About: I have had both cats and dogs my whole life. My family has always been the home that would foster puppies from a local rescue, and that strays would find their way to our front porch. I currently have a husky lab mix named Will that requires a lot of daily training to help him be a more well rounded dog. I have spent that better part of the year working with a trainer, as my dog is a huge part of my life. I am a better dog parent because of him. I am also already accustomed to long dog walks as we take our dog on walks three times a day. Our previous dog, Toby, who passed away last year from severe dog dementia. We adopted him later in his life from a shelter and we had 6 amazing years with him. There were also mobile issues which my partner and I would take shifts on taking care of him each day along with weekly laser treatments at the vet. It was a full time job and a learning experience. This was a big part of why training our new dog is so important to us, we want his mind and body to be healthy as he ages. I am overall a huge pet lover and would love to help any dog get outside more! I'm currently working part time, as I am in school to get my bachelors degree. I am available Monday, Friday- Anytime past 1 p.m. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday- Mornings to early afternoon before 2 p.m. Saturday- Contact me for Saturdays, my schedule on this day changes per week but I am willing to work with you the best I can! Sunday- Early morning before 9 I will work with you. I understand it might be scary for a dog to meet a new person in their home. If they have a favorite toy, a favorite walk or treat I would be more than happy to take some extra time to play to help them feel more comfortable. However, my husband dropped her off at John's house, and she was immediately engrossed with sniffing the backyard and didn't even know she had been left. John took her on a nice walk around the neighborhood, and she settled down immediately on the deck in the sunshine when they returned. No tantrums. About: We nicknamed our home The Dachs Inn - a weenie wonderland! We’ve cared for Dachshunds for 15 years and specialize in meeting the unique needs of this breed, including dog ramps on our furniture and deck. Our home features a dog door with all-day access to a giant backyard for potty breaks, play time, sunbathing and squirrels!!! Plush dog beds are placed through the home and a giant sectional provides the perfect spot for cuddle time. Daily walks are provided, we even have a dog stroller for senior dogs or those dachshunds suffering from IVDD. I work remotely from home full time and, along with my retired husband, provide hourly drop-in care, play dates, overnight and extended boarding in our home. Additionally, I provide home visits and walking services to families located on the west side of Colorado Springs. Other locations throughout Colorado are considered on case-by-case request for extended care in your home (5 or more days). I have three dachshunds, ages 15, 10, and under 1 year. My dog-friendly home has a fenced back yard, we feed all visiting dogs separately, and can provide daily pictures of your baby’s activities. I can also provide regular weigh-ins, medications, and teeth brushing. I am very active and love going on long walks/hikes (up to three miles) upon request. While I prefer to host only smaller dogs in our home, I am open to all breeds for care at your home - including drop-ins, walks, and house sitting. I kindly ask that all dogs are current on all vaccinations, including kennel cough. For medical emergencies, we are established at Westside Animal Hospital, The Animal Clinic of Woodland Park, and the Emergency Pet Center.

About: We have always had dogs, but we are currently without a dog of our own and really want to have them around, but our travel schedule is making it hard to decide to get our own again. About: While I am new to the app, I have a vested interest in pet care. In addition to my three dogs, I have a cat and two additional dogs that live on my property. I have been breeding puppies and providing training for the last four years. Training is not exclusive to the puppies but for new owners as well. I provide information of fresh food diets in relation to overall health. I am available for leash training upon request. I currently only work two days a week, averaging less that 20 hours. I have two teenagers who are also home and available to help as needed. We have a dog door that allows the dogs free run of almost a half an acre of property. About: I have been a dog lover and owner my entire life. I grew up with Dachshunds, Australian Shepherds, and Beagles. As an adult, I've owned 2 Cocker Spaniels, a Border Collie Mix, and a Staffordshire Terrier (Pit Bull). About: Hello, I’ve been surrounded by animals all my life growing up on a farm and always had canine and feline companions. My father was veterinary trained and passed on some of his knowledge to me. I love all creatures great and small. I started my own dog walking business at 13 and now work as a nurse caring for our two legged friends. I’m comfortable with all sizes and types of animals. Not task is too big. I’m comfortable walking multiple dogs. I’ve pet sat for friends and family on countless occasions. I look forward to caring for your best friend. It would be my honor. About: I have had both cats and dogs my whole life. My family has always been the home that would foster puppies from a local rescue, and that strays would find their way to our front porch. I currently have a husky lab mix named Will that requires a lot of daily training to help him be a more well rounded dog. I have spent that better part of the year working with a trainer, as my dog is a huge part of my life. I am a better dog parent because of him. I am also already accustomed to long dog walks as we take our dog on walks three times a day. Our previous dog, Toby, who passed away last year from severe dog dementia. We adopted him later in his life from a shelter and we had 6 amazing years with him. There were also mobile issues which my partner and I would take shifts on taking care of him each day along with weekly laser treatments at the vet. It was a full time job and a learning experience. This was a big part of why training our new dog is so important to us, we want his mind and body to be healthy as he ages. I am overall a huge pet lover and would love to help any dog get outside more! I'm currently working part time, as I am in school to get my bachelors degree. I am available Monday, Friday- Anytime past 1 p.m. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday- Mornings to early afternoon before 2 p.m. Saturday- Contact me for Saturdays, my schedule on this day changes per week but I am willing to work with you the best I can! Sunday- Early morning before 9 I will work with you. I understand it might be scary for a dog to meet a new person in their home. If they have a favorite toy, a favorite walk or treat I would be more than happy to take some extra time to play to help them feel more comfortable. If you have a fenced in yard, I would also be happy to let the dog let off some steam with some playtime.
About: I have 18 years of experience as a veterinary technician and in the veterinary industry. I'm comfortable caring for small animals, farm animals and livestock, administering medications and caring for senior pets or those with health concerns. We have called Teller County home for over 20 years and I have been active in the school district and community. I'm currently working from home, and have flexibility to provide daytime visits. If providing overnight care, I do need access to wifi so I can work remotely. I care for your pets in their environment, so that they are comfortable while you are away. I may leave during the day to provide drop in care for other pets, returning to provide your pets daily routine. You can feel free to contact me throughout my stay to check in, and You will receive updates so that you can enjoy your time away knowing your furry family are happy and healthy. If I am providing drop in only, I will send an update each time I leave your home.

About: I have owned dogs for 30 years of many different breeds and temperaments. I am very active with my own dog going to the dog park or hiking daily and have room for a few dog friends to go. I am available all days and hours with time to spend walking and going on adventures with dogs and keeping them mentally stimulated and happy. I have a puggle that is young and energetic so small nippy dogs will need prior introduction. He gets along great with big friendly dogs. I have a fenced yard and a puggle to keep your dog company and a dog door for them to go in and out. I will be present at all times when caring for your dog. I only accept dogs that are potty trained for indoor boarding.
