“This was our first time using a Rover sitter and we feel so thankful for Pria’s care with our little Louie. Louie was loved and cared for and it made our time away easier.”

“April and her family were wonderful with our two German Shepherds. She immediately responded to all our messages, and sent daily updates and photos. Our pups were well taken care of, looked just at home with April's family. And her husband and kids all were excellent care takers for us while we were away. Absolutely recommend boarding with her again!”

“We would like to highly recommend Leah to care for your pets. She replies to all emails really fast, was very flexible when we had to update our drop off time, sent pictures and updates during our trip, and gave us a detailed report of how our little Henry did all week. We used other Rover.com sitters and she is the best. We are excited to find a long term sitter.”

“Breanne was very friendly and welcoming of Anya. She took really good care of her and also has a large wonderful house for a dog to be comfortable. This was our first Rover reservation and Breanne went above and beyond to ensure that we feel safe leaving Anya with her. I would highly recommend reaching out to her in case you need help for your dog(s). Thank you, Breanne!”

“Moriah and family were great! We felt comfortable leaving our Lola for the night. All went well and it sure seemed like Lola had a great time! We would not hesitate to bring our dog again for another stay. Also great communication! Thank you Moriah!”

“Traci was absolutely fantastic! She was incredibly communicative throughout the entire stay, always keeping me updated and making me feel at ease. She was also very flexible and accommodating, which made everything so much easier. Most importantly, she took great care of my dog and treated him like her own. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with Traci again—highly recommend!”

“Lucy had a great time at Breanna’s! I got updates of them at the dog park and her looking relaxed and happy throughout her stay. She even gave Lucy a bath! I’m so thankful to have found Breanna and will be using her again!”

“I needed a new dogsitter because I moved. I have always had good dogsitters, but the transition is difficult because Jesse won't eat until he becomes familiar with the new home - and that can often take days. But she was able to make him comfortable enough to eat after the first night. Mihaela has a perfect home for boarding dogs, with the fenced yard and room for me to bring Jesse's dog bed. She, her family, and her dog were all so sweet to Jesse. I will definitely be taking Jesse to her in the future.”

“Our two dogs just stayed for 5 nights at Karissa’s. We loved that they could be comfortable there like they were at home, with the ability to move around the house freely, sleep on couches or dog beds, and get some cuddles with Karissa. They both love being with other dogs so that made it a fun and enjoyable stay for them. When I picked them up, they seemed so comfortable with the dogs and you could tell they had really connected with Karissa. She has a sweet, kind confidence with dogs that they really respond to. Also, I don’t think I’ve ever seen them as tired as they have been the past two days since I’ve picked them up. The playing and socializing really did them good. Karissa even sent rh home bathed! I know we’ll be booking with Karissa again!”

“Niki is always amazing. She always communicates everything with us and she was so understanding and generous when we experienced flight delays. I have complete peace of mind when Luna is with her.”

“Judy was sincerely the best sitter we’ve ever had. She was very quick to respond and flexible with timelines. We can tell that our pup had the best time and was well taken care of. We will absolutely be using Judy again in the future.”

“Crystal and family were perfect for Ruby, my dog rescued this year. First time away from me and home for any extended period. Left her for 3 weeks and received pictures and updates to keep me from worrying. Ruby was loved and treated like a family member going on regular walks and to family events. I would use Crystal again and highly recommend her for your pet.”

“Barbara and Luis were wonderful with our fur babies. They sent pictures, updates, communicated constantly and made our pups peeled as loved as if they were home with us!! Will definitely book again. Highly recommend!!!”

“David was so great with our dog! I was a bit nervous leaving her to board with other dogs but he did a great job warming her up and making sure everyone got along. My dog was happy as can be when he picked her up. Would definitely use David again!”

“Betsy was wonderful! Our French Bulldog, Frankie, had the best time adventuring and snuggling with her and her dogs. We received lots of pictures and updates. I can’t say enough good things. We will definitely take Frankie to Betsy’s again!”

“This is our third and longest booking with Joan! We were out of the country for almost a week, it was nice to know the pups were in good hands. Joan continues to be communicative, flexible, and so caring with our doggies. We are very thankful and will continue to request bookings :)”

“Sylvia was a great fit for Luna! She adjusted quickly, and came home very happy. So I know Sylvia cared for Luna as her ow. Her home is a welcome environment, great backyard for Luna to explore, and she’s open to any special needs that Luna might have. We have rebooked with Sylvia for another stay for Luna. I feel very grateful to have found Sylvia on Rover!”

About: I love animals and take care of them like they were my own babies! Your pet will be well loved and socialized during their stay here. We live on .25 acres and have a great big yard for pups to romp around in, I have two of my own loveable dogs they can play with, too! Both of my doggos regularly take medicine, so I'm well versed incase we need to administer supplements or meds during their stay! I work full time remotely from home, and am here during the day and weekend! My own doggos go outside often and go for walks daily, which is what you can expect for your furbabies! I make sure I have all the information and answers from you up front, everything I'd like my own pet sitter to know, I want to know. We can check in often and I'd be happy to send picture updates of your pet's happy stay!
“We had a great experience! They sent lots of photos and kept us up to date throughout the day. Very welcoming and patient with our pups as they were very shy. Their dogs are very sweet and friendly! Definitely recommend!”

“Koa & Grizzly had a really fun day playing at David’s doggy daycare with plenty of other wonderful dogs. David is with them full time and they spend a lot of time playing outside and then napping/resting inside the house!”

About: I've been caring for animals for over 25 years, my own pets as well as family and friends animals. I love being their second family, a home where they feel loved and safe. I am home all day so and offer 24/7 attention to your pup. I have trained and worked with dogs for 25 years. I will only be caring for one dog at a time. I am a stay at home mom. I plan to have someone home with your pup at all times. If your pup is staying with us longer then a couple days I may have the occasional 2-4 hour errand to run. I am a stay at home Mom of older kids that also care for friends and families animals, there are many hands to play and give love to your dog keeping them happy and healthy. I have one middle aged Poochiepug that is happy to play with your pup or just lay out in the sun.
“I was a little nervous about leaving Ingrid since she’s so “needy” and has never been with anyone besides the groomer and that’s only for a couple of hours. But as soon as I met Leah I was instantly at ease. I could tell she loves the fur babies she takes care of. And as I suspected, she and her husband did a lot of holding Ingrid. I wasn’t concerned about Max - he loves everybody and gets along fine with other dogs. I was impressed with Leah’s documentation of the pees/poops/water breaks and food and taking pictures. That takes a lot of “watching”. We live in Texas and were in Castlerock for our son’s wedding. I’m sure we will be visiting again, and if we need a dog sitter, Leah will be the first one we call. Thank You so much Leah. 😊”

“Breanne and her family are amazing! Our pup loves playing with her dogs, and they are excited to see each other when we drop off. The daily pictures are also a treat to receive.”

“Sylvia watched my dog for an all day fun playdate while I went into work and she was amazing! My dog, Pepper, had so much fun playing with her friendly French bulldog. Sylvia sent lots of photos and updates, which made my day knowing Pepper was having fun. There was no doubt he was in good hands. Sylvia is a true dog lover! I will 100% contact Sylvia for all my future dog sitting needs.”

“Caelin & Josh are both very kind, super communicative, and really attentive to my dog’s needs, and it gives me so much peace of mind. Theirs dogs are also the sweetest, and it’s clear they create such a good environment for all pets”

“Kelsey took amazing care of Chloe. I am grateful for her flexibility and willingness to accommodate my work hours. Chloe didn’t want to come home! Thank you again!”

About: My wife Danielle and I have both owned dogs almost all of our lives. We currently have one doggo, Sophie (or Sophie The Sweetheart as we call her!). She is socialized and gets along great with other dogs, and is fantastic with our toddler. We were frequent Rover sitters before our child was born, but took a little break to move across the country and wait until he was a little older to pick it back up. We’re so excited to get back into it! Dogs have always been a special part of our lives, and we will treat your pet like family! I work from home on a hybrid schedule, so I’m available most days and our Sophie girl loves having a playmate or a cuddle buddy! We have a nice big fenced in yard for them to run and play. Your doggo(s) will receive plenty of attention, love, cuddles, pets, playtime, and treats (if allowed!). We absolutely love having our Rover guests stay with us, and we always treat your dog(s) like they’re our own. We have a fully fenced in yard that the dogs can play in for exercise. After exercise/play time, the dogs love to take naps on the couch or the doggy beds. We can also isolate your dog(s) in their own room or kennel if needed for complete rest. We always send multiple pictures/videos of your pup(s) enjoying their stay at our home if you like! Danielle and I both monitor our Rover account so there’s always someone paying attention to your questions/needs while your pet is with us 🙂

“Scottie had so much fun with Ricky and Susie. Luna was a great playmate while we attended an Air Force football game. Five stars for Scottie’s play date.”

About: We both have had dogs all our life. Currently we have 2 Newfoundland’s that get along well with other dogs. We can work with puppies. We love small dogs all the way to extra large. We have experience if giving medications, care from surgeries, and special feeding requirements. Anything you need we can handle. We both work from home so the pups will have free range of the house all day. We have time for walks and play. We typically feed dogs around 6:30-7am and then again around 5pm. Our pups are out and about the house all day. They are kenneled at night and if we leave the house. They pretty much have the run of the house, thus we know dog hair! About: I am a lover of animals and love having the companionship. I am reliable, communicative, and energetic! I am organized and responsible, love walking and playing with pets. I have had cats for 20+ years, and am comfortable with dogs, as well, and have experience with caring for friends dogs in my home. My goal is to make pets feel comfortable, safe and cared for while giving owners peace of mind. I work at an elementary school and have school breaks available to be home full time. On school days, I am able to leave on my lunch break to provide pets with breaks outside. I love to walk and exercise, and take daily walks through my neighborhood with many trails. I keep a very scheduled routine in my home for myself and my children, and would do the same providing care to your pets, whether at my home or yours! I have a large home, with a fenced back yard that backs up to open space. I have 3 cats that are friendly and roam my home, but can also be set up with their own space in my room if necessary while caring for your pets.

About: Animals have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. Growing up, my family always had dogs and a cat in the house, so caring for pets isn't just something I do — it's something I genuinely love. That foundation gave me an early appreciation for how much patience, attention, and affection animals need to truly thrive. Over the past several years, I've built hands-on experience pet sitting for my four brothers, all of whom have dogs. Through them, I've cared for a wide variety of breeds and sizes — from a 9-week-old German Shepherd/Husky mix puppy who needed constant supervision and socialization, all the way to a laid-back 9-year-old Black Lab who just wanted belly rubs and a steady routine. Every dog is different, and I've learned to read and adapt to each one's personality and needs. Beyond family, I've also cared for friends' dogs, including a one-year-old puppy for a full week and a weekend with a pair of adult Huskies — a breed known for being energetic, vocal, and strong-willed. I handled it with a smile. One thing that sets me apart: I work from home. That means no long hours where your pup is left alone wondering when someone's coming back. I'm there all day, every day — for walks, playtime, cuddles, or just quiet company on the couch. Because I travel frequently, I haven't gotten a dog of my own — but that just means I pour all that love into the pets I care for. When your pet is with me, they're not just being watched. They're being genuinely enjoyed. I'd be honored to be someone you trust with your furry family member while you're away. I work from home full time. I will be available 80-90% of the time to sit and cuddle, walk, or feed your pets while in our care. I love dogs, but since I travel frequently I haven't gotten one of our own yet, so we pour all our love into the animals we board or sit! I have a two-story single-family home. I am on a corner lot, so our backyard is a great size, and all fenced in! There are also have several walking trails and a park within walking distance to take the dogs. No other pets will be here while your dog/s are here with us. I have hardwood floors throughout the home with carpet in the bedrooms and basement. Dogs are welcome on our furniture with me!
About: I had dogs all growing up. We regularly sit for friends and neighbors. With three children (16, 12, and 7), your pet will get as much playtime as it wants. My wife and I both have flexibility in our work schedule and work location. We are available most weeks 24/7. Working from home and watching your pet is easy for us. We can easily crate your pet or they can roam free throughout our house. We have a fenced in yard, nearby local parks, and access to numerous walking trails.

“I cannot praise Mihaela enough for the wonderful job she did!! It was my first time using/trusting someone from Rover with my dog Blu and I couldn’t be more impressed. Mihaela, was extremely nice, friendly, and great with Blu when she met him! She walked him for the full amount of time and then some on most days. What I love most was her thoroughness of her notes about her walks and the cute pictures she would provide. All in all, it was such a wonderful experience and I can’t thank her enough for the exceptional job she did! Probably will be the only dog sitter/walker I ever go with! 😌”

“Betsy responded to my inquiries for available dates promptly and arrived in the mid-day window we discussed. I appreciate the pictures she captured to let me know my dog had a good walk and chance to get outside. I will absolutely hire her again.”

“Leanna is amazing! She walks our Mocha Moo every day around lunch. She keeps her happy and wears her out. Leanna is great with our dog and you can tell she is a dog lover. I recommend her for anything and trust her with our pup.”

About: I spend my days providing hospice care at Pepper's Senior Dog Sanctuary, so I know how precious every moment with your pup is. With 6 years of experience including daycare management, dog training, and medical care (CPR, first aid, and triage). I'm equipped to handle puppies, seniors, and pups with diabetes or epilepsy and many more conditions. I use only positive reinforcement and treat every dog like family. My availability: Open Sundays, Mondays, and Tuesdays; Thursdays after 12 PM. (I work 12-hour shifts Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, so I'm unavailable those days unless you need late night or early morning care) I have my own pride and joy, Stubby Chubby, who keeps me company on my days off, but he prefers to be the only dog, so I don't offer in-home services. Instead, I'll come to you and treat your home like it's my own (but better, because I'll leave it cleaner than I found it!). Your dog's safety, comfort, and joy are my top priority. Have questions? Feel free to reach out about my schedule, experience, care approach, or anything else I'm happy to chat and make sure we're the perfect fit for your pup! I work 12-hour shifts 3x a week at Pepper's Senior Dog Sanctuary, but I'm blessed with a 3-day weekend and a short Thursday shift—leaving me open Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursday afternoons to care for your pup with the same dedication I give my seniors. At Pepper's, I administer medications to 20+ dogs every week, pills, eye drops, insulin shots, you name it. I'm no stranger to meds. The pups there receive around the clock care, meals, and love, and I work alongside a vet team daily with training in emergencies, first aid, CPR, and behavioral challenges. At home, my own medically compromised pup, Stubby Chubby, keeps me on my toes too so the care doesn't stop when I clock out. What I do is hard work, but I love every minute of it and wouldn't ask to be doing anything else.
“Couldn’t have wished for better humans to walk Ms Jetta. The we’re on time for each visit and we’re so kind and gentle with her. I will use them again and will refer them to friends and family without hesitation!!!”

About: I’ve had dogs for most of my life and bring over 10 years of hands-on experience caring for them. I’m comfortable with a wide range of personalities, including reactive dogs and senior dogs who need extra patience, consistency, and attention. I understand that every dog is different, and I take the time to learn their routine, preferences, and behavior so they feel safe and comfortable while you’re away. Whether your dog is energetic, shy, or needs a slower pace, I adjust my approach to meet their needs. I’ve also helped care for neighbors’ pets over the years, providing dependable support and making sure their pets are well cared for and relaxed in their home environment. I currently have a very flexible schedule and am available most weekdays and weekends. I’m able to accommodate a variety of times, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings. I try to keep things as close to your pet’s normal routine as possible. Feeding, walks, and whatever they’re used to day to day. I know pets do best when things feel familiar. I’m calm and patient, especially with dogs that might be a little anxious, reactive, or older. I pay attention to how they’re acting and adjust as needed. In your home, I’m respectful and keep things tidy. I’ll also send updates and photos so you know how everything is going.
About: Hello! I am skilled in handling and caring for many different types of animals, including cats, dogs, horses, goats, chickens, rabbits and even some reptiles and birds. I have mostly done pet sitting for friends and neighbors. I love animals and have two cats and one dog of my own. I also grew up on my family's farm caring for and managing many of the farm tasks there. I have time throughout the day to care for your pets when you need me to! I care for your babies the same way I would care for my own. Pet care has become a big part of my life, I make sure to keep my schedule as open as possible so I have time to meet all of your fur baby's needs. Safety is of the utmost importance to me, if I feel a situation is unsafe for your pet I will reroute plans to a safer option. One of the things I do to ensure safety is to build trust with your pet. This helps in the event that we are met with an unsafe situation, it can enable me to lead your pet out of that situation in a more calm and reassuring way. It is important to me to always keep an eye out in any environment to further safeguard from potential dangers. One example of how I do this is when I take my cat for a walk, He loves walks but is just a 6 pound little guy so I have to be very careful to keep an eye out for dogs, birds, and any other potential dangers to him.

“Incredible dog sitter! It's hard to have people watch over my doberman since he's a big dog. So I'm grateful for the week long watching over him. Highly recommend!!!”
