They made her feel at home immediately - opening up a treasure trove of doggie toys and giving her a warm and cosy spot to chill out when she needed it. On a very rainy weekend they made sure she still got to run around in their big and safe yard with ball throwing and fetch. I have a deep care for dogs and believe giving them the absolute best life while they are with us is the only way to engage with them. I have a knack for training, it somewhat comes natural to me and I have the patience for it. Im happy to work with your dog to either reinforce or teach commands/tricks. Recently, I left my corporate job. I am taking time off to assess my next career move. Which means I have wide open flexibility and need to take walks to keep thinking. What a better way to do that than to have a walking companion! I do not have pets which means all of my attention goes to yours! There are two couches, a bed and a patio for your babe to enjoy. About: I loved dogs so much when I was young that when I was 13 I started my first job as a dog washer at the “European Grooming” dog groomers up the street from my childhood home. I would work there all day every Saturday and loved it because I got to be with so many dogs. I also have been a second mom to my friend’s two Pitbull pups which have been quite a handful, but noting I can’t handle! One of my regular customers in the past had llamas, camels, donkeys, tortoises, a pig, a ferret, a hedgehog, and two dogs + a litter of 8 week old puppies. I have also cared for my parents' horses. I can recommend a dog walker who might be able to help with check-ins, depending on her availability. I am available in the evening all days of the week. About: Since I was a little girl I've had the opportunity to raise and care for a variety of dog breeds...dalmatian, maltese, miniature schnauzer, tea cup poodle, and chihuahua. One of my most memorable moments I had growing up was when I woke up to my dalmatian Pepper's newborn puppies that my parents placed around me in my bed. They were absolutely adorable! I have been dog walking and pet sitting locally for the past 17yrs and have plenty of references. About: I loved dogs so much when I was young that when I was 13 I started my first job as a dog washer at the “European Grooming” dog groomers up the street from my childhood home. I would work there all day every Saturday and loved it because I got to be with so many dogs. I also have been a second mom to my friend’s two Pitbull pups which have been quite a handful, but noting I can’t handle! I have experience helping to train and discipline even the most hyper and aggressive pupsters. I’m currently working part time remotely and have a very flexible schedule. I just moved here and I think it would be fun to get to walk dogs while walking around this beautiful area 🌊 I can’t have dogs come to my home because my roommates have territorial cats, but I am happy to house sit and walk dogs to help families who need a reliable dog sitter.
About: My husband and I have both had dogs our entire lives and we now have one pup of our own at home. We have been dog sitting for friends for 6+ years and live an active lifestyle to keep all the dogs entertained and tired out. I can recommend a dog walker who might be able to help with check-ins, based on her availability. My experience is predominantly in cats and dogs but I have also cared for birds, rabbits, fish, and reptiles. About: I have been around and cared for dogs since I was in middle school.
