We were concerned that Levi, would have issues with any form or boarding as he is growls/barks at new people and can be fearful at times. From the meet & greet, we saw how calm, patient & loving Paul & Lisa were. They allowed Levi to warm up to them and were in tune with Levi’s body language giving him space until he was ready to interact. In no time, Levi adjusted and was as happy as can be! About: Growing up on my family ranch, I’ve had 8 dogs and 12 cats. I am well experienced in the level of care, love, and play our fur family members require. Now that I’ve moved for college, to hopefully become an animal rights lawyer, I really miss my fur babies. I have had a range of dogs and understand the needs of various breads. For instance, I’ve had an Italian Mastiff, Chihuahua, Blue Healer, and Terrier. About: I have been in the veterinary medicine field for 8 years now. I have both experiences in small animal clinic as well as emergency medicine. I am very comfortable handling small and large animals. I graduated from Cal Poly Pomona in with a bachelor’s in agriculture with an emphasis in animal science. Being surrounded by animals is part of my daily routine. Before being offered the position as veterinary technician , I used to work at a pet resort so I am familiar with pet boarding. When caring for pets in my home or my client’s home, I make sure they feel comfortable, safe, and loved. I stick to their normal routines for feeding, walks, and playtime so they feel secure. I give plenty of attention, exercise, and cuddles, and always keep their space clean and cozy. I also follow any special instructions carefully, whether that’s giving medications, handling specific diets, or keeping up with training. My goal is to make each pet feel like they’re part of my family while their owner is away.

When I sprained my foot, Charlotte even cleaned up Maverick’s mess in my apartment and grabbed my grocery essentials so I wouldn't stress. Maverick is super hyper and prone to pulling, but Charlotte is incredibly patient and kind. She actively trains him to focus and calm down. They have built a wonderful bond, and he gets so excited the second he sees her! She is completely reliable, always goes above and beyond, and walks him way longer to ensure he burns off his energy and gets a great, happy workout. She truly treats him like her own. I always have total peace of mind knowing Maverick is in such caring hands, especially she also communicates so well and sends great photo and video updates. I highly recommend her! Extremely grateful to have found Charlotte—she truly loves animals and is exceptionally genuine and caring.”

About: Growing up on my family ranch, I’ve had 8 dogs and 12 cats. I am well experienced in the level of care, love, and play our fur family members require. Now that I’ve moved for college, to hopefully become an animal rights lawyer, I really miss my fur babies. I have had a range of dogs and understand the needs of various breads.
