Besides being kind, gentle, and thoughtful, she was very caring and gave our dog lots of attention. We had multiple pictures and videos, which were so nice. She took Oliver on walks every day, not down the street, but to a park every day. She also fed him home cooked chicken (with my approval) to try to get him to eat (picky eater!). I know Oliver had a great time and it was so nice not worrying about our little boy! We will definitely use her again! Thank you Amanda!”

About: I was trained how to train dogs at an early age after our first dog was trained by our breeder. Since then I trained 2 golden retrievers and an Australian Cattle dog (red heeler). Both breeds are strong willed and have high energy. I work from home and so have a lot of freedom to break away to take care of dogs. I enjoy taking care of dogs and sharing the knowledge from my experience of training and raising dogs. I have a large beautiful fenced yard, have multiple crates for use and live within walking distance of a dog park. I have kids that will make sure your dog gets lots of love while being boarded.

I have 2 large dogs that reside with me now and being self employed makes it easy to care for them. "remember the best therapy has four legs and fur" I am usually very flexible. I try my hardest when scheduling conflicts occur to make it work for whats best for client & pet. Understanding there are times where I am not available when clients request but to keep me in mind for future visits. I respect all homeowners property and the care & love of their pet while they are in my care. I will treat your pet as if they were my own.
About: I have 2 labs that have been a member of our family for 15 years. I also volunteer at the shelby co. humane society and the birmngham zoo. I understand why most people do not board with a vet and I feel the same way. My animals always have less stress and handle the seperation from human members alot easier. your furry family members are very important an I could not agree more. The dog park is one of our fovorite places.

“If I could leave 10 out of 5 stars I would! Amanda was wonderful and we could not have asked for a better experience. Besides being kind, gentle, and thoughtful, she was very caring and gave our dog lots of attention. We had multiple pictures and videos, which were so nice. She took Oliver on walks every day, not down the street, but to a park every day. She also fed him home cooked chicken (with my approval) to try to get him to eat (picky eater!). I know Oliver had a great time and it was so nice not worrying about our little boy! We will definitely use her again! Thank you Amanda!”
