Growing up, my family always had dogs and a cat in the house, so caring for pets isn't just something I do — it's something I genuinely love. Over the past several years, I've built hands-on experience pet sitting for my four brothers, all of whom have dogs. Through them, I've cared for a wide variety of breeds and sizes — from a 9-week-old German Shepherd/Husky mix puppy who needed constant supervision and socialization, all the way to a laid-back 9-year-old Black Lab who just wanted belly rubs and a steady routine. Beyond family, I've also cared for friends' dogs, including a one-year-old puppy for a full week and a weekend with a pair of adult Huskies — a breed known for being energetic, vocal, and strong-willed. At Pepper's, I administer medications to 20+ dogs every week, pills, eye drops, insulin shots, you name it. I'm no stranger to meds. The pups there receive around the clock care, meals, and love, and I work alongside a vet team daily with training in emergencies, first aid, CPR, and behavioral challenges. At home, my own medically compromised pup, Stubby Chubby, keeps me on my toes too so the care doesn't stop when I clock out. What I do is hard work, but I love every minute of it and wouldn't ask to be doing anything else.

“This was Lucy's first visit with Crystal and her family and it was a great experience. We were impressed that Crystal had a dog crate, food and water bowls, toys and other pet supplies to make her furry friends feel at home. We were gone for 5 days and did not worry if Lucy was doing well. The pictures we received confirmed she was a happy camper at Crystals home. We also learned that Lucy loves to go on jogs. “Leo had the best time staying with Corey! This was his first boarding experience. Let’s just say a high bar has been set now. I received so many wonderful pictures/videos and updates about Leo. He was able to roam around outside, play ball and hang out with some fun friends. Corey also gave Leo a bath and got his beard back to tip top shape. I would highly recommend Corey for dog sitting or boarding.”
