About: My name is Katie and I am a doctoral student studying Industrial and Organizational Psychology. I am hoping to start up a non-profit senior dog rescue sanctuary in the near future. I have loved dogs since I was a baby. I grew up with all kind of dogs from Irish Setter to Gordon Settler to Lab to Cocker Spaniels. Now I’m raising 5 years old border collie and 3 years old black lab. I am usually free in late afternoons, evenings and on the weekends. I do also work from home and can adjust my schedule a little bit if you need me during the day. When I’m not in school or working, I enjoys reading, walking and geeking out at the museums. Please feel free to reach out anytime if you have questions. I look forward to hear from you! During the weekdays, I usually take dogs out for potty every two to three hours and I would take them out for a walk in morning, during lunch break, and in evening. I usually give two meals a day (morning and evening) and set a time aside to play with them. I live in a house and have two friendly dogs that can play with your puppy. I also have a crate in case your dog needs to be crated. My home also has a huge backyard for the dogs to play in. For safety reasons, I prefer to supervise the dogs while they are in the backyard.

“Ginger T and Bryan O did a terrific job doing drop-on visits for our cat, George! Because of them, we were able to relax and enjoy our vacation knowing our baby boy was in good hands! Tom & Cece”

“Sky was absolutely amazing with my 3 cats. They loved her! She sent pictures and updates at every visit and always arrived in a timely manner for my kitties. Communication was amazing and I will definitely be rebooking Sky in the future.”

I will definitely book with her again and am so grateful to have had such a sweet trustworthy sitter. I recommend her highly.”

“Vanessa did a very professional job. She was on time at all meetings, stayed in frequent contact with pictures while we were gone and kept our fur babies safe. I will definitely use her again. Five stars from me for her services.”

“First of all, Tara’s place is very suitable for dogs. It is secure with plenty room to run around. We left our 6 month old high energy golden-doodle with Tara for the day. It was the first time being away from us we were worried he would have some anxiety. Tara was great giving us updates throughout the day with pictures. Without hesitation we plan on bringing him back for our next vacation. Thank you Tara!”

About: If you're looking for a dedicated and experienced professional to care for your pets while you're away, you've come to the right place! I treat all pets with the same love and attention I give my own — like family. I am an aspiring veterinarian, currently working towards my veterinary medicine degree. I’ve completed two years of a Bachelor of Science in Veterinary Science and plan to continue my education in veterinary school. Additionally, I am CPR and First Aid certified for pets and have experience administering medications and injections. Throughout my life, I’ve been surrounded by animals of all types and breeds. I’ve worked for a year at a veterinary clinic in Arizona, assisting veterinarians, technicians, and support staff. My experience also includes working in a pet resort, where I assisted with boarding and caring for pets, as well as volunteering at a pet rescue for over a year and a half. I served as president of a rescue organization in El Paso, TX, and have experience as a grooming apprentice at PetSmart, where I supported groomers and bathed dogs. I have been on Rover now for 5 years and counting! Currently, as a stay-at-home mom, I’m looking to expand my experience working with animals and offering my pet-sitting services to clients in need. I would love the opportunity to care for your beloved pets and provide them with the attention and companionship they deserve. To see updates on your pets having fun! If you prefer that I don’t post pictures of your animals, please let me know. I am pretty flexible. I do update my calendar regularly, so check there. If I am unavailable I will let you know as soon as possible, just send me a message! I always want to make sure your pets are comfortable and safe when they’re with me. I always like to do a meet and greet to go over your animals needs and wants to make sure I am following their routine and providing the best care for your pets!
About: I am an army veteran and a credentialed veterinary technician with more than 15 years in the field. I currently work at an emergency ICU hospital, and actively pursuing my specialization in emergency and critical care. My husband works from home as a software engineer, so someone is always there. My daughter has been around animals her whole life, and is very trained around all personality types. I also am a certified pharmacy technician, and am well versed with medications and administration. I have spent extensive training in behavior and volunteer with rescues. Special needs dogs that have special personalities or needs are no problem. My goal is to make this experience as smooth, as stress-free as possible and most importantly fun! What to expect out of a visit or stay with us: Our fur babies are just as important as our humans in our families. I will be providing daily picture and video updates, Daily monitoring/report cards for each day in our care, incident reports, and a graduate certificate after each stay. I currently work at am Emergency Veterinary hospital as a relief technician. This means I basically can make and adjust my schedule around as I please. My husband works from home, so there is always someone there to entertain our visitors. I have a fenced in backyard and several gates to segregate different pets. I am trained with the "crate and rotate" method. Meaning if there are dogs that are more nervous, I will let them outside on their own or eat by themselves, but they are able to see through the barriers so they can still socialize until they are more comfortable.
“Our little Coco had a GREAT day with Brynna. We had a last minute need for daycare and she was so nice to do a quick meet and greet the day before. Brynna is amazing with communication and response time. You can immediately tell that she LOVES all pups. Ours is just 11 months old and very busy and active and Brynna dove in and enjoyed it all. Her home is perfect inside and out for the pups and she really took the time to make it special for our Coco. We will definitely use her again. Thank you Brynna”

“We were dealing with severe separation anxiety with our boy Winston when we started looking for a day care option for when we were at work. Lynda, Roberto, and Maria were absolutely fantastic with our doggie. They have been extremely accommodating with pick up and drop off times. They provide a very safe and loving environment for Winston to sleep and play in each day. They have great communication and we love receiving pictures throughout the day from them of what our boy is up to. Winston loves their home so much, he hardly wants to leave at the end of the day. They have been very adaptable to both our needs and the needs of our greyhound and are very knowledgeable about many breeds. Very kind and welcoming family. My partner and I couldn’t be happier that we found them!”
About: I am Deaf and rely on ASL to communicate. I am an expert at reading body language both in people & animals. I've grown up with many different animals, mostly dogs. I had my own dog starting at age 8. I've taken care of dogs personally and professionally since then. I'd go dogsit neighbors' dogs at their houses and have family/friends' dogs at my house. I walked dogs for two years before COVID happened. I am a work-at-home mom with three kids (9 years old to an infant) and two pups. I am available on weekdays, weekends, days & nights! We are huge pet lovers here. I have three kids to keep your pets stimulated and busy. I also have a fenced yard and a two-story house. We also live close to a dog park if you've taken your dogs to a dog park and are comfortable with me doing so. I have two dogs to play with your dogs. We enjoy going on walks early in the morning and after dinner, so we will bring your dog along! I work from home, so my schedule is flexible. I will adjust my schedule to fit your pup's routine! Either my partner, Alex, and I or both are always home so the dogs are almost never on their own. I can bring my work with me wherever the dogs are, inside & outside. I have a fenced backyard, baby gates throughout the house, a storm door on the front door, several crates (medium & large), and a quiet & safe room upstairs if your pup needs some space. I have a lot of dog toys all around the house, blankets, treats, outdoor activities, etc to help your pup feel safe and comfortable here. I care for many anxious & nervous dogs, so I am well aware of their body language and know exactly what it is they need. If you ask my previous clients, they'd tell you that their anxious dogs warm up to me pretty quickly!

Adventure-ready dog walkers - Marana

About: I've been taking care of pets for neighbors and family friends for the past 4 years, and loved every second of it! I've been able to cuddle with puppies while watching a movie, wrestle with some teens pups and begrudgingly let them win, and I've taken calm walks around the backyard with a senior dog. I'm currently in school, so my day doesn't begin until 4 on weekdays, perfect for house sitting and sunset walks! On weekends, my schedule is completly free! I do have some Sunday morning commitments, as I work childcare for my church, but it has a flexible schedule for whatever you or your furry friend might need! I love to match the energy of pet and owner, so I can always provide the best experience. I'm able to lounge with some calm cats or play in the yard with some energetic puppies. I can take walks around your neighborhood, or go for drives if that's your pets vibe. In the end, if the pet is happy then so am I 😊

About: I have dog/cat sat for family, friends, family friends and many others. Both in house/overnight, as well as taking dogs on walks and having playtime. I'm used to both younger and older animals and set my pace to match their own. I have dealt with many forms of administering medicine to animals. My goal, as in my headline, is to cater to you and your pet. Not all animals are the same! Some animals require lots of attention and comfort and others need a far slower pace. Whatever works best for your animal is what I will do. I am great at approaching animals slowly and calmly so that they can adjust to my presence. Above all, I wish to bring the least stress to your pet with my presence if they are not a social animal. Overall my overnight stays/days spent taking care of other animals (not my own) amounts to about 1 year of continuous experience. I have come to learn how to handle both dogs and cat extremely well but am more than capable and willing to learn/care for any other type of pet! I volunteer part-time so I have plenty of time on my hands to watch your pets! I can stay fully inside your house for overnight visits and not leave much or check in on them periodically, whichever works best for you. If I am to be absent from your house for any reason (likely volunteering) I will have discussed it with you prior to the sitting and will only be gone for a maximum of 5 hours (accounting for travel time). I will avoid having any volunteer hours on any days that I am pet sitting as often as I can help it! I cater to you and your pets before my own personal desires. As often as your pet wants to play I will play! I can go on multiple walks a day with them. If you prefer that they be away from other animals on walks I will find a more secluded area. All animals are different and require different needs. I largely base my activities during pet sitting or playtime/walks off of what the client needs for their pets rather than prior experience that I have. When I first introduce myself to your pet it will be slow and gradual (offering my hand to sniff, not making eye contact, allowing them to adjust to my presence and come to me first) unless of course they're open upon me entering!
“Let me just say, this girl has been AMAZING! My GSD Gallagher needed some other human time (other than his mom) and Taylor has been the best sitter we have found. He loves going on walks with her. I love getting all the photos she sends! Seriously, if you need help with your fur baby like I did, Taylor is the one! Thanks girl!!”

About: Hi, my name is Emily! I’ve grown up owning both dogs and cats, so caring for animals has always come naturally to me. I know how important it is to trust someone with your pets, and I treat every animal like I would my own. Whether it’s walks, playtime, or just keeping them company, I make sure your pet feels safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. I’m a full-time online student, which gives me a very flexible schedule and plenty of availability for pet care throughout the week. I enjoy babysitting and going to the gym, but outside of that my time is very open, allowing me to focus on walks, drop-ins, playtime, and quality care for your pets. Because of my flexibility, I’m able to stick closely to your pet’s routine and give them the attention they deserve. Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priorities. I live in a calm home with my sister, her boyfriend, and another roommate, who are all firefighters and often gone for 24 hour shifts, so the house stays very quiet during the day. As a full time online student, I am home most of the time and able to give pets lots of attention, supervision, and consistent care. I always follow feeding schedules, potty breaks, medications, walks, and any instructions closely to make sure your pet feels safe and comfortable.

Thank you for your time and I am available at any time in case of emergency. Being a pet nanny is my full time job, so I will devote most of my day to caring for your animals. I will only leave if I have a few errands to run, and only be gone for a few hours at most. Otherwise, I am available for to come as early or stay as late as needed. While you are gone, my biggest concerns are making sure that your animals always feel comfortable, cuddled, and loved.I will follow your instructions to a tee and document our experience with texts and pictures. I will leave your home as clean if not cleaner than when I arrived. That way you can come home and relax with your happy animals.
About: I am passionate about animals and I am working towards a degree in Bio-sciences with a goal of becoming a veterinarian ultimately. I have been caring for animals since I was 8. I am comfortable with all temperaments, and animals. I'm a online student at ASU so I'll have plenty of time to care for your animals. I'm available at all times and days with appropriate notice. I have a fenced yard and 1 dog friendly dog at this time. I would prefer to offer services directly to my clients home where possible other arrangements should be discussed in advance.

About: I have had pets my entire life and understand how important it is to know they are being well taken care of. I love all animals and would love to take care of your family member(s)! I recently retired and am learning how to navigate all the free time I now have. I have been a pet/animal lover my entire life. I look forward to caring for your family member. I will make sure that your instructions/preferences are adhered to and that everything is handled to your satisfaction and expectations.
