“My dog, Bailey, had a great stay with Victoria. She stayed in touch with me assuring me Bailey was fine. I knew she was in good care. No problems, easy to interact with. I would recommend her!!”

“Wendi was an actual dream. She set up the meet and greet and was able to come through at the last minute when someone else bailed. She worked with my dogs unique personality, sent me lots of pictures and let me know what was going on with him. I felt like my dog was safe with her, and LOVED! Really I can’t be happier with the experience.”

“Vi was fantastic with Cal and I would trust her to take care of Cal for future boarding. Cal is a recent rescue so I wanted to make sure he was with someone who will provide him with the care he needs. Vi provided Cal with toys, lots of walks and plenty of snuggles. She would update me with pictures and videos of how he was doing daily so that put me at ease. It was also great knowing that she works from home so Cal had a buddy majority of time to hang out with. This was my first Rover experience and it has been an awesome one with Vi. Thank you again for taking care of my lil Cal.”

“Ning was absolutely fantastic, she took amazing care of my dog! She went above and beyond and really made my dog feel like he was apart of her family. I’m very particular when it comes to my furbaby, but her care, attention to detail and knowledge were amazing and left no doubt that she would do a spectacular job!”
“Wesley Archer enjoyed his visit & stay with Nicole! Having the opportunity to meet and play with other dogs at the doggie daycare was super helpful and a bonus for playtime and socialization. He looks forward to the next time he may get to go for another visit! Thank you”

“Nathan and Paula were so great with our senior dog. We had him over for 10 days during our trip and it made our vacation so much less stressful. Our dog gets some separation anxiety but I can tell they were patient with him and he opened up with them and enjoyed his stay. We will definitely have our pup stay with them again!”
“Bridget was absolutely incredible with our boy! She and her family were so kind and caring, and updated us with lots of photos and videos. Our dog unexpectedly fell sick, and she not only immediately notified us, but took him to the emergency vet within minutes. She felt comfortable caring for him at home and he recovered well with her. Our dog became part of the family with her, and we would not hesitate to ask Bridget to watch him again in the future. She is an absolute gem!”

About: I am new to Rover but began pet sitting for neighbors at 16 years old. I have experience with both small and large dogs, including my own 90 lb lab who I trained from an 8 week old puppy into adulthood. You can feel at complete ease knowing your dog will be well cared for in a very loving, comfortable, and clean home while you are away. We have a big, fully fenced-in back yard, as well as a nice neighborhood for walks. I am home all day and am able to accommodate anything your dog needs. I have a very flexible schedule and am able to accommodate both daytime care as well as multi-night overnight boarding with full availability with advanced notice. We have a fully-fenced in back yard as well as a clean home for your dog to feel comfortable while you are away. We also have a very friendly 2.5 year old male English Lab to be a playmate and keep your dog company.

“We loved Sunny! The name says it all! The friendliest sitter ever! Love her kindness. My dog is high energy and very needy and she kept up with mj (dog) Very good at updating on how the pup is doin and sending pictures is always a very good bonus! The real deal! And even watched our pup on a very important holiday (hard to find) Thank you Sunny! Much appreciated! ???”

“We really appreciate Dan. Our dog, Luddy, has anxiety and trust issues and Dan knew right away how to gently (but confidently) handle him so he would feel safe, he even allowed us to bring Luddy’s bed, which was a plus. Dan was also able to help us out in a bind at the last minute; he was very patient and kind and was in touch with us at least once every day. Dan was very responsive and we really appreciate his extra efforts - separating our dog from the larger dogs and giving him time to acclimate…as well as time on the bed!”

“Liv was amazing with our puppy. She was patient and loving with him. Being a new puppy requires a lot of work and she was patient with him. Thank you for taking such good care of him.”
“Hanah & Dabin took such great care of our rescue dog Lilo during her first 2-week boarding stay 🥹💕 Since she’s a rescue, she can be pretty fearful and shy in new environments, so we were honestly nervous leaving her for that long for the first time. They sent us lots of photo/video updates, were incredibly patient and warm with her, and made us feel so at ease the whole time. It was so comforting seeing Lilo slowly open up and enjoy herself 🐶 We’re super grateful for all the love and care they gave her, and we’d absolutely book with them again!! 💛”

“Our dog came back happy, healthy, clean, and exhausted from playtime! Nikcole always responds quickly, provides pics and updates, and is consistently flexible when our plans change. This is our second booking with her. Highly recommend.”

“Michelle accepted my Sheena on Memorial Day weekend with quite a short notice and was very nice and accommodating. She made sure to send me pics and updates and seems like Sheena had a good time :) Thank you!”

“Patricia did a great job watching our dog, Uno. We met for a meet and greet and I felt like Patricia was very knowledgeable about animals, and our dog would be in good hands. She sent lots of photos and updates and Uno seemed happy. She has cats and watches other dogs, so our dog even had friends to hang out with. I would use Patricia again in the future.”
“Bennie and Jennie could not have been any better. Our cats were quite nervous, as they have never stayed in another place before. Bennie and Jennie were so loving and attentive, the cats warmed up quickly and ended up having a really great time. We would highly recommend!”
About: I have been a “Dog Mom” for over 20 years. Often having multiple dogs of different sizes and breeds. I have handled deaf dogs- using sign language for commands, bells on door handles for dogs to signal outside time and understanding quiet, calm environments for senior dogs. I currently have no dogs in the house and I miss it so much! I’m excited to help your family any way I can. I’m a stay at home mom with one 9 year old boy who shares in my love for dogs. My child will be at school during the school year. My days are flexible to accommodate your needs. I’m happy to send photos/videos of your fur baby as often as you’d like! I have a small outdoor patio that is partly shaded for those dogs who love a good sun- bathing. Out front there is some grass and I have a leash attached to large tree if they prefer grass time. (I will be outside with them the entire time) I can accommodate crate training at night or snuggle with them in my king size bed! We are an A/C controlled home!!
“From the moment we met, I felt completely at ease—she was warm, professional, and clearly loves animals. My dog took to her right away. Diana kept me updated with lots of photos and messages, which really put my mind at ease while I was away. Truly wonderful experience from start to finish!”

“Devenee was so wonderful and she was able to win my cat over very quickly despite my cat being super shy to new people. The photos she sent of my cat are some of my favorites of her now. I'll be rebooking with her for future travels as long as she is available to watch my cat.”

“This was the second time Krystal has cared for our cats and she did great! One of our cats is disabled and Krystal did an amazing job accommodating her special needs. Thanks again!”

“Nick was a wonderful overnight sitter for Mango. We really appreciated the regular photo and video updates, and he was always responsive to our messages. He took the time to bond with Mango, which gave us peace of mind while we were away. Mango clearly took to Nick, and it seemed like his routine stayed as close to normal as possible despite us being gone. Nick also left the house clean and tidy, and it was a joy to come home to a happy, well-cared-for boy. We would gladly book with him again.”

“Tala was professional and kind and took good care of our cat while we are on a trip! She provided lots of love and care to him, evident through pictures and videos. She also offered to do a meet-and-greet to see our cat, our place, and to meet her as a person. Our cat did not have any medications to administer or any food/water that needed to be given as we have an auto feeder and fountain, but our main ask was for Tala to clean his litter and give him lots of love and play with him if he was in a playful mood, all of which I believe Tala did while we were gone. Thanks Tala!”

“Garrett was amazing. He was patient with my puppy and even was able to put her harness on, of which I couldn’t do without a fuss. Now she sits and lets me put it on no problem. I will definitely hire him again and again. Highly recommended him to anyone.”

About: I actually don't have a ton of cat experience but I love all animals. I do take care of the cats at the animal shelter sometimes so I can change the litter and feed them and love them. I love sitting at home and reading so I think a cat would really enjoy me!
“Vi is truly an amazing pet sitter. She was very helpful and thoughtful the whole time she took care of my cat. I really appreciate her and would recommend her time and time again.”

About: Hi, I’m Felipe! Animals have always been a huge part of my life. I’ve spent years caring for rescue dogs and cats of all ages, personalities, and energy levels. Through that experience, I’ve developed a strong understanding of animal behavior, routines, and the patience needed to help pets feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for. Why pet parents trust me: • Experienced with rescue dogs and cats of all ages and personalities • Reliable, patient, and easygoing • Comfortable with pets of all sizes and energy levels • Focused on safety, routine, and positive experiences • Long walks, playtime, companionship, and daily care • Regular photo and message updates • Treat every pet with care, respect, and attention What you can expect when you book with me: • Reliable , attentive care • Regular updates and photos • Consistent routines and attention • Exercise, play, and companionship • A safe and positive experience for your pet I understand how much trust it takes to leave your pet in someone else’s care. That’s why I treat every animal as if they were my own, providing plenty of attention, safety, affection, exercise, and a calm, positive environment. My goal is simple: to make your pet feel safe, comfortable, and loved while giving you complete peace of mind when you’re away. I have a flexible schedule and genuinely enjoy building routines around pet care. Daily walks, exercise, feeding, playtime, and making pets feel calm and comfortable are already a big part of my everyday life with my own rescue dogs and cats. I’m reliable, punctual, communicative, and committed to giving every pet consistent attention, care, and affection. Whether your pet needs an active walk, companionship, or a calm and patient sitter, I always make their safety and happiness a priority. Safety, trust, and calm energy are extremely important to me when caring for pets. I always take time to understand each pet’s personality, routine, and comfort level so they feel safe and secure. I have experience caring for rescue animals and understand the importance of patience, structure, supervision, and positive interactions. “Hannah is such a sweetheart! She was so considerate and conscious of the space and of my fur bb. (As well as pleasantly communicative and professional throughout our experience )💖 It’s obvious that she’s authentically an animal lover through and through 🥰”

“Michelle is wonderful, and our pup loves her! We appreciate all the cute photos and the timely responses. She is always very easy to communicate with and incredibly reliable.”

About: After losing my beloved fur baby of 13.5 years, Jax, to a massive tumor, I decided to leave Corporate America and embark on a soul-searching journey through South America. Along the way, I connected with so many wonderful dogs who filled my heart with love and comfort. Now that I’m back home, I’m focusing on writing a book about my journey and enjoying the flexibility in my schedule. Though I’m not ready for another dog of my own just yet, I would love to be an "auntie" to yours. Friends always joked that I treated Jax better than most people treat their children—we were inseparable! We’d go on outdoor adventures, especially to the beach, which was our happy place. During the last year of his life, I cooked him healthy meals and found natural supplements to help him through his battle. I’d love to care for your pup while you’re off on your own adventures, either in your home or mine. I have a passion for yoga, self-care, travel, live music, good food, and sunsets—so your fur baby will be in good company on our little adventures. I'm super flexible with my schedule, so your pup can join me on walks in the Back Bay or the Beach—two of my favorite spots! If they prefer some quiet time, they can hang out with me while I’m writing my book, or we can just snuggle on the couch and relax together. Whether it’s outdoor adventures or cozy downtime, I’m happy to give your fur baby the care and love they need. To ensure your pup’s comfort and safety, it’s important to know about their temperament and preferences. Understanding what they enjoy, their routine, and any specific needs they might have helps me provide the best care possible. While I may prefer to host them at my place, I’m open to staying at your home if it feels right for everyone. A meet-and-greet beforehand is ideal to ensure there’s compatibility and comfort for all parties involved before committing to a stay.

“Elli was incredible - SO responsive and responsible!! She took such great care of ShiShi while I was out of town. She was detailed with her questions and made sure that she had everything she needed to look after ShiShi. Highly recommend and would absolutely book again!!”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was very little. Those around me would probably say I connect better with dogs than humans. Fur baby’s make me so happy and would love the opportunity to take care of yours! I am reliable, responsibly, and respectful. I currently work full-time and this would be a part time job, mostly during Friday- Sunday. I am free most weeks so I do have the time and resources to take care of pets. I can easily accommodate any special requests that will be needed to watch your fur baby. I am more than happy to review any special instructions and chat prior to taking care of your animals.
About: Colin: My love for animals began as a child and flourished into what it is today. Ever since I was younger, I have been surrounded by dogs, cats, and various other pets. One day in high school, my parents brought home a beautiful wheaten terrier who quickly became my best friend as I nurtured and trained her. That day forward, friends, families, and colleagues have entrusted me with looking after their wonderful furry friends. Bonnie: I absolutely adore animals! I wish I could be a Disney Princess so I could be surrounded by them all day long! I've lived with dogs, birds, and fish my entire life, and I wouldn't have it any other way. I strongly believe that our furry friends need our unconditional love, respect, and care. That is the mantra of how I have nourished and nurtured all of my fur babies their entire lives! I work from home and have a lot of time outside assignments to give your pets my full attention, and will be able to make sure they get daily exercise. I typically go for extensive walks about 1-4 times daily. I have a pet-friendly home filled with many toys, food and treats, grooming supplies, first-aid tools, beds, and crates. Additionally, I am located between two parks and am within walking distance of the Back Bay Trail.
About: Hello! I have been taking care of animals since I was a kid and got my first pet. We have had three cats and two dogs that I have grown up with and helped to take care of. Both of my dogs were rescues and I have fostered dogs from the Humane Society so I am familiar with the extra TLC that may need to be given to rescue pups due to some having difficult backgrounds before being rescued. I helped my family train both dogs when they were little. I love all kinds of dogs big and small. I also am very familiar with cats and have had a ton of experience with them as well having helped my family raise 3 cats. I am unable to adopt any animals where I am currently living so I would love the opportunity to treat your animal like it was my own and love on them because I miss having that in my life! My schedule is very flexible and is mostly work from home. There are a few days that I need to report to the job site. I can make sure your pet gets to stick to its normal routine in your home and will ensure that they are well taken care of!
“Very good first meeting. Jordy loved Tina. She's very good with big dogs and ours has separation anxiety. He had no trouble going out with her alone and I could tell he was very comfortable with her.”

“Kiki had an absolute blast with Nathan, Paula, and their adorable daughters during her stay! It was so nice seeing the photos of Kiki having a blast with the family throughout the day—whether it was playing at the beach or curling up on the couch for some snuggles. Thanks to Nathan and Paula’s care and attention, I was able to fully enjoy my time at Disneyland. I will definitely be trusting them with Kiki next time I’m in the area!”

“Kermit loves Jeff, Keersi and their doodle Scuba! Best sitter of all time. They have taken such good care of my dog and I feel at ease knowing that he is in such good hands. About: I have been a dog lover my whole life! Over the last 13 years, I’ve raised my Jack Russell Chihuahua mix from puppy to healthy senior. Like most millennials, I bought the house with a yard for my dog! I work from home in the tech industry, which allows me to spend all day with your pups, giving them attention throughout the day, taking them for regular walks and potty breaks, and tending to their needs. I live on a quiet block with a peaceful enclosed backyard. I would love to host your fur babies! Full time work from home, flexible schedule that allows for multiple potty breaks and walks. My dog usually walks 3 times a day (15 min each), which I could easily incorporate an additional dog to the walks. The back door is kept open weather permitting for dogs to sniff, sunbathe, and explore. Each pet’s care is unique! Whether that is walking them alone, specific dietary needs, or toys that are off limit. I work closely with you and your pet to tailor to their needs, and ensure a happy and comfortable stay. I always suggest a meet and greet prior to first stay, so we can review your expectations, learn more about how to best communicate with your pet, and ensure we are on the same page for care needs.

I love pets and I can provide lots of flexibility to you when it comes to cancellation and last-minute bookings. “Amazing first time experience using Rover. My dog travels everywhere with me and I generally worry about her, but not this time. Wendi was wonderful with Cami. Cami loved going every morning and that made my days less stressful. I wish I lived near so I would have Wendi as part of my support system.”

I keep owners updated with messages and photos, closely monitor pets during walks and visits, and treat every home and animal with respect, reliability, and care as if they were my own family.
About: I love all animals sooo much, but especially cats. ❤️ I have a calming demeanor that animals are attracted to. Especially when I call there name or names they come right to me I currently am working with horses during the week and would like to add a little pet sitting to my weekends. I enjoy walking dogs or playing with cats. The most important thing is following the owner’s instructions. I understated all pets are different and have different needs. I am reliable and trustworthy.

About: I've had dogs my whole life; from a Chihuahua to a German Shepard! Last summer I lost my 17 year old baby and I'm not ready to get another dog yet but I have the time and knowledge to watch yours! I volunteer at an animal shelter every week and sometimes I foster. I love going on long walks multiple times a day so it would be a bonus to bring your pup along! I have experience with senior dogs and medicine. I work 4 days a week and I make my own schedule so I can easily do a midday walk even if I'm working that day. If I'm not out walking or working I'm usually just at home reading and would love to have a furry friend next to me. I work Wednesday through Saturday as a hairdresser, I make my own schedule so I can easily schedule mid day walks. Most mornings I walk for 1-2 hours already so I'd love to bring a pup along. After work, I just stay in and read usually so I'd be a great companion. I'm a great house sitter, I'm very chill and clean and respectful. I can take your dogs on walks and also play with them in the houses and truly love them like they are my own.
About: I’ve owned Great Danes :) I will care for your fur baby as if they were my own. I’ve trained a few dogs using a Gentle Leader. I always walk a dog on my left (dogs innately want to be in the Alpha position, which is the front and right of a dog pack—and so I walk them on my left so they understand that I’m in the alpha position) This is my full-time job. Unless I’m scheduled to walk a pup (or have a dr appointment), I’ll be with your pets in home. I talk to them and love to snuggle with them (if they appreciate the attention and affection). I’ll drive them to grooming or vet appointments. When I’m with a pet/s —they are my priority. Their care is what is important. I want them to be happy and I want their owners to not have to worry about their “fur babies” while they are away from them.
“Chloe is everything you hope for in a dog walker. She’s caring, punctual, and truly makes the most of every minute based on your dog’s energy level. Our six-month-old Siberian husky has endless energy, and Chloe matches it with real engagement — not a distracted stroll. I’ve seen other walkers glued to their phones; Chloe is the opposite: fully present, attentive, and genuinely invested. Your pup is in good hands.”

“Mia is an amazing dog walker, she has so much patience and understands dogs. My dog Atlas has A LOT of energy and can sometimes be too much to handle, but Mia knows how to match his energy and has so much patience for him. She was also flexible if I needed to change plans and communicative. I have recommended Mia to my coworkers and would recommend her to anyone!”

“Annabel is such a treasure! She not only has been walking Nyx for some time now, she was excellent with a visiting pup, Toby who can be a bit shy. I highly recommend Annabel!”

About: I am a huge animal lover, I have had pets my whole life and have always been responsible for them from bathing them, feeding, walking, and also playing with them and giving them attention. I have 2 dogs now, and also have had other types of animals in the past as well as other dogs. I also have experience watching 2 different neighbors pets (dogs and cats) when they go out of town, caring for them twice a day. I’ve always enjoyed caring for animals ever since I was little. I’m very responsible and reliable and have my own transportation. Can not wait to walk or pet sit your furry friend! Very flexible with scheduling and hours. I take both my pups out every 1-2 hours for potty breaks. I always want them to stay active as much as possible so when i’m home I make sure they have play time. Safety and trust are very important especially when it comes to someone else watching over your fur babies. My pups are crate trained which I feel is important as puppies especially so they don’t get hurt or eat anything they aren’t supposed to while i’m not home. I watch my dogs 24/7 while i’m home as well as i’d do the same for yours. Animals are very important to me and i’d take care of your animals just like they were mine.
About: Life long animal lover with three rescue pups of my own! I have hands on experience with the medical needs of pups, including special needs, as well as handling (and loving) dogs with behavioral issues. I ALWAYS go above and beyond to provide much love and patience for the ones who may need a little extra care & understanding! I also have a snake and a tortoise, so I’m confidant and comfortable with reptile care as well. Since my house is at max capacity when it comes to fitting another animal, I’d love the opportunity to extend my nurturing care to your pets, whether that means taking them on a walk, playing with them, or pet sitting in your home. I know first hand the amount of trust it takes to leave your fur babes in someone else’s care, and I would be honored to be that person for you! With me, your pets will always come first. Not only will they be safe, but also loved and engaged to the fullest! I can’t wait to meet you! I work two park time jobs while attending school full time online. I’m home a majority of the day Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays, & Sundays! I care for pets in the home of the client providing drop ins, overnights, and walks! My schedule can be adjusted to meet all of your fur babies needs!

“My dog, Bailey, had a great stay with Victoria. She stayed in touch with me assuring me Bailey was fine. I knew she was in good care. No problems, easy to interact with. I would recommend her!!”

“Leaving our 8 month old frenchie with Doug was so helpful. It was comforting to receive some photos and videos while we were away. We would definitely book with Doug again!”

“We had the absolute pleasure of having Lisa care for our dog, Cooper, and I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Cooper is like our baby, and Lisa treated him with so much love, attention, and care—it meant everything to us. Honestly, I don’t think he even wanted to come home! She has the sweetest dog and a beautiful yard where Cooper could run and play, and he felt completely comfortable right away. Throughout my time away, Lisa sent thoughtful updates and photos that made me so happy and gave me total peace of mind. Lisa is truly a gift—reliable, kind, and clearly someone who genuinely loves what she does. I will absolutely be using her regularly and would recommend her to anyone without hesitation. You would be so lucky to have her care for your dog. 5 stars all the way! ⭐️🐾”

“Jeff and Kara were wonderful with Milo. They did an amazing job taking care of him and communicated daily. Milo would be happy to go back any time. We would highly recommend them.”

“Laura was amazing!!! She constantly kept me updated on what my pup was up to and sent lots of pictures. She seems like someone who truly cares for people’s pets and I would 100% recommend her if you need a sitter.”

“A great experience as always! My pup, Ted, loves going to visit Scuba! They are a very active family so Ted always gets tons of exercise. Jeff is extremely easy to communicate with—I have true peace of mind when Ted is in their care.”
