“Debbie was the perfect choice to care for our dog, Lady. At 14 years old, she needs special supplements and sometimes pain medication, and Debbie was attentive to these needs. Debbie also helped make sure that Lady, sometimes a finicky, slow eater, was always fed. Extraordinarily responsive, Debbie checked in each day with updates, photos, and sometimes videos. Lady enjoyed ample time outdoors, and Debbie made sure to shield her from extreme heat. This was our first time boarding Lady, and we felt extremely comfortable and confident knowing she was in Debbie's care. She has a beautiful home well suited for dogs, both indoors and outdoors. Lady was very happy and I'm sure would have stayed at Debbie's longer, given the opportunity, lol. It was clear that Debbie and her family provided Lady with lots of love an attention. We would gladly board Lady at Debbie's house in the future. Bonus for us: Lady is a cocker spaniel and so is Debbie's dog; it was fun to compare notes about the breed and both dogs had a great time playing together.”

“I left my 3 German Shepherds with Nina for 6 days while I went on vacation. I was pleasantly surprised how happy my dogs were, playing and interacting with other dogs. They loved it, especially dog pool time! Nina does a great job of socializing the dogs prior to just placing them out with all the dogs. They have an acre to roam and Nina is out there with them interacting with the dogs. She sent me daily update videos and communicated everyday on how they were doing. “I highly recommend Dee Dee and her loving family to take special care of your dog. They truly treated my dog Cooper like one of their family. My senior age dog has some separation anxiety issues and is noise sensitive, and the family was patient and kind to him as he settled in to the new environment. Cooper got lots of ball throws from the kids in the back yard and lots of snuggles at night. I got lots of pictures and updates throughout his stay. I got to relax on my vacation knowing my dog was living his “Other” Best Life! About: Animals have always been a part of my life. From fostering all the way to volunteering at animal rehabilitation clinics, I've enjoyed every part of the journey. Along the way, I realized that my true passion is providing a home to senior dogs, especially those that are considered to need hospice care. My family and I are all animal lovers. Our home is quite lively but we have plenty of room to also provide a quiet and calm environment for your dog should that be something they are needing or simply more accustomed to. Pet care is part of daily life in our home. We have one small dog and two cats, all of which of course need care every day. We provide a loving home for pets which includes lots of cuddling, playing, feeding and access to a large fenced-in backyard. We like to learn more about new dogs and their home environment before they enter our home so that we can ensure their safety as well as the safety of our own pets and children who will be present at the time of pet sitting and/or boarding.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs and other pets ever since I was 12. I’ve also had experience with puppies and elderly dogs. Family and friends always rely on me to take care of their dogs while on vacation and I’d say I do a pretty good job! I am currently home for college and would love to pet sit for anyone in need of a sitter. Anytime works for me. I’d be happy to help! I usually like to give dogs a walk if they’re up for it. I give them food and make sure they’re well fed. I also give them baths on occasion!

Your pet will be monitored at all times, I currently have no litters so I have open availability. I know and understand dog etiquette. Every dog has their own individual needs. I have experience with dogs with all different types of behavior such as dogs with anxiety, high drive, insecurities, etc. I will keep my dogs and your dogs separate, unless you would like them to socialize. About: I had 2 dogs for 13 years that recently passed away, I love and miss them and am ready to love your dogs like my own. Our previous dogs were nervous during fireworks, did not like to be left alone, we've learned how important it is to be present when caring for dogs. My children and I are home most of the day, my husband works from home so the pets would rarely be alone more than a few hours at a time. Your dog will always have someone available to play with or spend time with during the day. We have a dog door installed that they will always have access to and a large, fenced backyard for running, playing and potty-ing. Our downstairs is tile floors, easy to clean up from any accidents they might have. If they are house trained, they will have access to the upstairs as well and can sleep in our bedrooms. If they are experiencing accidents, we have a hard floor bedroom that one of us humans(lol) will sleep in with the dogs so they do not have to sleep alone.

About: I started caring professionally for animals when I was just 16 years old. In the veterinary facilities over the years, I worked my way up from kennel attendant, to customer service representative, to customer service supervisor, to customer service manager, to reproduction veterinary assistant. Over these years I have cared for dogs and cats of all ages. During my time as a reproduction veterinary assistant, I found a passion for breeding/deliveries/neonatal puppy care etc. I took this passion and started caring for other people’s pregnant momma dogs within my home. I delivered the puppies, and raised them for infinite weeks until said breeders found their forever families. I raised, cared for, and trained over 150 puppies within my home during the last 4 years. I established long lasting relationships with not only the momma dogs families, but also the families of many of the puppies I was blessed to raise here. Many of which now come to me to watch and care for their dogs/puppies while on vacation, busy day at work, or maybe need a bath/blowdry/brushout/nail trim etc. when needed. I wanted to open up my home and extend my love and animal care for anyone else who may need my service. I am home all day most days. Now that my kids are grown and come and go on their own, I have ability to care for others pets and fully accommodate any needs they may have. When pets are in my home, they can roam freely within designated areas, sleep in beds with us like they are family, or be crated off and on if preferred by their families. We have a fenced yard for outside playtime and a designated turf area for dogs to do their business.

I live an active lifestyle and love going for runs in the Hollywood hills up away from cars, however when it comes to my clients pups, I always follow instructions for what they prefer. I have experience with all sorts of pups and would love to have your pup in the pack. While we are at my place, I go outside every hour / two for pee breaks. Usually in the morning I will go to the hills or the park before it gets too hot, or in the evening. I have experience watching all sorts of dogs with a variety of personalities. I love having fun and making sure that the pups have a good time too. I know how lame it is to be stuck in one place all the time so we try to move as much as possible.

About: I have over 30 years of experience with dogs and cats that were just born babies to fully grown and elderly. Growing up, my family would take in pets whos owners had past away. This included many different breeds, but also most of them were elderly that needed some extra love and care. I also had my own range of pets from fish to frogs to mice to geckos growing up and of course cats and dogs. I have 6 years as a desert tortoise biologist and love all kinds of pets.
