About: When I was young, my extended family owned cats who I absolutely adored. As I got older, i volunteered at a shelter where i socialized with the cats to get them used to human interaction. I am available to stay all day at your house. I do all gig work so my time is flexible. I do have a older couple I help twice a week but that is only 2-3 hours twice a week. My yard is fenced and if you have a small dog I stay on the porch with the little ones that could slide through the porch railings. If I am at your house I follow your house rules. If you have a puppy/puppies I will crate them or if you have the puppy enclosure I will put them in there if I need to leave the room.

I have many years of experience handling and caring for dogs of all ages, including basic obedience training. I am constantly keeping myself educated with dog behavior and training techniques. I have been dog-sitting regularly for 5 years and all of my recurring guest dogs have become an extension of our family. I have a Maltipoo, Melo, who is very friendly and loving, and will help keep your pup happy and active when they stay with us. All dogs will be walked 2-3 times a day (weather permitting) for at least 30 minutes each walk, fed as needed, and provided with fun activities. We have a small, enclosed yard where your pup can enjoy some fresh air, sun-tanning, and additional exercise. We also have a beautiful greenbelt right behind our house where there is plenty of room for your dog to roam and play. I know first hand how stressful it can be to leave your 4-legged family member with someone (for both the human and the dog!) so I send daily picture/video updates during your pup's stay so that you can relax and enjoy your vacation! Please note the overnight rate applies to a 24-hour or less period (AM drop-off, AM pick up). About: I have experience pet-sitting a variety of pets of all ages. I am able to care for dogs, birds, rodents, rabbits, and reptiles. I love all animals! Your pet's wellbeing, happiness, and healthiness is my number 1 priority. My pets are pampered and yours will be too in my care :) I work from home, so I am free to petsit all day long! I have a lot of yard space for dogs to roam and lounge around and I have space to care for several pets at a time. I currently have one dog myself (an elderly French bulldog). Daily dog walks are also a part of my routine. I keep a very clean home, but I have lots of places for dogs to cuddle up on couches or beds as well. I offer pet boarding, so I can watch your pet at my home. In my care, pets are never caged or crated (unless explicitly asked to be). I allow them to roam free around my home and backyard. Dogs in my care are able to get regular walks and lots of love and cuddles. I am also able to watch birds, rodents, reptiles, and rabbits. I love absolutely all animals, although unfortunately I am unable to petsit cats due to the safety of my other animal. You can rest easy knowing that your pet will be in the absolute best care with me! My home is completely safe and spacious for your pets.
