About: With 13 years of experience caring for a diverse range of animals, including dogs, cats, birds, and horses. I also bring 9 years of experience working in a small animal veterinary hospital as a Registered Vet Tech. I am focusing on pet-sitting as my primary occupation at the moment. My daily routine begins with feeding the dogs and horses, followed by a morning walk around the property. Throughout the day, I allow them to play in the yard, giving them the opportunity for exercise and enjoyment. In the afternoon, to facilitate some quiet time, I either give a puzzle toy or a no-hide chew treat, and we conclude the day with dinner and a final walk before bedtime. I offer boarding services in my home on a fully fenced 5-acre property. The space includes a small fenced-in dog yard, as well as a fence around the front area. About: We've had dogs for 14 years, 3 in total. More recently we got a puppy in 2025 and trained her ourselves: she now potties outside, plays fetch, is crate trained, and is an excellent car passenger and errand buddy. I work from home full-time and my husband works from home 4 days a week, and we both have generally flexible schedules. Our son is in school during the daytime. We only petsit when at least one of us is home, and we'll update our schedule to reflect that. We have a large, fenced-in background with grass and plenty of space to play. About: My experience comes from owning not just dogs (XL-XS) and cats, but many animals in my lifetime. To me, living with these animals is the best way to gain experience. I have also done many house sitting jobs for people with lots of pets, and it’s something I genuinely enjoy doing. To me, the most important thing is establishing trust with your sitter, and I am a guaranteed safe person to trust any animal with. I’m great at reading animal body language and typically do well with all pets. I work at Panera, so my hours are not crazy, and never are usually longer than 4 hours, so pet sitting works great with my schedule. My college is also online so that doesn’t effect my schedule for the most part. In a clients home, it’s important to follow all of the instructions they provide, while also making their pets feel as if the owners never left.

About: It has been said to me that my first words as a child were ... barking! While I don't remember that, I do remember always having a connection with all furry companions. I grew up with dogs and cats and on occasion would visit my great grandparents' ranch, with horses, goats and more. I loved giving the animals snacks. More recently, I moved onto a small farm. I helped take care of over a dozen chickens and 2 turkeys; feeding, watering, cleaning the coop. My formal career experience has been in education. I work part-time as an in-home Instructor for developmentally disabled adults. This is only during weekdays. My availability will vary due to the unique schedule of that job. About: I've been housesitting since 2010, mainly cats and dogs. Multi-pet houses don't bother me and I'm good at keeping with your fur kids' schedules. I have and RVT license that is current and have been an RVT for over 10 years. I took a break from housesitting to work at animal hospitals, including a 24-hour critical care hospital in the ICU. Medications and medical treatments are no problem for me. I have an open schedule and am comfortable with either staying at your home for your pet's comfort, or I can visit everyday to make sure they are cared for. I adjust to their wants and needs and stick to their schedule. I'm low stress and understand that sometimes pets just need to warm up to you. As for my personal pets, there's four cats with totally different personalities that run the house (I just live there).

My first sitting/walking job, I had a code for my customers door, she had a ring camera so I would say hi and go right in. All the dogs stuff I knew where it was at, would grab their leashes, treats, toys and bags. I usually have the customers give me a to-do list. I have fed dogs Rae ingredient foods, if you have the diet for your dog like raw meats, eggs, bones, etc I am comfortable with plating it! I'm very hygienic and won't walk if I am sick.

“I cannot say enough good things about Catherine and Ernie and the care they provided for my English Labrador, Luna. Luna stayed with them for six days and nights, and the difference in her behavior has been remarkable. It's now been three days since she came home, and I am still noticing positive changes in her temperament and obedience. They provided the perfect balance of structure, consistency, and what I would call "tough love," which is exactly what Luna needed. Before her stay, Luna could be difficult on walks, would pull on the leash, react aggressively toward other dogs, and even try to bite her collar when I put it on. Catherine and Ernie not only worked with Luna during her stay, but they also took the time to teach me techniques that I could continue using at home. The results were almost immediate. Luna no longer tries to bite her collar, walks much more calmly, and is significantly easier to handle on a leash. One of the biggest improvements came from introducing a prong collar and teaching me how to use it correctly. Walking Luna is now much more enjoyable, and she is far less reactive toward other dogs. Catherine also recommended training videos and resources to help me continue Luna's progress. There are countless dog-training videos on YouTube, but it was incredibly valuable to have someone show me techniques that were specifically effective for my dog. Another thing I truly appreciated was the communication. Catherine kept me updated throughout Luna's stay with regular texts, photos, and videos, which gave me peace of mind and allowed me to see Luna's progress firsthand. If you are looking for dog sitters who genuinely care about your dog's well-being and are willing to go above and beyond to help improve behavior and training, I highly recommend Catherine and Ernie. Luna came home happier, calmer, and more obedient, and I am extremely grateful for everything they did for her.”
