About: My name is Katie and I am a doctoral student studying Industrial and Organizational Psychology. I am hoping to start up a non-profit senior dog rescue sanctuary in the near future. I have loved dogs since I was a baby. I grew up with all kind of dogs from Irish Setter to Gordon Settler to Lab to Cocker Spaniels. Now I’m raising 5 years old border collie and 3 years old black lab. I am usually free in late afternoons, evenings and on the weekends. I do also work from home and can adjust my schedule a little bit if you need me during the day. When I’m not in school or working, I enjoys reading, walking and geeking out at the museums. I also have a crate in case your dog needs to be crated. My home also has a huge backyard for the dogs to play in. For safety reasons, I prefer to supervise the dogs while they are in the backyard.

About: I am experienced with a variety of animals. I have fostered many cats and dogs through PACC. I have a very part time flexible job, I can usually adjust my schedule to fit your needs and try to keep my calendar updated as much as possible. If I am in the care of your pet I will make sure I am home the whole time. If an emergency arises that I need to leave, your pet will be safe in my home or come along with me, whichever you prefer. I have a brick walled yard, dog bed, access to water, trips to the bus stop or dog park are all within close walking distance for some extra fun.

I can also accommodate crate-trained dogs if needed and will always follow your pet’s normal routine as closely as possible. I truly treat every dog like family and understand how important it is to know your pet is in caring, reliable hands while you’re away. Please let me know if your pup has ever been boarded. This is important as I’d love to make them as comfortable as I can. It is important that your pup gets along with others as I do have a dog of my own and also care for other pups as well!

About: I am Deaf and rely on ASL to communicate. I am an expert at reading body language both in people & animals. I've grown up with many different animals, mostly dogs. I had my own dog starting at age 8. I've taken care of dogs personally and professionally since then. I'd go dogsit neighbors' dogs at their houses and have family/friends' dogs at my house. I walked dogs for two years before COVID happened. I am a work-at-home mom with three kids (9 years old to an infant) and two pups. I am available on weekdays, weekends, days & nights! Either my partner, Alex, and I or both are always home so the dogs are almost never on their own. I can bring my work with me wherever the dogs are, inside & outside. I have a fenced backyard, baby gates throughout the house, a storm door on the front door, several crates (medium & large), and a quiet & safe room upstairs if your pup needs some space. I have a lot of dog toys all around the house, blankets, treats, outdoor activities, etc to help your pup feel safe and comfortable here. I care for many anxious & nervous dogs, so I am well aware of their body language and know exactly what it is they need. If you ask my previous clients, they'd tell you that their anxious dogs warm up to me pretty quickly!

About: I’ve had English bulldogs for 10 years. I haven’t met a dog I didn’t love. I can administer most meds with instructions. I’ll care for your dog as if it were my own and she’s spoiled! I work full-time but mostly remote, so I’m home a lot. I can ensure your dog’s needs are met on a daily basis, they’re the best companions.
