About: I have an overwhelming amount of experience when it comes to care for dogs. I was adamant, at a very young age, about volunteering at as many local shelters as possible. I also have never not had a dog in my care. I grew up in a home made extra warm by 5 schnauzers and even into my adult years I've owned my own dog, all rescues. I know that each dog has their own personality and I love seeing them shine in there own ways. I have taken care of dogs as young as 6 months old to dogs that are 9 years old. “Although my daughter's service dog goes with us everywhere, we decided it was best to leave him in capable hands while we enjoyed a tip to the Living Desert near Palm Springs, CA. Nuvea was available last minute to care for Huckleberry in her home. He enjoyed a play date with a few fellow canines and a cat. Nuvea was able to accommodate treat time and dinner for him and excursions in her backyard. When we returned Huckleberry was happy and ready to resume his care for his girl. Lacey diligently coached him back into the yard. She communicated with us about this incident and let us know what she would do to prevent it from happening again. I’ve volunteered at animal shelters, a cat rescue, and I was a Girl Scout for 7 years. I love helping others and’s more than anything I want your pets to be happy, safe, and comfortable in your absence. I work part time 3 days a week for 7 hour shifts however they are typically scattered throughout the week on odd days and times. I am willing to do just about anything to attend to your pets needs and I will always make sure they are safe, healthy, and happy as can be in my care. In my own home I can feed, water, pet, love, cuddle, play with, go on walks with, and administer medications, and brush pets. I can do all of the same within clients homes with the exception of walks (IF I’m unfamiliar with the area).

My husband and I have a Australian Red healer named Arturo and he also loves other dogs but if yours doesn't that totally ok! I would love to come walk them around the neighborhood, watch them for the night or weekend or just check up and feed them if needed. I am available and in Yucca Valley but able to travel to other nearby cities. I am a student and working freelance right now so I have a lot of time to be flexible right now. I can do weekdays or weekends. I would take special care when someones home and to leave it as I found it if not better. My piggy will be there to keep your baby company and I have a 14 year old kid who loves to snuggle and play with all your pets! If you can't pick up your pet before 7pm, one additional day of boarding or doggy daycare will be added to your booking. An additional fee will be added for dogs over 40 pounds. Dogs under 1 year and/or "bully breeds" will be accepted on a case-by-case basis. By booking with me, you acknowledge that if your puppo damages property, you are responsible for any cost of repairs or replacement. When damage occurs, it is usually caused by pets that do not crate or have high anxiety when left alone for even short periods. My policy on dog breeds and sizes is in place because of two separate incidents. First, I lost a beloved pet to a boarded Rover doggo on Christmas morning, 2020. Having to put my little pig Minnie in the freezer after being attacked on Christmas morning was a horribly traumatic experience. In June 2023 I was attacked by a 110lb Rover dog at a meet and greet and had to go to the hospital. If the owner had not been present, I would have been killed. These are incidents that I will not risk repeating. Thank you so much for understanding!
About: I’ve been taking care of pets and children since I was a child myself! I love spending time with animals, I’m your human when it comes to your fur babies! I currently work from home so I have an easy schedule to work around and can work from anywhere! My availability is very flexible currently. About: I’ve have taken care of dogs ever since I was a teenager. I love taking care of dogs they bring me such a joy. I know that each dog has their own personality and I love seeing them shine in there own ways. I have taken care of dogs as young as 6 months old to dogs that are 9 years old. I know that senior dogs definitely need more attention when it comes to potty breaks. I also have changed dog diapers. I also grown up with large dog breeds such as Pitbulls, Rottweilers and Huskies. I have also taken care of small dogs such as toy poodles, schnauzer and pekingese. I currently work as a property manager for an Airbnb that runs within my home. Which gives me the flexibility to watch pets. I understand that each pet has their own needs and I want to do what’s best for them. I’m very fortunate to have a fully fence, home, and a separate backyard for my pets and yours. My dogs have their own space and your pet will be staying with me so I can watch them.
