“Julia was absolutely fantastic with our 4 cats and our home. We had so many issues with water at our house before we left on our trip that were not resolved before we left, and she worked around them like a champ. She went the extra mile with clean-up, taking out the trash, etc. To our surprise, our most suspicious cat followed her around for pets during every visit - we definitely knew she was a keeper after that! She was also very gentle and accommodating with our senior (17/18 year old) cat and successfully fed him and gave him insulin shots twice a day with his food. That was our biggest worry, as he can be stubborn and refuse to eat for sitters which means he misses his doses, but it was not an issue with Julia. He even ventured out of his den to spend some time near her, which he never does with anyone. She has the trust of our boys and, therefore, she has our trust as well. She is an excellent choice for your pet-sitting needs!”

“It was my first time using River and Mirtyll left a great impression! She checked on our cats every few days and her updates kept us feeling so comfortable while being gone. We have one shy kitty that she always made sure to try to get to come out of his shell and one that loves everyone so assured us she had plenty of playtime. She was very amenable and consistent with sending me daily pictures of Hailee when she arrived and departed to keep me from worrying about her. My preference is leaving my baby at home in her own environment she is familiar with. Zina was very attentive with brushing and providing her with daily interaction and that warm touch of caring for her in my absence. I plan to rebook with her for another upcoming short trip. About: I grew up in a household housing pets all the time. I’ve had the opportunity to care for cats, dogs, guinea pigs, ducks, and a rabbit. I am familiar with animal’s nutrition and exercise needs. I’ve been able to carefully asses small injuries that can be treated at home and which ones require a visit to the vet. I’ve learned to pick up on the different personalities that each pet has and used it to ensure that each one is loved and in a happy environment. I’ve always been around pets, and I have a dog of my own named Khyzer (who is a very good boy!!). I also spend time researching how to properly feed and take care of different dogs based on their breed, size, age, and weight to gain more awareness. I am ready to care for your pet, have fun with them, and show them lots of love! I have a big and beautiful backyard for dogs to roam around and play! :D I never leave pets (including my own pets) unsupervised outside in my backyard (backyard only!! front yard has no fencing so it is dangerous). When we are inside, the same rules apply. Dogs and cats are just like children, so to help them out and to make pet parents feel comfortable and safe, I treat every dog with love and respect, while also supervising at all times. I love my own pets, and if I left them with someone I do not know, I would hope to have a sitter who truly loves and takes care of my pet properly.
