About: Growing up my mother would call me Dr Doolittle because animals are naturally attracted to me. I grew up on a ranch in the mountains of Santa Barbara and still have property there and take my dog Dory on hikes and beach walks. I love animals and am happiest when I’m surrounded by them always have. I work mainly from home so I have plenty of time to care for your dog. I will do my best to accommodate your schedule which I know can be last minute. Happy to help out. About: I’ve grown up around dogs, young and old, and think the absolute world of these beautiful animals. I recently parted ways with my soul dog when he passed in March and have missed him every moment since. Despite this loss, I have not lost my love for dogs. Caring for your baby would be an absolute privilege and joy for me, and I promise to love and look out for them as my own. I work in home health healthcare but am typically available every morning before 10am and every afternoon after 4pm. My days can be flexible where I can check in periodically as well— I am happy to coordinate as needed. I’m also off every Wednesday and am available over overnight stays. About: I have taken care of all types of pets since I was a child. i have been adopted by Oliver and Dozer (my rescuers) through KPAL -Kenai Peninsula Animal Lovers. I have Oliver & Dozer a pair of bonded brothers. We are now in Carpinteria, CA and have joined an extended family of pets, Mia (a 12-year-old Sheppard mix, and Buddy an 8-month-old Sheppard mix). We are situated on a large property with plenty of room for our multiple daily walks. I am flexible and am able to work around almost any schedule. We can accommodate for almost any situation. let’s have a discussion and i will adjust my schedule to care for our four-legged friends. I live on 9 acres, and the dogs will stay with me and my rescuers (Oliver & Dozer) in addition to Mia and Buddy. I monitor them at all times. About: I have owned two large dogs before a German Shepard, and a lab Shepard mix . I also understand that some dogs are energetic and need more exercise so I am patient with those doggos too! I am also attentive to their health and body language and I will communicate with you whether I notice anything concerning. I work full time from 8-5pm Mon-Friday. I would go to the family home for 4 hours twice a day and also took car of a paralyzed woman while in the family home. A few years ago when I began working remotely and had more time to dedicate, I got a dog of my own. Sawyer is a 45lb Portuguese Pointer. He is 6 years old but still a puppy at heart. Sawyer loves to play with other dogs, cuddle and go to the beach. I work from home and have lots of time in between meetings where I can be available to play with the pups and/or take them on walks! I can be flexible based on each dogs needs but it is standard that I walk Sawyer in the morning when we wake up, around lunch time, at the end of the work day, and before bed. I have a camera roll filled with doggy photos so you can be sure to expect daily updates and pictures while your pup is in my care 😊 Sawyer loves other dogs and would be thrilled to have a friend to play with or cuddle. About: Dogs have been part of my family my whole life. I grew up with terriers, and often cared for my friends Great Danes and labs. Extra Large breeds have always held a special place in my heart. 5 years ago I brought home my first Great Dane puppy, Moku. At around 2 years old Moku developed Epilepsy. His seizures were always grand mal, and went through different phases of frequency and severity over the past couple of years. I spent the past 2 years doing everything I possibly could to help keep his seizures under control and make sure he was generally healthy and living a high quality life. After more unexplained health complications, countless blood tests, ultra sounds, CT scans, etc- we realized that Moku had a rare and incurable Neuromuscular condition. He passed away in April 2023, just days after his diagnosis. All that to say- I am now very comfortable with caring for special needs dogs of all sizes, emergency situations, administering medications on a strict schedule, and loving our furry family members through the hardships. I have experience in puppy training and senior dog care as well :) My current work schedule is as follows- so please be aware if the timing conflicts with your pets needs as I will be away from your pet during these times. Monday 8:30-3:00 Thursday 10:30-5:00 Saturday 8:30-3:00 Sunday 10:00-5:30 This depends on the client and what services they are requesting. We were at a dinner reception the first night, the wedding the second, and both times she told us not to worry if we were later than expected--"just have a good time, and so will we". True to word. Proof is that our dog which is a bit shy and skittish, ran to Katherine the second night. The pictures she sent of them all cuddling together really helped us have a great time. About: Hello There! My little family and myself are pet lovers! 🥰 We have two dogs, two cats and a bearded dragon. Our home has always been a bit of a revolving door for furry friends. I have been dog walking and pet sitting locally for the past 17yrs and have plenty of references. I am out and about most mornings doing dog walks, typically 9/930-12ish and available again most afternoon or evenings depending on what you need. I work for an afterschool program during the school year so my schedule tends to open up a bit more during the summer. We have a high, fully fenced in back yard w plenty of shade. I tend to take boarded pups w me on my walks if the temperament works. We live in a very quiet little corner in Carpinteria surrounded by parks and bike trails.

About: I’ve owned and cared for pets over the course of my entire life. Dogs are my love and bring such joy into my world. I have always had a natural born connection that cannot really be explained. It’s a magnetism and I’m drawn to them as much as they are to me :). I have a deep understanding and knowledge of a variety of health issues that dogs commonly have including bone, joint, heart, GI issues and dietary restrictions. I’ve experienced quite a bit over the course of my life personally caring for dogs with these issues including blindness & deafness, injuries. I’m mature enough and a mom myself to confidently say that your family would be treated as my own would. I have also cared for and owned a variety of birds, fish, reptiles, bunnies, guinea pigs, chinchilla and then some! ;). Your animals would be loved as my own! Happy to do overnight care on somewhat short notice as well. Live in the Mission canyon area and have a gated yard with space for sun bathing and potty breaks/lizard chasing ;). Reliable car, DL, Insurance etc. - open to running errands, helping around the house (can discuss rate). My schedule is flexible and I’m available for boarding as well overnight with a little notice ahead of time. No problem with house sitting I have a gated yard and no pets. Nice neighborhood with friendly neighbors with dogs that enjoy each other. Local trails close by and the Riviera Theater close and other nice doggy friendly locations!

I've taken care of a myriad of pets, all with different personalities and temperaments, throughout my entire life (dogs, cats, chickens, horses, etc) I love working with animals, big or small, and will ensure the safety and happiness of your pets! I have complete availability, so I have plenty of time to play with your pups and give them my full and undivided attention! In addition to walking your dogs around the neighborhood or playing in the yard, I can drive to many nearby walking routes. I live at home where we have a large, fully fenced yard with plenty of both shade and sun. We have 2 friendly dogs and 2 rarely seen cats. The neighborhood is very walkable, and the beach is closeby!
About: I have owned two large dogs before a German Shepard, and a lab Shepard mix . I also understand that some dogs are energetic and need more exercise so I am patient with those doggos too! I am also attentive to their health and body language and I will communicate with you whether I notice anything concerning. I work full time from 8-5pm Mon-Friday. I am available early mornings before 7am or after 5pm on the weekdays and any time on the weekends. I cannot board dogs or cats however I am more than happy to watch them in their home! I will also be attentive to specific care instructions for your pets.

About: I've taken care of family and friend family pets growing up. My mom set up daycare for children and families would bring their pets often. (Watching my mommies growing up was my first experience and I now enjoying caring for others on my own leisure time) On my personal time, I've taken care of colleagues and friends family pets. My chihuahua will come with me on home visits otherwise I will require 1 hour break to go home to feed/walk my furbaby. I live by Bacara, I have the backyard that leads to Ellwood preserve. I do not use dog food to feed due to the high sodium, I cook meals using protein, veggies and Japanese potato. I'm happy to walk/care for family pets starting at 6am and latest walk at 6pm unless you are requesting overnight. Bed time is by 9pm or earlier. I have trim pets hair and given baths, this is complimentary for overnight stays even for 1 day. I have the materials and only cut hair by hand. I will keep majority of the hair 🙂 so you will not return surprised, your furbaby will look rejuvenated and polished 💖 I treat all furbaby as my own and cook extra portion for yours. I will walk the dogs together, 3 max at a time including my chihuahua. My chihuahua is allowed everywhere in my home so your furbaby is allowed to go anywhere except for kitchen when I'm cooking. Walks happen every 4 hours unless we are sleeping. I do not crate any furbaby so will not take you if this is something you request, I believe family pets should be included so will be in couch or bed. If they are in the floor every room has a fluffy bed. I do not have cat climbing build, only fuzzy beds! 🐾

I can be flexible based on each dogs needs but it is standard that I walk Sawyer in the morning when we wake up, around lunch time, at the end of the work day, and before bed. About: Dogs have been part of my family my whole life. I grew up with terriers, and often cared for my friends Great Danes and labs. Extra Large breeds have always held a special place in my heart. 5 years ago I brought home my first Great Dane puppy, Moku. At around 2 years old Moku developed Epilepsy. His seizures were always grand mal, and went through different phases of frequency and severity over the past couple of years. I spent the past 2 years doing everything I possibly could to help keep his seizures under control and make sure he was generally healthy and living a high quality life. After more unexplained health complications, countless blood tests, ultra sounds, CT scans, etc- we realized that Moku had a rare and incurable Neuromuscular condition. He passed away in April 2023, just days after his diagnosis. All that to say- I am now very comfortable with caring for special needs dogs of all sizes, emergency situations, administering medications on a strict schedule, and loving our furry family members through the hardships. I have experience in puppy training and senior dog care as well :) My current work schedule is as follows- so please be aware if the timing conflicts with your pets needs as I will be away from your pet during these times. Monday 8:30-3:00 Thursday 10:30-5:00 Saturday 8:30-3:00 Sunday 10:00-5:30 This depends on the client and what services they are requesting.
