About: We are a loving family with a teenage son who has a deep love for dogs. While we’re not currently in a position to have a dog of our own, he has a strong desire to spend time caring for them and giving them the attention they deserve. He is gentle, responsible, and genuinely enjoys being around animals—whether that means playing, walking, or simply keeping them company. Our son is homeschooled, which means he’s home throughout the day and able to provide consistent companionship and attention to the pet. This allows for regular interaction, playtime, feeding, and supervision, helping ensure the pet feels engaged, cared for, and not left alone for long periods. His presence also makes it easier to maintain a steady routine and quickly respond to any needs the pet may have. About: I have had both cats and dogs my whole life. My family has always been the home that would foster puppies from a local rescue, and that strays would find their way to our front porch. I currently have a husky lab mix named Will that requires a lot of daily training to help him be a more well rounded dog. I have spent that better part of the year working with a trainer, as my dog is a huge part of my life. I am a better dog parent because of him. I am also already accustomed to long dog walks as we take our dog on walks three times a day. Our previous dog, Toby, who passed away last year from severe dog dementia. We adopted him later in his life from a shelter and we had 6 amazing years with him. There were also mobile issues which my partner and I would take shifts on taking care of him each day along with weekly laser treatments at the vet. It was a full time job and a learning experience. This was a big part of why training our new dog is so important to us, we want his mind and body to be healthy as he ages. I am overall a huge pet lover and would love to help any dog get outside more! I'm currently working part time, as I am in school to get my bachelors degree. I am available Monday, Friday- Anytime past 1 p.m. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday- Mornings to early afternoon before 2 p.m. Saturday- Contact me for Saturdays, my schedule on this day changes per week but I am willing to work with you the best I can! Sunday- Early morning before 9 I will work with you. I understand it might be scary for a dog to meet a new person in their home. If they have a favorite toy, a favorite walk or treat I would be more than happy to take some extra time to play to help them feel more comfortable. Our sweet Pug had seizures so I am familiar with caring for dogs that need meds and care with that also. About: We nicknamed our home The Dachs Inn - a weenie wonderland! We’ve cared for Dachshunds for 15 years and specialize in meeting the unique needs of this breed, including dog ramps on our furniture and deck. Our home features a dog door with all-day access to a giant backyard for potty breaks, play time, sunbathing and squirrels!!! Plush dog beds are placed through the home and a giant sectional provides the perfect spot for cuddle time. Daily walks are provided, we even have a dog stroller for senior dogs or those dachshunds suffering from IVDD. I work remotely from home full time and, along with my retired husband, provide hourly drop-in care, play dates, overnight and extended boarding in our home. Additionally, I provide home visits and walking services to families located on the west side of Colorado Springs. Other locations throughout Colorado are considered on case-by-case request for extended care in your home (5 or more days). I have three dachshunds, ages 15, 10, and under 1 year. My dog-friendly home has a fenced back yard, we feed all visiting dogs separately, and can provide daily pictures of your baby’s activities. I can also provide regular weigh-ins, medications, and teeth brushing. I am very active and love going on long walks/hikes (up to three miles) upon request. While I prefer to host only smaller dogs in our home, I am open to all breeds for care at your home - including drop-ins, walks, and house sitting. I kindly ask that all dogs are current on all vaccinations, including kennel cough. For medical emergencies, we are established at Westside Animal Hospital, The Animal Clinic of Woodland Park, and the Emergency Pet Center.

About: I have had pets my entire life, but as an adult only had dogs. I am a physical therapist by trade so I do have a health background. I have done insulin shots for a diabetic cat and ACL rehab for a dog. I have done bandages for small wounds from sharp rocks when hiking or a torn nail. Let me know your pups needs! I work for the schools district so only planning to do this in the summer right now! I may continue into next school year, but want to insure I have the time needed for your dog! I am married and the mom of 3 teen age girls who love dogs and want another one. They would love to cuddle, love and play with your dog while in my care! I will take your dog on daily walks with our dog pup and make sure they are happy! Our dog Tulsa loves other dogs and warms up quickly. She loves walks and hikes. She is not food aggressive at all but loves treats! Let me know what your pup needs. Tulsa is crated during our absence and I would prefer to do the same for your pup if we are out. When I am home, Tulsa gets free rein of the main floor and supervision in basement and upstairs for safety. She sleeps in my bedroom and night and I would do the same for your pup, or crate if that’s what you prefer. Tulsa is trained to ask to get on furniture but is sneaky sometimes. If your dog is allowed on furniture, we will allow that on our main sofa, but keep them off our front room sofa - it’s white. I can accommodate special diets and medication, but Tulsa does not have either of those.

About: I have been in the veterinary profession for 7 years, I am able to administer medications and available for any special needs your fur baby might have. I prefer to meet before booking but I understand emergencies come up. I am completely comfortable coming to your home and walking your kiddo or staying overnight while you are away. I work from home and own a Business so can be very flexible with schedules and can be at home with your pet or drop by your home when needed! We live on 3 acres and live on back gravel roads so can walk your pet throughout the day if needing that. I’m home working throughout the day so can get them outside as much as needed.
About: I have 18 years of experience as a veterinary technician and in the veterinary industry. I'm comfortable caring for small animals, farm animals and livestock, administering medications and caring for senior pets or those with health concerns. We have called Teller County home for over 20 years and I have been active in the school district and community. I'm currently working from home, and have flexibility to provide daytime visits. If providing overnight care, I do need access to wifi so I can work remotely. I care for your pets in their environment, so that they are comfortable while you are away. I may leave during the day to provide drop in care for other pets, returning to provide your pets daily routine. You can feel free to contact me throughout my stay to check in, and You will receive updates so that you can enjoy your time away knowing your furry family are happy and healthy. If I am providing drop in only, I will send an update each time I leave your home.
About: I am a mother of 4 children and one Chihuahua-Miniature Pinscher named Pepperoni (we call her ‘Roni’) and a cat named Dexter. I have been a pet owner for many years and have had a passion for animals all my life. In my experiences I’ve found that animals can generally sense a friendly person, and most pets I come in contact with quickly become comfortable with my demeanor. I am happy to be able to care for animals and give pet owners comfort in knowing their dear family members are being genuinely loved and cared for! It’s a wonderful and exciting time in my life that I am able to incorporate my passion for animals into my “work” and still be available for my family. I have cared for many different animals, rabbits, birds, fish, bearded dragons and hamsters. I am comfortable giving medications as well. I work from home so I have a very flexible schedule. My children are now all adults and planning to attend college. I am very active in general so I love fitting additional dog walks in! I am an active person who enjoys anything outdoors. I like to discover and explore hiking destinations with my family, as well as camping and backpacking. Spending time with my family, Roni and Dexter is a typical weekend for me.
About: I have been a dog lover and owner my entire life. I grew up with Dachshunds, Australian Shepherds, and Beagles. As an adult, I've owned 2 Cocker Spaniels, a Border Collie Mix, and a Staffordshire Terrier (Pit Bull). I love working with and caring for different breeds of dogs especially learning about their quirky and different characteristics. I've been walking/keeping dogs (and house-sitting) for approximately 7 years now and have many repeat customers. I've also completed numerous dog-sitting jobs for people with much success. I've boarded a young, unaltered female Cane Corso Mastiff for 7 months through the Dogs on Deployment program and it was an amazing experience. Most people say I love dogs more than humans, which may be true! Dogs are no doubt, the thing that continues to fill my cup in this crazy world. :) I'd love to be your regular dog walker or the dog (& house!) sitter you call to care for your fur babies when you want to have human-only fun! I love cats, too but do not board them. I'm happy to drop in on them or care for them while house-sitting for you. I currently work only part-time, with a flexible schedule that can easily work around the pets' schedules. I'm a true crime junkie so I'm more than happy to sit on the couch with your fur-babies and solve the crimes of the world. I have a large, securely fenced yard and several areas of separation if needed. I offer playtime in the baby pool in the summer and snowball chase in the winter.

My dogs (vaxxed & fixed) are also great for socializing young pups as they are both very playful and friendly. During the winter and spring months I mostly WFH with 1-2 days in person each week. About: I have had both cats and dogs my whole life. My family has always been the home that would foster puppies from a local rescue, and that strays would find their way to our front porch. I currently have a husky lab mix named Will that requires a lot of daily training to help him be a more well rounded dog. I have spent that better part of the year working with a trainer, as my dog is a huge part of my life. I am a better dog parent because of him. I am also already accustomed to long dog walks as we take our dog on walks three times a day. Our previous dog, Toby, who passed away last year from severe dog dementia. We adopted him later in his life from a shelter and we had 6 amazing years with him. There were also mobile issues which my partner and I would take shifts on taking care of him each day along with weekly laser treatments at the vet. It was a full time job and a learning experience. This was a big part of why training our new dog is so important to us, we want his mind and body to be healthy as he ages. I am overall a huge pet lover and would love to help any dog get outside more! I'm currently working part time, as I am in school to get my bachelors degree. I am available Monday, Friday- Anytime past 1 p.m. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday- Mornings to early afternoon before 2 p.m. Saturday- Contact me for Saturdays, my schedule on this day changes per week but I am willing to work with you the best I can! Sunday- Early morning before 9 I will work with you. I understand it might be scary for a dog to meet a new person in their home. If they have a favorite toy, a favorite walk or treat I would be more than happy to take some extra time to play to help them feel more comfortable. If you have a fenced in yard, I would also be happy to let the dog let off some steam with some playtime.

About: I have owned dogs for 30 years of many different breeds and temperaments. I am very active with my own dog going to the dog park or hiking daily and have room for a few dog friends to go. I am available all days and hours with time to spend walking and going on adventures with dogs and keeping them mentally stimulated and happy. I have a puggle that is young and energetic so small nippy dogs will need prior introduction. He gets along great with big friendly dogs. I have a fenced yard and a puggle to keep your dog company and a dog door for them to go in and out. I will be present at all times when caring for your dog. I only accept dogs that are potty trained for indoor boarding.
