About: I grew up with many types of rescue/dogs at home (terriers, heelers, sharpei, goldens) I love all dogs but especially poodle mixes and have experience with doodles. Coqui is now 5 years old and I got him at 8 weeks, so understand the doodle ways. I will take great care of your fur baby! Also, dog must be ok with other dogs in the house. Coqui is very friendly and loves other dogs. We typically go on 4x walks per day, usually one of them is a longer trail walk or to the offleash dog park. Your dog will get plenty of exercise. If they are older or don’t need as much exercise, I would do shorter/separate walks. I work from home part of the week so can keep your pup with me and my dog coqui, we typically walk a few times a day and one of them on the longer side. I can crate your dog or let them hang out with coqui. Usually he’s in an enclosed space with me while I’m working. Dogs are allowed on the furniture.

Being home means more attention, regular potty breaks and a comfortable, low stress environment while you're away. I live in a second floor apartment in a really walkable area in Alameda. There's a little communal garden/yard in my complex and Franklin Park is less than 5 minutes away. I feel like my spot works for all types of dogs. If they're high energy we can go on longer walks by the beach and if they're more chill we can just take a slower walk and enjoy the scenery. I keep dogs on leash when we're out and just make sure they feel comfortable and settles while they're away from home.

One of my favorite times of day is playtime- I feel like they always come alive and it’s so fun to be a part of. I have also done a lot of overnight cat/ house sitting as well! For the past year, I’ve regularly cared for Cooper, a Maltese/Yorkie mix, sometimes for weeks at a time while his family is away. I genuinely love spending quality time with dogs; not just making sure they’re fed and walked, but making sure they feel safe, stimulated, loved, and understood. I believe a dog’s world is only as big as we help make it, so I care a lot about enrichment, affection, play, exploration, and giving them moments that make their days feel full and exciting. Whether your dog is energetic, anxious, playful, cuddly, tiny, giant, or entering their senior years, I’ll care for them with the same warmth and attention I give my own💖 My schedule is very flexible during mornings and regular daytime working hours, which allows me to be available for walks, drop-ins, playtime, companionship, and daytime care throughout the week. Whether your pet needs a midday walk, company while you’re at work, or extra attention during the day, I’d love to help 💖 I’m available to pick up your pet for walks or provide care directly in your home, where they feel safest and most comfortable. About: I've had the privilege of taking care of many pets growing up; fish, a hamster, guinea pigs, and now my cat. Animals have always had a natural affinity to me and I receive that as the greatest honor. My goal is always to make sure animals feel safe and comfortable around me before I engage with them because I respect their autonomy. As of right now, my schedule is pretty free, so I would have time to walk your dogs or hang out at home with your cats any time! I am always respectful of other people's rules and spaces. I will never make your pet do something they don’t want to do (unless they refuse to follow their parent's rules, of course). It is extremely important to me that they feel comfortable around me when I am in their space.
About: I’ve been taking care of dogs my whole life within my family but I’ve also taken my own path on raising puppies from the liter of my own dogs in my parents home having babies. As I’ve gotten older, I’ve taken in two dogs from the streets and have been raising them since one month old. I work for myself so any time I’d need to accommodate for your pups needs I can do that ! I just want to be of convenience for the dog parents because I know how hard it can be managing your life with your fur baby. I have crates if preferred to be used but I also have my own babies that I can bring over to spend time with your fur baby so they don’t feel alone or left out. My babies love other dogs, they are so playful and fun !

“The only difficult part of writing this review is finding enough good things to say about Bobby. Every interaction, from our first communication to picking up Puck after his stay, conveyed warmth, canine knowledge, and professionalism. Puck is a rescue with some serious PTSD and social anxiety, so in our initial conversation with Bobby we discussed whether his rescue, River, would get along well with Puck. He assured us of River’s gentle nature in language that conveyed an excellent understanding of canine personalities and interactions, and we felt comfortable going ahead with a meet and greet. River was just as Bobby described, and Puck was shy as always but clearly not panicked or overly anxious . . . River’s easy vibe comforted him. My husband and I really liked Bobby, so we went ahead with scheduling the 5 day stay. We left in confidence when we dropped Puck off, and in the following days received regular updates and photos. I love that Bobby is so affectionate with the dogs; there is a lot of love there, and it shows in the demeanor of Puck and River. Puck seemed to quickly learn that he could curl up and snuggle with Bobby whenever he wanted, earning a “He’s a snugglebug” comment from Bobby . . . . yup, that’s what everyone calls him lol. When we picked up Puck, he was of course delirious with joy to see us, but not overcome with nervousness or anxiety. We could see that he had developed a relationship with Bobby, and that he felt safe and loved. When we arrived home, he slipped right back into normal routines without needing decompression time. Thank you, Bobby, for providing Puck with a warm and loving home-away-from-home, and for the priceless experience of positive socializing with River . . . . we will be reaching out again in the future when we have travel plans.”

He was also nice enough to watch my dog an extra night when my flights got delayed. My dog was very happy staying with with Jakree and loved playing in his back yard with other dogs. She was available and home with my pups most of the time, very quick and responsive when I messaged her during my trip, sent me LOTS of pictures (which I asked her to do :) and she overall just made leaving my babies so much less stressful. My biggest thing was knowing they were safe and someone was home with them over 4th of July, (my girl is afraid of fireworks). She sent me pictures of her snuggly and relaxed on 4th of July night and her XL fence made me feel very safe with my Great Pyrenees, whom are escape artists. She was cool and ready for the hair and drooling, and even let me drop off at 5AM. Overall, I will be using Shareese again and would highly recommend.”

“Josie and her partner took such good care of Lily. She was communicative and enthusiastic, happy to accept a short notice booking. I really appreciated her attitude and attentiveness. The fact that she has 2 adorable dogs of her own is a bonus, because Lily is very social and happier when she has friends to play with. Having a backyard helps, too, so the dogs can run around together more freely. I was very pleased with Lily's care. Josie is one of my new favorite sitter for her.”
