Ana Maria's sweet, gentle way with animals won Trudy over in no time. We were astounded by all the photos showing Trudy hanging out with the family and enjoying her princess status in their home. About: In addition to being an avid lover of dogs (and walks!) I'm a 24x International marathoner and minimalist backpacker and traveler, as well as a yoga and meditation instructor. I started pet sitting at age 12 and spent the best summer of my life in 2020 volunteering at an animal sanctuary in Jalisco, Mexico with abandoned, disabled, blind and deaf domestic and wild animals. When I was 10 that was my first job I would walk and bathe the neighbors dogs. He is free to rome around the apartment. My dog can eat when ever he wants. But if that is not the case for your dog. I feed them following your rules. I take my dog potty breaks every 4 hours .

I am comfortable with dogs from puppies to seniors and cats that are friendly to the scared or bashful ones fully understanding that every pet's need is unique, and their daily rituals are paramount. I am a former chef and make organic, grain free dog treats so if your dog or cat requires a special diet, I can accommodate that so they can keep to their regular feeding schedule. I am a very active person so high energy dogs will get lots of exercise. My cat is 18 years old and needs subcutaneous IV fluids for kidney failure 3x a week. If your pet needs this while you are away, I can also accommodate for that. I work 4 days a week 10-hour shifts. If you live within Sedona, I am available to leave on lunch break to walk or feed them. Thursday night through Monday morning I am available for 24-hour care. I am down to 1 cat after about 30 years of having many cats and dogs. I am the person who would move all the way across the country instead of giving up my fur babies. My cat right now even comes to work with me and is a sort of therapy animal for us all as what we do is incredibly stressful. She receives subcutaneous fluids 3x a week and because of this careful care for her we have been able to keep her kidney failure at bay. I simply cannot imagine life without any of my babies.

I live on a 10 acre farm so there is plenty of room for your pup to exercise and play. I do have a small pup of my own who is sweet as pie. There is also an older dog, a friendly cat-dog, and chickens that live on the property during these winter months. I am a music-loving farmer with a passion for the outdoors and living life in a state of ease and joy. My week schedule is currently quite flexible. This will allow me the proper amount of time to spend with your beloved animals. If your pet is physically capable I would love the opportunity to take them on some outdoor adventures with me as well. When a new animal stays in my home I am sure to treat them just as they are part of the family. I encourage them to make themself as comfortable as possible. Lots of head pats and lovings included.
