I boarded Snoopy for 3 weeks during my holiday vacation in Asia and Biswas kept me up-to-date with pictures and videos of how Snoopy was doing. “We left our beloved Buddy (a 9 years Weimaraner) with Peter for three weeks while we traveled abroad, and I can’t say enough about how phenomenal he was. This was the first time we’d ever been apart from our boy for so long, but from the very beginning we felt at ease. Peter has such wonderful energy. You can feel it immediately, and so can the dogs. When he first picked Buddy up, our pup was elated, as if he had known Peter forever, even though he had only stayed one night before as a trial. Buddy hopped into Peter’s car with pure joy and never looked back, which gave us so much peace of mind. When Peter brought Buddy back, our dog was thrilled to see us, of course :) but what struck us most was how happy and comfortable he was around Peter too. As a dog parent, that is the best reaction I could ever hope for: knowing my boy felt loved, safe, and genuinely happy while we were away. Peter and his dog, Phoe, are truly the best companions you could ever want for your pup. We feel so lucky to have found Peter, and hope anyone reading this will be just as fortunate to have their furry family member stay with him.”

We rescued her from the SFSPCA and I was the one in charge of her car. We later adopted two more cats from the SFSPCA over the next two years. I also grew up with Akitas, a Pittbull/Labrador Retriever mix, fish, and hamsters. As a young adult, I adopted and trained a Blue Heeler/Pitbull mix from 9-weeks-old. I also fostered a variety of animals from 2010-2012, from dogs and cats, to hamsters and exotics (including a hedgehog, rabbits, ferrets, and chinchillas). Today I am a single mom with two amazing older children. Our household is still full of animal love! We are owned by an adopted, blind Pekingese/Tibetan Spaniel mix, two rescued cats, two rescued tortoises, two betta fish, two African dwarf frogs, a Pixie frog, two scorpions, two vinegaroons, and a Gargoyle Gecko. I currently work evenings only. Sabrina rushed her to an emergency vet and stayed with her until the end and then returned to our house afterwards to clean up so we would not have to return to even more trauma. “Another great experience with Nicole. Kiko was a little anxious this time because of noisy neighbors and work being done in our apartment building. Nicole was still able to get her to play and kept us informed of Kiko's moods/issues daily. A few unexpected things happened during this visit but Nicole was on top of it all. The scariest was a potential evacuation due to a wild fire close by. Nicole was in constant contact with us and ready to take Kiko to her home for safety if needed. We were 5000 miles away and felt helpless but knew Nicole would do what was needed to keep our fur baby safe. We received updates daily that included several photos and videos. Having one myself, I specialize in French bulldogs. I don't discriminate on the breed but I completely understand their sometimes difficult needs and also their funny little stubborn personalities. While I don't have many reviews on Rover, I have many repeating clients that I can provide testimonials from if needed. My work schedule is very flexible. I also have a dog door that goes to the backyard if they're comfortable with using that, otherwise somebody is almost always home. We don't leave dogs unattended. I also volunteer at my local animal rescue/shelter and have a few pets of my own; a mini pig, chinchilla, and 4 birds. I currently work part time for the City of Concord so my schedule is very flexible with open availability. I am available throughout the week. I pay attention to the pets needs, being able to read their body language is very important for keeping them happy and comfortable. Also, making sure their environment is safe for them to be in and that they cannot access anything that could harm them like medications or toxic foods that have been left out.

I could just tell by all the photos and video updates I got of her while I was gone she was having a blast!!! She was definitely cared for like it was her own dog! About: I have had my own dogs for 28 years now and I love my dogs. The animals have contributed to my family life is such a positive way. I feed my dogs by 7:00 am and dinner at 5:00 pm. I walk them twice a day and take them to the dog park. My yard is fenced in, and my gates are locked with a padlock. My dogs have a doggie door so that they can come in or out of the house.

I boarded Snoopy for 3 weeks during my holiday vacation in Asia and Biswas kept me up-to-date with pictures and videos of how Snoopy was doing. “We left our beloved Buddy (a 9 years Weimaraner) with Peter for three weeks while we traveled abroad, and I can’t say enough about how phenomenal he was. This was the first time we’d ever been apart from our boy for so long, but from the very beginning we felt at ease. Peter has such wonderful energy. You can feel it immediately, and so can the dogs. When he first picked Buddy up, our pup was elated, as if he had known Peter forever, even though he had only stayed one night before as a trial. Buddy hopped into Peter’s car with pure joy and never looked back, which gave us so much peace of mind. When Peter brought Buddy back, our dog was thrilled to see us, of course :) but what struck us most was how happy and comfortable he was around Peter too. As a dog parent, that is the best reaction I could ever hope for: knowing my boy felt loved, safe, and genuinely happy while we were away. Peter and his dog, Phoe, are truly the best companions you could ever want for your pup. My husband and I needed to take a 4 week trip back home and had been super nervous about boarding our dog with someone for so long. We had him stay with Virginie and Max a couple times prior to this trip and he always did great. But 4 weeks is a lot ! They were amazing with him. We got daily pictures and videos of how he was being pampered and loved. I never noticed any signs of stress. Their daughters were obsessed with my dog ( and vice versa lol). Not for a single day while we were away did we get nervous or did they give us a reason to worry.
