I had never left my pup before and it was a difficult decision to leave her in Grand Forks for a 10 day trip. Ellie, my dog, is a little aggressive at times, and standoffish to anyone at first. I dropped her off worried and sad, but when I handed my pup over to Sidney, Ellie could tell she was a good person. Sidney slowly introduced her dogs to Ellie once Ellie was used to Sidney, perfect to adjust slowly. And by the end, (even about three days in) Ellie was playing with her two dogs, sleeping and cuddling with them, and just having a blast. It made me rest easy knowing that my dog was safe and happy. “First off, If I could give Bridgett 100 gold stars, I would do that. She was amazing and my cranky old lady cat instantly fell in love with her. I've never felt so comfortable with someone I didn't know well in my house. When she showed up for our meet and greet, she took detailed notes and asked questions for clarification. She seemed to understand cats and needs of a senior cat very well. My cat had some special needs as far as medications and her routine went with her kidney disease diet. Bridgett understood that. Everyday Bridgett gave me a detailed update( she asked what I would prefer and this was my preference ).followed by pictures of my cat adoring her. She gave me her dietary and bathroom habits in full detail. That made me feel very comforted knowing she was in good hands. Her water was clean and fresh when I came home. About: Hello there! My name is Danielle and I would love to spend some time with your fur babies! I grew up with a bunch of pups running around (although I do not have any of my own now) and I have been sitting through Rover for almost 10 years, so I have a lot of experience to bring to the table :) Most of my experience is with rescue pups (including any quirks that they may have because of this) but over the years I've stayed with a bunch of elderly pets who require extra attention, meds, specialized care, etc. But I love to take care of all types of animals - I've been tasked to care for dogs and cats but other animals as well including lizards/bearded dragons, a few different types of large birds and even donkeys! I'm happy to work with you to provide the best care to your fur babies while I am watching them. I know different dogs and even different breeds can have wildly different needs and my goal is to keep them as calm and happy as possible while you are away. All my services are in your home only, including day care. Drop ins are for visits less than 1 hour (sometimes multiples per day), Day Care is longer visits (usually between 4-8 hours per day) but no overnights and housesitting is full time, 24 hour care including overnights. ***Rover has taken away full autonomy of our calendars. The Rover calendar only shows approx 80% of my housesitting availability. To see all available days (I update frequently), please look under "Availability" I freelance so I can work from home (aka right from your couch or home office.) As long as you can share your wifi password, I can be with them as needed. I can easily make sure I'm there to check in on them/work around their schedule. I'll most likely be with them more often than not during the day, and can stay with them all night as well. **Rover's housesitting calender only shows about 80% of my availability, below lists my full availability. I'll update regularly. If you're looking for something farther out/not listed, I'd love to hear from you! Available Housesitting Dates 2026 Sept 26-28th Oct 10-15th Oct 18-Oct 22nd Nov 22-27th I will treat your pets and your home like it's my own. I will try my best to keep your fur babies on their normal, daily schedule. The only difference is that I would be the human doing the feeding, walking, snuggling, etc instead of the pet parent(s). I find this works best for most pets, and their parents, especially if there is any separation anxiety. During our meet and greet, I'll ask all about their daily schedule so I know how to best care for your fur babies during my stay. I work from home (aka right from your couch or home office), so I can be there with them most of the day and cater to their normal daily schedule :) Please be aware - during extreme temperature months, outside time (walks, etc) may be modified for everyone's health and safety. For example, in the winter/cold months, walks will primarily be done around mid day when it is warmest and during summer, walks would be done early or late to avoid the hottest times of the day. I adopted Tuna in 2014, when he was a year old, and he lived with me for 12 wonderful years until he crossed the rainbow bridge in October 2025. While I keep regular work hours, my job offers excellent flexibility. This means your pup won't be left alone; I am readily available throughout the day for potty breaks, neighborhood walks, and dedicated playtime. If your pet requires a specific medication schedule, multiple feedings a day, or extra companionship while you are away, I can seamlessly integrate their routine into my workday. When your pet is with me, they are treated like family. I aim to provide a safe, structured, and deeply affectionate environment so you can have total peace of mind. If they are used to cuddling on the couch or sleeping in bed, they are more than welcome to do so. However, I am happy to enforce any house rules and boundaries you already have in place. Overall, I maintain a very clean, organized, and pet-proofed home. All trash cans have lids, plants are kept out of reach, and miscellaneous items are never left out where a dog can reach them. I live in a third-floor apartment with no elevator. My home is best suited for dogs who are fully mobile or small enough to be easily carried, as we will need to navigate two flights of stairs for every outing. My apartment complex features a private dog park and plenty of walking paths. I also have access to a community doggy bathing station, which is perfect if your dog requires bathing while in my care.

About: Degree in social work but animals are my passion. I worked full time as a professional pet sitter I. Greenville SC prior to moving to Nashville. I can offer references from former pet parents and have an entire portfolio of happy pet clients! I enjoy pet and nature photography as well! I grew up in a home with dogs cats birds turtles fish iguana guinea pig rabbit... and a mouse I brought home from school. Luckily my mother was a vet tech in my younger years supported my passion for animals and taught me how to care for them properly. (Must’ve been a family vibe as my brother and sister in law own and operate a dog daycare/training and boarding facility in Longmont). As an adult I have personally lived with and cared for many dog breeds from Italian greyhounds to GSD’s and Boxers. I currently have a Standard Poodle and he has a cat sibling that he loves to play with. I have worked in wildlife rehab, as a kennel tech for Petsmart Petshotel and at a holistic pet supply and grooming shop. I enjoy walks, implementing training and cuddles with dogs and cats if every size and personality. Full availability! If I am available I will be there. Animals are my happy place. I have helped many clients with odd work schedules or those who are in call . I treat every pet like my own . Learning their personalities and triggers. As well as learning the home and the neighborhood we walk to keep everyone safe and have fun.
About: I have been a pet owner and lover for over 25 years and currently own 3 large dogs, 2 horses, a donkey, 6 goats, 2 cats, and a flock of chickens. Growing up my family ran a dog boarding facility which I started helping with at a very young age. We foster dogs through Sunshine Canyon rescue and I also gentle wild burrls to help find them safe homes. I am also a therapist who is trained in animal assisted therapy. I'm currently a full time therapist who works from home so my availability is very flexible to meet you and your pets needs. I am available for walks, drops ins, and for right fit doggy daycare or multiple day care on our 10 acre ranch. We live on 10 acres with no fenced in yard and have 3 dogs of our own. Our place is a dream come true to most dogs who love to run or play. I love animals and will treat them as my own when taking care of them in yours or my home. I had never left my pup before and it was a difficult decision to leave her in Grand Forks for a 10 day trip. Ellie, my dog, is a little aggressive at times, and standoffish to anyone at first. I dropped her off worried and sad, but when I handed my pup over to Sidney, Ellie could tell she was a good person. Sidney slowly introduced her dogs to Ellie once Ellie was used to Sidney, perfect to adjust slowly. And by the end, (even about three days in) Ellie was playing with her two dogs, sleeping and cuddling with them, and just having a blast. It made me rest easy knowing that my dog was safe and happy.
