We had a first meet & play before the dog boarding. Juanyi’ house is very beautiful, clean and suitable for dogs. During boarding, we received photo updates every single hour, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. Each picture showed our dog happy, relaxed, and clearly enjoying their time—whether playing with Panda and Kaka (Juanyi’s two LOVELY dogs), resting, or out on a walk. What truly stood out was her flexibility and responsiveness. At one point, we needed to adjust our pick-up time to one day earlier than originally planned. We reached out, expecting it might be difficult to change on short notice—but she responded very quickly and immediately adjusted her schedule to accommodate us. Her willingness to be so understanding and flexible completely really touched me!! Drop-off and pick-up overall were smooth and easy. “Jacqueline took exceptional care of our pup, Luka, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. We received daily updates and photos, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. It was clear from every picture that Luka was happy, comfortable, and well cared for. Luka is a Belgian Malinois, so he has a lot of energy and requires plenty of physical and mental engagement. Jacqueline did a wonderful job meeting his needs while also making him feel at home. Their home is beautiful, with a secure backyard and plenty of toys for the dogs to enjoy. One of the coolest parts of his stay was that Luka learned to use a doggie door for the first time. It gave him the freedom to come and go into the yard as needed, and I know that also makes things easier for the family caring for the dogs. Although this was only a short stay, Jacqueline followed all of our care instructions, including Luka’s feeding routine, and treated him like one of her own. One thoughtful detail that really stood out was how carefully they packed all of Luka’s belongings exactly the way we had brought them. It wasn’t something they had to do, but it showed how much care and attention they put into everything. We truly appreciate the excellent care Luka received and will absolutely be booking with Jacqueline again. She did a thorough meet and greet the day after we contacted her, and asked tons of great questions. She walked us through her home and yard so we saw where the pups would be (very uncommon in my experience, so I appreciated it). Their home was neat, nothing extra that the pups would get into potentially. I loved that they (and their beds) came home clean, there was only 1 additional dog (other than their 2 small ones) in their care, and they kept to our pups regular schedule. About: When I was younger I started my own pet boarding business. This site helps me reach out to more clients and expand my knowledge. Past dogs I have boarded love my backyard, it is big, fenced in and filled with squirells. There are also multiple parks and traisl nearby to walk in. I am currently working part-time at home, so I have plenty of time to take care of your pups. When I do go somewhere, they are dog friendly so I would be able to take them with me as well. I have a fenced in yard, mostly dog proofed house with multiple family members around to meet and keep an eye on your pup. I also keep the crate open so if they feel homesick of uncertain, they can go in their safespaces. I am a student. So the dogs will have a little time by themselves. About: I moved to San Jose August of 2023 from San Diego, and a few months prior to moving I worked at a dog boarding & training facility that specialized in relationship-based training. The facility offered board and train programs and I would handle the pickups, dropoffs, behavioral assessments, playtimes, training and walking sessions, feedings, medications, and also assisted with the board and train programs. Within the first hour, I received pictures and a video of Nova walking and playing happily with their sweet pup, Jojo. “Sumaira is always on time and I know I can count on her to take good care of my fur babies. While walking my Siberian Husky another dog that was unleased attacked my dog. Sumaira safely got my girl home and check her out from head to toe. She promptly notified me that the husky was attacked, however alright. Sumaira let me know there was a little blood on her ear, however she did not appear to be injured. I myself have had another dog attack us when we were walking. Sumaira did the responsible thing and notified me and ensured my girl was alright. In this type of situation that is best can be accomplished and despite this incident I will ask Sumaira to walk her again.”

About: We do our very best for your pups! We provide pick up and drop off to help with the convenience for you and your pup. I usually prefer to come and do a meet and greet beforehand, so you and the pup can get to know me. I love to see your pup in their natural habitat, so I know what to expect. A little bit about our place, we are completely off grid with solar and a wind turbine for power! We give our pups well water. The water is very high in natural minerals and has Magnesium, which helps keep us and our pups very mellow/calm during their stay. We are up 4000ft in elevation and up here we get SNOW in the winter, which makes for great pics. We have been working with dogs for 10+ years. We accommodate all different types of pups from Tea-cups to Malamutes. (2-100+lbs) we’ve done it all. We try very hard to accommodate you and are willing to go the extra mile to make everything go smoothly. We do ask you give us their food for them. It’s very important to us that your dog remains safe and secure at all times. The more information you can tell us about your pup the better! We do have AirTags/Drones and other toys if they have issues with trying to escape. Your pup will get an experience up here that they can’t get anywhere else. We treat them like family, because to us they are! They will see all different types of animals from birds to tons of squirrels, rabbits and’s quails. They might even get to see cattle/horses at the bottom of the hill. They will never be able to interact with any of them. We send pictures/videos normally everyday. We do send updates everyday!!! Please, feel free to txt or call me anytime if you have any questions. We hope to see you and your pup very soon!!!😊🍀🙏🐾 We are up and about at 6-7am. Everyone heads out for the bathroom and stretch. I get my coffee and start preparing food. Everyone gets fed separately or in their kennels. Then, around 8am we go on our first hike. Usually between 30/60 min. Then after their first hike they get to either come inside the main house or hang out in the play area. Around noon we play some games, work on training techniques, or play mind games where they work on their smell or obedience. Depending on the weather we go for another pack walk. Time again varies between 4-7pm. Then DINNER TIME!!! That usually also consists of me firing up the BBQ and give them a little bit of what we’re eating. After dinner we give them a few hours to digestion and poop and pee and then everyone gets their nice warm blanket for bed around 9pm. We do vary in our days if it’s hot I pull out the pool and fill it up. If it’s cold and snowing we pull out the heaters and snuggle on our bed and watch a movie. To be honest I have the best job ever! All of the dogs I’ve ever met have a personality of their own. They usually take after their owner lol. I’m constantly surrounded by my dogs, stimulating them with something, music or movies, podcasts. When your dog comes up here we treat them just like they were our own.

One of the coolest parts of his stay was that Luka learned to use a doggie door for the first time. It gave him the freedom to come and go into the yard as needed, and I know that also makes things easier for the family caring for the dogs. Although this was only a short stay, Jacqueline followed all of our care instructions, including Luka’s feeding routine, and treated him like one of her own. One thoughtful detail that really stood out was how carefully they packed all of Luka’s belongings exactly the way we had brought them. It wasn’t something they had to do, but it showed how much care and attention they put into everything. We truly appreciate the excellent care Luka received and will absolutely be booking with Jacqueline again. I loved that they (and their beds) came home clean, there was only 1 additional dog (other than their 2 small ones) in their care, and they kept to our pups regular schedule.
