“Hoaran was so attentive to my pup and kept me up to date for the whole stay. She was extremely accommodating to last minute inconveniences in our travel. Kona enjoyed her stay and came home very fulfilled!! Will definitely book again!!!”

About: I have been working with, owning, and training dogs of all shapes and sizes for over 15 years. I’ve trained many dogs over the last 10 years and helped owners overcome a variety of issues they’ve encountered along the journey of ownership. Ever since I was little, I have loved animals, especially dogs! I believe that every dog is an individual, with their own personalities, likes, dislikes, and needs. I understand the importance of caring for each dog differently, and giving them what they need to feel loved. As a trainer, my philosophy is love and positive reinforcement only. I do not believe in dominance, aggression, or negative reinforcement in any way. I will work with your dog, even while sitting or walking, to help them grow and unlearn bad habits and learn new ones! Every dog deserves love and attention no matter what, and your dog will always feel special while in my care. My schedule is currently open, so I’ll be spending 100% of my time with your pups! As of right now, my home is open for boarding to any dog that needs to be cared for overnight or during the day. I am also available to stay at your home and babysit overnight, and am happy to watch more than one dog at a time if necessary. If you have a dog and cat at home that need sitting, that is fine as well. I am okay with having multiple dogs in my home as long as they are well-socialized and can handle being around other dogs. All bookings will be discussed in advance with the owners to determine each individual dog’s needs prior to arrival. Each pups temperament will be assessed and careful attention will be paid to the safety and well-being of every dog that stays in my home. I am open to drop-ins and walks at an owner’s home as my schedule permits, however, I do not currently own a car so the visits would have to be local. As noted in my bio, I have been a dog trainer and owner for over 15 years, and have experience with all types of dog breeds and temperaments. I understand how to communicate and handle dogs with poor temperaments and nasty habits. I do not believe in any type of negative reinforcement (i.e. yelling, hitting, shaming, isolating, dominating, crating as punishment, using choke or shock collars, and scaring a dog in any way to achieve training goals). If your pup is dog-aggressive (meaning he or she cannot be around other dogs at all), please let me know right away so I can make sure not to book any other dogs at the same time. If your dog is a puppy, let me know in advance as well, so I can make sure to book him or her alone or with dogs that are tolerant to puppy-behavior. I just moved into my apartment in Hartford on West Boulevard, which is completely gated with all entrances requiring a specific code to enter the premises. There is a dog-walking area with waste bags and some grass for the dogs to use when going outside. The complex is surrounded by suburban neighborhoods with ample sidewalks and places to take a dog on long walks if necessary. I am new to the area so I’m hoping to eventually find a good location to play fetch with the dogs or allow them to run around off leash. Potty breaks can be taken whenever necessary as the exit to my apartment is right down the hall and out the door. My apartment is a newly renovated, 1-bedroom apartment and is kept extremely clean at all times. I have no problem cleaning up after a dog if he or she makes a mess or has an accident, but please let me know if this will be a problem in advance and we will discuss how to handle it. If the accidents are often, I may request a small fee for regular or repeated cleanups, as they can cost money if real damage is done. Destructive chewers should come with something reliable to chew on and keep them busy. If your dog has separation anxiety, please let me know before booking so I can make the necessary accommodations. If your dog has any specific quirks or habits that are need to know, please be sure to inform me prior to booking so I can take care of your baby’s needs. Please bring anything that your dog would usually need on a daily basis, including toys, leashes, harnesses, waste bags, blankets, treats, and even a bed or crate if necessary. Your dog will be taken care of as if it were my own, I understand that your dog is like your child and is therefore a member of your family. As a dog-mom, I know how scary it can be to leave your baby with a stranger. I promise to make your pup feel at home and welcome at all times, and will do everything I can to make your baby comfortable and feel loved throughout their visit. You will see photos of me and my dog Cloud in my profile who is now 6 but is with his dad in Hamden at this time. I rescued him from Georgia after his pregnant mother was abandoned on the side of the road, and raised him since he was 6 months old.
“I cannot recommend Triba highly enough - she is so wonderful with our dog who has separation anxiety. We’re so lucky to have found a sitter we can truly trust!”

About: Um. Let’s see I have 3 dogs of my own and I know how unsettling it is to trust your babies with strangers who don’t understand them. Like what do you mean you don’t wrestle them down with kisses and tickles. You’re a monster. 🤷🏽♂️ I start my day at 4 am so my dogs are up pretty early. I let them out in the yard when I start the car for the gym, when I return we go on our breakfast walk, come home eat and then we go out back before I log in for the day. Most days my guys get 3-4 walks because it helps me with a fitness routine, going outside and clearing my head since I work remote. Our pets have full access to our home; however, during the day the are normally in the office with me because I can open the side door and window. Their crates and beds are also in there so anyone staying with us would most likely be in there; If we’re not outside we’re on the porch, back deck or walking.
“Onyx and I did an initial meet and greet with Trenton and I loved that he brought out the dogs one by one to see how they would interact with each other. We ran into a bit of scheduling conflict with the initial booking; however, Trenton immediately reached out to problem solve. Trenton has been super responsive when I reach out for updates!”

“Chris was very accommodating when it came to pick up and drop off time. We did a day boarding with Chris for my dog, Ava, and she loved hanging out with Chris. Will book Chris again!”

(Bilingual) Habló español Pet care fits into my routine part-time and per diem, allowing me to dedicate quality time, flexibility, and focused attention to each pet without feeling rushed. About: I have loved dogs and pets for as long as I can remember! Growing up, my home was always filled with multiple dogs, which taught me firsthand how to manage different personalities, energy levels, and care routines. When I left for college, I made the heartbreaking but responsible choice to rehome my dogs with amazing families. I knew that with my intense school schedule, I wouldn’t have the time, energy, or availability they truly deserved. To me, a pet's well-being always comes first. Now that my schedule is open and stable, I am eager to get back to working with animals! I am using this time to gain even more hands-on experience before I am ready to adopt a dog of my own again. By booking with me, your pet will get my full, undivided attention, lots of love, and the highest level of responsible care. I can't wait to meet your furry family member! I recently graduated from college and have a few completely open months this summer before starting my full time career in September! Because of this, my schedule is incredibly open, flexible, and completely open for pet care. My personal daily routine revolves around fitness, going to the gym, and staying as active as possible. I absolutely love going on long, frequent walks, so looping your dog into my daily routine is a perfect match! Whether your dog needs high energy outdoor exercise, frequent potty breaks, or just consistent companionship throughout the day, I have the full time, energy, and capacity to dedicate to them. Your pet will be my top priority all summer long! Your pet will enjoy a safe, secure, and incredibly peaceful stay at my house! We have a completely fenced in yard with absolutely no other resident pets, giving your dog full reign of the space. There are also no neighboring dogs sharing our fence line, making it the perfect, stress free environment for pups who get easily anxious or reactive.I live with my mom and my 15 year old sister, both of whom love animals and will occasionally be around to offer extra head scratches and love. Because it is a calm, predictable household, your pet will get highly focused attention and a structured routine tailored exactly to their needs. When caring for your pet in your home, I treat your property with the utmost respect, care, and consideration. I am exceptionally neat, organized, and mindful of your space. You can travel with total peace of mind knowing that I will not only keep your pets happy and safe, but I will also make sure to leave your home cleaner and better than I found it.
“Christle has been a Godsend. She is amazing, kind & a wonderful dog sitter. My Harmony LOVED going there! She was treated with kindness & when she got home she was tired from playing. I absolutely recommend her as your furry companion will be in great hands!”

About: I grew up surrounded by animals, and I've always had the responsibility of taking care of them. I've cared for family dogs and I help my daughter with the care of dogs and cats. I like to make dogs feel at home. I don't work, I'm always at home, and if I have to go out I always take the dog with me; it gives me time to take him out to do his business, play with him, and he always feels accompanied. I live in an apartment with a garden where they can relieve themselves and a gated parking area, but I still prefer taking them to the park to walk and play.
About: A Lifelong Dog Lover — And It Shows Dogs have been part of my life for as long as I can remember, and that deep bond shapes everything about how I care for them. I don’t just see walking a dog as a task — I see it as an adventure tailored to what dogs do best. Did you know that roughly a third of a dog’s brain is devoted entirely to smell? According to the AKC, dogs can detect scents at least 10,000 times better than we can. Every walk I take is designed to honor that — giving your pup the time and freedom to truly experience the world the way nature intended. What I Offer Whether it’s an hour-long nature hike on a wooded trail or a leisurely half-hour neighborhood stroll, I customize each outing to your dog’s energy level and needs. I’m experienced walking multiple dogs at once and genuinely enjoy the company. Your dog won’t just be exercised — they’ll be enriched. I’m also happy to reinforce whatever training methods you’ve already established at home, so there’s no confusion and no backsliding while you’re away. Consistency matters, and I take that seriously. For pet sitting, your dog becomes part of my home — well-loved, well-supervised, and never an afterthought. I’m available to take care of furry family members full-time. Dinner time I need to be home with my family, but I can accommodate early morning, all-day, and evening visits and walks. If boarding your dog with me, your dog will be at home with my dog, and will be able to enjoy our fully fenced back yard. Should you desire crating, we can do that, but we will also allow your dog to sleep on our bed if that’s what they prefer.

About: If you’re looking for a massive dog lover to look after your fur baby, I’m your person! I have tons of experience with all kinds of breeds from tiny couch potatoes to giant balls of energy. I do everything from quick daily walks, drop ins, or full overnight stays. I pride myself on being reliable, communicative, and I will always treat your pet like they're my own. I recently finished my BFA and I am currently on the job hunt, so my schedule is super open! I love the outdoors and try to get out as much as I can so for doggos we will be getting lots of exercise, dog sitting and walking is exciting for me because it gives me more reason to get outside! I am a designer so when I am working, generally thats indoors so kittys would get tons of company from me! I wakeup early in the morning so I would be able to do the early morning feedings and walks. I also wind down at night on the earlier side, just reading or watching tv, so your animal would have a peaceful nighttime experience with flexibility for late night walks if it is desired by the dog. Whether I am hosting your pet in my home or visiting yours, my top priority is maintaining a consistent and safe routine that makes them feel secure. I am lucky to live right by multiple local parks and a dog park, so I can easily incorporate social time and outdoor play into our daily schedule, or my friend has a fenced in yard she has approved I would be able to use for playtime if your dog doesn't get along with other dogs. For dogs who love to explore, I’m a big fan of walks especially through the beautiful trails around Savannah. I think it’s the perfect way to get plenty of fresh air and exercise! I know most cats would stay in their own space as they are more of home bodies, but in any space, I will treat your kitty as my own!
About: My fiancé and I are lifelong dog lovers and share our home with Maple, our friendly golden retriever. I work from home full-time, which allows me to provide attentive, consistent care throughout the day in a calm home environment. I trained Maple myself, and she has earned her Canine Good Citizen (CGC) certification. Because of this, I value structure, consistency, and good manners, and our home is best suited for well-trained adult dogs that enjoy a calm household environment. I specialize in caring for social, house-trained dogs in a low-volume setting. Unlike larger boarding environments, I typically only accept one client at a time, allowing dogs to receive individualized attention, regular outdoor breaks, daily walks, and a comfortable place to relax throughout their stay. I have experience with large breeds including golden retrievers and labs, as well as senior dogs that benefit from a quieter and more personalized environment. Cleanliness, safety, and reliability are very important to me, and I strive to make each dog feel comfortable and at home while maintaining structure and routine. Because I work from home during the week, dogs are rarely left alone and are able to follow a calm and consistent daily routine. Dogs receive regular potty breaks, outdoor time, walks, rest throughout the workday, and attentive supervision during their stay. I intentionally keep bookings low-volume so each dog receives individualized care and a quieter environment than a traditional boarding setting. My schedule is best suited for adult dogs that are comfortable settling in a home environment during the day and are accustomed to a consistent routine. Safety, consistency, and a calm environment are very important in our home. Because I only take a limited number of dogs at a time, I’m able to provide attentive supervision and maintain a structured routine throughout each stay. Dogs are always leashed outdoors since our yard is not fenced, and I prioritize slow, thoughtful introductions to help dogs feel comfortable and successful in the home. Maple is friendly and social with visiting dogs and settles quickly after introductions. To ensure a good fit for everyone, I typically accept dogs that are: • house trained • crate trained • friendly with people and other dogs • able to settle calmly indoors • on a consistent feeding schedule Dogs are welcome on furniture, can sleep in my room or in their crate, and are treated like part of the household while maintaining structure and supervision.
“As always, Jimmy had the best time with Janelle and her dog Coby. We couldn't be happier to have found them, they truly treat Jimmy like he is their own, which is a special thing to find!”
