I was so anxious to leave Brownie with a stranger, but Katie constantly provided me a peace of mind by sending me tons of pictures. I felt so bad when Brownie made a scene when Katie tried to leave him by himself for a very short amount of time to run the errand, so she eventually had to cancel and stay with him all the time during his stay. I felt so sorry, but she was so kind and told me that puppies can be like Brownie when in a strange place. She was very patient with Brownie, and I really appreciate it. About: While I have been an animal lover my whole life, I have been consistently taking care of dogs for my friends, family, and neighbors for almost 8 years now! I love dogs all shapes and sizes and as an athlete and weightlifter I can handle bigger dogs no problem. I am leaving for college in the fall and so I currently have a very flexible schedule!! I do not care for pets overnight but I am available for drop-ins and walks all day! I have a fenced yard and the sweetest little dog to keep your dog company!! I also consistently weight train so I can handle dogs of any size and take them on good long walks.

Recently said goodbye to our old boy (a Large Great Weimar) and looking to spend some time with new doggy friends until we get our next. Extensive history with senior dogs and all of the care that goes along with that (assisted bathroom walks, pill schedules, dog bed changing, pee pads, etc), especially patience and love. Also happy with long walks or hikes for the adventurous tail waggers out there! My husband works from home full time, and I currently am available to give my full attention to our pet friends. So walks and attention at any time are not a problem. We have a large fenced in yard with additional barriers that can be added if needed. Lots of grass and play areas for fetch available. We also live in a gated golf community, with many paths and trails for any length of walks and play.

About: I grew up on a farm in England with working dogs, which gave me a love for animals and led me to a life working professionally with them. After 32 years of running my own pet care business in Los Angeles, I relocated to the Coachella Valley where I continue to walk, exercise, and socialize dogs, while also working as a dog trainer. I'm available Monday thru Friday from 7am until 5pm, so we can work out walks and visits depending on your schedule and your dog's needs. Your dog will always be walked on leash, with the exception of fenced dog parks. Dogs can be crated during transport, if that makes them more comfortable. With my many years of experience, I know exactly how to work with dogs with a focus on the safety, calm, and happiness of the animal.
About: I know all the dog’s names in my neighborhood :) my goal in life is to help and save as many dogs as I can. I grew up with dogs, cats, fish and chickens. I currently have two fur babies of my own. Marilyn the Min Pin whom I got from the former Bill foundation who I became a volunteer for. And Begsbie the Boston who we adopted through camp cocker. About: I’ve taken care of dogs for at least 10 years, mostly with having my own. I know they are a big part of our families and how much we love and care for them. I am great with playing and cuddling and walking and absolutely love it. I currently work from home and so I have plenty of time to schedule dog walks, care and dog sits according to what is needed. I have a large green belt, that is very private. It is not fenced, but I have the ability to take the dogs out as much as needed. I also live in a very nice area where I have many trails and beautiful areas to walk.
About: Hi there! I’m very observant and caring with pets. I have a lot of experience in senior care. My own dog, who passed in 2024, lived to 15 years old, was blind and diabetic. Because of him, I’m comfortable with special care needs. I am a full time nursing student at College of The Desert. My availability/calendar on Rover is always updated and accurate. I provide dog sitting services on a part time basis during the semester, which runs from 1/26/26-5/22/26. Unfortunately my home does not allow pets so I can only sit in the pets/your home! I am excited to meet your fur baby and give them all my love, care and attention! I like to send a lot of photos and videos because your comfort is my comfort (Unless you ask me not to!) One thing that really helps things go smoothly is a detailed schedule & notes (written or typed) for your pet if they have any.
