“She was wonderful and super attentive. My dog enjoyed playing with her son, win, win! She did everything I asked of her to do. Already have her booked for a second visit.”

“Nicholas was great with our Ollie! We had a good meet and greet. They have a wonderful yard for sniffing and a system of gates to keep your puppy safe. We felt good about leaving our Ollie with Nicholas and Cora because they were obviously experienced dog owners. He asked good questions to make sure he was prepared for making sure Ollie was as comfortable as possible. Nicholas was very communicative and gave us good updates on Ollie. Will definitely use their services again the next time we need a sitter”

“Ivette was vey welcoming and kind to my little Charly. She had no issues tending to Charly meal routine aswell as his exercise needs. Charly was very happy when picking him up, which is always a very good sign that he had a good stay. Thank you and would 10/10 recommend to everyone”

“Perla is the best!! I leave a review after every time Ollie stays with her because I’m so thankful whenever we can book her. She truly cares for your pet and notices when something is a little off. She is very communicative you can feel good about leaving your pet with her”

“Artem was incredible! Our other Rover sitter fell through at the last minute, and he willingly took in our pup that same day, so we could catch our flight on time! He was very responsive, and it was clear that he kept a safe and structured environment for the dogs. I would highly recommend him and will definitely call on him the next time we need our dog boarded. Thank you again, Artem!”

“Shannon was absolutely wonderful with Nibbles! She watched her for 9 days in her home, and I’m so happy we found her. Drop-off and pick-up were super easy, and Shannon was very thorough about asking questions beforehand so she could make sure Nibbles was comfortable and knew her routine and preferences. She took such great care of her and made sure she was happy, well-fed, comfortable, and got lots of love and attention. I could tell Nibbles was in really good hands, as I received consistent updates/pictures, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. Shannon is such a sweetheart, and I’m extremely happy with the care she gave Nibbles. I would absolutely recommend her and will definitely use her again in the future!”
“Brian is a conscientious sitter and was really good with Bucky. He sent pics and videos of of my puppy at the end of each day, and we appreciated the constant communication. We definitely recommend Brian as your pet sitter.”

“Jenny and her family were absolutely amazing to our dog Nika. They gave her so much care, thoughtfulness, scarfs, and love. We would highly recommend to anyone who loves their dogs as much as we love Nika!”

About: I've always known I was an animal person! I've grown up with cats and dogs since I was 5 years old — 7 family cats and 5 family dogs throughout the years — so I'm familiar with every stage, from puppy and kitten energy all the way through senior care. Personally, I have 3 wonderful pups of my own. We're an active household: we walk every day and make sure to play and engage with them throughout the day, so I understand firsthand what it takes to keep a dog happy, healthy, and mentally stimulated. As someone with three dogs of my own, it's important to me to provide the same level of care I'd want for my own pups. I want you to feel confident that your dog will be looked after just as they would be in your own home with the same patience, attention, and love. I am present full time for your pup! Care fits right into my everyday routine rather than being squeezed in around it, so your dog gets consistent attention throughout the day. After I have a better understanding of your pup's routine we'll go on walks, play in our fenced front and back yard with lots of grass to enjoy, and I'll send you pics and updates along the way so you can see how they're doing. For rest and downtime, we have a private, dog-friendly ADU set up specifically for our furry guests to decompress after play and meals. I'm present in the ADU with them, and we also have a Furbo camera set up for extra monitoring. If your pup enjoys canine company, my Australian Shepherd will keep them company there; if your pup prefers to be the only dog, we'll give them their own separated space and time instead, tailored to what makes them most comfortable. Throughout the day, care naturally rotates between active time outside and quiet time in the ADU, so your pup gets a good balance of exercise, mental stimulation, and rest with me nearby the whole time. Your pet's safety is my top priority, both indoors and out. My front and back yards are fully fenced and gated, with an added interior gate leading to the backyard for extra security. I never let dogs outside unsupervised for extended periods, and I always do a visual check of the yard and gate latches before letting anyone out. We have cameras covering the front yard, so we never open the door to unfamiliar people, and dogs are always leashed the moment we step outside the fenced area. Indoors, I keep household chemicals, medications, and anything toxic to pets safely stored away, and I make sure trash cans and food are out of reach. I follow each pet's normal feeding, water, and bathroom schedule as closely as possible, and I'm comfortable administering medication if needed. If I'm caring for multiple pets at once, I introduce them slowly and supervise their interactions until I'm confident everyone is comfortable together.
“Armando is the absolute best! He watched our 8 month old puppy with pretty short notice and made everything so easy and non-stressful! He not only took amazing care of our pup, Luna, but sent frequent updates and beautiful pictures of her adventures with his pup too! Luna had such an amazing time, I honestly think she is bummed to be home! This was our first time having someone watch Luna while we went on a trip and we were so beyond lucky to have Armando be the one to take care of her! So grateful, and will highly recommend Armando to anyone!”

“Amazing dog sitter. I received many updates and progress reports on my Dobie, Nipsey. Elaine left me feeling very comfortable leaving my pup with her for a weekend while I was out of town. This was our first time away from Nipsey so I was a bit nervous but that quickly went away as the updates came in. Highly recommend. Thanks again Elaine and hubby!”

“Christy was great! She made Barry White feel right at home. We were able to enjoy ourselves at our event and rest easy knowing he was in loving hands. Thanks Christy and Patrick!!”

“Chris is amazing! He is super chill and amazing with dogs. My dog Fenchy had a really good time for 4 days. Chris updated me with pictures and I can tell that my doggy had her own little holiday with Chris. She loved him! I can only recommend Chris - thank you so much for taking such a great care over my baby 🥰”

“I can not say enough great things about Gina and her care for my Gigi. Breaking this down ; I was in desperate need of a doggy sitter for a last minute wedding trip out of town. I found Rover online and gave it a shot. I came across Gina's profile and saw all her raving reviews so I knew I had to try her out . I was looking for someone who would take care of my Gigi the way I would ,and someone who would truly give Gigi lots of love and attention. Gina was that person! She was communicative from the beginning , even adjusting her availability to make my schedule work . She was nothing short of excellent in communication and transparency. The moment I dropped off Gigi, Gina gave a warm welcome and Gigi was easily taken with her. Gina sent frequent updates on Gigi making me feel totally at ease being so far away. Every correspondence was immediately replied to - loved it. It was obvious that Gina was experienced in taking care of dogs . Also, I could tell from the pictures sent that Gigi was super happy and comfortable. I recommend anyone that uses Rover to book Gina , you're dog will be in loving hands!”

“Shardae provided lots of picture and updates. My pup was always smiling, I could tell he really enjoyed all the attention and love he was getting! Will definitely book again.”

“Sami was great! She got along very well with our cat and gave very detailed reports with lots of cute pictures. She even gave her a couple of toys to help keep her occupied between visits! We were nervous to have someone drop in while we were away at first, but Sami made us feel much better about it after the first visit.”

“On time and professional for our meet and greet. Eggnog immediately was himself with her, and she handled it well. I’m a helicopter pet parent and I’m confident I have found the right sitter for my Eggnog.”

“It was such peace of mind to know that our kitties were in the capable hands of Donny. It is always great to have a Rover sitter that you trust who takes great care of the family's furry monsters while away. Will definitely be a repeat booker!”

“Just needed someone who could drop by to let out my pup while I’d be gone all day and Cassandra is a gem! Great communication and even though she was only with my dog for a quick potty break she provided many photos of their adventure.”

“Sora did a great job checking in on our two cats while we were out of town! She was communicative and sent us photos and updates each day. She was also able to handle our older cat's medication. I would book with her again.”
About: I worked as a vet tech for 6 years and dog grooming for 4 years. Ive had dogs my whole life. I can't wait to meet your family member! I love walking and what's better than walking? Walking with a loving friend of the family. I will drop everything for a dog in need. I always make sure to keep open communication with the owners and other family members. Also I love sending little photos or videos of us :)

About: I’ve taken care of cats since I was old enough to know how. For the past 25 years, I am the person who everyone calls first when they need their pet cared for when they get busy! I am also great with details and specific instructions.

“I’m a so happy we chose Ivy. She went over all our pet instructions and loved my fur babies . Ivy sent daily pictures and responded within minutes to any questions or concerns.. She went above and beyond taking care of my house in the process. I trust Ivy and look forward to another wonderful experience choosing Ivy. Thank you so much Ivy”

About: I’ve been caring for cats for family and friends for many years and am comfortable with cats of all ages, from playful kittens to senior cats who may need a little extra patience and attention. I understand that every cat has their own personality and boundaries. Some want constant cuddles and playtime, while others prefer having their space and getting attention on their own terms. I’m happy to follow your cat’s normal routine so they can feel as comfortable and secure as possible while you’re away. I’m comfortable with feeding, fresh water, litter box cleaning, play and enrichment, brushing, and following detailed care instructions. I can also follow established medication schedules and administer routine oral or topical medications as directed. For kittens, I’m happy to provide plenty of supervised play and enrichment, and for senior cats, I’m comfortable providing a calmer environment, extra attention, and keeping a close eye on any changes in their normal behavior or routine. Most importantly, I’ll treat your cat with the same patience, love, and respect I’d want for my own — and I’m always happy to send plenty of photos and updates! 🐱💕

“Elaine's time with our 3 cats could not have gone better. Our cats need (require!) lots of attention. Plenty of updates, pics, and videos of happy kitties - it was clear that our cats got plenty of attention and love from Elaine. We are VERY HAPPY with Elaine's house- and cat-sitting service and will be asking her to take care of our kitties in the future. THANK YOU ELAINE!”

“Shardea did an excellent job with my 15 year old kitty Marilyn. Marilyn needed medication 2x a day. With being older and diagnosed with intestinal Lymphoma, I was concerned she wouldn’t do well. However, Shardea was so loving and caring. She is a cat whisperer. Marilyn quickly warmed up to Shardea. She ate well the entire time. Shardea met my niece at the airport. I picked Marilyn up and my niece and drove 3 hours. After staying with Shardea almost 3 weeks, a 5 hour flight, and 3 hour drive. Marilyn is now happy and content. Absolutely 0 decline in her health!”

“Perla is the best. It’s hard to leave my fur babies when I travel but knowing I have someone that takes such good care of them, makes me feel less guilty about leaving them.”

“Alejandro did a wonderful job taking care of April. Leaving your pet in someone else's home can be stressful, but Alejandro made April feel right at home from the moment we dropped off. We received regular photo updates and check-ins throughout the stay, which gave us complete peace of mind. April came home happy, well-cared for, and perfectly relaxed. We will definitely be booking again!”

“I can’t say enough amazing things about Pearl! This is our second time booking her. She is so great about updating me with photos of my cats while I’m away, which gives me complete peace of mind. I can tell how much she truly enjoys watching them! She goes above and beyond to make sure they are loved, pampered and well taken care of. Thank you Pearl! I appreciate you so very much!”

About: I’ve always been a dog person! I grew up around animals and have had both cats and dogs my whole life. For the past 14 years, I’ve also cared for friends’, family members’, and neighbors’ pets, so I’m experienced with dogs of all breeds, sizes, and personalities. I love getting outside for walks—whether it’s a quick neighborhood stroll or a longer adventure, whatever is best for your pup. I had a baby in February, and we’ve made daily walks and hikes part of our routine. Since losing my own dog in May, I’ve really missed having a furry walking companion. I’ll typically have my baby with me, either in a stroller or baby carrier, so your dog will need to be comfortable around babies. I’m reliable, patient, and will treat your dog like my own. I’ll always make sure they get plenty of exercise, attention, and love, and I’ll keep you updated with photos and messages so you know they’re having a great time. I’m currently a stay-at-home mom, which gives me a flexible schedule and plenty of availability for pet care. I’m able to provide walks, check-ins, playtime, and companionship throughout the day. I love having animals as part of my routine and enjoy making sure they get the attention, exercise, and care they need. I only offer pet care in the client’s home, as I have a cat of my own who prefers being the only furry friend in the house. In your home, I’ll make sure your pet feels comfortable and cared for by providing lots of love, feeding, walks, playtime, and attention. I’ll also help keep things tidy along the way so your home is just as you left it.
About: I would be a great dog sitter for you not only because I LOVE all animals but also because I grew up owning two dogs, a Lab and a little Bichon, not to mention a cat and a snake. I currently have a dog and two cats I take care of daily. In high school I always took care of the neighbor's animals and houses while they were out of town. My friends now always call me if they need a sitter or just to give their dogs a walk while they're at work. My schedule is super flexible because I work from home. My love for animals and the fact that I am responsible and trustworthy makes me a perfect fit for you! I would love to meet your furbabies and do whatever I can to help! I work from home so I can be with your animals as much as needed! I have a room mate who will take care of my 3 animals here, which gives me the ability to give all the attention to yours! I can’t take pets into my home, but I can stay at yours full time, part time, or whatever is required! I love all animals and will treat them like my own babies.

About: I’ve watched over many people’s cats along with my own cats at home for years. I enjoy their company and respect their needs. I would be thrilled to watch over your cat, and make it a safe space for them. I have plenty of experiences with different personalities of cats, such as calm cats, energetic, cats who may need some time to warm up to you, and those that are playful right away. However your cat may be like, I’ll be happy to get to know them! :)

“She did a wonderful job making sure my cats were comfortable, happy, and fed every day while I was away for a week. She communicated well and was attentive to all the needs of my special-needs cat and my kittens. I felt confident knowing they were in caring and capable hands!”

“Rebooked for the rest of the week by noon. Attentive and communicated each step of the way. Sent a ton of photos which was great. It's my first time using a sitter I don't know and Perla was awesome. Dembe is exhausted and very happy. Perla and her dogs kept up with his puppy energy all day. I'm seriously so happy with the way this worked out.”

“Thank you so much! She is BEST sitter for us. She sent many photos for us. So We could know how our fur baby were doing. My dog had a very relaxing stay and is very good condition the next day. We'll definitely request again next time.”

About: I’ve helped train, and care for dogs for several years, and I love working with all sizes and breeds. It makes my day to be able to work with dogs and be able to care for them. Currently have a flexible schedule, as I make my own hours and with part time work and online classes. Willing to work on weekends as well. I work well with schedules and instructions particular to each individual dog. I make sure to follow what the dog parents goals are when it comes to care, as well as bring a fun and loving energy to every dog I care for.

“My hounds always have a great time with Elaine and Izzy! They give tons of pictures and videos throughout the day. Both of them are super conscientious about the dogs in their care.”
“We recently had Hiromi watch our dog, during a two-day family obligation, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. She was incredibly kind, responsive, and flexible with our schedule. Our dog was comfortable from the start, and it was clear he felt happy and safe—he was excited to return the second day! It gave us so much peace of mind knowing he was in such good hands. Highly recommend Hiromi to anyone looking for a caring and reliable sitter!”

“Dorle was SO wonderful with my dog Arthur. So easy to work with, very trustworthy, and gave me lots of updates throughout the day. Her house is dog HEAVEN. Wish I could stay with Dorle and Arthur could go to work. Thank you so much!”

About: Hi! I'm a dog lover of all sizes. I'll run with your dog, teach them tricks (taught our former dog how to use the clicker and various commands), throw the ball with them, take them on walks and feed them. I'm located in PV by the PV reservoir so I'm always out and about in the neighborhood on runs, etc. I grew up with a Scottish Terrier and have watched German Shepherds, Cattle Dogs, Dashunds, Shiba Inu’s and other Terrier breeds. I've got many books on how to deal with various dog behaviors and it's taught me a lot over the years. Would love to help during the week or if you need someone to assist on the weekends too, that can be arranged. Hope to meet your pooch soon! I’ll be able to balance time as I’m at home most days of the week. I’m pretty flexible with my schedule and can typically make it work. I have a fenced yard and can take care of your pooch inside or outside. If your dog likes to run, I love running with em.
“Zahara is amazing, she was very caring and loving for my pup! My puppy Rue is very active and she was able to play and keep Rue company. I can tell from Rue's energy that she had a great and safe time at Zaharas home! Her place is perfect for dogs! She kept me updated at all times which was really good”

About: I have taken care of a variety of animals since I was a young kid and have had a dog virtually my entire life, sometimes a few dogs at once and many cats too. I have been a fish, dog, and cat parent for about thirty years or more of my adult life and ongoing. Recently completed a twelve-week obedience training course with our German Shepherd. Plenty of work to do. We also have done pet sitting for friends, as they have also done for us over the many years. We have cared for many a senior dog or cat, as they have been ours. We have always had and cared for animals through their entire life cycle. Before Rover dog care and dog walking of other peoples pets, aside from friends pets was not something we had done as a business, but taking care of animals, especially dogs is an activity I have been doing my entire life, every day. We walk our own dog a couple of times daily. I have owned and cared for many dogs. I currently own a two year old White German Shepherd, which is very socialized. He is a silly one. I have some experience in training, in as much as myself and my GSD went through twelve weeks of obedience classes through PetSmart to help get him setup for success. My primary business is in IT. I work from home almost every day. I have an independent IT consulting company, working for myself since 2003, to date. A very flexible schedule. However, the business has been slow and I am looking for something to supplement my income. Another IT job would likely be treated as a conflict, and I already do that work anyway. This type of gig seems perfect, flexible schedule and doing something I have always wanted to do. Right now, I have the time. We will discuss shifts; I may be good to help during a variety of times. I love dogs, all animals really. We are very willing to sit for some dogs in our own home or stop in to check on, walk and feed them, etc. I have a neighbor that does the same thing as a “side hustle” (for Rover) and they love it. When I am out walking my dog, I often run into them walking their dog tenants that they are sitting while owners are away. I have lived in the Southbay since 1988 and love it here. I live in a two-story house on the edge of old Torrance and Harbor City. I look forward to our future contact and making some new furry friends. Thanks so much for your consideration. I have a fenced yard and one dog, a white German Shepherd that is still enjoying late stage puppy hood :-) at two years old. Loves his toys, well socialized and really loves playing with other dogs. He is good company for another dog and someday soon we may be getting another, so he always has a friend. Right now we have just one. We also have one Maine Coon cat (16yr), that generally stays out of site around new dogs. Our one cat has been living with dogs most of his life. We will create separation of animals if it is necessary. If you provide it and it is needed, we will crate your dog, otherwise we are happy to let them always be part of the home while staying with us. The home is safe and secure with plenty of space inside and outside. We are in an enclosed subdivision with safe residential streets for walks. We have dedicated space where our dog and cat eat separately, we can also set up feeding so your pet can eat alone if necessary. We can adjust access to food, so nobody (including our dog) has any issues. Dog walking is done regularly for our GSD and we are happy to take your pet along to explore the neighborhood.

About: I’ve had pets my whole life, so taking care of animals just feels natural to me. I’m patient, reliable, and genuinely enjoy spending time with all kinds of pets. Your fur baby will be treated like family with me. I currently work from home and work at my own pace with lots of down time to spend with animals. I would like to spend that down time caring for pets. My pets are family at my home. All pets are welcomed and treated as family. Home has a big yard for pets to be outside or spend time with me at home.

About: My mom and I had a loveable and adorable black pomeranian. I helped with potty training him from when he was a puppy. I thought him tricks, walked him, helped give him his medicine, groomed him, feed him & gave him water, and mostly loved him. Dogs are great company and are so loveable. I helped my ex with his tea cup yorkie. I feed him, gave him water, bathed him, cleaned up his pee pee pad, helped with giving him his medicine and I enjoyed his company very much. Dogs are not only our pets but a member of our families and can be at times like our little one. I miss laying down with my dog and my ex's dog also. Currently, right now I'm looking for a full-time or part-time job. So at the time being I have plenty of time to play, walk, feed & be your fur baby. I am available to board him/or her on the weekdays & weekends. I would always take out your pup with his/her harness or leash. I stay in a quiet neighborhood and I will always make sure he/she has food & water as well love.

“Marco had a wonderful day! I really appreciated all the updates and photos throughout his stay. It was great seeing that he got a nice walk and lots of attention. He came home happy and relaxed, which is always the best sign. Thank you for taking such good care of him — I would definitely book again!”

“I had a last minute request to walk and feed Tofu and Sky was able to accommodate it, which was a big relief. Great experience and definitely highly recommend Sky!”

About: I have experience giving medications (pills, liquids, ear/eye drops) as well as experience with senior and small dogs especially. Senior care is my strength but I love dogs of all ages. I work from home part time and am home all day Friday-Monday. There are no children or pets in the home so I am able to provide my undivided attention. Your dog will be inside my home most of the day as I do not have a yard. I do however have a large park/lake across the street that I frequent that is great for walks.

Currently I am unable to keep pets in my home. My services are pet sitting or walking. Thank you for this understanding and I hope to work with you and your pet soon!
“My 5 year old doodle has been walking with Jailene for over a week now. We decided our pup needed more midday exercise than we could provide, so Jailene swooped right in to come on time everyday: friendly, confident, professional, and no frills. My dog even looks cool walking with her! They get an uphill mile in each weekday for 30 mins and our pup comes back worked, happy, and relaxed. It's been very easy to communicate with Jailene and we trust that our dog is in good hands.”

“Perla is by far the BEST sitter we’ve had for our dog!!! He had a blast with her, her dogs and the few guest or regular dogs he got to meet while he slept over and I can’t thank her enough for all the love she gave him. He’ll most certainly be returning again soon. Thank you Perla!”

About: I’ve had my dog, Milo, since he was a puppy and I basically take him anywhere he is welcomed. As someone who was scared of dogs as a child, I made it a priority to understand my own dog. I learned plenty about dog enrichment and body language, which has helped Milo become a well-adjusted and socialized dog. My approach to dog walking is allowing the pups to obtain enrichment through walking with brief stops for quick training. All bookings will help fund my dog’s dental cleaning, so thank you! 🫶🏽 Available for walks almost any time during the week, so long as you book in advance. 🙂↕️ Will likely walk my dog along with your dog, but let me know if your dog prefers to fly solo. Milo and I take walks every 4-8 hours. All pups are welcome to make themselves at home and are allowed on the furniture. There’s a balcony if your pup wants to sunbathe with Milo. We have a crate that your dog can use, if need be.
About: I specialize in taking care of cats. I’ve had cats as pets since I was six. I have minimal experience looking after dogs but am capable of doing so. I work part time at a local remand am doing an internship two days a week. I am taking classes online and will have plenty of time to care for your pet(s). I keep my cats indoors but have looked after indoor/outdoor cats. I can provide whatever type of care you want for your pets in your home.
About: I’ve been taking care of dogs for many years, including my own large-breed dog, so I’m very comfortable with pets of all sizes and personalities. I’m patient, responsible and calm in any situation, and I make sure every dog feels safe, understood and well cared for. Owners trust me with feeding routines, potty schedules, long walks, playtime and keeping their dogs relaxed while they’re away. I pay close attention to each dog’s needs — whether they are energetic, shy, or still learning. My goal is to give your pet a comfortable, stress-free stay and to keep you updated with photos and messages throughout the day I live with my Rottweiler and provide calm, structured, and attentive care in a home environment. I’m with the dogs most of the day, so they’re never left on their own and always supervised. I focus on keeping dogs comfortable, relaxed, and safe — whether that means playtime, walks, or just having space to settle in. I’m very attentive to behavior, routines, and boundaries, especially when dogs are staying together. I treat every dog like my own and make sure they feel secure, respected, and at home. I live in a quiet, safe home with great walking areas nearby. Dogs are always supervised and kept on leash during outdoor time, as I don’t have a fenced yard. I introduce dogs slowly, monitor interactions closely, and make sure everyone has space when needed. Safety and comfort always come first.
About: I’ve lived with dogs and cats almost my entire life and I know how to take care of them well and make them feel happy and safe! I live in an apartment with my family, we all love pets and equally experienced with taking care of them :) Note: This account is owned by me, Nabil Abdelsayed, but often times when I’m unavailable a family member helps out. I will always make sure to specify who will be taking care of your pet and a meeting could always be arranged beforehand. I’m free all day and I’d be more than happy to take your pet in! If there happens to be any reason that I am not free I will update my schedule. I will make sure your pet feels safe and happy here, and provide them anything that they need. I live with 3 cats and 1 dog, they all get along and I’d be more than happy to look after your pet as well!
About: I’ve been an animal lover my entire life and have experience caring for pets of all kinds — dogs, cats, guinea pigs, reptiles, and more! 🐾 I’m comfortable with different personalities, routines, and needs, whether that means walks and playtime, feeding, keeping enclosures clean, or just giving your pet lots of love and attention while you’re away. I’m patient, responsible, attentive, and treat every animal like they’re my own. Whether your pet is energetic, shy, cuddly, quirky, or a little high-maintenance, I’m happy to meet them where they’re at and make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved! Currently working part time with plenty of time to care for your fur baby. There is nothing I cannot or will not do to keep your pet healthy and happy. Loads of experience and references. I love animals more than humans! I have been caring for all kinds of animals for my whole life and look forward to caring for yours, too!
“Elaine is amazing! We went on a mini day trip and needed our dog Bubba to be walked twice. She exceeded our expectations and was very communicative with how Bubba was doing. She took a ton of cute photos of him playing and on his walks; he looked so happy. It was our first time using this app to find a dog walker and we were very lucky to find Elaine. She is trustworthy, kind and goes above and beyond. She saw a package on our front door step during one of the visits and she brought it to the backyard so it’d be safe; like I said, above and beyond! :) Highly recommend her for your dog walking needs!”
About: My pet sitting days started out when my sister’s friend needed someone to watch his new beagle puppy Charlie. My first step into this field started at 18 where I spent 4yrs working for a boarding/daycare business that offers care for all dog breeds and sizes from puppies to seniors as well as cats in private luxury kitty condos. There I completed 2 courses and became ✅Certified✅ in reading dog body language and communication. Promoted to 👩🏻✈️Shift Lead👩🏻✈️ and responsible for all food/medication prep and administration. I became well known for being able to get those who wouldn’t always eat to eat 😋 🔹Trained in administering 💊Medications After the daycare I held a ⚕️Veterinary Kennel Assistant position as well as a 🐾Professional Dog Pack Walker/Pet Care Provider position with separate companies for a brief window period before I decided working from home through Rover was a better route while my first born was still young. 🐣 Since then I’ve had a second child and spent the past 2yrs working as 🫧Bather on and off at a local grooming shop for dogs, cats, birds & bunnies 🐶🐱🦜🐰 I’ve taken a break away from working regular hours to focus on my youngest a development as well as my eldest as he’s on the spectrum 🧩 Available full-time for your Pet Sitting/Dog Walking needs! ⏰🫶🏻😊 🩵Please note that I do have young children (ages 10 & 2) they’re great with animals (: 🩵 🔻Cannot Board any aggressive pets🔻 ❇️Can Accommodate❇️ ✔️Can provide Overnights in your own home for larger breeds & those who do better in their own space 👽✨ I keep the day going with what things need doing that day and would take joy in having your pets be a part of our family. I live in a spall apt near the Stonehaven area on NextDoor. I have a vehicle and if okay’d can transfer or walk from my apt to the park to provide enrichment/exercise if needed/requested. Potty breaks are always on leash.
“Pearl was amazing! She dropped in before our first booking to meet me and my dog, Lola. Pearl fed and walked Lola and sent photos of our happy pooch! Thank you so much for taking great care of Lola. We had peace of mind while out for the night and came home to a happy pooch!!”

About: I grew up with dogs since I was a child. I grew up with Shiba Inus, so I know very well about them. I currently don't have any pets as my girl passed away from old age last year and haven't gotten a new furbaby since she passed. I have been a professional dog walker/boarder/care taker for 5 years before pandemic and had many recurring clients when I was in the Bay area. I love walking them and always give 1 on 1 attention. Some of the compliments I get all the time are how detailed my updates are with many pictures and videos. I personally love to take many pictures and videos of my pets and kids, so I just take a bunch when I walk them or have them over my place. I always make sure they have water (iced water when it gets hot) before I leave with treats (unless pawrents say otherwise). I always update with their potty details too as I know as a pawrent that you want to make sure your furbaby is doing well. If I feel something is wrong, I immediately contact the pawrent. If they made a mess, I try to clean up the best I can before leaving as I know how tiring that can be unless told otherwise. Another compliment I get is how well I am with senior dogs or dogs with medical needs. The dog I grew up with was with me since he was 3mo old until he passed (15.5yrs old). He had many health complications the last 3yrs of his life that I learned how to give every medicine that you can think of including eye meds, pills, syringes, etc. I always have pill pockets, so just in case they don't want the meds in their food, I can always wrap with pill pockets instead. I am very keen, so once I get to know your furbaby, I will be able to see any changes or sense a difference and will let you know. Since my dog was very quiet, we missed a lot of signs from him although I had a doubt as a kid. I don't want that happening to anybody or any dogs. I am also certified in pet first aid and pet cpr. I take pride in as a caretaker and love to be your furbaby's new buddy to hang out with! I currently work at home, so I can be with your furbaby all the time even when my kids are home. I don't mind taking them for walks or even to the park after work as long as weather permits Dogs are free to roam in kitchen/living room area and will have access to unlimited water. Treats will depend on what permission I get from each pawrent. They will never be alone with my kids without any adult supervision as I know how rough kids can be. My kids are taught, but are still too young, so I will never leave them alone with any dogs. I never left them alone with my senior girl even when she became weak and ill with her last few months of her life.

“Laura and her husband are wonderful! This was my second time having Hank watched with them and they took beyond excellent care of him. Wonderful and fast communication and sent me updates and pictures every day.”

“Koji had the best time! He can be pretty energetic, but Katie handled him so well and gave him so much love. I felt completely at ease knowing he was in good hands. So grateful and we’ll definitely be back!”

“Katherine took amazing care of our Libby. She sent an update daily and the addition of pictures showed us how happy Libby was staying with her while we were out of town. We felt very secure knowing Libby was in such great care.”

“It’s my very first time looking for a pet sitter because I’m always so anxious about leaving my dogs with people that I don’t know but I can’t thank Stephanie enough for taking care of my puppies! It was a great experience, my dogs had fun, played with other dogs and she was so accommodating to their needs and also to my last minute changes! I was getting daily updates and pictures too! I was comfortable because she has so many years of experience and a lot of good reviews! I can fully recommend her and I would definitely be happy to bring my dogs again! Thank you so much!!!”
