evening, but can accommodate your pups needs. Our home is very clean and well taken care of. There is a main level in which we hang out with great room, office and kitchen. The dogs have free-roam of the main level which has laminate flooring, but covered with carpet squares as one of our dogs does not like walking on hardwood floors. So, it is mostly carpeted for her comfort. We have a large sectional in which we allow dogs to snuggle with us while watching TV. The LARGE yard is mostly grass, some mulch/landscaped trees & shrubs, with concrete patio in which we spend a lot of time dining and reading. We pick up poop DAILY. During the evening, if you request your dog could be crated in the bedroom in which one of us is sleeping as dogs are pack animals and they don't like being separated from the pack. We keep them close to us. But, we want to keep everyone safe, so the crate is available (optional) for their safety as well as ours/our pets. But again, they are slumbering in the same room with us.

About: I've been an animal lover my entire life. Ever since I was a little girl I would bring home injured or stray animals to care for. I've raised an assortment of pets from parakeets, cats, fish, bunnies, chickens, ducks, and many dogs. Our dogs are like our children to us. It's our goal to provide the very best life we could possibly give them with lots of love, structure, exercise, a good healthy diet, and medical attention when required. Any animal that comes in our presence will experience the same treatment. I work full-time remotely. While we don't have a yard per se, we live in the mountains bumped up against BLM land with lots of hiking trails and areas to walk. Our dogs get exercised daily on the trails surrounding our home. With my at-home work schedule, I have the flexibility to take walks for my breaks and lunch hour and to get up and take care of things as needed through out the day. We get up early and go outside immediately so our dogs can relieve themselves then we go in and have breakfast. After breakfast, I start work while the dogs tend to relax on the bed behind me. I will take them out to potty again on my first break then on my lunch hour, we go for a walk through the forest behind the house. They get another potty break on my second break and then another short walk after I sign out of work for the day in the evening time. We free-feed our dogs but if we have other dogs in the house we will adjust the feeding and schedule to the visiting dog(s). We are normally in bed around 10 pm and our dogs are fully on our schedule for sleeping. If we need to step out for a bit, our dogs are good being left alone in the house but we do have a crate if needed for dogs that aren't good being left alone.

I can come by to walk and feed your best friends once a day or stay and cook them meals as per your request. I want to make sure you and your loved ones are as comfortable as possible while you are away. I do freelance work so I have pretty open availability. Making sure you're needs are met so you are comfortable is my top priority. If for some reason I can't meet all of your needs I will tell you before committing to something that doesn't fit my schedule or abilities. I am here for you. How I care for your pets and home is mostly dependent on your requests. I give medicine, food and exercise as requested. I can simply fill a food bowl, measure servings and even cook protein and veggies for your dogs if that is what you want. I am happy to keep you updated or send you pictures if you'd like. Walks are as far/long/plentiful as requested. I want to provide you with the comfort of knowing someone is there to care for your loved one as you would while you are away.

About: Hi there! An animal lover, I have had dogs and cats for most of my life. Currently I have a 11 year old husky shepherd mix who loves to play. I am comfortable with spirited dogs but am happy to work with quieter, more timid dogs as well. Most animals are at ease around me and I take care of your pup like I would my own! (Aka Belly rubs are on the menu!) I enjoy being active with animals of all shapes and sizes, playing, and being sensitive to their needs. I am formally trained by Paw School and I work with simple methods and treat bag (taking into account any allergies you may report) to help train or maintain your dogs manners. About: I have been around dogs since the day I was born. Always living with at least two in my house. Most have been rescues but I have had the opportunity to train some from 8 weeks old. I watch both of my best friends dogs when they go out of town usually for a couple of nights. I love dogs with all my heart. I always walk and care for them no matter whose they are.
