Katherine was very good to work with. She set up a meet and greet ahead of our visit and that put us at ease. She has a wonderful puppy friendly home. During their stay she sent plenty of pictures and updates. Flexible with drop off and pick up times. Overall we were very happy with our decision to use Rover and thankful for Katherine.
