“i am incredibly grateful that eric was able to take care of my kitties on such short notice. he provided many updates, including pictures, fed them on the cats usual schedule, and was very prompt when communicating. i will definitely be rebooking with eric in the future!”

“If rover had 10 stars I’d do that. Angelica is amazing. My dog Kulfi came home happy with big smile on her face. I think she god a great friend there named June. Kulfi came home calm, sleepy and healthy! Highly recommended! ❤️”

“I could not recommend Jessica and her husband enough! They came in a clutch when I had a sitter cancel on me last minute right before our nine day trip. I had a great amount of peace knowing my dog was in the best hands. We got plenty of updates and fast communication whenever I would send updates on pick up and drop off. Her location ended being a little further than I thought but it was totally worth the drive and I would easily do it again! Thank you again for taking great care of Tyson for us!”

“Where do I start, if I could leave a 10 star review I would, from the moment I left my dog with Steven it was pure joy, he was always in contact with updates with pics and videos, he is truly a animal lover, he is so patient and attentive, he will go above and beyond with your dog, I will definitely book again with Steven, thanks a lot Sol my dog was extremely happy staying with Steven. He is awesome!!!”

“We needed an overnight sitter on short notice for our dog Pete, who can be fearful and anxious, especially around new people. Philip is wonderful! He was patient and gentle with Pete and let Pete get settled into the new space on his own terms. He showed me around his home and let Pete get accustomed to the other pups before I left. Philip sent a lot of updates and pictures throughout the night so I felt reassured that Pete was doing well. Will definitely book again!”

“She’s an excellent dog sitter who followed specific instructions regarding my dog’s care, diet, and routine. Kept me updated with messages or photos during her time with my dog. Also the environment is clean, safe and suitable for my dog.”

“This was a long stay for Smokey and he was so well taken care of, it allowed us to really enjoy our trip knowing he was safe and sound. He made himself right at home with Madalyn! She is so responsive and sent pictures of him every day. I can’t thank her enough and we feel so grateful to have found her for our pup!”

“Ana and Mitchell were incredibly caring with Sophie. I needed a last-minute sitter for Sophie, who isn’t used to being home alone yet at 5 months, and they were amazing. What I love about them is that someone is always home and they only take one dog at a time. They were quick to schedule a meet-and-greet and were very welcoming. Sophie got to meet their dog, Ellie, and they got along instantly. Ana and Mitchell were flexible, accommodating, and asked thoughtful questions to make sure Sophie’s needs were met. We set up a short doggy date for a couple of hours, and it went perfectly- Sophie didn’t even notice we had left! Since leaving Sophie is new for us, we appreciated the frequent updates and their respect for her schedule. She came home happy and content, and it was clear she had a great time. Sophie will definitely be back soon. We even forgot a couple of things at their house and stopped by later, and Sophie was eager to go back inside to Ana and Mitchell’s home- showing just how comfortable she feels there.”

“Kaili was absolutely amazing at caring for my dog, there was constant updates and pictures. She was very sweet and caring. I can’t wait to book with her again and my dog absolutely loved her🩷💙”
“I’ve had Cathy and Andres care for my dog for multiple trips, and know that she is in good hands. I totally trust them to make sure that my dog is well cared for. They’re easy to communicate with and always send lots of pictures. I wholeheartedly recommend Cathy and Andres to anyone looking for someone to care for their dog!”

“Georgina was wonderful - she provided updates, pictures, videos and peace of mind. She even went the extra mile to ensure our good boy was combed! Would highly recommend.”

“Rika was a fantastic pet sitter! My dog had a blast at her house. She sent me detailed updates on how my dog was doing, along with amazing pictures (they were honestly better than the ones I’ve taken myself). She truly took great care of my dog. I will 100% rebook her the next time I need a pet sitter. I can’t emphasize enough how much I appreciate her for this boarding. Thank you, Rika!”

“Second time booking with Luis! It was Ruby’s first overnight without family and I have never felt so safe and comfortable. Luis always sends great updates and we’re so grateful that he’s a great caretaker for Ruby!”

About: Although I’m not certified, I’m more than happy to work with puppies through teenage dogs. I have hands-on experience teaching solid commands, patience, and fun tricks. I’ve trained my own dogs in the past—a one-year-old Husky and a Cane Corso puppy—and helped develop them into well-trained, patient, and dependable guard dogs. You’re not just getting someone to “watch your dog and make sure they eat.” If requested, I’m happy to work on training as well. Most importantly, I’m someone who genuinely loves all animals. Even though we may not know each other yet, I will treat your dog like my own—doing everything I can to keep your loved one safe, happy, and well cared for. This fits perfectly with my lifestyle because I love going out for walks/runs, and it would be great to have a little partner—or partners—join me!. I also spend time at the park so your pet would get plenty of fresh air, attention, and positive social interaction. I live in a fully fenced house and have security cameras set up—two in the front yard, two in the backyard, and a Ring camera at the door. Safety is very important to me. I live across from a preschool, and in the past I’ve occasionally allowed my dog to be calmly petted (with permission) so they could become more comfortable around children and people. I always prioritize safety and controlled interactions. This ensures I can give your pet consistent, reliable care.
“This was the first overnight stay for my dog Millie. Janice is awesome! She took great care of Millie. I got several updates, which took all my worries away. And by the looks of it Mille had a wonderful time. Will board Millie with her again.”

About: I have experience caring for cats with different personalities, routines, and comfort levels, including shy cats, senior cats, playful cats, and cats that prefer a quieter approach. I understand that many cats need patience, space, and consistency, especially when their owners are away. During cat drop-in visits, I can help with feeding, fresh water, litter box cleaning, playtime, brushing if requested, and photo updates. I also pay attention to changes in appetite, litter box use, hiding behavior, and overall comfort so owners can be updated if anything seems unusual. I am also comfortable helping with routine cat medication when clear written instructions are provided, including oral medication, liquid medication, eye drops, ear drops, and topical medication. My goal is to keep your cat’s routine calm, familiar, and stress-free while you are away.
“Jacqueline did an excellent job caring for my cats while I was out of town. Her calm and quiet demeanor was very helpful for the comfort of my cats, and I felt confident in my choice to have her as my cat sitter when the more skittish of my two cats did not run and hide when she first met him. She sent me many wonderful pictures of her drop in visits with them, which included engaging play time, and I could tell day by day they were adjusting well to her presence, even excited for her to arrive. The cats and I are satisfied by the care she provided, and I look forward to connecting with Jacqueline again for future trips.”

“Kimmy did great with my 2 cats! They are very nervous nellies but she did everything she could to make sure that they were comfortable while I was on vacation. She was very accommodating as well when I needed to extend their stay by a day. I would definitely have the cats stay with her again 🐈⬛🐈⬛”

“Eric is very attentive and sent me pictures and videos of my cat each day. He took good care of her and made sure she took her pills each day. I would highly recommend leaving your pets in the care of Eric.”

“Nancy was absolutely incredible with my cat, who usually hides from strangers. I received detailed updates and cute photos that completely set my mind at ease. I am so grateful to have found someone so reliable and trustworthy. Highly recommend!”

“we love justin to pieces. he’s great with our cats. who can be very devious. but he takes everything like a champ, or better yet like a pro. he’s caring and respectful. he’s my go-to guy. my cats love him too.”

About: I grew up with a Great Dane who I cared for from childhood until she passed, and she’s the reason I’ve loved pets my whole life. Since then, I’ve helped take care of family and friends’ dogs of all sizes. Today I have an 11-year-old chihuahua (Camila) who is healthy, loved, and very used to having little pups around and a 5-year-old Weimaraner (Lolo) who was literally ‘trained’ by Camila to be gentle and respectful with small dogs. We also have a 16-month-old baby who has learned to be calm, gentle, and loving with pets. Your pup will be in a loving, kind, safe, and experienced home. I work from home with a very flexible schedule, so I’m able to give consistent attention and supervision to your pup throughout the day. My son is in daycare during daytime hours, so the home stays calm, quiet, and perfect for small dogs. I have a fenced backyard and a fenced front yard where dogs can safely explore under my supervision. I only care for a small number of pups at a time to keep the environment calm and safe. My two pups are gentle, respectful of small breeds, and all interactions are always supervised. I can also separate or crate dogs if needed to match their routine.
About: I've taken care of pets since 2020 mostly from family. Past year I've walked, fed, cleaned, and played with pets who are friends of a coach I intern with. I'm currently interning part-time, so I have plenty of time to play with your pets. I'm available on Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Family and I, fenced the backyard for my uncle's dog, took care of him, and provided a safe home for him. I know how to feed, walk, and play with dogs and cats.

“Zoey was amazing! It was a lot easier being away from home knowing she was going to drop in and keep my cat’s company. She followed instructions, gave me updates, sent pictures and most importantly made sure my cat got his daily medication. My cats were well looked after with her while I was away from home. I would not hesitate booking with her again! This was my first time using Rover and I could not have asked for a better experience!”

While I cannot take pets to my own home, I can take care of pets in other settings so long as the owner is comfortable and aware of where I am with their pet.

About: I can cut nails. I have ample experience in feeding and cleaning the litter box. I once delivered five kittens myself. Also, I helped our rescue founder to foster many kittens before and fed them with a bottle every 3 hours. Furthermore, I currently work part-time at a pet supply store with a cat room.

“We were in desperate need of a cat-sitter & decided to bite the bullet & download the Rover app. Like most skeptical people, we thought Rover is very overpriced until we found Alex. From the meet & greet to the check-ins, she was amazing. She asked all the necessary questions during the first meeting and was very detailed in her drop-in visit notes. I couldn’t have asked for a better person to take care of my furry babies. Thank you so much Alex! Stan, Sid and even Fiona aka Waldo appreciate you. 🫶🏽”

About: I’ve always loved caring for and being around cats, I even have a few of my own! I have fostered, rescued, and cleaned up a plethora of cats and kittens in need. “Eric is fantastic with my dog, Dexter! He comes by a few times per week mid-day to walk and play with Dexter while I'm at work, and sends me photos and videos of Dexter enjoying his visit. At my request, Eric gives Dexter his daily favorite green treat and wipes his paws after his walks. Communication is quick and easy, and Eric is very trustworthy entering my home and leaving it all locked up once each visit is complete. I'd definitely recommend Eric for any service he provides on Rover. Thanks Eric!! -Ryan”

When watching your pet, I can promise that I will treat them with just as much love, care, and compassion as I’ve given to my own pets. I would absolutely love to pet sit for you! I work part time and don’t work summers so I have a good amount of time to help care for your pets! My current summer hours starting in June come out to pretty much anytime on any weekday! If there is a specific day or amount of hours, you’d like me to stay, please feel free to reach out. When caring for your pet I want to make sure that they are as comfortable as possible. Your pet feels the safest in their home and I want to make sure that while I’m there they continue to feel safe and at peace. I will follow any rules or routines provided so that your pet is most comfortable.
“Justin was awesome! I hate leaving my dogs with strangers but Justin didn’t feel like a stranger at all! My dogs loved him, and I felt very glad that he was looking after them! Thanks a lot Justin!”

About: Hello! My name is Helayna! I have been around big dogs, small dogs, and cats for as long as I can remember. I am 31 and I have had a golden retriever and two German shepherds. I am very comfortable with big dogs and have taken care of a lab, huskies, and chow chows just to name a few. I love playing with them and making sure they get the exercise they need. I am also a huge cat person too. I have always had cats, some super friendly, others were chill and do their own thing. I currently have one baby (profile picture, Pepper) and she is my everything. My schedule is very flexible and able to accept last minute bookings, drop ins, and house sittings. I have house sat for family and friends and their family and their friends as well. Pets are more than animals that live in your house, they are your children and need to be taken care of by people that would treat your babies like their own. I would love to meet you and your babies to give you peace of mind they are being taken care of when you are out. I am currently doing Rover full time so I am able to give all my time and attention to your pats. Monday-Friday I am available as early as 7am and can be done at 9pm at the latest. I will be able to meet and greet last minute if something came up and you need someone to watch your pet. I have a smaller patchy backyard with no dogs in the back. I do have 3 cats in my house and my area does have stray cats that roam around the backyard that sun bathe.
About: I’ve had dogs since I was 10 years old and have experienced every stage of dog ownership, from puppyhood to old age. Recently, my dog passed away, and need a friend to walk with 3 times a day 😅 With extra time on my hands this summer, I’d love to share my love and attention with dogs whose families are away. As a former dog parent, I know how hard it can be to leave your baby behind. I’ve always felt a little guilty when I had to leave mine, so I understand how important it is to find someone you trust. I hope to be that peace of mind for you and a loving friend for your pup while you’re away. I am a teacher on summer break, so I have a very open schedule and plenty of time to dedicate to your pet. I am available for walks, drop-in visits, playtime, feeding, and lots of extra love and attention throughout the day. Your pet will receive consistent care and companionship. I care for your pets according to their normal routine. You can provide feeding schedules, sleeping preferences, walk routines, medications, crate-training instructions, and any other special needs. My goal is to keep your pet comfortable, happy, and cared for.

About: Your dog’s home-away-from-home—where they feel safe and loved. I offer small-scale boarding (not a kennel). This is a great option for pet parents seeking a safer alternative to kennels. Training-informed, positive-reinforcement environment. Deep experience with rescue, reactive, separation anxiety and other special-needs dogs who require a calm home environment. Home atmosphere + constant human presence. My home is quiet with a front yard that feels like you're in a small forest. Good vibes all around. I'm truly an all-around dog lover, and I and have a passion for saving, fostering, and boarding if it means a happier life for a dog and his/her human. I've had a passion for caring for dogs since I was a teenager. I've rescued several dogs from a high-kill shelter and fostered them until we found a forever home. I currently work closely with a couple of dog rescues that help find fosters or adopters for high-energy dogs in overcrowded shelters, once they've gone through an evaluation stage and the necessary training. I have dog training knowledge, and I'm also trained in dog psychology. My goal is to work with service dogs and get them ready for their new human. I have experience working with extra large breeds as well as the cute, tiny ones. I also have experience with special need dogs who require medication, If you have a special needs dog, I have experience in: Oral medication administration Injected medication administration Senior dog experience Special needs dog experience I currently work part time from my home office and tend to my plants which allows me plenty of time to devote to your furry family member. I enjoy time at home, painting, reading, cooking, gardening, playing my congas or simply relaxing in front of the television. I enjoy caring for pets as if they were my own, which means getting to know their personalities and what they like to do for fun. I have grassy areas to play and lounge out in the sun. A possible daily routine: A morning walk or let them roam the yard (depends on the owners choice), followed by breakfast and some loving. Afternoon time consists of potty breaks and some play time in the yard or indoors and some afternoon treats for everyone before they nap. I have plenty of room for your pet to run around or just lounge. I don't have any pets (as I have been fostering) or children, and there's very little to nothing that your pet could get into. My house is secured and all the windowns and doors will remain secured while your pet is visiting. My yard has a five and a half foot fence and it's secured all the way around. I have grassy areas to play and lounge out in the sun. If I'm pet sitting at your location, I will follow the list of do's and don't and will always treat your home with respect.

“Jessica was AMAZING!! Nasus learned how to fetch and he plays better with other dogs! Jessica and Mya were the most amazing teachers. He has definitely changed for the better within 3 days ?? Jessica was also very very thorough with Nasus' updates And her pictures were awesome. I had a very relaxed little vacation thanks to Jessica. The ONLY reason I would not recommend Jessica is the fear that she wont be available when I need her ? All jokes aside. 1000/10 would definitely recommend!!”

“Nicholas was my second sitter after a few years for my senior 10 year old pup! He stayed the weekend and has a blast! Nicholas was super sweet in communicating how pulgas was doing and adjusting and how he was eating! Especially since our puppy has arthritis and can’t get around too well! Nicholas and all his daycare pups as well as his own pup were super welcoming to pulgas and made sure he was involved in all the fun! :D I can’t wait to get pulgas in Nicholas daycare soon since it’s wonderful enrichment for him at his age since he can’t exercise as much anymore!🌟 I absolutely recommend Nicholas for your pups!”

“Robbie's a great guy, and he's really good with our dog, Jasper. Robbie takes Jasper out each day and he gets a lot of exercise. We've got other boarding dates planned as well. Cheers!”
