They were very sensitive to Charlie who has some anxiety and made her feel very comfortable and she felt right at home once she warmed up. They gave an immediate update at her first visit, which was very comforting. They were also very honest and kind , sent photos and followed all instructions. I highly recommend. My pug came home smiling and she’s looking forward to her next slumber party there☺️”
