About: In addition to being an avid lover of dogs (and walks!) I'm a 24x International marathoner and minimalist backpacker and traveler, as well as a yoga and meditation instructor. As a result of the aforementioned, I enjoy (and match) pups from all over the energetic/activity spectrum, can comfortably and respectfully care for homes and animals as though they're my own, even if only for a night, and can mindfully approach pups with their comfort and needs in mind. I have experience with overnights, ranging from two to ten nights-- with pups of all ages and health profiles and give frequent text and photo updates if so desired. Over the last four years, my top three repeat pup-friends (and their homes,) which I've cared for have spanned from sweet-yet-anxious Whippet, burly-but-cuddly Pit-Boxer mix, and an active-and-energetic Bichon-Poo mix. I am new to the area and still working out my professional schedule, but would love to meet/care for local dogs in my neighborhood (Uptown.) All care will occur based out of dog parent’s home, as our rental agreement mentions solely our dog as being onsite. My dog prefers to join for socializing, but can be left at home for brief visits/walks if your dog prefers solitude!
About: Being with animals is equivocal to happiness for me— I have been drawn to them all my life. I started pet sitting at age 12 and spent the best summer of my life in 2020 volunteering at an animal sanctuary in Jalisco, Mexico with abandoned, disabled, blind and deaf domestic and wild animals. My day job is extremely flexible, so I can pop in and out of meetings with clients and go for dog walks, check-ins, potty breaks, etc. I have a fenced court yard for my Aussie so she can spend time outdoors while I am out visiting clients. About: I have 20 years of pet sitting experience and owned a dog running/walking business back east before moving to AZ 12 years ago. I am comfortable with dogs from puppies to seniors and cats that are friendly to the scared or bashful ones fully understanding that every pet's need is unique, and their daily rituals are paramount. I am a former chef and make organic, grain free dog treats so if your dog or cat requires a special diet, I can accommodate that so they can keep to their regular feeding schedule. I am a very active person so high energy dogs will get lots of exercise. My cat is 18 years old and needs subcutaneous IV fluids for kidney failure 3x a week. If your pet needs this while you are away, I can also accommodate for that. I work 4 days a week 10-hour shifts. If you live within Sedona, I am available to leave on lunch break to walk or feed them. Thursday night through Monday morning I am available for 24-hour care. I am down to 1 cat after about 30 years of having many cats and dogs. I am the person who would move all the way across the country instead of giving up my fur babies. My cat right now even comes to work with me and is a sort of therapy animal for us all as what we do is incredibly stressful. She receives subcutaneous fluids 3x a week and because of this careful care for her we have been able to keep her kidney failure at bay. I simply cannot imagine life without any of my babies.

About: I grew up with dogs and adopted my own 8 years ago. She is my whole life so I understand how important your dog is to you! I dogsit for my friends and neighbors frequently. I work from home full-time so I am home with the dogs nearly all the time, with the exception of running errands here and there. I am a very active person and happy to run or walk with your dog as much or as little as you'd like. I have a large fenced-in backyard and tons of neighborhood trails where I can walk or run your dog. I have a 9-year old female dog who is very friendly and gets along easily with all dogs.
“Park and Jacob were able to take in my big fluffy German shepherd for two nights with very little notice, and took great care of her. This is a wonderful spot for a dog to be a dog and be loved while you are off doing things they can’t join you for.
