From holiday stays, house sitting to popping in and walking. I work from home and have a very dog friendly setup so your furry friend will feel like they’re right at home! I live an active lifestyle with lots of forest walks on our doorstep and just a short drive from the beach. Whether your fur baby is an energetic ball of fun or a chilled older dude, I will tailor their experience to each pup! I live on a substantial plot with lots of space for your pup to run around or lay on the grass! My garden is fully secure and 360’ fenced. And puppies and dogs requiring crate sleeping also fine! All welcome in our dog loving home in the forest. 🐾

“Absolutely great! Gayle understands long dogs and I think my rescue girlie loves her as much as Gayle loves her. My dog has separation anxiety and behavioural problems from her previous home, so it's a great result as it's the first time she has needed to stay overnight and the following day away from home. She got lots of cuddles and walks in the local woods and Gayle sent lots of pictures during the stay. Everybody happy, and I'll have no hesitation about taking my dog to Gayle again.”

About: I’ve taken care of friends dogs while they’ve been on holiday multiple times over the past few years so have experience of looking after dogs and I have my own dog as well I am not available Friday during the day or Saturday morning. I am only available some Wednesdays and Sundays. Main availability is Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday afternoons. For boarding there other family members available when I am out to help look after the dogs. I have a big garden fenced off and have my own dog who is a chocolate Lab mixed with a Vizla so the dogs would never be alone.

I'm treating my puppy like my baby and I was so much sick worried to leave him for long 4 days away from us... But from first phone conversation, through our first meeting, the vibe was amazing! Home and environment is totally dog and puppies friendly. Honestly, he even didn't feel we were gone. He had daily portion of fun, food always on time, walkies and what more important LOVE and understanding if he had poop accident at home etc. We had daily reports and tones of videos and pictures! I need to mention as well about their lovely dogs Oscar and Lucy, my Lulu had great company and they were also so patient with him. Thank you so much and I recommend you in hundred percent. “Mabel recently stayed with Joanne and her family. I sent her packing (a little nervous due to it being my first rover) and with a million warnings about what she MIGHT do! 🤣 Turns out Mabel was an absolute dream so they must have been brilliant at looking after her. I had regular updates and pictures. Timings were sorted out easily and we kept in touch via Whatsapp. Joanne has a really secure garden - which made me feel so much more comfortable leaving her there. It felt like a home from home setting. I have two children of my own and Joanne's two seemed to love her as much as her own. They were super excited to have her. She was allowed upstairs and just slipped into their family life. She had plenty of walks and was fed well. I wouldn't hesitate at using Jo again! Thanks guys! 🐾🐾”

About: I have been around dogs ever since I was a baby. My nan cared for retired guide dogs for around 20 years, so I developed a strong love and adoration for dogs. My family has owned 2 dogs since I was a child, sadly our last dog passed away 2 years ago and my family and I have felt like a part of us has been missing ever since. No dog could replace our sweet Lionel, he was the most special dog ever, but I decided to start up a dog boarding business as a way to still surround us with dogs. I have looked after friends and family’s dogs many times as favours before I started my business and that’s what really pushed me to have the confidence to do this as a job. If you choose to have me as your dog boarder, you can be assured that your dog will be treated like family and will be given so much love and care. I am available everyday of the week as this is my sole job. I do volunteer most mornings of the week, however I live in a house of 6 people so it is very rare that no one is home. I am fully licensed by Southampton City Council, so my house and garden have been completely approved and catered to suit dog boarding. I also have a Canine First Aid certification, full insurance and DBS checked.
