We have a fenced-in yard and a doggy door so they can come and go as they please. Both are fixed as well.

I'm semi retired and have flexible availability, I can board, sit, walk mornings or evenings and weekends are no problem. If boarding, small dogs only I do not have a fenced yard so would use a leash or harness. I've never crated a pet but would if the owner prefers
