“Angela was a wonderful host for Mango! Our dog had a great time, got plenty of pets, lots of play time and walks. We also received updates throughout the stay that made us feel very comfortable. Highly recommend!”

“Madeleine was again a great sitter for our very high anxiety dog. She made him feel right at home snuggled under the blankets and soaking up the sun! Always friendly, flexible, and punctual!”

“Danielle provided wonderful care for our anxious little dog, Blondie. Both she and her partner are equal parts capable and kind. Their house & yard are set-up perfectly to keep the dogs in their care active, happy & safe. We will definitely bring our dog back in the future.”

“Wenxin is super friendly, a total dog lover (she has two rescue dogs who are very friendly and cheerful), and took great care of my dog while I was away. She sent very detailed, fun to read daily reports that chronicled every activity they did indoor and outdoor. Best dog sitter that you can find - no question!”

“Mariola took wonderful care of our dog while we were out of town on vacation. Her home setting for a few small dogs worked out well for our small, sweet, and shy cavapoo. We appreciated the periodic updates she provided about our dog during our trip as well.”

“Maria & Kevan along with their wonderful girls were amazing petsitters for our Labrador Retreiver, Louie. From the moment I dropped off Louie and met them, I could tell he was going to be completely comfortable, well-cared for, and loved for the duration of his 10 day stay with their family. Receiving a photo or two of Louie each day was amazing and it was heartwarming to see Louie so happy getting lots of snuggles, playtime with his toys, neighborhood walks, and peaceful naps at their feet. Thank you so much to Maria & Kevan and their daughters for making Louie feel like a part of their family! Louie can't wait to visit again!”

“Christine was absolutely wonderful and accommodating my last minute boarding request! She was super attentive and made sure to communicate with me throughout Zosie’s entire stay. My pup had the best time and I can tell she was very well loved and taken care of while I was away. I will definitely reach out to Christine again for any future stays ❤️”

“We couldn’t have asked for a better sitter! From the start, Tierra was incredibly considerate of our dog’s routine and needs. We loved getting the daily updates and photos—it really put our minds at ease while we were away. It was clear our dog felt right at home at her place and was treated like family. We’ll definitely be booking with her again!”

“This was Rocco's second stay with Jeff and family. He recognized where we were as soon as we started walking to the door and got really excited. They are so great with Rocco, give him lots of attention, take him on off-leash walks, and generally spoil him. We are already planning his next stay.”

“Marlene and her family were absolutely amazing! We left Bean with them for 12 days while we were out of the country, and had such peace of mind knowing how lovingly he was being cared for. They sent regular updates and we could tell Bean was genuinely happy being with them. He grew very attached and close to them. We will definitely reach out to Marlene to care for Bean again.”

“Hope was recommended to us by another great Rover sitter, and we are really grateful. Hope is so friendly and knowledgeable about dogs and their behavior. She made Coconut comfortable immediately. Her little dog Rocky is adorable and super friendly. Coconut loved going for walks and playing with Rocky's toys. Hope was great with sending text updates as well as photos and videos. Here's hoping Hope doesn't get too busy to have room for Coconut the next time we need her!”

“Words can not express how amazing Eiko is as as a host. I had an emergency while out of the country and she stepped in to provide service at a moment’s notice. I can’t recommend her enough.”

About: I’m a WFH dog mom in Berkeley with decades of experience caring for small and senior pups. I specialize in 0–40 lb dogs, seniors, and dogs who need a little extra patience or medication support. I’ve cared for dogs since I was 8, starting with neighborhood pups and eventually my own dog, Silky, who was with me for 17 years. Since then I’ve had two more dogs and regularly care for friends’, family’s, and neighbors’ pets. I’m comfortable following detailed routines, giving oral medications, and reinforcing training you’re already working on. My goal is for your dog to feel like part of the family while you’re away. PS If your dog enjoys (or needs lots of) exercise, I’m happy to provide long walks or gentle runs. I'm currently working from home so have plenty of time to spend with your pups! I am available during the day on weekdays and can coordinate nights and weekends. I live in a single‑family home in San Jose with a fully fenced, pup‑proofed yard. Your dog can relax on the couch, nap in the sun, or hang out with my friendly 14‑year‑old poodle‑terrier mix. Because I work from home, dogs are rarely left alone and can go out for potty breaks every 0–2 hours. I keep a close eye on introductions and always do slow, supervised meet‑and‑greets so everyone feels safe.
“Mary is absolutely fantastic! She is responsive, a joy to work with, and clearly cares about the dogs in her care thriving and being as comfortable as possible. Finn had a wonderful stay and we are just so thankful to have found Mary. Recommend 100000%!”

“Kelly was the best sitter that I could ask for! She went above and beyond taking care of Tori and communicating with us how Tori is doing during our whole trip. I was so relieved during the trip and did not worry at all during the travel. Kelly probably took better care of Tori than myself haha. Thank you again Kelly for all the help taking care of our doggy and Tori will be looking forward for another pawsome vacation next time when we are out of town!”

“Sherry is an AMAZING dog sitter!! I trusted her to care for my sweet but nervous 50lb girl, Ellie, and I could not have asked for a better sitter. Sherry was so thorough, she sent plenty of updates throughout and put me at ease! She was super responsive to my dog’s needs, and I could see Ellie just melting and falling in love with her through the updates. She’s got a lovely, clean and safe apartment and she is obviously someone who knows dogs well. I would trust Sherry with dog sitting ANY day! Highly recommend.”

“Josephine was awesome! Sent me daily updates and cute pictures, and took my dog on walks and snuggled with him. He clearly had a great time and I’d happily book with Josephine again!”

About: Hi! I’m Ning, an experienced dog owner and lifelong animal lover based in Berkeley. I currently have a sweet, friendly 1-year-old Australian Shepherd and have raised both a Samoyed and an Aussie from puppyhood. Through daily training, socialization, exercise, grooming, and routine care, I’ve gained extensive hands-on experience with energetic working breeds and understand the importance of both physical activity and mental enrichment. My goal is to provide a safe, comfortable, and structured environment where dogs can feel relaxed and at home while their owners are away. I pay close attention to each dog’s personality, energy level, eating habits, and emotional well-being, and I tailor my care to their individual needs. Your dog will stay in a clean and spacious pet-friendly apartment with access to a secure fenced courtyard. We are also only a 5-minute walk from a large open green space, allowing for regular walks, outdoor time, and supervised play. For social dogs, my friendly Aussie can be a wonderful companion during their stay. I work hard to make every boarding experience stress-free and enjoyable. Dogs receive plenty of attention, exercise, enrichment, and companionship throughout the day, and I do not leave pets alone for extended periods whenever possible. I also provide regular photo and video updates so you can stay connected and have peace of mind while you’re away. I understand how much trust it takes to leave your dog with someone else. I treat every dog as if they were my own and strive to provide not just boarding, but a safe and caring second home where they can feel happy, comfortable, and loved. I work from home most days and have a flexible schedule, which allows me to provide frequent supervision, companionship, and exercise throughout the day. Pet care is already a central part of my daily routine, as I currently care for my own young Australian Shepherd, with my current walking schedule: four times a day (~6 hours interval). Your dog’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I live in a clean, spacious, pet-friendly apartment with a secure fenced courtyard and easy access to a large green space just a 5-minute walk away. I currently have a friendly, well-socialized 1-year-old Australian Shepherd who enjoys meeting other dogs. I carefully monitor all interactions, follow owners’ instructions closely, and maintain a calm, structured environment. I have experience raising both a Samoyed and an Australian Shepherd from puppyhood, so I understand the importance of supervision, routine, exercise, and positive reinforcement. I provide regular photo and video updates so you can feel confident that your dog is safe, happy, and well cared for while you’re away.
“Robert and Brian truly loved up our pup Koda! We got lots of pictures of walks through parks and running and sweet belly rubs. They went out of their way on New Years Eve to help keep Koda comfortable and we’re so grateful for that. Koda was wonderfully sleepy when we picked her up so we could tell she had fun! Thanks so much Robert and Brian!”

About: Cat Care Experience – What Sets Us Apart I have extensive experience caring for cats and have been around them my entire life. I understand that cats thrive on routine, calm energy, and respect for their boundaries, and I take a gentle, patient approach to their care. I am comfortable with all aspects of cat care, including feeding, fresh water, litter box maintenance, playtime, companionship, and administering medications when needed. I take extra care to keep litter areas clean and odor-free and always make sure your home is left tidy and respected. My daughter has also grown up around cats and loves animals deeply. She may assist me with visits under my supervision, usually after school, and enjoys providing extra affection and gentle interaction for cats who enjoy companionship. I am the primary caregiver and handle all responsibilities, communication, and care decisions. Every cat is treated as an individual, and I tailor care to their personality — whether they’re playful, shy, senior, or simply prefer quiet company. Please note: As a recipient of chemo recently, I know how very hard it is to take care of your beloved animals during treatment. If you are currently undergoing chemo, please reach out and let me know and we will reduce our rates for a weekly drop in. Just let us know you need help 🩷🎗️

“One word: AWESOME! Vivian was an amazing caretaker not only for our cat Luna, but for our backyard chickens too! Each visit we received a bunch of photos of both Luna and our chickens and Vi also came over before our scheduled visit to go over all our instructions. Would DEFINITELY book again!”

“Natalie was a great cat sitter for my 16 year old hairless cat. She was thoughtful, reliable, punctual, and followed instructions perfectly. The photos of him licking his chops or emerging from his blankets were so cute! Thank you so much Natalie! I plan to call you again.”

“Bailey was an amazing caretaker for our two kittens. He connected with them immediately (especially our orange one, you know how they are) and was very attentive. Bailey provided detailed reports every visit, including photos, videos, and details about their interactions with him and each other. We will definitely look for his availability again next time we leave town!”

“I highly recommend John and plan on hiring him again. I have 2 difficult, previously feral cats and he was ready to accept their anxiety, indifference, and their rudeness. We had to change our schedule 3 times because of other family members catching Covid, but John rolled with the changes, showing an accepting and professional attitude. He totally gets animals and the flaky humans who have to change plans. Thank you, John!”

“Rong is fantastic! She’s taken care of my kitty a couple of times now and always does a great job. She’s been super accommodating to last minute schedule changes, and is always kind and thorough. My cat loves her and I feel so much better leaving knowing Rong is watching her!”

“Kind considerate clean! Noah was prompt responsive and so great with the cats. We had a complicated situation introducing a new cat to our resident cat and he took over the operation seamlessly. He split his time between both kitties in their territory and they were both happy and calm when we got back. The house was in great shape. We are definitely going to book with him again.”

“Irina watched our cat in our home while we were away. Our cat is very shy and takes awhile to warm up to people - she warmed up quickly to Irina and even played with her! Irina was responsive and kept us informed with photos and messages. We felt reassured that our cat was well taken care of in our absence! I highly recommend Irina for your pet-sitting needs!”

“Definitely recommend Lia for folks who have kitties that need a safe space while traveling/away from home. Communication was easy & I appreciated the pictures she sent. Although the stay was very brief, she still got my shy kitty out from hiding to enjoy treats. :) Thanks again!!”

“It was our first time using Rover and Cecilia was a great sitter for us newbies looking for someone to drop in during the Christmas weekend. She responded quickly and asked lots of questions about our kittens during the meet-and-greet. Will definitely reach out again the next time we need a cat sitter.”

“Wenjie did a great job taking care of Brody. Brody usually shies away from new people, but he became friends with Wenjie quickly! Wenjie treated both our dog & our home respectfully and I will definitely seek him out again when the need arises. We were kept fully informed after every visit. It made us feel like Brody was in very capable care, leaving us able to relax and not worry at all while we were away. Definitely a 5 star experience! Thanks again, Wenjie!”

“Another great cat sit with William. He stayed with our two cats again for about a week. Very communicative with lots of photos and a few videos of them. You can tell William really understands cats and enjoys being around them and vise versa. My two are very social but other sitters have told us they are a bit tentative and shy (which are not words I use to describe my cats), pictures price otherwise, they are all over William, as they are with us! Thanks again, Uncle William!”

“Angela was an awesome sitter for Remy and took great care of him over two days. She was flexible with my schedule and communicated throughout the day with updates and pictures. Remy got excited when we pulled up to her house on the second day. He knew he was in for a fun day! I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and caring dog sitter.”

“Very impressed with Hong! We had a last-minute change of plans and needed a sitter for our girl Spoon, and Hong was absolutely amazing. She cared for Spoon like she was her own, which gave us so much peace of mind. She’s incredibly thorough and keeps us updated throughout the day—even down to every bowel movement—which we really appreciated. We’re so grateful to have found her and will definitely keep booking with her. Highly recommend! 🤍”

About: I’m a lifelong animal lover and previous dog owner who has lived with dogs throughout my life. I’ve been dog sitting for over 10 years, and now that I’m a graduate student and can’t have a pup of my own, I’d love to give yours all my love and attention. I treat every dog like family and make sure they feel safe, happy, and cared for. As a student, I have predictable blocks of free time each day, which makes it easy for me to fit in walks, visits, and dedicated attention for your pet. I plan ahead to make sure I’m always available when I commit to a booking, and I love weaving pet care into my daily routine. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I follow your routines closely to help your pet feel comfortable and secure. I keep feeding, walks, litter, and playtime consistent with what they’re used to, and I’m attentive to any special instructions or needs. I make sure your home is respected, clean, and secure, and I provide regular updates so you always know how your pet is doing.

About: I am compassionate about dogs and truly want them to enjoy themselves in my home. As an animal shelter foster volunteer at OAS, I am particularly experienced in helping shy dogs relax! I WFH from Monday to Friday, so I provide breakfast and a AM walk just before I start my work day. During the work day, I provide potty breaks in my private, fully fenced yard. After work, I can provide a PM walk, dinner, and evening cuddles! Your pup will have my 15lb dog as a buddy during the day while I WFH. They have access to a fully fenced private backyard to play and sunbathe. Our home is focused on providing a calm and peaceful environment for your pup to relax and enjoy.

About: Berkeley Humane Society and Oakland Animal Services volunteer, trained with dogs of all temperaments. I also dog sit for family and friends, and love building trust and keeping routines consistent. I focus on quality walks, not quick outings. When appropriate, I take dogs to East Bay spots like Point Isabel, Albany Bulb and Berkeley Marina for space and stimulation. For drop-ins, your dog will get lots of attention, movement and care. I walk my dogs daily, often on longer outings. I adjust pace and distance based on your dog’s needs. Dog care is my priority right now. I’m available mornings, afternoons, and evenings. I have flexibility and I can accommodate longer walks or extended visits I prioritize safety at all times. Dogs will always be on-leash and handled either full attention and control. I stick to your instructions and keep routines consistent

“Mariola was an awesome sitter! She was very responsive to our puppy, Pao Pao's, needs and went above and beyond to make sure he was comfortable. If you're looking for a responsible and loving sitter, Mariola is the one!”

“Sarah was amazing! Very kind and communicative. My 10 year old Australian Shepherd was comfortable and at ease with her and in her home. Very glad to have booked with her!”

“We have a really shy/sensitive mini-Aussie doodle who’s nervous around new people. Anchisa and her partner Michael were so so kind to let us visit with them before booking to “test the waters”. We were so genuinely surprised at how quickly our pup settled in! We’ve already booked for a second sitting session! Thanks so much ❤️”

About: I’ve always grown up with cats and dogs since I was a little kid. I believe in pet therapy. I’m here to support you and fur baby when needed! I’m currently on break from my work at a school site where I would bring my dog to work with me. :) I work remotely as a very part-time freelancer so I’m home each afternoon. My apartment is very pet friendly with tons of toys, treats, sofa covers, etc. I also live within walking distance of multiple gated, community parks.

“I think my girl Maze had a great day at the doggie lounge. Latricia was wonderful to work with and she has everything figured out - helping Maze get settled in, making friends with another dog, feeding time. Loved the picture updates too. Thanks!! :)”

About: At my house, your dog will be in a cozy family environment with my two friendly pugs! Other than my two dogs, yours will be the only dog in the house. I only accept one dog at a time! No contact with unknown dogs over here :) After years of watching dogs for friends and family, I decided it’s time to take it professional! I am a knowledgeable dog lover, a remote worker, and I have a great (fenced!) backyard. After an early wake up and garden time, we have puppy breakfast and then a snuggle sesh! During the day we alternate between downtime in the office/free roaming and outdoor breaks when weather allows. Outings happen in the evening, we love the east bay regional parks! If we don’t have time for an outing, we bust out the backyard toys to still get in a good chunk of playtime :) Banshee (1.5, pug mix) is always down to play tag with pups that have more energy, and Azula (6, pug) is ready for a couch nap partner all day long My large backyard is fully fenced, to keep my two small dogs safe. Even so, we never leave dogs unsupervised! I am a lover of (force free!!) crate training to keep dogs safe and secure when left alone for short periods of time, but as a remote worker this is rarely necessary. I am knowledgeable of plants and foods that are dog toxic, and am experienced in dealing with allergies and other minor health issues and I am comfortable giving medication.
About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was a kid. We always had pets growing up. I work from home and watch one dog at a time, giving them the attention and care they need. I work from home with a flexible schedule, so I have plenty of time for walks, play, and pets. I am able to accommodate to the dog’s that I’m watching schedule. I live in a dog friendly neighborhood that is great for walks. I make sure dogs are well fed and will cook for them if needed/wanted. I am also comfortable giving dogs medication they may need.

About: For two years, I spent over 350 hours volunteering with dogs at the SF SPCA, taking all available dog training courses and earning certifications to work with puppies and dogs of all behavioral levels. I also served as a dog “matchmaker” where I helped clients find their perfect companion. My soft spot has always been for the nervous, shy dogs. I love seeing how time, space, and gentleness can open them up. It was incredible to watch them blossom over a few socialization visits and walks, and even more rewarding to help them find a home that would suit them, and their owners, best. I’ve had dogs myself over the years and am a frequent dog and cat sitter for many of my friends with pets. While my volunteer experience has been dog-focused, I'm equally comfortable with cats (have taken care of a house that had 15!) and have cared for more exotic pets too, including a parrot, hedgehog, and ferrets! I'm available for home visits/care for all animals and currently walks up to a mile. Additionally, I have a quiet, pet-friendly home and am able to board on a case by case basis for dogs I've worked with previously. I have experience working with dogs with different behavioral challenges (e.g. leash pulling, on and off leash aggression, very shy, anxious, etc.). Each dog is different, and I’m highly adept at reading cues and adapting based on their needs, as well as taking direction from owners. I'm used to multiple-pet households, complex feeding schedules, and administering medications. If your pet has specific needs I haven't addressed, send me a note! If I have experience in it I'll share, and if it's something I can learn, I'd love to. I want your pet to feel like I'm the next best thing to having you there and want to mimic their usual schedule and routine wherever possible. I’m a potter and am able to make my own schedule, so can accommodate you and your pet’s needs. If they have a favorite park, I'll plan our walks to go there. If they often get treats from a neighborhood shop, I'll include that route in our walk. For visits/walks I'll share a photo and update so you have peace of mind - I'll let you know when I arrive, and when I leave. And if there's anything out of the ordinary, I'll bring it to your attention. I want you to have absolute trust that your pet is getting the best care possible and that I'm looking out for them as if they were my own. I also want them to have the best time and to get excited the next time I see them! As a potter, I set my own hours and have flexibility throughout the day. I can accommodate morning, midday, or afternoon visits and walks, and am generally available for last-minute bookings. For every visit or walk, I'll send a photo and update - letting you know when I arrive, when I leave, and flagging anything out of the ordinary. For boarding, I have a quiet, pet-friendly home and only take dogs I've worked with previously to ensure a good fit. I'm experienced reading behavioral cues and adapting to each dog's needs, and I'll always follow your routines, feeding schedules, and any medical requirements closely.
“Annalise did an amazing job with Happy! Happy is a very friendly but anxious dog. I’m glad he got along with Annalise :) would definitely book again since I’m a frequent traveller.”

“Natalie is a great dog walker! She has a calming influence and spent extra time to get our dog comfortable with her, before a weeklong stints of 2x day walks. She also sent us photos so we could see he missed us less by the day. Will reach out to Natalie again when we have the need!”

About: I grew up with a dog that I was responsible for from a young age until my late teens. Today, I am the go-to dog care person for family and friends. I love animals but especially dogs so I decided to try expanding my skills here on Rover. I have experience helping dogs who are injured and need medicine, active, semi-active, and mellow dogs too! My current schedule offers flexibility throughout the weekdays and most weekends, which helps me balance and accommodate dog owners' various schedules/needs throughout the entire week. At your home, I am a responsible and conscientous person, who treats someone's home with care. I am adaptable to different home environments. The main thing for me is feeling safe in the home and cleanliness -:) and that the dog is comfortable.
About: I’ve had 2 dogs from puppy through adulthood over the last 20 years and have given tens of thousands of walks. Charlie was a stubborn and happy Basset Hound, and Teddy was a big, lovable, and strong Great Pyrenees who unfortunately passed early last year. I recently moved to Berkeley, and would truly love to have fun putting my dog walking skills to use with your pup. Able to offer same-day evening requests as well as any other time of day with 1+ day notice. Also able to give long 1+ hour evening walks at $25/hr! I don’t have space at my home which is my motivation for helping and spending time with local dogs on Rover! As a long time owner of two large and strong dogs from energetic puppy through adulthood, you can trust your fur-child will be in good hands!
“Eden has been tremendously respectful and kind to our dog and family. We even join her on the walks occasionally when our schedule allows and she's great company! I highly recommend her!”

About: What sets me apart is the level of intention and care I bring to every pet I watch. I don’t see this as just a service — I truly believe pets are gifts and important members of the family, and I treat them that way. I’m comfortable caring for pets at all life stages. With young pets, I reinforce positive behaviors, basic training cues, and consistent routines to help support what owners are already working on. I’m patient and understand that puppies and kittens need structure, energy outlets, and clear boundaries. For senior pets, I provide a calm, gentle approach. I’m attentive to mobility needs, slower routines, medication schedules if needed, and making sure they’re comfortable and not overstimulated. I pay close attention to behavior changes and subtle cues so I can adjust care appropriately. I also prioritize communication and reliability. I provide thoughtful updates and photos so owners feel confident and connected while they’re away. Overall, I focus on individualized care — meeting each pet where they are and making sure they feel safe, understood, and well cared for. Pet care fits very naturally into my daily and weekly routine. I intentionally structure my schedule to make sure I have dedicated time and energy for each pet I’m caring for — whether that’s drop-ins, feedings, play sessions, or overnight stays. I don’t overbook because I want every animal to get focused attention, not rushed visits. I build pet care into my mornings and evenings especially, when most cats feel most active and engaged, and I make time throughout the day for check-ins, updates, and communication with owners. Caring for pets isn’t something I “squeeze in” — it’s something I genuinely enjoy and prioritize in my week. My approach to pet care is centered around keeping things as close to a pet’s normal routine as possible, because that’s what helps them feel safe and relaxed. In a client’s home, I follow all feeding schedules, litter box routines, and household preferences carefully. I make sure cats have clean spaces, fresh water, enrichment through play, and plenty of affection (or space, if that’s what they prefer). I also keep the home tidy and send regular updates with photos so owners feel connected and reassured while they’re away. If caring for a pet in my home, I focus on creating a calm, low-stress environment where they have a comfortable place to rest and decompress. I’m intentional about introductions, stimulation levels, and maintaining consistency with their usual feeding and play routine. I pay close attention to behavior and mood changes so I can adjust care as needed. Whether in my home or yours, I focus on patience, safety, and individualized attention. Every pet has a different personality — some want lots of play and interaction, others prefer quiet companionship — and I tailor my care to what makes them happiest and most comfortable.
About: I haven’t had the opportunity to have a pet of my own yet, but I’ve made it a personal goal to learn as much as possible about cats and dogs so I can provide the best care for any pet entrusted to me. I’m experienced with handling dogs that tug on the leash, administering medication, and adjusting walks to fit each dog’s needs—whether that means longer or shorter routes, or slower, gentler pacing versus high-energy outings. I’m currently on a break from college, which gives me plenty of free time and flexibility to focus on pet care. I’m available in the early mornings, evenings, and throughout the day, allowing me to accommodate a wide range of schedules and routines. This flexibility means I can give pets the time, attention, and consistency they need while their humans are away. m I care for pets by following their established routines as closely as possible, whether in my home or in a client’s home. I take time to learn each pet’s feeding schedule, walk preferences, play style, and any special needs so they feel comfortable and secure.

“Jaeleigh was very quick to respond and provided us updates for our pup! She followed all the instructions we left her and was reliable. Would definitely recommend for any furry friend. Thanks Jaeleigh! :)”

About: Animals have always been a huge part of my life, and caring for them genuinely makes me happy. I’ve spent years looking after dogs for friends, family, and neighbors, helping with walks, feeding, playtime, potty breaks, and lots of love and attention. I enjoy getting to know each pet’s unique personality and making sure they feel comfortable, safe, and cared for. Whether your pet loves long walks, playing fetch, or just relaxing with company, I’m here to make their day fun and stress-free. My goal is for both you and your pet to feel completely comfortable while you’re away. Pet care fits naturally into my routine, and I have a flexible schedule that allows me to give pets the attention they deserve. Whether your dog needs a morning walk, an afternoon potty break, or an evening stroll, I’m committed to being reliable, punctual, and making sure they get plenty of exercise, playtime, and care. Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priorities. I take time to learn each pet’s routine, personality, and needs so they feel secure and stress-free. During walks, I stay alert to surroundings, use secure leashes and harnesses, and provide plenty of water and breaks when needed. You can trust that your pet will be treated with patience, kindness, and the same care I would give my own.
“Tanze is the absolute BEST. Responsible, communicative, and best of all - Rexi absolutely loves her. And she takes the most awesome pictures of him. We feel so lucky to have her taking care of Rexi.”

About: I have house sat for dog owners many times, caring for all sizes from Chihuahua to Bernese Mountain Dog. I love all the personalities. Happy to spend a lot of time hanging out with them, playing, and taking long walks. I'm working remotely so I can be available for immediate local requests. From house sits to drop-ins, I am a reliable repeat caregiver for your recurring needs. I always follow the owner's particular requests to the letter. As a former pet owner I know how it feels to leave your beloved animals with strangers so I want to give that assurance to anyone booking me.
“Isabella is a very responsible and caring dog person. She has been caring for my pup for 7 months in a variety of ways: day/evening care, walks, and house sitting. What has impressed me most is her ability to build a bond with my people-shy and anxious pup. She is patient and kind, speaks to him in a thoughtful way and shows genuine concern for his well-being. Other skills and traits that Isabella possesses: -reliable and consistent communicator sending updates and reaching out when she has questions -flexibility with regards to scheduling, if need be, she makes adjustments -conscientious in administering my dogs meds and feeding him treats and special food -safety and privacy is top of mind with Isabella and she follows house rules and special med instructions in caring for my dog Last but not least, I have no reservations when going away because I know she will take good care of my home. I highly recommend Isabella to care for anyone's pet, they will love her!”

About: I have experience taking care of dogs for over 10+ years. I have had pets my whole life and I have taken care of family members pets before due to them leaving for emergency or vacation. Walking and playing with the dogs is my favorite part. I have pets of my own that I tend to. 3 cats and one small chihuahua. She is only a year old and I love them so much. They are very playful and love to cuddle. The way I would care for pets in a client's home is the way I would care for my own pets with given instructions on medication, routine, special dietary restrictions and of course. A list of required tasks to complete with the dog/cat while taking care of them.

“Angela was a wonderful host for Mango! Our dog had a great time, got plenty of pets, lots of play time and walks. We also received updates throughout the stay that made us feel very comfortable. Highly recommend!”

“This was Rocco's second stay with Jeff and family. He recognized where we were as soon as we started walking to the door and got really excited. They are so great with Rocco, give him lots of attention, take him on off-leash walks, and generally spoil him. We are already planning his next stay.”

“Alexis was great. Very communicative and was able to take care of my dog that had many special needs, many medications to take, and a specific routine needing to follow. I highly recommend booking with Alexis!”

“Megan and Jenny were a pleasure to meet and chat with. They took care of my dog exceptionally well with great updates and cute photos. My dog really vibed with them that she remembered their house after the initial meet and greet 🥹 thank you so much!”

“Spunky did a trial overnight stay and Joann was super sweet and welcoming! I got regular updates, photos, and could tell that my dog was truly comfortable and well cared for.”

“Rosco loves Nasreddine and she is always so accommodating and consistent. She shows him a lot of kindness and I was told Rosco settles right in when he arrives. I am super appreciative of Nareddine’s reliability and consistency and would highly recommend.”

“Chad and his family are amazing! Chad was understanding and communicative throughout the Rover process. His place is truly a property filled with trees and plenty of backyard space for your pup to run and sniff around. Chad is a true professional when it comes to dog sitting, knowing the dogs he cares for very well. He also seems to be a very down-to-earth person that goes the extra mile to be sure your questions are answered and you feel comfortable leaving your furbaby in his care. THANK YOU CHAD & FAM for TLC you showed my family on a holiday weekend. I couldn't have had a better first experience with a Rover sitter. =)”

“I had a fantastic experience with Sarah looking after my dog, Bash. From the start, it was clear that she was committed to keeping him physically engaged and safe. I really appreciated that she prioritized getting him out for plenty of long, vigorous walks. It was a huge relief to travel knowing that Bash was in capable hands, getting the exercise he needs to stay happy and tired. Beyond the activity, she kept me updated with check-ins and amazing photos (seriously I might frame one of them), which gave me complete peace of mind. I would highly recommend Sarah to anyone looking for a responsible, communicative, and active pet sitter. Both Bash and I are extremely satisfied customers!”

“Nikolai and his wife have a lot of experience watching after all breeds and sizes of dogs. My pup stayed with them along a large group of other pups over the holidays and we had an overall good experience with them. I was happy to know that our pup had plenty of friends to be with during his long stay.”

“Alex did a great job looking after our dog for 3 weeks. We received regular updates and pictures throughout the trip which made us feel at ease She is quick with communications when coordinating pickup/dropoff. Overall we had a great experience and would book with Alex again!”

“This is the first time we used Rover so we were a bit nervous but we are happy that we found Ulunma. Ulunma and her husband Don are both very friendly and easy to talk to. They are quick in responding to my messages and sent us pictures every day during the entire stay. We are happy that Callie is not just well taken care of, but also got to play with their family dogs Bella and Daisy. Thanks Ulunma and Don, for taking such good care of Callie and keeping her company!”

“I had an excellent experience with Amanda. She's really sweet with Pepper with regular updates and easy to get a hold of. I feel very comfortable with her caring for my pup. :)”

“Thank you very much Julie and Adam for Mollie's wonderful "Spring Break." We knew she's in good hands as we dropped her off. We really appreciate your daily updates with pictures of Mollie. You are the best!”

“Once again, Ben and his family too such good care of our dog Hank. Ben and his family treat Hank like he’s one of their own. From the moment we drop him up to when we pick him up we can relax knowing he’s in excellent care. We couldn’t recommend Ben and his family more!”

“Rob was so great. We had a last minute no-show with another sitter one and a half hours before our vacation. I called customer service and they sent out requests. Rob accepted right away and even picked our german shepherd up. We didn't get a chance to introduce them because we were forced to head to the airport while finding arrangements, and our dog was very much on alert (via the cam) when Rob, a stranger to her, picked her up. He handled it extremely well and safely. He took her on a hike and updated us with happy pictures of her being played with and well exercised. Cant thank him enough, was truly a life saver. thank you Rob!”
