About: An eight-hour-plus workday is too long to be without your furry babies, and that's where I come in. I've been a proud feline pet parent since 1999, and I'm still at it now with three cats. It's not always easy, but it's always rewarding. My experience with my fur babies ranged from delivering newborn kittens to full-grown senior cats. I have also provided vet care, taken in strays, and finding some of them new homes. So, if you hire me to do drop-in visits with your feline children, expect me to tend to them as if they are my own. I know that most people will use this service to go on vacation. But most people who are on the daily 9-to-5 grind might not get that privilege. My drop-in services are primarily for those who can't check in on their feline pet during those hours, but I am flexible. Going on vacation? not a problem. Cats need constant mental and physical stimulation. Therefore, when I arrive, I will engage in playing with them, replenishing the food and water bowl, and cleaning out the litter box. If you have any specific requests, please let me know, so I can accommodate them. I'm a pet parent of three myself, so I'm able to devote my time at least six times a week in the afternoon. “This was my first experience with Rover. Thanks to Ana, it will not be my last. Since I got my first cat three years ago, I have limited my travel to short, in-state trips. Even though I'm a helicopter parent when it comes to my cats, I was totally at ease knowing that Ana was coming by daily to check in on them. Ana is compassionate and intuitive when it comes to interacting with pets, and my cats were happy to see her each day. Even my second cat, who is normally terrified of strangers, grew to like Ana. I highly recommend Ana. Even though her rate was a little higher than other nearby Rover providers who do drop-in visits, she is worth every penny. About: Hello there! I am new to Rover and the Sacramento area, but I am not new to owning and caring for pets. I’ve had dogs and cats more than half my life. Out of the 3 pups I have had in the last 16 years , 2 of them are special needs and doing fabulously because of the attention and care they receive. I have experience with dogs from very small (miniature dachshund) to very large (great Pyrenees Anatolian Shepard) During my at-home work weeks, I am available 24 hours each day to support your animals. I am available early mornings, late nights, and able to pick up your pup for easier transportation. I do travel for work occasionally so please check my calendar for my availability. My husband and I share two male labs, Jeff and Asher, who are friendly neutered dogs that love to play. I can crate them in a separate space if your pup is more shy! We also live in a nice area near a park for extra walking and play. We only crate our boys while we are out of the house, but can adjust to your needs.

About: I’ve been a volunteer at Front Street Animal Shelter for over a year, as well as pet sitting for friends and families over the past 5 years. My family and I have had several dogs over the past years ranging from large to medium in size, but I’m no stranger to small dogs either. I have also cared for dogs who required special needs care and attention for various reasons from medical illnesses to physical limitations and age. I’m currently a full time college student which means I can only offer services in the evening during weekdays. But, Friday through Sunday I’m completely available all day to provide care for animals as needed at times which are convenient for owners. When caring for animals I prioritize routine to avoid any unnecessary stress or anxiety. I start with bathroom breaks and handling food and water before moving on to play and entertainment. If any basic hygiene such as brushing is required then I will do that after the pet is relaxed and comfortable from playing. Any other specialized care is worked into this schedule as needed.

About: Hello there! I am new to Rover and the Sacramento area, but I am not new to owning and caring for pets. I’ve had dogs and cats more than half my life. Out of the 3 pups I have had in the last 16 years , 2 of them are special needs and doing fabulously because of the attention and care they receive. I currently work part time as a caregiver for a woman who has Alzheimer’s and my two pups come with me for companion care. She adores them and so do I! I don’t require a ton of notice , but Mon,Wed and Thursday I won’t be available 9am-130pm I cannot care for dogs in my own home. My 5 yo golden is reactive with other dogs unfortunately. Even as far as making it so that he could see into her room to know he wasn't alone. I would HIGHLY recommend using Naiomie. I know when we have a need again, she will be the first person we call.
