“Arika did an incredible job taking care of Orion, our cat while we were away for a week. She brushed him every day, brought interesting toys for him to try out, and gave him lots of amazing care and attention! She even sent pix and videos. She also did small details like bring in the mail and even asked if we needed plants to be watered. She ended up watering our garden boxes which kept our plants alive while we were away. About: I’ve had cats of my own and have cared for plenty of friends’ and family’s cats, including the shy ones who disappear under the bed when someone new arrives. I don’t chase them out. I sit down, stay quiet, and let them decide when they’re ready. Some come out right away, some take a few visits, and both are completely fine. Visits include food, fresh water, litter care, a wellness check, photos, and time together at their comfort level. I’ll happily play and cuddle with the social ones, or quietly keep them company if they’re more reserved. About: We have lots of experience in raising and loving dogs for over 40 years with the ability to care for any age or size. We've had dogs all our married life and our most recent dog, Reba is looking for some friends to play with. We're able to cater to your dogs special diets, continue to implement your training techniques and provide that loving home while you are away. As a retired husband and wife duo our schedules are quite flexible and we spend most of our time at home with our dog Reba. Drop off anytime between 7 AM - 8 PM (please inquire for drop off outside these times for availability). A doggie door provides easy access to our fully fenced in backyard with plenty of grass, a lovely patio and lots of shade to create the perfect space for your dog to lounge outside. Inside the home we're able to provide a safe space to eat and a cozy environment where dogs can lounge on the couches and escape the heat. While we don't allow dogs in our bed you're more then welcome to bring their favorite bed/blanket and we'll provide a quiet space for them to dream away. Our grandchildren visit often (ages 10 +) so kid friendly dogs are a must.

About: I've been a dog owner since I was about 7 years old. I had a husky mix growing up, a very active dog all black with a curly tail I'd walk regularly and keep active. I now have two small breed dogs. A chihuahua mix named Brownie that's just 8 lbs, rescued in 2015 and I have a Rat Terrier named Taco and he was rescued in March 2020, he's about 15 lbs. All their shots are up to date and they are neutered. I am an active runner/walker and I enjoy taking my dogs out for walks regularly/daily. I take them out for about 1 mile or more if we're going out on trails or more adventures. I've traveled with my dogs by plane and by car. I'm very comfortable with dogs! Love spending time with them. I've walked my dogs and others dogs now for years. I have a two active pups to play with should they wish but otherwise they're welcome to play and have fun how they wish. I love to let them have fun.
About: I have had a dog since my first memory up until 3 years ago we lost our 3rd family dog. I have 3 years of experience walking dogs and about a year of training experience at a doggy daycare. “Mel is an excellent dog sitter! We booked our first day care before my dog, Lucifur, was diagnosed with some limiting orthopedic issues that will soon require surgery. That means he now has to have his movement someone restricted to protect him from injury. When I gave Mel this update and asked if he would still be able to care for Lucifur, he was enthusiastic to watch him. In fact, when I arrived on the first day, Mel had thoughtfully set up a secure area for Lucifur to relax in AND had a plan to keep our dogs separated so Lucifur wouldn't get over excited and run/jump around. Mel was really thoughtful in ensuring that Lucifur had an environment that was safe and he put me at ease. Lucifur enjoys hanging out with Mel and Roxy and I feel confident that he's in great hands. Mel will be out #1 Rover choice from now on!”

About: I’ve loved and taken care of dogs since I was a child myself! From Pomeranians, to terriers, to huskies, I enjoy caring for them all. Your dogs will love hanging with me and going for walks. I have a very quiet, stress-free home (just me and my husband) which will especially be great for dogs that are sensitive to loud noises. I will do all I can to make sure they are treated like family and feel comfortable with me. I’m currently off work for the Summer as I am employed in a school district. I don’t go back until late August so I have pretty open availability aside from some events here and there over the Summer. Whether you need overnight care or just a couple hours of day sitting, I’d be happy to help. I have a one bedroom apartment with pretty open space. It’s just me and my husband (who works until 5pm). We’re in a neighborhood where I can safely take your dog for walks or outside to use the restroom. We do not have a fenced yard… but there is a grassy area for your pets to use the restroom right outside my place as well as many other grassy areas when we go for walks.

Pet care is my full-time focus, so I have flexibility for early mornings, midday visits, overnights, and last-minute requests when available. I’m responsive and happy to work around your pet’s normal routine, including specific feeding, exercise, or medication schedules. My home is calm, non-smoking, and fully fenced. I have two dogs of my own, and I’m experienced with introducing and managing animals thoughtfully so everyone can feel comfortable. I keep boarding intentionally small and pay close attention to each pet’s temperament and needs. Client dogs stay leashed until we’re safely inside, and I don’t take them to dog parks. About: I have had a dog since my first memory up until 3 years ago we lost our 3rd family dog. I have 3 years of experience walking dogs and about a year of training experience at a doggy daycare. I understand what pets need and the care they deserve from everyday operation at the facility I work at. I acquired a B.S. in Animal Science from Cal Poly Pomona to strengthen my understanding of animal health and welfare. I’m currently working towards my trainers certification, which is done at home at my own pace. I have an empty and free schedule to dedicate all my time to giving your best friend a positive experience!!! I have a 10 foot high fence and 8 foot surrounding barriers. My yard can accommodate 5-6 large dogs for them to run around and play comfortably. I also take dogs on 15-30 minute walks giving them opportunities to sniff and explore their environment just like they were meant to!
