For the past 16 years, I’ve raised my own pups and for more than 13 years, I’ve fostered and volunteered at various animal shelters in Los Angeles and New York. About: I love to take long walks in the Hills and flats of LA everyday. Los Feliz, Franklin Hills, Bronson Cyn, Griffith Park, Beachwood Cyn, Barnsdall Park, Runyon Cyn are some of my favorites. If you want me to walk in any other neighborhood, that's perfectly fine. I'm very familiar with and have walked miles and miles of beautiful LA neighborhoods for years. It's always better with a furry friend. I've been a furry friend mom all of my life. I've pet sit and walked dogs for friends and professionally in LA and in Chile for years. I grew up in a houseful of rescue animals. My mom worked for a vet and couldn't stand the thought of euphanasia so she would bring home hurt or abandoned animals to nurse them back to health and find homes for them, or in wild animal cases she would release them back into the wild. We had dogs, cats, birds, squirrels, ducks, rabbits and even frogs! I'm also part of an animal rescue group and have been a foster home. We were able to find forever homes for so many abandoned and street cats and dogs. I'm bilingual with my second language being Spanish. I live in Beachwood Canyon where there are many wonderful roads to walk and socialize. I currently don't have dogs but I've had many in my lifetime and all of them were rescues. I currently have 4 cats that we recently moved back with us from Chile. No friend left behind! One is completely blind since he was a baby. His name is Messi. 🐾 We walk for miles everyday all around the Hollywood, Los Feliz, Beachwood , Bronson and Runyon Cyn areas. Hollywood Blvd is fun too when there's not so many people. Early in the morning and early evenings are best for paws in the summer 🐾☺️ We can bring treats and water and a favorite toy. If you like dog parks we can do that too!

“Amazing care for our two pups!! Elena was super responsive and understanding, even for our last-minute request. We needed doggy day care while we visited Universal Studios, as our hotel didn’t allow dogs to be left unattended in the room. We road-tripped down from Seattle (with our 2 dogs & 2 kiddos) and camped along the way, which left us a little frazzled and haggard... Elena was very empathetic and caring, despite my lack of proper research, planning, and punctuality.. lol Probably should’ve looked into things a bit more in-depth about the hotel pet policy beforehand, but I am incredibly grateful that Elena was able to take the pups while we visited the parks for a couple days. She was very tolerant, observant, and nurturing with our two pets, and I think they had a great time… even though they aren’t the best-trained dogs. We have a 4-year-old sassy chihuahua-heeler mix, and a 1.25-year-old Malinois-cattle dog mix. They are sweet girls, but have a strange dynamic. Elena took them in stride and handled them with care, as if they were her own. 10/10!! Couldn’t have asked for a better pet-sitter in our time of need. Thank you so much, Elena!!”

𝐒𝐂𝐇𝐄𝐃𝐔𝐋𝐄: Haley is available full time for pet sitting services while Jake joins in on the weekends after working in office during the week! We're typically an early-to-rise, early-to-sleep household, but we can always be flexible with pick-ups and drop-off as needed, as well as any extensions that may come up. And, of course, there will always be time for pictures and updates throughout the day! While we will absolutely ensure that all guests get the most outdoor playtime and indoor attention possible at all times, depending on the volume of guests in the home and the timing of the given day, walks are not guaranteed unless otherwise directly arranged. 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐒𝐏𝐀𝐂𝐄: Most of our time will likely be spent at home, but with plenty of access to the fresh air and sunshine of the fenced backyard. The yard is on a small hillside, with plenty of climbing space for an adventurous pup to explore, as well as ample flat land just outside the door for our more indoor-oriented guests to pop out for a quick 'business' trip. Dogs will always be accompanied and supervised while outdoors. 𝐒𝐋𝐄𝐄𝐏𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐀𝐂𝐂𝐎𝐌𝐌𝐎𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐒: Guests will have full run of the home during the day, and, unless otherwise directed, nights will most likely be spent with everyone, human and animal, together in the master bedroom, wolfpack-style. We are totally fine with animals on furniture but if you prefer they not pick up that habit, please let us know and we will accommodate! There are of course plenty of dog bed options here, but crates or any other specific training requests that you may have are of course welcome as well. *𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗼𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗰𝗮𝘁𝘀: Arrangements can be made to sequester them to the back half of the house, and their own designated room, with minimal disturbance, if needed. 𝐅𝐄𝐄𝐃𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐒𝐂𝐇𝐄𝐃𝐔𝐋𝐄: Our two pups eat twice daily and have two separate diets that includes supplements, oils and medications. All of this to say: "We are very comfortable with feeding schedules, dietary restrictions, and medication requirements." Just let us know what your pal needs, we'll make sure they get it! **Teeth-brushing for trained/acclimated pets can be arranged as well. 𝐀𝐂𝐂𝐄𝐒𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐘: There is a flight of stairs from the driveway to the entrance of the home so, if your pup is in their senior years and/or deals with a mobility impairment and requires assistance entering the house, so long as they are of good health and temperament (and ideally below 90lbs), and with your permission, I would be happy to assist in carrying them up and returning them down. About: I've taken care of dogs and pets since I was 8 years old. I've owned and lived with over 10 dogs over the course of my childhood. I love animals and have always had a special connection with dogs. I have been walking dogs since I was a young kid and have experience with training puppies and taking care of senior dogs. About: I have always loved animals. I grew up with labs in my home and a cat. I had my first pet care job when I was 6 and I would go to my next door neighbor’s to feed and check on their dog and cat since they were frequently out of town. I began dog walking at the age of 12. I have 1 dog now, a 4 year old puggle. He loves other dogs and is good with cats and would love another playmate since recently loosing his amazing special needs pug brother. Jack the puggle would also be happy to just share space in their home. I have cared for them as well as my brothers boxer mix since puppyhood and have experience with walking ,medication administration, bathing, feeding/special diets. I have fostered 2 kittens recently and am comfortable spending time with them as well. I also have 2 turtles and have cared for other types of reptiles. I am currently home full time so I have plenty of time to dedicate to caring for and hanging out with pets. Animals are really what I love and I like being able to put the love into caring for them that I feel from their presence. I live in an apartment with a large patio that my dog loves to spend time on for play and relaxation and also have a section for bathroom use if needed, but they are also taken for walks 3-4 times per day. My little dog sleeps in a kennel, there’s an extra large kennel for another dog or doggie siblings to stay. We love to play in our spacious open front room and soak up sun in our private outdoor area. I live close to Silverlake dog park which I frequent and am happy to take other pets along with my little dog. I can care for cats, dogs, fish, reptiles, rabbits, etc. in my home. I will ask for clear instructions so that the separation is as easy as possible for the pet and owner. I will always make sure that the pet knowing someone is there for them is the highest priority and that individual preferences of animals and owners are valued.

About: Hi, I’m Lexi! I grew up in Los Angeles but have been working and traveling on and off the past few years. I’ve always loved animals and having pets has been a constant part of my life. I grew up with two German Shepherds, in a very animal loving family, and over the years we’ve taken in and cared for many animals. A few year ago, I fostered an amazing Husky long-term for someone who could no longer care for her, and that experience really helped shape how seriously I take caring for other people’s pets and how much I love it. I had to go out of town and I needed someone to watch Ella after the other person flaked, but Emma was already boarding cats which isn’ta good combo with my dog, so she ended up just walking Ella 3 times a day for the entirety of my trip, while also feeding her and just checking up on Ella. I always felt trusting with Emma, who was punctual, attentive, and kind. I never worried that she might not show up and I was able to go on my trip on very short notice thanks to Emma, and I would definitely use her services again whether walking or pet sitting.”
