About: I’ve had pets my whole life ranging from fish, amphibians, rodents, birds, cats, and dogs. I love connecting with animals and giving them all the love they deserve! I also am a former vet assistant (I now work at a vet lab) so I have experience with pets of all ages, temperaments, and health statuses. My priority is the pets’ safety and comfort, and will work with them to ensure we have a foundation of trust. I also can work enrichment into my visits to get their minds more stimulated or just give them a 15 minute belly rub if that’s more up their alley. I’ve also trained many of my pets so I can help introduce basic commands to puppies or reinforce commands and manners from older pets. I’m available pretty much every day for the summer. Once mid-August comes around, I’ll be available Sunday-Tuesday at all times and Wednesday-Saturday from 9-11 AM I can come in let the pets out, clean up messes from them, feed/water, play enrichment games or work on training, and give them lots of love!

But I will absolutely check in, walk or play with your pet any chance that I get! Normally it would be in the morning or near the evening. My schedule is more open on the weekends. About: I love animals. I have owned a horse, birds and fish. Although I never owned a dog or cat, Friends and family have always asked me to pet sit and I have always been more than happy to ablige. As a former letter Carrier, my favorite customers were four-legged. I am retired and want to stay active. Who can keep you more fit and active than a dog that is waiting for a walk-date? When I have dog sat, I usually go for multiple walks. I can walk all day. The dogs love it and it makes them tired. Animals need mental stimulation outside of their house or yard just like people. I try to find things to keep us both busy and happy.

About: I have always been surrounded by kitties (for the most part short-haired cats) and I am well accustomed on how to attend to them. I am attentive, caring and patient. I also have a fur baby of my own who I love deeply even though she is a troublemaker haha. I also enjoy playing with them and keeping them entertained. I am happy to care for your beloved fur babies I would be available to pet sit from 10am to 7pm, mostly everyday except for Sunday, which would only be 12pm to 5pm. I am also pretty flexible with my schedule so I am understanding of any emergencies and can make exceptions for days/hours, just feel free to ask me !! I would prefer to pet sit from your home. I have my own pet and she is a little anxious so it would not be comfortable for her if I bring a friend to my home. I am very attentive when it comes to caring for their physical health like; brushing teeth, grooming, cleaning their paws and moisturizing, clipping their nails, cleaning their ears, wiping their private parts to make sure they are clean etc. I enjoy playing with cats and keeping them entertained to make sure they are not bored and can help with their development as they grow. I would also make sure their environment is clean. I would prefer to have detailed notes of who your cat is, what they like and dislike, any disabilities or behaviors etc. This way I am completely informed on how to care for them.

About: I grew up around cats and dogs. I’ve had two rescue dogs so far, and I have prior shelter experience. Special skills: training young pets, separation anxiety, oral/topical medication, senior care I work remotely so pups would be at home with someone at all times and would have access to frequent potty breaks and play time. I have a fenced yard and one other dog who is very gentle and sweet so she would keep them company and go on walks with them!

I am also an approved dog-walker / caregiver for Chicago Animal Care and Control, trained in their strict techniques, so I am comfortable caring for, walking, and exhausting small to large dogs. Currently working part time, so have lots of time to dedicate to your pups! I am mostly available for walks during weekdays: Mon - Fri, 9a - 5p Happy to care for your pup where they are most comfortable, in your home! Even if you have a fully fenced yard, you can trust that I'll never leave them unsupervised and unleashed, outside. If you do not have a fenced yard, we will have lots of fun getting our steps in, around the neighborhood! Comfortable getting your pup in and out of crates/kennels if needed, and getting them harnessed up for walks. Will *always* pick up any and all poop your pup leaves, whether in your yard or on our walks.

About: I have been taking care of all kinds of pets since childhood. I have an interest in all kinds of animals and I do not mind doing the dirty work to take care of them. I currently work 8-5 on weekdays, often ending at 4 or 4:30. I wake up early and can fit pet care into my morning before work and directly following work. In the morning, I can provide food and time outside/play time, and directly after work, I can provide a walk/exercise outside, and I can visit more times later in the evening as well. On weekends, I can come at any time of day, as many times as needed. I have a reliable form of transportation in the form of my own car, and I can very easily get from place to place. I live in the Frankfort suburbs, not too far from many places. In my own home, my pets stay in the house, and the dog is regularly taken outside for the bathroom, as well as getting walked once a day, sometimes twice. The cats do not go outside, and their litter gets cleaned once a day, but I can do more for your own pet. The dog is fed twice a day, and the cats are fed wet food once a day, with dry food available throughout the day.

Although my family has been fortunate enough to take care of him together, I understand the struggle of finding someone who will care properly for your pet as you do. Pets are our chosen family, and I will ensure your pet is properly cared for. About: I used to be a farm manager and not only took care of domestic pets, but livestock too! I know everyone says that animals love THEM the most, but pets are really drawn to me. I think it’s because I have a deep reverence for them and their ability to so easily love people unconditionally. I also respect their boundaries because I understand that they cannot communicate as easily as we do. I am currently unemployed and going to school part time so my schedule is very open right now! I enjoy nature, even when weather is inclement, and will be there rain or shine. I will follow whatever instructions you have for your pet! No matter how detailed. I would care for your pet in the same manner I care for my own, which is obsessively. As a former anxious pet owner (sometimes I still am), I will provide photos and updates whenever I am with them. I also respect your privacy, as I know allowing someone into your home can be intimidating.
