About: I grew up with the craziest Maltese, who I trained from a puppy until I left for university, so I’ve always had dogs around me. I’m often at home and regularly look after my friends’ dogs, whether that’s keeping them company, playing with them, or taking out. I also enjoy running, swimming and other outdoor activities, and I’d love to have a dog join me whenever appropriate. I’ve always found that animals naturally seem to feel confortable around me, and most importantly, dog person for life! I’m a postgraduate student living in Falmouth with a part time job. I’m usually at home for most of the day unless im out doing an activity involving some sort of exercise I live in a spacious house with five friends, a courtyard, and plenty of room for dogs. About: Dog-lover, cat-lover, general pet lover. I live in a big house in Falmouth with a few friends, with a decently big enclosed garden. First time doing this but so excited! Im often at home, or out and about- I teach several surf lessons a week and work remotely the rest of the time- am always outside and always up for taking the dog for a walk or giving it a cuddle on the sofa. I tend to be up around 7:30ish in the morning. We are able to leave the garden open whenever we want as it is totally enclosed. I have a relatively large enclosed grass garden. Pets allowed on sofas. We’re very relaxed - it’s a very clean and tidy but well lived-in house. Always people at home. Having a dog is a dream of mine but I can’t get one because I don’t know my long term plans, so this is a perfect compromise!

About: Over the past few years, I have looked after a number of pets, walking and feeding them and monitoring them after visits to the vet. I work part-time, so I have plenty of time to look after pets. I love going on long walks, and I live near lots of green spaces that are very dog-friendly. About: My family has always owned dogs so I have a lifetime of personal experience. I volunteered and multiple animal sanctuaries and zoos growing up and I worked for pets at home for more than three years where i specialized in dog care. I am available most days and weekends for any bookings and will normally be happy to take bookings on short notice. The safety of the pets come first and for that reason I would make sure to supervise them and if in the garden make sure its enclosed and has no open gates. I work part time and have a very flexible daily schedule. The best thing to do is contact me with the dates and times you require and I will do my best to accommodate. The safety of your pets is my top priority, on our walks I like to keep them on the lead untill in certain they will listen to commands from me.

About: Where to start? I love cats. I respect their boundaries, appreciate their playfulness, and am always ready for a hug or for them to make some biscuits. I’ve had cats since I was little, and have professionally cat sat a couples’ kitties for an entire year in their own home. By day, I'm a freelance writer and Gus thinks he's my assistant (if you can call walking across my keyboard assistance). We also have a cat called Eva but she only has eyes for my daughter. I think cats are great teachers when it comes to consent. So I'm happy to cuddle a cat if they're willing but I'm also happy to respect a cat's autonomy if they're the standoffish kind. They know what they want - and sometimes that's just a bowl of food and a head tickle. About: Worked with dogs in the Singapore zoo, with an adoption programme with local SPCA to help rescues to get adopted and running an educational talks about adopting pets instead of buying them. Have experience in training dogs for obedience, but also fun tricks and sniffing out pythons the zoo as it’s located in a forest. Very good with senior dogs, have also worked in various shelters. About: I have a senior dog who is now 15 years of age back at home. When at home I enjoy and make sure to take the time to meet her needs by walking her, playing with her, feeding her and comforting her in times of need. About: Having had a number of pets my entire life, (hamsters, fish, dogs!), my love for animals has been such a huge part of my existence. This has continued into adulthood, with my family having a litter of puppies which we took care of, living with my partner who has cats and dogs and enjoying caring for both our families pets as well as friends and extended family. House and pet sitting is something I have continued to grow over the last year, having been to many different countries, I have used Trusted Housesitters whilst living in Australia, building up a number of reviews and experiences with cats and dogs, both senior and medicated to young and energetic! Primarily outside of family animal care, all pet sitting I have done has been day and night care, boarding and daily check ins. I am an avid walker and garden lover, and enjoy spending my days reading, exercising and in the sunshine. I am primarily based in Shrewsbury and am open to pet sitting of all ages and breed. For dog walking services, I will always respect lead use unless specified by owner specifically, it is my duty that the pet is returned safe and sound so my preference is always to remain on the lead unless specified by owner

About: I've always had pets for as-long as i can remember, cats when i was a newborn living on a boat, then whilst growing up.. a goldfish, then a hamster, 4 guinea pigs and for the past 10 years, my dog. So far I have cared for 15 dogs and counting and look forward to each and every new one to both brighten my day and give them the most awesome break away from home they could hope for! My cousin also use-to own a big dog boarding business and my friends have had dogs and puppies so i have experience with many different dogs through many different stages of their life. My dog has long hair (Shih-tzu) so i have had to brush, comb and wash him many times, thus i have experience and can do this for your dog also if required. I mostly work from home, thus i am avaialble most of the time for dog boarding, walks, sitting etc. I have a flexible schedule around the work i do so i can be flexible to your requirements. I have a closed off yard for pee breaks outside of walk time, i have one friendly Shih-tzu, i can seperate or crate them etc if needed.

About: I’ve had my own dog for the past 7 years and have experience in all areas of caring for her from walking and training to just chilling on the sofa! If you need any help, from walks to just company for you pup, I believe I can give you the help you’re looking for. My availability is flexible, and adjusts weekly, so if you know you’ll need my services, make sure you book in advance to avoid disappointment! I can adapt to any friendly home environment and am happy to provide cuddles and company for your pup as long as you provide poo bags an lead and treats if needed! Am happy working with any size dog - however for walking I am used to small/ medium sized dogs.
About: Ben and I love dogs so much! We’ve been dog sitting since 2019 (though new to Rover!). Your pets will be treated like our own - completely spoilt with fusses, playing and big walks. We work from home and walk our dog twice a day for an hour each time (though can also take them separately if a less active walk is preffered). We have an enclosed garden filled with dog toys for them to roam freely and just have infinite love and patience for our doggy friends. Stick throwing, river paddles and lots of cuddles can be expected. We also love cats (I grew up with 6 - 3 at my mums and 3 at my dad’s) so really happy to do visits for either or sit in your home to keep them company. We’re flexible, reliable and responsible. We bought our house in Falmouth last year so very much here to stay and can be a holiday home for your dog or a reoccurring sitter as it suits you. We work remotely so can spend time with nervous doggies in their own homes to make them as comfortable as possible or keep cats company during the day too. We can have dogs with us (as long as they get on with ours) overnights or just for the day and can do walks as well. Our home is very dog friendly with dogs allowed on sofas and beds. We also really don’t mind sandy or muddy paws. Dogs come first in our house!
About: I have personal experience with giving pets medication/shots and high-anxiety dogs - my own dog is extremely anxious and I have found many ways to calm her. I have had a cat and a dog since I was 5 years old (a Bengal cat and a Hungarian Vizsla!) and have been surrounded by lots of different animals through my friends and family. I am currently doing an internship, but I can do this remotely, so I can work from anywhere at any time! I enjoy walking especially in different areas of cornwall and going to the beach and swimming - I am trying to do this at least once a week throughout the whole year! I am a very loving person who will happily play and cuddle your animal (if it is comfortable). I am also very flexible in energy levels - I can easily be both high energy and low energy depending on what the specific animal wants and what it is best for it :)
About: I have been a dog walker for pets in my neighbourhood for many years in both braintree/cornwall and I have work experience at a local dog groomers. I am very passionate about animal care, having always spent time around horses and with my own dog at home. I am a full time student so my timetable varies but is pretty flexible at the moment:) I can usually sort out my uni work around other work so would be available most of the time ! When my dog stays with me, he has plenty of space inside and our large back garden which is fenced off is perfect for pets. I live close to the beach which is perfect for dog walks.
About: When I was young, my mum worked as a dog sitter so I became very used to having a different dog in our house every week! We also rescued a dog which had puppies which we went on to keep one of - so I’ve always been around pets. I now have my own 2 year old beddy whippet who I got when he 8 weeks old. It’s been a real experience bringing him up from a puppy and training him. I read so many books and learnt as much as I could about dogs and their nature and so have learnt to have a great understanding of dog behaviour and body language. I work as a photographer, so I’m either away a lot, or home all the time! When I’m home I like to take our dog for a lovely walk in the morning and then keep him company through the day while I work. Although I only have a very small courtyard at home, I live about 100yrds away from two lovely parks. Our house is very open plan with lots of sofas & chairs to lounge on!
About: Alongside owning my own dog and raising her from a puppy I have also looked after friends and families pups ranging in size and exercise requirements I’m a university student so have a flexible schedule and love any excuse to get outside and enjoy the beautiful Falmouth area. About: I’ve lived with cats my whole life, from strays to kittens, at one point we had seven ! I also have experience house sitting, baby sitting and dog sitting. About: My own dog, who is now 10, is my pride of joy. My life revolves around looking after her and she truly is a family member to me. I have taught her all of her tricks and habits. I did get lucky with her intelligence but having looked after other peoples dogs I have worked to train them too with great success. I am currently a University student at home for the holidays so am available every day. My schedule will revolve around the dogs and can accommodate your needs. I live in a safe neighbourhood with a fenced in garden and plenty of space for the pet to have free roam of the house. They are welcome on furniture including the bed, but if you would like them to remain crate-trained I can also easily accommodate that.
About: I have grown up with a cat as well as frequently looking after other peoples dogs via walking and house sitting. I have a degree in Zoology and I volunteer at the Seal Sanctuary aswell so care greatly about animals :) I currently only work part time as a swimming teacher so I can work most hours of the week. Wednesday’s I volunteer at the Seal Sanctuary so really that is the only day I cannot do. I can be on the cautious side when looking after another owner’s pet to make sure it is safe for them, while still allowing the pet to have fun and enjoy themselves.

About: I grew up with the craziest Maltese, who I trained from a puppy until I left for university, so I’ve always had dogs around me. I’m often at home and regularly look after my friends’ dogs, whether that’s keeping them company, playing with them, or taking out. I also enjoy running, swimming and other outdoor activities, and I’d love to have a dog join me whenever appropriate. About: Dog-lover, cat-lover, general pet lover. I live in a big house in Falmouth with a few friends, with a decently big enclosed garden. First time doing this but so excited! Im often at home, or out and about- I teach several surf lessons a week and work remotely the rest of the time- am always outside and always up for taking the dog for a walk or giving it a cuddle on the sofa. I tend to be up around 7:30ish in the morning. We are able to leave the garden open whenever we want as it is totally enclosed. I have a relatively large enclosed grass garden. Pets allowed on sofas. We’re very relaxed - it’s a very clean and tidy but well lived-in house. Always people at home. Having a dog is a dream of mine but I can’t get one because I don’t know my long term plans, so this is a perfect compromise!
About: I am a student who has looked after dogs for all I can remember. From walking my dogs at home, to fostering medical alert puppies, and volunteering at a kennels, I love dogs. I have experience caring for senior pets also and have a qualification in canine first aid. I have previously volunteered at my local animal shelter within the cotswolds and have attended puppy training sessions in the past with my own lovely Cavachon Polly. Since joining Rover, I’ve cared for all kinds of dogs, including elderly dogs, nervous or anxious dogs, energetic puppies, and dogs that need medication. I’ll always treat your dog as if they were my own - with lots of love, care, and attention to their individual needs and personality. For new clients, I’ll always ensure to set up a meet & greet prior to accepting the booking, to make sure we are a good fit for each other. I work full-time in a 9–5pm office job, but I do have the flexibility to work from home. For boarding / day care and house sitting bookings, I’ll work remotely from home for the duration of the stay, so your pets will have company throughout the day. I’m also available to walk them before or after work, and/or during my lunch break. For dog walking and drop-in visits, I can usually fit these in quite easily around my work schedule - especially if you’re very local to me! Please note: some bookings may require me to put a request in with my manager to work from home. These are almost always approved, but on occasion I may be required to go into the office. For that reason, there may be some booking requests I have to decline. I’ll always double check my availability and confirm with you before accepting a booking. My rates are based on the assumption that your dog is comfortable being left for occasional short periods (e.g. 2–4 hours). Any alone time would always be based entirely on your dog’s routine, comfort and needs. We can chat about this more at a meet & greet prior to booking if needed. For dogs who cannot be left for that long (e.g. less than 2 hours), I offer constant-supervision care. This requires extra planning and time, so a small additional fee applies. I will also ensure to adhere to any requirements that you might have - this might be regarding walks, training, feeding, medication, or anything else.
