“Chalky has had a great time at Richard’s. Being an older dog we were a bit apprehensive about leaving him in a strange place but Richard was very patient with him and really understood how to look after him. He kept us updated with photos of chalky and when we came to pick him up we could tell he had had a great time. I would have no hesitation in recommending Richard to any of my friends”

“Wow I was so impressed with Mads!! From the get go it was clear she was the right person to take care of my baby while I was away!! Lots of pertinent questions when we first met and great communication while I was away! Upon my return it was so clear that lady had the best time staying with her, with lots of walks and having fun on the beach! Mads is so friendly and great, clearly a massive dog lover and if I ever need to head away again she'll be my first choice 100% Thank you again for everything!!”

“Monty was a very happy boy staying with Harriet for the weekend, got taken on lots of walks and had a good swim in the sea which he loved. Would recommend and will be hoping to use Harriet again if I go away”

About: Hi, I'm Leo and I have taken care of dogs my whole life. I like to get out and about so I'm always walking my dog Bruce, he comes with me everywhere I go! I have experience caring for senior pets also and have a qualification in canine first aid. I understand that all dogs are different and need different breed specific stimulation to be happy and healthy and I will always try to weave some training in with all the playtime and walks! I'm currently available full-time with availability Mon-Fri and Saturday if required. I am able to be flexible to suit your requirements and meet the needs of your pet. I live in close proximity to woodland, open fields and enclosed paddocks. I also have access to an unfenced garden in my home. I have a 18 month old Sprocker Spaniel and an elderly cat at home to keep your best friend company.
“I was very anxious looking for a dog sitter as our spaniels have never stayed with anyone who wasn’t a family member (and well known to them). The moment Molly and Syd met Alison I knew they would be ok. She has a fabulous manner and they instantly warmed to her. I think they thought they’d won the lottery and looked instantly at home in her wonderful farmhouse and surrounding fields. Alison sent us photos of them having an incredible time on walks and then worn out snoozing with her on the sofa. I knew they’d had a fabulous time when Syd put the brakes on and had to be pulled out her kitchen to leave 🤣 Molly arrived home, had a quick sniff of our garden and got back in the car! We were certain she was telling us she wanted to go back to Alison’s 🤣”

“Tabitha is lovely, and the location is wonderful, on a farm in the middle of countryside. We were sent regular updates with photos of our dog looking relaxed and happy, She clearly had a fantastic time with Tabitha, and we will certainly wish to rebook with her when needed. Thank you!”

“Winnie absolutely loves staying with Conny. She’s so well looked after, and we get regular photo and video updates of her having such a great time. Would highly recommend Conny to anyone. Thanks again”

“Virginia was just wonderful with Albie. As a recently adopted dog, he’s still a bit unsure of new faces and change, but she let him take the lead and was patient and gentle so he could get comfortable on his own time. Albie had a very happy day with Virginia and I’ve already rebooked!”

“What an amazing time my Sam had. I received lots of updates and pictures, and she made me feel he was in the best care. I wouldn’t hesitate in using Katie again. Exceptionally caring and made Sam part of the family for a week. ❤️”

About: My name is Rose and I run this account with my Boyfriend Jago :) We are both Marine biology students, and miss our dogs at home! I've spent the last 9 years looking after and training my own black Schnoodle at home, as well as caring for dogs of different breeds and sizes for friends and family. We are both confident with feeding, walks, toilet breaks, playtime, and making sure every dog feels happy, comfortable, and well looked after. My boyfriend and I both work part time, meaning someone is always around to ensure your furry friend is never alone! We are both very active (meaning lots of W.A.L.Ks) and are always spending time outdoors, adventuring to new spots when we can. My garden is fenced, meaning lots of space for sniffing outdoors and having fun. Also living in a safe neighbourhood, evening walks are no problem!

“Abi is an excellent dog sitter. Both of our dogs adore her! They were so excited when she arrived to look after them for the weekend, it was wonderful to see. I had no concerns leaving them in her care, and revived regular pictures and updates; they had a fabulous time and I'm sure Abi will become a regular in their lives whenever we are away.”

“Monika is the first person to ever look after Monty and it was his first time not staying at our house. We were nervous about how he would be but it’s very obvious that he had a fantastic time away! She kept us very informed on how he was doing and I think the chance to spend time with another bigger dog in the house has really improved his behaviour. Super happy with the whole experience and would absolutely recommend Monika to look after your pup!”

“Marietta took great care of Nova and send us some cute pictures during the day. We met before, so that all was clear for the day itself. Would recommend! Monty was also very cute 🐾”

“Ella and her partner looked after my mini dachshund whilst I was visiting the area. They were fantastic with her, took her to the beach and sent lots of pictures. So happy I found them and would definitely recommend”

“Matt was absolutely amazing, and I’d highly recommend him to anyone looking for a pet sitter. One of our cats isn’t very well at the moment, and we were due to be away for six days, so we were really worried about leaving him. Matt was wonderful from start to finish. He came over before we left to meet both the boys and us, talked through everything he’d need to do, and then visited twice a day while we were away. He followed our instructions to the letter, made sure medications were given correctly, and sent regular photos and updates so we knew the cats were happy, comfortable, and getting plenty of cuddles. Everything was perfect when we got back, and it was such a relief knowing they had been so well looked after. We’ll absolutely be asking Matt to look after them again in the future. Thanks so much, Matt!”

“the cats had a fabulous time with Paul! we had regular updates and lots of pictures during the visits. Both of our cats are usually very cautious of new people but they warmed up to Paul very quickly! couldn’t recommend him enough! will be rebooking in the near future definitely😊”

“Jenny was brilliant as always! The cats seem so relaxed and happy in the photos she sent and they were very chilled when we got home. Great communication and no problems at all. Would definitely ask Jenny to help again! ”

About: I've had cats all my life and these days, I hang out with a lil tabby dude called Gus. By day, I'm a freelance writer and Gus thinks he's my assistant (if you can call walking across my keyboard assistance). We also have a cat called Eva but she only has eyes for my daughter. I think cats are great teachers when it comes to consent. So I'm happy to cuddle a cat if they're willing but I'm also happy to respect a cat's autonomy if they're the standoffish kind. They know what they want - and sometimes that's just a bowl of food and a head tickle. I've nursed old cats in their final days, welcomed new kittens into the world and taken care of cats after surgery and illness. I believe every cat has a very unique personality and it's only by tuning in to them that you find out what it is. I'm happy to be a surrogate carer for your little one.

“Massive thank you to Isabella who fitted me and Hazel in last minute! Fab at communicating and loved the updates (especially as I know Hazel can be a little stand-offish at times!). Could not recommend more, and will for sure be a first port of call should I need cat care again.”

About: My whole life I’ve been surrounded by dogs, I even grew up with Irish wolfhounds, so know how to handle the larger breeds. I’m very reliable and have walked dogs for a long time, and due to my love for animals, I’ll enjoy walking your dog just as much as they will. Im currently working a part time job so have plenty of free time to walk and play with your pups! I would love to pursue dog walking as a full time job and therefore my availability is very flexible. I have a large, fenced, secure garden and will keep you dogs entertained in their favourite way. Whether that be playing fetch or cuddling up with tummy scratches!!

About: I have taken care of my Bengal cat since I was 5 years old until she passed away, and have also taken care of other cats from friends and family. Comfortable with feeding, littercare and giving medication if needed.

About: At 8 I rescued a kitten from the road, and got my gran to adopt her as we already had 3 dogs at home. I have always loved feeding and taking care of strays, helping my neighbours look and friends with their cat and I have now done a few cat sitting on Rover too as I’ve started using in almost 3 years ago. I’d be so happy to look after your beautiful four legged fury friend and I promise I will give them as much love as if they were with you.
About: I’m a zoology student missing my cocker spaniel at home and looking to help with walks or drop ins as available! I have volunteered since 14 in canine fields, up until recently where i helped out with cleaning, training and walking dogs of all varieties and temperaments. I am currently a student looking for some work on the side. I am always free to help Saturdays (Sundays I dedicate to volunteering at the shelter). But weekdays I would be free early mornings for walks and also evenings! I have no dogs at home currently so If your fur baby gets nervous, it would be an ideal location. I am also able to care for multiple dogs at a time in your home.

About: My mum had a full time pet grooming business so from 13 I always wanted to step in and help wherever I could even if it was to give out treats, I love both cats and dogs and have been pet sitting both aswell as reptiles for 3 years, i can give oral medications if necessary and i’m confident with care for disabled animals who may need expressing etc. i have personal experience with deaf and blind animals. id love to help you out where possible for dogs and cats of any size, breed and temperament :)
About: My family has always owned dogs so I have a lifetime of personal experience. I volunteered and multiple animal sanctuaries and zoos growing up and I worked for pets at home for more than three years where i specialized in dog care. I am available most days and weekends for any bookings and will normally be happy to take bookings on short notice. The safety of the pets come first and for that reason I would make sure to supervise them and if in the garden make sure its enclosed and has no open gates. I work part time and have a very flexible daily schedule. The best thing to do is contact me with the dates and times you require and I will do my best to accommodate. The safety of your pets is my top priority, on our walks I like to keep them on the lead untill in certain they will listen to commands from me.

“Our puppy has separation anxiety, but Chloe was there to look after her and our puppy took to her. We appreciated the updates in photos. We would recommend Chloe to anyone who needs dog-sitting :)”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 14. I’ve dog sitted, walked neighbours dogs, and owned dogs myself. I have a great passion for the care of animals having previously worked on a farm for 3 years. I also love the outdoors and love to explore with dogs! I’m currently a student at Falmouth university and work on Saturdays so my availability varies. But worth popping a message to check if I’m free! With dogs I think it’s key to spend time to get to know them and learn how my care can meet there needs most. I find this builds a better relationship between myself and the dog and creates a more enjoyable experience for both. I will do a meet and greet with owners before caring for your pet so that I can gain trust and see how to best look after your dog!

About: Where to start? I love cats. I respect their boundaries, appreciate their playfulness, and am always ready for a hug or for them to make some biscuits. I’ve had cats since I was little, and have professionally cat sat a couples’ kitties for an entire year in their own home. I have trained cats (yes you’ve read that right) to do various tricks, and have completed regular drop ins for people requiring feeding, or socialising.
About: I moved to Cornwall for university and soon found the passion for surfing. I now live in Cornwall and have been looking after dogs for several years now. Moving to Cornwall on my own has made me very independent, but also very flexible. Which means pet care fits easily into my day to day routine. I have a few small jobs that I can schedule around the dog sitting, so I'm able to give pets plenty of time and attention. I thrive on having a routine and living an active, healthy lifestyle. When looking after pets. I understand how important routine is, including regular walks, playtime, and plenty of attention, especially as different breeds have different needs. With my active lifestyle, i genuinely enjoy walks, runs, and spending time outdoors, so keeping dogs happy and exercised comes naturally to me. When I'm caring for pets in their own home, I'm always respectful, tidy and minimal, making sure everything is kept just as the owners expect.

“Elisha came for a pre visit and we spoke of the requirements of our 2 cats, Daisy and Diesel, their feed schedule, their dietary requirements and cleaning up of their litter box. Whilst we were away, Elisha took care of them, giving us excellent updates on their activities and what they had eaten etc.”

“Frank had the best time with Leo. It has been a while since Frank had been with someone he wasn’t familiar with. He wasn’t happy when I left. Leo quickly sent me reassuring pictures. Little updates flowed throughout the day as they went of in walks and played at Leo’s home. Frank looked reluctant to leave. Would leave my little Prince with Leo any day. Thank you!”

“Kyal, was absolutely fabulous with our labradoodle Milo whom he looked after whilst we attended our daughters graduation. He took him for a long walk along the coast line to Flushing beach and sent wonderful pictures of their time together. Milo even had a dip in the sea . He had so much fun that he slept as soon as we got home. Thanks for taking care of Milo Kyal.”

“Harriet provided an excellent day care service for our three Spanish Water Dogs. The youngest of which, Nessa, is an extremely lively puppy who thrives on plenty of attention. I have no doubt that Harriet was kept busy by Nessa. All dogs were well cared for and we would have no hesitation in seeking Harriet’s services in the future”

Alison sent us photos during the day and it was clear to see Jasper was having a great time, Thank you so much Alison for your reassurance that all was well as it meant we could relax and enjoy our day out too! We are already planning our next trip away knowing Jasper is in safe hands.”

“I just want to say what a fantastic young lady Virginia is, she looked after my furbaby for 2 days (Separate days) whilst we were on holiday in Cornwall. She is totally genuine and I know she looked after my baby (Lyra) just as I would. If Lyra could have spoken she would have told me what a totally awesome time she has had with her. If you are looking for someone to look after your special baby then book Virginia. Thank you so much for taking care of Lyra for us.”

“Runa instantly felt at home with Rhianna. She was very well looked after and came home a very happy girl! Rhianna sent lots of lovely photo updates and messages on how runa was throughout the day so I knew she was in safe hands. Thank you!”

About: I’ve grown up with dogs all my life, and for the past 11 years my family and I cared for our own much‑loved Cavachon, who we sadly lost a couple of months ago. We raised her from a puppy, so I’m very familiar with early training, building routines, socialisation, and helping a young dog grow into a confident, well‑behaved companion. As she got older, we also managed her medication and adapted her routine to keep her comfortable, so I’m confident handling day‑to‑day care that needs consistency and a bit of extra attention. Over the years we’ve also looked after dogs belonging to family, friends, colleagues and neighbours. From Springer Spaniels and Dalmatians to Labradors, Cockapoos and Terriers. We have a large enclosed garden and a spacious open‑plan home where dogs can play, roam or rest depending on what they enjoy. My husband and our two children (aged 6 and 9) adore dogs. We love heading out for beach walks, woodland adventures and coastal paths together. The children are gentle, respectful and understand when dogs need quiet time and space. We aim to create a relaxed, predictable environment where dogs feel safe, settled and part of the family. Please get in touch if we can help, and feel free to share as much information as possible about feeding routines, temperament and anything else that helps us make their stay perfect. Pet care fits naturally into our weekly routine. I’m currently at home during the day, and over the school holidays I’m with my children, so there’s always company and plenty of attention for visiting dogs. My husband also works from home a lot, which means dogs are rarely left alone and can enjoy a calm, consistent environment. We’re used to planning our days around dog‑friendly activities, beach walks, coastal paths, and relaxed weekend outings, so it’s easy for us to build a dog’s routine into our own. Whether it’s regular walks, playtime, or just having someone around, we’re a family who genuinely enjoys making dogs feel part of our day. We have a large, fully fenced garden where they can explore and play securely, and our home is set up so dogs can be part of family life without feeling overwhelmed. Our children (aged 6 and 9) have grown up around dogs and are gentle, confident, and respectful, they love to play, but they also understand when a dog needs space or quiet time. We live close to woods, coastal paths, and dog‑friendly beaches, so walks are varied and enriching.
“I had my Vizsla pup stay with Conny for a day, and he had an amazing time! They went on a few walks and even visited the beach. Conny sent me plenty of pictures throughout the day. I highly recommend her if you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about dogs and has experience working with them.”

“Our lovely needy little dog Gus has been very well looked after with real care and attention. I can't recommend Esther and her family enough! Our dog doesn't like staying at the kennels so we're very grateful to have Esther look after Gus, especially in a heatwave when it's hard to take a dog out.”

“We went camping in Cornwall and needed Bailey to be with someone for a day whilst we explored some of the sights which didn’t allow dogs. Lerryn was the perfect choice. She looked after Bailey so well, giving him cool walks by a waterfall and friendly experience in a cafe. He had the best time whilst we had our best time. Thank you!”

About: Worked with dogs in the Singapore zoo, with an adoption programme with local SPCA to help rescues to get adopted and running an educational talks about adopting pets instead of buying them. Have experience in training dogs for obedience, but also fun tricks and sniffing out pythons the zoo as it’s located in a forest. Very good with senior dogs, have also worked in various shelters. I have also administered injection and oral medication for both cats and dogs. I’m currently working part-time 3 days a week, so am perfect for dog walking services or happy to take care of pets or do boarding! “Kyal is awesome. He took the time to meet Albie (and me) before their walks together, showed up promptly (and let me know he’d arrived), sent pics of a very happy pooch, and I came home to a super content setter each day. What more could I ask for?! Thanks so much Kyal. Albie looks forward to seeing you again soon.”

He messaged me and sent a picture of Bobby enjoying his walk. We have booked him again for this week and wouldn't hesitate in recommending him.”

About: I've always had pets for as-long as i can remember, cats when i was a newborn living on a boat, then whilst growing up.. a goldfish, then a hamster, 4 guinea pigs and for the past 10 years, my dog. My cousin also use-to own a big dog boarding business and my friends have had dogs and puppies so i have experience with many different dogs through many different stages of their life. About: Ben and I love dogs so much! We’ve been dog sitting since 2019 (though new to Rover!). Your pets will be treated like our own - completely spoilt with fusses, playing and big walks. We work from home and walk our dog twice a day for an hour each time (though can also take them separately if a less active walk is preffered). We have an enclosed garden filled with dog toys for them to roam freely and just have infinite love and patience for our doggy friends. Stick throwing, river paddles and lots of cuddles can be expected. We also love cats (I grew up with 6 - 3 at my mums and 3 at my dad’s) so really happy to do visits for either or sit in your home to keep them company. We’re flexible, reliable and responsible. We bought our house in Falmouth last year so very much here to stay and can be a holiday home for your dog or a reoccurring sitter as it suits you. We work remotely so can spend time with nervous doggies in their own homes to make them as comfortable as possible or keep cats company during the day too. We can have dogs with us (as long as they get on with ours) overnights or just for the day and can do walks as well. Our home is very dog friendly with dogs allowed on sofas and beds. We also really don’t mind sandy or muddy paws. Dogs come first in our house!
About: I’m a marine biology student who misses her black lab from home, lots of experience looking after friends dogs for extended periods of time. I will listen to and stick to your instructions, caring for your dog the way you know is best!
About: I'm a recently qualified veterinarian, about to graduate from the University of Surrey, who has moved back home to Cornwall for the summer before starting work as a practising vet in September! I have always had a cat and dogs within the family, a lover of doggo cuddles and company! I have also worked at kennels, catteries and veterinary clinics as placement for my degree. I am available most weekdays until September and have a car, allowing me to provide reliable pet care within a 15 mile radius of Camborne! Please let me know of any specific requirements you have when it comes to looking after your gorgeous, precious pets! I am happy to take them out in my car for walks or around the area!

About: Having had a number of pets my entire life, (hamsters, fish, dogs!), my love for animals has been such a huge part of my existence. This has continued into adulthood, with my family having a litter of puppies which we took care of, living with my partner who has cats and dogs and enjoying caring for both our families pets as well as friends and extended family. House and pet sitting is something I have continued to grow over the last year, having been to many different countries, I have used Trusted Housesitters whilst living in Australia, building up a number of reviews and experiences with cats and dogs, both senior and medicated to young and energetic! Primarily outside of family animal care, all pet sitting I have done has been day and night care, boarding and daily check ins. I am an avid walker and garden lover, and enjoy spending my days reading, exercising and in the sunshine. I enjoy looking after pets this way as we get to spend ample time together and it is hugely beneficial to both of us. I am primarily based in Shrewsbury and am open to pet sitting of all ages and breed. I am currently working part time (remote work) so I am freely available on my days off or am available even on working days as I can bring my work with me! I am an avid walker and available to schedule sits around my working commitments as they are flexible. I am also fully available on weekends. I will always stick to the requirements of pet owners when offering a service at a pet owners home. I always try to stick to the pets routine, where possible, including feeding, medication and walking (if needed) routines. If the garden is safe for use for pet play then this will be a great space to use, if animal care needs to be outside of the house this is also taken into account. I always strive to maintain morning and evening routines and care with regular toilet breaks, bedtime routines and sticking with bedtime rules (such as where the pet sleeps). For overnight sits I am more than happy if the pet sleeps on the bed - whatever the pets preference I am happy with! For dog walking services, I will always respect lead use unless specified by owner specifically, it is my duty that the pet is returned safe and sound so my preference is always to remain on the lead unless specified by owner

About: My own dog, who is now 10, is my pride of joy. My life revolves around looking after her and she truly is a family member to me. I have taught her all of her tricks and habits. I did get lucky with her intelligence but having looked after other peoples dogs I have worked to train them too with great success. I am a very patient person who brings a calm and inviting demeanour to dogs, becoming their comfort base when we are in busy areas. I absolutely adore getting the privilege to look after dogs and I treat them how I treat my own- like family. I have experience dealing with aggressive animals, oral medication, cleaning of wounds and infections, elderly and young pups. I am currently a University student at home for the holidays so am available every day. My schedule will revolve around the dogs and can accommodate your needs. I live in a safe neighbourhood with a fenced in garden and plenty of space for the pet to have free roam of the house. They are welcome on furniture including the bed, but if you would like them to remain crate-trained I can also easily accommodate that.
About: I’ve always had pets growing up as a child, I have taken care of 4 dogs since I was 8. My love for them keeps growing with the years. I have taken care of any animal found abandoned on the street or badly treated, for me they all deserve care and love. I have volunteered at animal sanctuaries so I feel confident to take care of any sort of dog or cat. I am used to having lots of pets around, I love to walk them, cuddle, feed and bathe if needed. I am used to all sort of ages and breeds. I’m a freelance writer and I work mostly from home. I have plenty of flexibility and free time during the week. I share my house with my two friends who both adore animals and would give them much love. I miss my family dogs very much and taking care of your pet would make me so happy. I am always looking forward on spending some time with a four legged friend! I have a quiet backyard, it has a lovely shade and it’s very peaceful, so it is perfect for a day sitting. For the night I am happy to have your pet over unless it’s a big dog then I would prefer staying over at the owner’s home. I am very tidy and respectful, I will leave your house just as I have found it and I do believe the animal will feel safer being at their own home.
“Ellen met and walked our pups today. Her pre-walks communication was great. She was very pleasant and professional and quickly tuned in to what our pups preferences were and what they needed. They took an instant liking to her and we look forward to Ellen walking them again soon. We're very pleased to have found such a lovely, reliable dog walker. 🐕🐕🐾🐾”

About: Throughout my whole life I've owned multiple dogs, cats, hamsters and ginuea pigs. From walking and bathing family pets to friends and neighbours to staying over night or popping round when need to feed/ toilet time. I absolutely love all kind of animals and willing to help for what services you need. I am currently a uni student, but very much missing my fur babies from home!! My love for animals is never ending, instead of looking for a job I may not like I would love to spend my time with lovable pets!! My classes throughout the day vary but I am available everyday at certain times and every evening! I will spend time with your pets, giving them the one on one time they crave or for those older pets I will offer them a safe space to relax and enjoy soft pets, while following all rules set by owner!
About: As a passionate animal enthusiast, I’m dedicated to giving every pet the love and attention they deserve. Living and working in the heart of Cornwall, I’m lucky to be surrounded by stunning beaches, countryside, and trails — the perfect setting for enriching dog walks and outdoor adventures. I provide professional, compassionate care with a focus on your pet’s safety, comfort, and happiness. I never do pack walks, ensuring a calm and enjoyable experience tailored to each dog’s personality and needs. Whether it’s energetic puppies, anxious dogs, or senior pets needing gentle care, I adapt each walk or visit accordingly. As your local dog walker, sitter, and boarder, I offer flexible and personalised services including: • One-to-one or small group dog walks • Home boarding in a safe, loving environment • Pet sitting and pop-in visits for all animals I’m fully insured, DBS checked, and trained in pet first aid — giving you total peace of mind while you’re away. I also love meeting new pets and their owners to create a custom care plan that fits perfectly with your routine. Let’s chat and see how I can help make your pet’s day a little brighter! Pet care is a core part of my daily and weekly routine — not just a job, but a lifestyle I truly love. Each day is planned around the needs of the pets I care for, whether that’s morning walks along the Cornish coast, midday pop-in visits, or evening cuddles for pets staying with me overnight. I build my schedule with plenty of time and flexibility to give every animal my full attention and care. No two days are the same, which is what I enjoy most. From active dogs needing long countryside walks, to older pets who prefer a slower pace and some quiet companionship, I make sure each pet gets the right level of care, stimulation, and love. Weekly, I also spend time checking in with pet owners, updating care plans, and continuing my learning in animal behaviour and first aid. Being fully committed to this work means pets are never an afterthought — they’re at the heart of how I organise my life. Whether pets are staying in my home or I’m caring for them in theirs, safety, comfort, and trust are at the heart of everything I do. In My Home: I create a calm, secure, and loving environment where pets feel like part of the family. I follow their usual routines as closely as possible to reduce stress — from feeding and sleeping schedules to playtime and quiet moments. My home is pet-safe, with secure outdoor space, and I only board a small number of animals at once to ensure individual attention and a peaceful atmosphere. I also carry out careful meet-and-greets beforehand to make sure each pet is a good fit for the home environment. In the Pet Owner’s Home: When visiting or staying in a pet’s own home, I treat it with the same care and respect I would my own. I stick to the owner’s instructions closely, ensuring pets feel safe and relaxed in their familiar surroundings. I always take time to build trust with the animals I care for, using gentle, positive approaches to make each interaction reassuring and enjoyable. In both settings, I’m fully insured, DBS checked, and trained in pet first aid. I keep open communication with pet owners through regular updates, photos, and check-ins — so they feel confident and reassured while they’re away.
About: I have personal experience with giving pets medication/shots and high-anxiety dogs - my own dog is extremely anxious and I have found many ways to calm her. I have had a cat and a dog since I was 5 years old (a Bengal cat and a Hungarian Vizsla!) and have been surrounded by lots of different animals through my friends and family. I am currently doing an internship, but I can do this remotely, so I can work from anywhere at any time! I enjoy walking especially in different areas of cornwall and going to the beach and swimming - I am trying to do this at least once a week throughout the whole year! I am a very loving person who will happily play and cuddle your animal (if it is comfortable). I am also very flexible in energy levels - I can easily be both high energy and low energy depending on what the specific animal wants and what it is best for it :)
“Ruby was great. She came for a meet and greet before the day. My nervous large dog was fine with her as she has a very calm nature. She walked them and dried them off. Very caring. I would use Ruby again.”

“Cara was fantastic! She was on time, sent lots of pictures, and Albie had long, awesome walks with her! He was super happy when I got home. I would totally book again. Thanks again, Cara.”

“Jason and his family were so wonderful to Tanuki! I received videos and photos of Tanuki having the time of her life playing with other doggos. Ottis and Tanuki were so similar, they got on so well I was gutted I had to take her away, haha! Thank you so much for looking after my furry doghter : )”

“Chloe and Biddy were very helpful with a late request for weekend dog sitting. Theo and Chili had a great time sunbathing, playing in the garden and exploring the woods, and Biddy was very laid back about dealing with a cheeky 1 year old!”

“Shaun was so patient with Luna. She’s an anxious dog, super attached to her family, so it was a new experience for her. It took her a while to warm up, but she seemed very happy and content once she’d settled in. Shaun was very professional and kept me updated through regular messages and photos. It was good to see her having fun while I was away. Thanks Shaun for taking the time to settle her in and make her feel at home.”
