It turns out we had nothing to be worried about. Alina checked in with us regularly and had very accurate descriptions of how our dog Bedu was settling in. By the end of her stay Bedu was in love. We brought home a very happy pup who was so well looked after, I can happily say she also had a little vacation herself. Alina’s residence is right next door to Petco, which was very convenient for us as we had forgotten to pack some supplies and stopped there on the way.”

About: My first experience with cats was discovering 6 kittens under my home when I was 7! Since then I have been fortunate enough to always be around to care for kittens and cats who need homes. I currently have 2 female cats both foster fails. I have cat sat for numerous friends and family members who have pets with diverse personalities. About: Hi I’m a full time pet sitter. I have been petsitting for the past 8years. I have a lot of time to take the doggies out for walks multiple times a day. I also interact with them, by playing or doing basic commands with them. They are always allowed hop on the couch and join me to cuddle while watching a movie. It’s a cage free environment, unless you are training your baby or prefer for your pup to be in a cage certain times. They will feel right at home, in a comfort place where they are allowed to roam around freely and cuddle up on the couch or the human bed at night. We also reward them with extra belly rubs and delicious treats! I am a full time pet sitter. During the day I do have multiple walks I go out to. My partner Maggie is also home full time to care for the pups while I’m away. Dogs in my home have to be friendly with humans and other dogs. I am only taking small- medium size dogs. About: I have experience walking dogs of all ages and sizes (German Shepard, huskies, Maltese, poodle, frenchies). As a teen I walked dogs for the elderly who resided in a retirement home. I grew up with large dogs and have learned patience and awareness through my experiences. I currently have two talkative cats and have participated in rescuing stray kittens from a Carl’s Jr. parking lot. I love animals and have learned from each and every one of them that I have had the pleasure of meeting in my lifetime. I am currently between jobs and have a lot of free time to take pups for walks! About: Since 2009, I have had dogs... I absolutely love them (and really all animals)! I cared for my two dogs until their passing at approximately 9 years of age since they were puppies. While in graduate school, I volunteered at the Oakland Animal Shelter for a few months taking care of pigeons, such as feeding them and cleaning their cages. So, if you have some unusual animals- I am open to taking care of them too! I also had a 2 week experience cat sitting for my cousin's senior cat by feeding/giving her water and general watching her. So, I have good experience with taking care of cats too although I have never had a cat personally. At the moment, I have my senior dog, Mr. Beau, an 11 year American Staff Terrier I adopted in 2023 at the shelter. While I was at the Oakland Animal Shelter, staff made it known that senior animals are the most often overlooked animals for adoption and that made me feel sad :( So once I was able to, I made it a mission to adopt a senior pup, and I am so happy and fulfilled with my decision. As with any senior (including humans), they come with special needs, such as different medications, loss of hearing, limited walking, increase in illnesses, etc. My dog has had many complications, but with my great patience with senior pups, I feel confident in taking care of their specific needs! I know what it is like to trust strangers with taking care of your pet- its scary! Mr. Beau has specific senior needs and is picking, so I hope my experience can make you feel more comfortable with choosing me to take care of your pet when you're away! Experience: senior dogs, puppies, cats, birds, or other types of pets. I am open-minded! I was laid off from my job at the end of June, so I while I am applying to full time work, I have time to take care of pets in the meantime to fill my weekly schedule! While I cannot provide pet sitting services at my own home because my dog is not friendly with other dogs (sad face), I am skilled in meeting with my where my clients are at. I love to ask questions about the pet's history, current physical state, quirks, boundaries, etc. so I don't cause unnecessary stress or issues. About: I foster animals for rescues, I also own 4 dogs myself, from puppies to seniors. I can also take care of medically fragile animals. I am open to anything. I’m currently working part time so I will be pretty wide open to care for you furry friend. “Alina was so wonderful. Our regular dogsitter had to cancel on us last minute. Alina came to the rescue and watched our dog for a 4 night stay. We were nervous to leave our senior dog (who has some special needs) with a brand new person. Usually we book an initial one-night stay with a sitter before doing anything more than 24 hours. It turns out we had nothing to be worried about. Alina checked in with us regularly and had very accurate descriptions of how our dog Bedu was settling in. By the end of her stay Bedu was in love. We brought home a very happy pup who was so well looked after, I can happily say she also had a little vacation herself. Alina’s residence is right next door to Petco, which was very convenient for us as we had forgotten to pack some supplies and stopped there on the way.”

“They took in our fifteen year old senior citizen Savannah when we had to leave town at the last minute. We usually have someone stay over our house to watch her so this was our first time leaving her at a sitters so we didn't know what to expect. It was very comforting to receive constant texts & photos of how the old lady was doing. This provides a ton of relief when you are far away from your dog. She got along with their dog Lucy very well. We were super appreciative of their patience with her. She had a few incontinence accidents around their home but they cared for her with comfort and love so she was always comfortable. Overall I think they should add "super senior care" to their profile! Anyone who leaves their precious dogs with them can be assured of a safe & comfortable home and genuinely loving pet caregivers.
