“Patti and Joe are very nice and love their dogs. Rylee's stay was good and he did receive lots of activity, attention and made a new friend in Buttons! The only issue was when Rylee returned home, he had stomach (throwing up) and potty (diarrhea) issues. I believe this was due to extra food/treats/kibble that he received outside of the instructed daily recommended kibble plan that he is accustomed to. He has a very sensitive stomach and is typically not given any people food or alternate dog food and has to follow the instructed meal schedule. Once he gets back on track he will be ok and otherwise all was well. Thank you!”

About: I have always had a pet dog throughout my life, so being around dogs feels natural to me. Taking care of them has been part of my daily routine, from feeding and walking them to making sure they are happy and healthy. Over time, I’ve learned how to understand their behavior and needs, which has helped me build a strong connection with them. Dogs have always been an important part of my life, and I enjoy spending time with them and caring for them. I work from home and love the challenge of some dogs. I wake up at 5 and feed my own dog and do some work. After I usually take him out for walks through the day. I walk him about 2 miles and can also walk your own dog, just tell me and I can do it. I can also follow any strict dietary restrictions if your dogs requires it for food. After around 3 I am free and spend time with my dogs all day after and chill with him beside me. But, if your dogs requires sheds a lot, I can’t promise he will be sleeping with me or be laying on the couch, I have a specialized ginormous dog bed for he/she. I live in El Dorado Hills, so it is very hilly in some areas, including my home. I have a big dog kennel outside that is surrounded by a fence, while I have a large dog cage inside my house that can also be used. I also have a area for the dogs to run and play in my backyard.

“Michelle was great with my dog Oakley! I was so thankful she was able to take him on short notice and accommodate whatever we needed... Her house is on a large property that's fully enclosed and in a beautiful gated community in the hills. Whether you have a big dog that loves to run around and interact with other friendly animals or a small dog that prefers to spend time inside close to people, Michelle's house is an awesome place for pets! My dog has major separation anxiety, but instead of stressing out like he normally does when he knows I'm leaving him, Oakley immediately settled in and started exploring the property with one of her dogs right after we got there! I could tell from Michelle's updates and photos that Oakley was really enjoying his time there and felt comfortable he would be well taken care of if he needed to stay even longer in the future. The location of her house turned out to be really convenient and close to where I was going, but even if I'm further away the next time I'm in town and need a sitter, I know that Michelle will be our first choice for sure!”

About: I grew up with Afghan hounds, so dogs have been a part of my life forever. We adopted our first rescue, Jazzy, in 2015. We have adopted adult cats and kittens. We started caring for animals while traveling abroad and have been pet sitters all over the world 🐶💜 We are happy to take your pet on short trips with us; if you're comfortable. We make sure that all pets are comfortable with us in their home by giving them treats, cuddles and play time. Once we make friends we focus on the provided schedule and routine.
About: I have been taking care of neighbors, familys, and friends pets for 6 years now. About: I have owned dogs since I was 7, ranging from small to large breeds. I have had a love for all animals all my life, and at one point considered a career as a Vet. I have been fostering the last 2 years with German Shepherd dogs as well as puppies. This company is the Sierra Nevada German Shepherd Rescue located in the el dorado hills area. I currently own a golden retriever and a rescued German shepherd/golden retriever mix, who have gotten along with all fostered dogs. I have a large backyard with a pool, and teach each dog basic commands, as well as an education as a dog groomer. There are many trails around my home, and I love to take the dogs for walks or jogs, depending on their energy levels.

About: I have taken care of dogs for the past 5 years or so by myself. Growing up my parents watched dogs for friends and family every so often. We also had a border collie mix of our own for 15 years and I was responsible for taking care of him. I currently work M-Th; 9am-5pm but fairly free before or after work for walks and playtime. I tend to get up early on work days but a night owl on the weekends. I enjoy getting out on the weekends like going on walks with hikes. I currently do not have fenced in hard but I do have a large grass area right outside my house that is dog friendly and is great for playtime and even doggie pool time.

About: I have always had a pet dog throughout my life, so being around dogs feels natural to me. Taking care of them has been part of my daily routine, from feeding and walking them to making sure they are happy and healthy. Over time, I’ve learned how to understand their behavior and needs, which has helped me build a strong connection with them. Dogs have always been an important part of my life, and I enjoy spending time with them and caring for them. I work from home and love the challenge of some dogs. I wake up at 5 and feed my own dog and do some work. After I usually take him out for walks through the day. I walk him about 2 miles and can also walk your own dog, just tell me and I can do it. I can also follow any strict dietary restrictions if your dogs requires it for food. After around 3 I am free and spend time with my dogs all day after and chill with him beside me. But, if your dogs requires sheds a lot, I can’t promise he will be sleeping with me or be laying on the couch, I have a specialized ginormous dog bed for he/she. I live in El Dorado Hills, so it is very hilly in some areas, including my home. I have a big dog kennel outside that is surrounded by a fence, while I have a large dog cage inside my house that can also be used. I also have a area for the dogs to run and play in my backyard.
