“Amber was a sweet, patient and caring sitter for our senior dog with lots of special needs. She cared for Ellie as if she was her own and was happy to accommodate all of Ellie's needs. Amber kept us updated on how she was doing through out the stay. We would definitely use Amber again as it was clear Ellie was comfortable there.”

“Kelsey and her family provided safe and loving home for my two cats during my travel. She sent frequent updates with pictures. Her kids are wonderful with animals. One of the pictures shows Kelsey's little daughter gently petting and kissing my cat. It is so beautiful that I'm going to frame it.”

“Return customer and very happy with the outstanding boarding Kristin provides to our two fur babies! Our pups are happy, healthy and exhausted from all the playtime they get when we pick them up. Highly recommended!!”

“Our boys became an extension to Sean and Dianna from the start. They loved playing in the pool and making new friends so much that I don’t think they missed us at all! And I wouldn’t want it any other way!!! We were provided updates of their happenings throughout the day by pictures, videos, and messages. It was so comforting to have absolute peace of mind that my pups were happy. I will 100% be booking with them again.”

“Brittany is such a dog lover that cared for our Bailey as if he were part of her own family which includes 3 well behaved and adorable dogs. Brittany takes one client at a time so you can feel peace of mind knowing your dog will be well cared for in a space that is just right. Thank you Brittany! Helen & Dan”

“So happy with the care and love Kelly gave to my girls while I was away on a trip. She was so thorough and asked lots of questions to make sure she had everything she needed for the girls stay with her. She sent me pictures and videos every day. I can tell Willow and Juniper had a very nice time. Thank you so much for taking such good care of my babies!”

“My Mila Jean had a great time, especially getting lots of outside time to play, and was well taken care of. Annie is a kind and wonderful sitter with great accommodations for your fur baby’s stay!”

About: I’m an experienced and dependable pet sitter who truly treats every pet like family. I have hands-on experience caring for dogs of different ages, personalities, and energy levels, and I understand that every pet has their own routine and needs. I’m comfortable with puppies, senior dogs, energetic pups, and pets who need a little extra patience and attention. I’m especially passionate about providing personalized care, keeping pets on their normal routines, and making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their owners are away. I’m also attentive to feeding schedules, walks, playtime, medication routines, and any special instructions you provide. Most importantly, I’ll keep you updated with photos and messages so you can have peace of mind knowing your pet is in good hands! I work from 11:30 AM–8:00 PM Monday through Friday, but I’m available for pet care before and after work. I’m able to provide morning walks, drop-ins, feeding, playtime, and potty breaks before my shift, then spend time with pets again in the evenings. I’m also available on my days off for longer visits and more dedicated care. I’m committed to keeping your pet’s routine consistent and making sure they get plenty of attention, exercise, and love throughout the day. If your pet stays in my home, I have a fully fenced-in yard where they can safely enjoy outdoor time, play, and exercise. My poodle is very social and loves furry friends! If your dog is dog-selective or prefers their own space, I can easily separate the dogs and provide them with their own comfortable areas. I’m also happy to care for pets in their own home. I’ll follow their normal routine, including meals, walks, potty breaks, playtime, and any special instructions you provide. I want your pet to feel safe and comfortable whether they’re staying with me or relaxing in the familiarity of their own home. 🐾
“Our dog Sadie had a wonderful time with Laura and we could not be more pleased. Laura has a fenced in yard and a sweet dog Piper that Sadie was able to play with. Laura also kept us regularly up to date on Sadie with pics and videos. We are very excited to have found someone we are completely comfortable leaving Sadie with in the future.”
“Barbara and Keith are prepared and thorough dog sitters! They have an outdoor space setup to keep pets out of the dirt and weather, but entertained and active. They took our bernedoodle on multiple walks a day and played games with her. We had a meet and greet prior to our pet’s stay and I received pictures and communication while she was there. Great care and peace of mind!”

About: I’m an animal person through and through. I’ve been around dogs since I was a little boy at the age of 5. I’ve taken care of family, neighbor, and even stray pets/animals and take pride in my ability to get on the good side of any creature. Firm believer that there is no such thing in a bad dog, only misunderstood ones. I have one dog (the handsome black lab), but sometimes have my mother in law’s two dogs over. They’re all well behaved and sociable. I work from home and typically have a lot of spare time in my day to take care of pets. I make sure to take my dog to the park everyday and see to it that he gets proper exercise and will be sure to make sure your dogs get the same. I don’t go anywhere most weekends so I’m available for boarding and anything else more or less all the time. I live in a 4 bedroom house with a big yard and sunroom so plenty of space for play. I have several parks located within ten minutes of me and walking trails nearby too so your pup will never be bored.
“Erin was wonderful!! While I was gone, they treated my sweet pup like family, gave regular updates, and really gave him the love and attention he needed. He’s usually quite nervous and upset after boarding, but he’s calm and happy after his stay with her. We couldn’t be more grateful for her!”

“My dog had a blast with Kristy. If you want your dog to be tired out, she is the one to book. Very flexible and communicative. She sent many pictures of my dog while I was away. Will definitely book her again!”

“Jamie did so great with my girl! She was so accommodating and shared several pictures while I was gone. I could tell my Charley girl had the best time with her and was well taken care of :)”

“Hailie has boarded our dog Cooper several times and has been very attentive and personable to work with. It's more like a close friend watching our dog rather than "boarding" him. He gets excited to go to her house and she has been flexible and understanding with unpredictable booking conflicts. We will continue to call on Hailie for our Cooper's "babysitting" needs😁”

“We had a no notice out of town situation and had to find a sitter in one week for our 8 month old Golden Retriever. He had never been left before, and his first day away from home was the 4th of July, a loud holiday on a Sunday, and I was a wreck to say the least. Kira from the beginning of our conversations fit the bill for being our sitter. With Kira’s years of experience, she was calm, comforting, quick to respond and made this frightful experience for us and Stosh better than I could have I imagined. Thank goodness for Kira!! While we were gone she sent updates and photos everyday, her messages felt like he was staying with family. Kira is family to us now and I fully trust Stosh in her care again and again! ??”

“Lindsey’s and John’s care for our little Corgi, Toby, was five star all the way! Lindsey, John and their three amazing children are a beautiful family that bubble over with love, warmth and enthusiasm. When I first arrived with Toby, I was a bit tentative, as I’d never left him in a private home with strangers. But the minute Lindsey and two of her children stepped out to greet us, I knew he’d be in great hands! Lindsey was so welcoming yet also calm and confident in the way she allowed Toby to greet them first. She then allowed Toby to explore their beautiful home while I provided instruction for his care. Then, out he went to their backyard, a beautiful and well maintained lush green paradise, the perfect place for dogs to run and play! But the best was yet to come. They, too, have a Corgi, George, and both George and Toby played well together. Each day I received great pics and videos along with a brief text about Toby’s day. If I had any questions, they responded immediately. Lindsey and John truly provided a home away from home for Toby that was unparalleled to anything I have experienced, and I can’t thank them enough! I am so glad to have found them and will definitely be calling them again next time we leave for a vacation!”

“Bethany did a wonderful job of taking care of our girls. She provides great updates and is very mindful of the cat's emotions and make sure to cause as little stress as possible while we're gone. I think that's good”

“Deborah is very dependable and trustworthy with your pets. She looked after my cat Elliott, who is usually reclusive but came out everytime to see her and lounge around.”

“Jennifer was absolutely amazing! She took great care of my cat, going above and beyond to provide Leia with sweet cuddles during the visit. I know she appreciated the great care too!”

“Haley was amazing! Our cat Charlie was immediately friendly to her and loved her visits. Haley sent so many photos and videos from their hangouts and Charlie seemed to have such a good time! Haley was very responsive and replied right away, highly recommend for your next pet sitter! She even watered our plants!”

“Cannot say enough wonderful things about Lauren!! She went above and beyond for our 2 kitties while we were gone for a week. If you own cats, you know how dismissive they can be when it comes to strangers. Lauren quickly became accepted by our girls and successfully broke down the Stranger Danger wall. She sent pics and videos, brought in all the mail that wasn’t supposed to be delivered and graciously cleaned up after the inevitable, retaliatory cat barfs that occurred. Having Lauren as our kitty sitter relieved us of the tremendous amount of stress we get when we’re away on travel. We will absolutely be booking with her again whenever possible. Thank you, Lauren! You’re the best!!!”

About: I have only officially adopted two kittens in my life. However, I have had a multitude of cats adopt me! Many occasions of kittens and cats waltzing right into my home and into my heart! They just find me and know that I will provide a safe and warm place for them to be content!

“Misty is great! She’s patient with my grumpy cat and wins him over. She lets him come to her and respects when the time to be affectionate is done. She’s on time, communicative, and follows instructions. Love her.”

“We’ve always had great experiences with rover, but Colleen was absolutely wonderful! We really appreciated the detailed notes she left each day and she went above and beyond in so many ways and we would definitely use her again!”

“Emily was phenomenal!! The photos and updates let me know my pets were well cared for. She was beyond patient with one cat that was pretty grumpy I was gone and I'm so thankful she was there to take care of them!”

“Ella dropped in for cat care daily for almost 2 weeks. She is reliable and very responsive as well as attentive. Her professional approach to her job is admirable. Hope we can work together again one day. Thank you Ella.”

“Alicia is awesome! My dog absolutely loved her from the minute she walked in the door and that's not typical. The cats were totally comfortable and happy to interact with her as well.”

“This morning I dropped off a wild child (my pup Emma), she was so excited to be at daycare today! This afternoon I picked up a calm, happy, and totally cared for pup. Emma had a great time at Fortune’s home playing with her pups and really enjoyed playing with her son and his friend. Thank you for watching Emma!”

“My pups really enjoyed their stay. They had lots of room to roam around and made a new friend, the family pet Georgie the Corgi. Lindsey gave me updates on how they were doing throughout the day. We will definitely be bringing them back and would highly recommend!”

About: What sets me apart from other sitters is my background in healthcare and my natural attention to detail. As a nursing student and soon-to-be hospital worker, I’m very experienced in providing attentive, compassionate care — which easily carries over to how I care for pets. I’m patient, reliable, and comfortable following detailed care instructions, including administering medications if needed. I also have experience with both young, energetic pets and senior pets who may need a little extra gentleness and support. I genuinely love building a bond with every animal I care for, treating them like family while keeping their safety, happiness, and well-being my top priority. Pet care fits naturally into my daily and weekly routine because I truly enjoy spending time with animals. I am a nursing student who will be starting a hospital job on May 12, working from 3 PM to 11:30 PM. Until then, I have open availability to care for pets. Even after I begin work, I’ll be available during mornings, early afternoons, and late nights for check-ins, walks, and pet sitting. I start classes on May 27, but I only have one in-person class from 12–1 PM on Tuesdays and Thursdays, leaving plenty of time to dedicate to caring for pets. I’m responsible, nurturing, and attentive—qualities that come naturally from my healthcare background—and I will treat your pets like they are my own. When caring for pets in my home or a client’s home, I make sure to follow any specific instructions provided by the owner, including feeding schedules, walk times, medication administration, and any special routines or preferences. I pay close attention to each pet’s behavior to make sure they are happy, comfortable, and safe. I also love giving pets plenty of playtime, affection, and exercise based on their energy level. Cleanliness and safety are important to me, so I always make sure their space stays clean, and I update owners regularly with messages and photos for peace of mind. With my nursing background, I’m very detail-oriented and comfortable providing extra care if needed.
About: My wife and I both grew up with pets and lovingly cared for our dog and two cats for over 17 years before they crossed the rainbow bridge. We recognize that each pet has their own unique needs, and are patient and responsive to ensure they are well cared for. I work from home full-time and my wife works from home part-time. Between the two of us, we are available to provide dogs with two short walks and one long walk a day and make sure they have plenty of food and water - and of course plenty of cuddles if they like that. Our home offers a clean and calm environment for any pet adjusting to a new place temporarily. Any well behaved pet is free to roam throughout the main rooms, and we have a fenced in backyard for dogs that like to be outside. We can accommodate any dietary restrictions and feeding patterns you have. If you prefer for your pet to be in a crate, we can set that up as well. We also have a well behaved six year old daughter who adores animals. We also do in-home visits and can do any feeding, walking, and litter box cleaning as needed.
About: I’ve had dogs most of my life, and I love meeting new ones and learning their quirks. I will treat your babies as if they were my own. I have experience pet sitting growing up as well as working 5 months full time at a kennel before going to college. My home is 1 story with a flat fenced in yard. This is perfect for young dogs through senior dogs. This is my only job, so I have lots of time to dedicate to caring for your pets! I also have a reliable vehicle which makes it easier to get to and from your home or to the vet in case of emergency. I have a single story home with a fenced in yard. We have one very sweet, friendly, senior cat. I can follow your wishes to the best of my ability. And I’m happy to discuss any questions. My pets have always been allowed on furniture and in my bed. But if you prefer them not to, I will do my best to meet your needs.
“Ashley was the best sitter imaginable for our GSD puppy. She sent tons of photos and most importantly, she knew exactly how to care for our pup. GSD’s are special, and Ashley was well-versed of his natural tendencies especially prey drive and protection. We are so grateful for the wonderful time for our sweet pup and she gave us total peace of mind knowing he was in very capable hands. Will re-book with Ashley next time we come to Huntsville!”

About: I worked at a vets office for over 3 years and have had dogs my whole life. I love taking care of dogs any size or age. I work full time during the week but would be home by 3:30 Monday-Friday and home on the weekends. I work from home sometimes depending on my schedule. My husband works from home so he would be home with your dog while I’m away so they would hardly ever be alone. I have a fenced in back yard and two friendly male dogs. They are mainly inside dogs but go out to play throughout the day. I would be happy to crate your dog if needed. We have a crate indoors.
About: I am comfortable dealing with all sizes and personalities of dogs and cats. I've always had pets throughout my life from Newfoundlands to kittens. Im currently working part time to pay for my expenses. More than enough time to keep the fur babies very happy. I prefer mornings but can be flexible. Babysitting the doggo is no issue for me. I have enough experience to know what to expect. Can't do it at my domicile though.
About: I’m dependable, caring and truly dog-loving and I create a calm, loving experience that helps pets feel safe and relaxed. I’m truly the dog whisperer. I work from home and have a very flexible schedule for early morning, mid morning, after lunch and evening playtime, walks, and fetch in the yard. I have a fenced yard, sidewalks in my neighborhood and a lot of room for indoor play on rainy days. Happy to come to your house also.
About: ***at capacity for AM drop-ins/walks*** An animal lover of all shapes and sizes, I’ve grown up around animals all my life. I have been professionally pet sitting for almost two years, and during this time have amassed many different breeds and knowledge of their behavior during this time! My birth family primarily owned cats, including a diabetic old grump and kittens, and I’m generally known as a “cat whisperer”! Later on, my grandparents and I adopted a toy poodle named Pierre, who eventually developed diabetes as a senior, which we had to medicate. After he passed away we adopted our standard poodle, Isabelle, who was my soul puppy. She unfortunately passed away in January of 23 after a long struggle with pancreatic cancer, so I’m accustomed to providing all sorts of medical care as well as extremely customized diets and medication schedules. And right now my family and I are raising another standard poodle- Nova! She’s 2, and the light of my life. I raised and trained Nova and Isabelle, so I’m used to the puppy stage also. I’ve also grew up around fishkeeping & small animals of all kinds, and as a high-schooler/adult I’ve been a reptile/amphibian keeper. Specifically, I’ve owned hamsters, guinea pigs, rabbits, frogs, axolotls, snakes, geckos, chameleons, hermit crabs, and a hedgehog. While I have not personally owned birds, I’m very knowledgeable in their care also! This is currently my job! I am in college but do not have a schedule yet. Depending on the dog, we’ll spend the day relaxing or playing and at the end of the day we’ll be all tuckered out. Your pups safety and wellbeing is always my top priority! I will follow any instructions given and provide frequent updates & pictures. I am also well-versed in pair dynamics & anxious dogs!
About: I have owned and taken care of pets ever since I was 9 years old. I have trained my last 3 dogs that I have and two of them live with me now. I also make homemade dog treats for my two babies so I know exactly what it is they are consuming. I am a part time baker and work mostly during the mornings so I would be able to see your pet in the morning before i have work and be able to come home a little after lunchtime to take them out, take them on walks/runs. I can also be there overnight to insure their safety and keep them from making a mess. I have a fenced in back yard and two very friendly dogs. one is 3 years old and the other is almost 1. I have a big back yard so enough room for the dogs to run around and have fun playing with one another! I love taking dogs out for walks. I know not everyone has a fenced in back yard or one in general so taking dogs on walks and allowing them to get out there and blow off some energy. I also make homemade dog treats for my animals so I know they aren't consuming things that can cause health problems down the road. I also have allergy tested both my dogs so that way I know what treats I am making them are for their consumption.

Both are fixed female, small/ medium dogs and adore making friends. I will take care of your pets with the guidelines you provide and either at your home or mine they will be loved!!
“This was outlet first time leaving our fur babies in the care of someone that wasn’t family. I must say, I didn’t worry ONCE! We got fantastic communication and pictures daily which was so sweet! I won’t hesitate to book with Cynthia again, she was super sweet to our 3 dogs and I was surprised how well they took to her right off the bat! Perfect first time experience!!”

“Emily was so great for my little wild man! He's a "spitfire" as Emily said, and he's got some special needs, but she handled him just fine and they had a lovely time. Thank you, Emily!”

Please reach out and let’s see how I might be able to help. I have raised dogs all my life with my first pup showing up at the age of 8. I work remotely so my time is quite flexible. I look forward to hearing from you and blessings to you all.
“Taylor is great. She says hello to Marshmallow and loves on him every time she comes over to walk him. Marshmallow gets excited when he sees her and he only gets excited for food.”

About: I truly love animals, and it shows in the way I care for them. I don’t just “watch” pets, I bond with them. I’m patient and energetic enough to keep active ones happy and engaged. I pride myself on being dependable and keeping owners updated with messages and photos. I currently work full time from 8 to 4:30 PM. Once I am off work I focus my attention on your fur babies making sure they get the energy out of going on a walk! I do not keep pets at my house due to having 3 dogs of my own. In your own home I will keep their routine consistent as possible. I follow feeding schedules, exercise needs, and any special instructions closely. I make sure pets feel secure in their familiar space while keeping everything tidy and respecting your home.

About: I got my first dog at 11 years old and have loved animals ever since. I bought another dog in college, and have had 2 more since plus a stray foster pup I helped get rehomed. I currently work full time Monday-Friday. I’m typically off before 4pm and may be able to drop by after work before I go home, but I feel in order to give pets the attention they need, my availability is best suited for weekends. I won’t be able to keep pets at my house for the time being, but I can meet any necessary accommodations you have in your home.

I can ensure pet safety by following client instructions, administering medications as directed, and providing regular exercise and playtime. When I house-sit, I make sure to follow basic safety rules, like locking the doors when I leave.

“Shume was fantastic! We had never used Rover before, but all of our usual dog watchers were unable to accommodate a last minute trip we needed to take. We found Shume on Rover and she was able to accommodate us. She was very communicative and responsive. Our dog loved her, and seemed very comfortable with her. When we picked her up, she was healthy, happy, and safe! We highly recommend Shume to care for your fur babies.”

“Haley was so accommodating to our dog. She sent frequent updates with pictures and videos. It was our dogs first time getting boarded so I was a little nervous , but my anxiety went away with Haley.”

“Danielle was an absolute lifesaver for us! My senior dog has anxiety, and has never stayed with a non-family member, so leaving her for 5 days was initially a bit daunting. However, Danielle was incredibly patient and understanding, and her calm demeanor really helped my pup settle in. Daily text updates and photos provided peace of mind. The photos clearly showed that she was comfortable and captured adorable moments of her relaxing. It was evident how well my dog was cared for. Danielle followed all instructions, and the home was clean. Booking is highly recommended!”

“This was the first time using rover, Joyceline was AMAZING. She helped me book, walked me through each step. Joyceline gave me a daily report of my pet with a picture. I will definitely book with her again! Thank you Joyceline 💗”

“Absolutely wonderful with Daisy. Great at giving her tons of love and attention, as well as sending lots updates and pictures. Will definitely use them again. Highly recommend!!”
