About: I absolutely love dogs and all dogs seem to gravitate towards me. I have 2 sweet dogs at home that love other dogs and humans. Both my husband and I work from home and one of us is always available to take the pups out for potty breaks or play time. We have a doggie door that trained pets can use, but I walk out with my little one every couple hours to stretch my legs. I work full time from 7am - 4pm from home. Work schedule is very flexible and I’m able to spend time with the pups. My own dogs have beds in my office. My house I completely fenced in with plenty of space for pups to run around. I’ve had dogs my entire life and have been pet sitting on and off for family friends and neighbors since I was a teenager, but started doing so more professionally in the past 5 years. Most of my experience is with overnight care for dogs (ranging from a single night to a full month at a time) but I’m an animal lover with personal experience caring for every kind of pet imaginable (horses, ferrets, fish, cats, bunnies, reptiles/tortoises). I currently have 2 large dogs of my own and have owned other dogs and small animals in the past. And while I haven’t owned them, I have taken care of cats and reptiles in the past as well. In working at the daycare I have experience working with dogs of all sizes and temperaments, from Great Danes and Pitbulls to Chihuahuas and Dachshunds, and working at the vet has given me much more insight into animal care as well. I have experience with the following: senior pets, handicapped dogs, anxious pets, epileptic dogs, medications, and training puppies. I know how stressful it is to leave your pets so I pride myself in giving the same kind of care I would want my own fur babies to have. I currently work part time during the summer, so I will have plenty of time to help out with your pets! During the fall and winter I attend college and work. I will still be available during those times, my availability just may be slim. Note: I work 6-8 hour shifts on my work days so potty breaks on days I work would be would be at least that far apart plus travel time I pride myself in giving the same kind of care I would want my dogs to receive. At this time I am not offering boarding in my home, but I am more than willing to stay at your home (with potential overnight stays if needed). I find that dogs are less stressed when they stay at home rather than at a strangers house. About: I’ve taken care of dogs all my life! Currently have two dogs, a horse, and a donkey. I work in the pet care industry and have worked with trainers, veterinarians, and groomers. I work Sunday through Thursday but am always home by 3pm on workdays and can come home for lunch breaks to tend to your pets. About: I was a dog/cat groomer for years! I am good with small dogs to giant breeds. No pets or kids of my own at home. Im currently working very part-time, have no pets of my own right now and have lots of love to give yours! I also live alone with no children either so over night visits in my home are most welcome! Also, I do not smoke so you can be assured your pet/home will smell as fresh as when you left. I do not have a fenced in yard but live in a subdivision that makes walking your pets easy. Im very familiar and comfortable with crate trained dogs as well as dogs used to using pee pads. If I come to your home I would follow all directions to the tee to make sure your fur baby sticks to their usual routine so they are comfortable and less stressed during your absence.
