Dog Walkers in Upper Forni, CA

About: I have been a dog owner for more than 18 years and I've been around cats and dogs my whole life. My partner and I, along with our 4-year-old Pyrenees mix, provide a safe, loving space with tons of room to run, and heaps of belly rubs. I'm currently working part time as a property manager on a 50 acre estate. My partner works from home. So one or both of us is around. We both take our dog for a long hike/bike/one wheel ride every evening that we would love to take your buddy with us. If I have take your dog to work I have a Tacoma with a camper shell that I bring Stevie in. It's safe and lockable so you can be assured that your fur baby is safe. We live in a single family home with two floors outside the Meyers roundabout. We allow dogs on couches, beds and have indoor and outdoor dog beds. We are a block away from miles of trails down to the Truckee river. Also I love running my dog Stevie with my one wheel around paradise park. Which is around 4 miles round trip. So if your dog needs lots of running and is safe on or off leash Ive got the toy for them. When not walking or riding we have a large fenced backyard (especially for Tahoe). So they won't be couped up inside. Please let us know what your best friend needs and we'll do our best to accommodate.

About: I have extensive years of pet care. I’ve always had pets as a child and identify and understand their needs and wants (Cats & Dogs). I can house sit during the day but sorry no over night stays. If you call or text me early am I can book same day. Thank you. I have a cat and he comes first, so I do not do overnights stays but can do in home sitting for dogs or cats.

About: I have been caring for pets since I was 8 years old. From then to now I have done overnights, dog walks, and even potty breaks. Friends, family, and neighbors have relied on me to keep their pets company, take them on walks/get them outside, feed them on a consistent schedule, be available for potty breaks, stay over night, and bathe when needed. I love being a helping hand just as much as I love the furry companions! I just got back from a long trip away and I am not working. Allowing me full time to take care of and attend to your pets. I will follow any and all instructions given on how to care for your pets. For example, having them in leash when letting them into the backyard, putting them in the crate when needed, keeping food high out of reach, etc.

About: I have been caring for dogs for over 40 years. I will spend all of my time with your dog, hiking, swimming, playing in the snow and cuddling. Your dog will be my only priority. I am available to take care of all of your dogs with each scheduled visit. I will always ask if it is ok to also care for another dog along with yours. I am interested in boarding your dog/ dogs while you enjoy Lake Tahoe. I will be able to spend all of my time with your dog. I will provide a safe and clean environment for your dog. When we hike, swim, play in the snow, they will be on a leash. I will always be very careful with your dog.

About: Dogs are better than humans and the more we aspire to be like them the better the world gets. I love dogs and have always been an active member of my local humane society and have volunteered with non profits in several 3rd world countries for animal welfare. I am active and move around often so have not been able to have my own fur baby yet so I would be so grateful and honoured to be the best ‘ fun aunt’ to yours. I enjoy time outside as much as a dog does so I’ll be able to return your pup well exercised and ready to relax after a good hike and some fresh air and belly rubs. I work in restaurants so am free every day until 3 and finish around 10pm. I would be able to take your dog out for regular runs or walks as well as house sitting in the safety and comfort of their own home. I live in a studio apartment with great access to trails and an unfenced yard. Dog sitting at my house would be totally possible for the right dog that would be comfortable with a smaller space.

About: I have watched dogs since I was young, both at my house and at the owners house. I have watched up to 6 dogs at a time 😅 but prefer to keep it to 2-3 total. I have a dog of my own, a long hair-dachshund, that loves to play with all dogs. I make sure the dogs I watch get to play outside each day as I know how important it is for their health and happiness. I work from home and have a very flexible schedule. I often watch dogs at my house but can drive to check on dogs if it’s nearby. Most weekends I’m outside either hiking or playing the snow and love to take the dogs with me. I have a fenced yard and a dog door for access to the upper deck. During the day I often take a morning walk and evening walk in my backyard ranging from 30 minutes to an hour depending on my work schedule that day. I have tons of dog toys and treats that keep the dogs occupied.

About: Pets are like family, no two ways about it! They give us their undivided attention, loyalty and love. I get great joy from spending time with, and connecting with all dogs and cats. When meeting any new animal, I focus on understanding them, communicating with them, observing their signals, and building trust with them. I don't currently have any pets and would enjoy the company of having your dog or cat when they need that care. Over the past 6 years I have done a range of pet sitting cats and dogs as far as house sitting, feeding, daily walks or hikes. I’m currently working part time, I am flexible with times and am willing to work with your schedule/dates needed to take care of your furr loved ones. Im always outside and walking in nature and taking a pup with me is no problem for me. I love to give animals all the attention they need. About: Hi! I have lived with, and owned, many animals throughout my life. I also spent 5 years as a Veterinary assistant and learned many valuable tools to take care of our beloved pets, and I am comfortable administering medications if needed. We have a fenced back yard and 2 indoor/outdoor cats who are very used to dogs! I understand that our pets are our family! About: I’ve grown up with pets all my life. Whether its caring for my 16 year old family pet i’ve had since I was a child, or raising a puppy on my own (who is now 3 years old), I feel confident in reading a pets body language and behavior. I am currently only looking for in between PT& FT flexible work. So working with Rover would help me create an income for my self, while also getting to hang around dogs! I love dogs!! I live on mountain at a ski resort which has tons of hiking trails. I live in an apartment by my self with plenty of space and windows for my pup to look out of. I have no fenced yard but I am comfortable walking dogs on leash. The ski resort I live at is very dog friendly with lots of dog friends for us to encounter on a daily basis

I'm currently working full-time but I am very flexible. Please feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions. I have a dog of my own, Bella who is always around and can keep your pups company as well. I have a decent sized unfenced yard. I do prefer breeds that are leash trained, potty trained, house trained, and know basic demands like sit, stay, and that are great on recall. I live in Lake Tahoe closer to Meyers and have access to many trails near my neighborhood. The river is only a 10-minute walk too if you would like for your pup to go for a swim.

About: I understand the needs of our furry friends. I love dogs and cats and know what it takes to provide the proper care whether your pet is very young or very old. I mainly work from home. I have a very flexible work schedule and my wife works from home as well. Your pet will have a lot of attention! We have a large home and fenced yard that creates a great space for your dog or cat. About: I’ve been working as a veterinary technician assistant for over 10 years. I am comfortable caring for your pet as well as administering meds if needed! I have had pets my whole life and I am comfortable around pets of all personalities! I pet sit full time, so I am flexible to make house calls or take dogs into my home. Whatever your dogs needs I am flexible to make work. I have a large fenced in yard with lots of space to run around in the grass. My 2 friendly dogs are very welcoming. About: I've cared for my family dog for the last 2 years. He's a husky mix, so I am aware of the needs of active breeds and I am dedicated to meeting these needs. I also cared for my boss's dog while he was away for 2 months. I stuck to their routine and gave them the best care possible. I am currently working with the California Conservation Corps based out of Meyers. I'm available mostly in the evenings and Fri-Sunday. Wildfire season is coming up so I might need to cancel or reschedule because I'll be on emergency call for these fires. I apologize in advance for any inconveniences that it may cause.
