About: Always had a dog around me since I was a kid. Love the company of a furry friend. Would accommodate their needs. Would also provide exceptional care while their stay, such as brushing, cuddling, pet massages and more treatments to ensure your pet is satisfied. Working from home and would be keeping company of any pets day long. Would be able to frequently take them out on walks to ensure I meet their needs. My garden is fully fenced, I’m always aware of the open doors to ensure there are no escapes. About: I've had pets my entire life, so caring for animals comes naturally to me. Unfortunately we lost our lovely Labrador, Bella, at the end of 2025, but having other dogs in our home has been a wonderful way to ease the loss. I work for the UK's leading veterinary charity, giving me direct access to expert pet health advice, and I’m trained in pet first aid. I regularly look after friends’ and family members' pets, ensuring they feel right at home here. Your pets will have free roam of the house, with access to comfy sofas and beds. My insurance is also inclusive of banned breeds, I specifically chose this due to me having 2 XL Bullys myself so you have peace of mind that I’m fully aware of the exemption rules and these will be followed at all times. Please be aware any exempt dogs will need to be a 1:1 ratio dog to handler at all times. I offer both group walks and solo walks, adventure days, house sitting, pop ins and overnight stays. I currently only work part time and I am self employed so I’m able to change my work schedule to fit around the dogs in my care. I have a house with a large secure garden, situated in a very small village in the countryside. I am able to keep my own dogs completely separate from any other dogs.

“First time we have ever left our 1 year old lab freya with anyone , we did a meet and greet first at Josie house before hand , she went straight in had a sniff around, josie answered all our questions Freya seemed happy so booked . We drop her off not sure how she would be when we had gone ,but josie sent us photo and updated us she was settled after few hours. Sent us more photo later on her walk and update , so we did relax and enjoy our weekend. Got her back home and she slept for sometime as I think she was worn out .Shall be booking josie again,”
