I’m happy he was allowed to roam free and sit on furniture just like at home. Although my dog may have been nervous to eat, Sheila did her best to accommodate Paxson. I liked that she had other dogs and a cat. I think this helps Paxson get comfortable and learn the ropes. I appreciate Sheila and her daughter Rhonika for taking great care of Paxson. And to illustrate that I'd like to highlight two things about our experience with her that stood out to me. First, when we first contacted her about boarding, she asked really good questions. That's always something that marks a good sitter in my experience. Knowing that she was actively thinking about our dog's care and doublechecking details that we didn't cover in our Rover profile really put me at ease even before we'd met her. And second, when we picked Rusty up, she had all of his stuff so well organized in the big blue Ikea bag that we pack full of his food, toys, and blankets. About: My first job was as a kennel attendant at a doggy daycare from 2017 to 2019. I’ve had pets my whole life, so I know a thing or two about animal care, and I gained even more hands-on experience working with dogs in a daycare setting. About: i’ve always loved animals, especially dogs, i have 4 of my own, and plenty of people that entrust me with their pets. i started casually taking care of pets off a family friends request, then some family started asking me, and honestly i love it. i love connecting with these animals and making them feel loved. overall, i’m a dependable person who works well under direction, and if that direction is to meet the needs of your pups, im all for it. i currently have a pretty open schedule, i’m open to caring for pets super early in the morning, in the evening, and even mid day. I have a closed in backyard, my pups roam around back their but spend their time inside when i’m home, when they’re inside they have their own space by the back door. When entrusted to care for pets at a clients home, I respect the rules and tend to whatever tasks are left for me to do, whether pet related or clean up related, I’m your gal.
