About: I’ve had dogs for most of my life and have experience caring for different breeds, from an American Akita to my miniature dachshund, who’s still very much part of the family. My Akita was with me from being a puppy right through to 13 years old, so I’ve experienced every stage of a dog’s life, from training and daily exercise to caring for them as they get older. Dogs have always been a big part of our home. I have two young children who have grown up around dogs since birth and are very gentle and comfortable with them. I genuinely love having dogs around the house. Plenty of fuss, cuddles, attention, and long walks, especially down at the beach, are all part of everyday life here. I aim to make every dog feel relaxed, safe, and at home while they’re with us. 🐾 I work full-time Monday to Friday (7:30am–5:00pm), so I am mainly available for dog boarding and pet care at weekends. This means I can offer a calm, consistent home environment with plenty of attention, walks, and time spent with your dog while I am home. On some weekends I have my children staying with me every other weekend. They are dog-friendly, calm, and have grown up around dogs, so your pet will be part of a family environment when they are here. On the alternate weekends, it will just be myself at home, providing a quieter setting for dogs who prefer a more relaxed space. During the weekdays, I am open to considering dogs that are well-behaved and comfortable being left alone during working hours (7:30am–5:00pm), provided the owner is happy with this routine. I ensure early morning, evening, and night-time care with walks and attention before and after work. Overall, I aim to provide a safe, stable, and caring home where dogs are well looked after and treated like part of the family. 🐾 I have a reasonably sized, fully fenced garden where dogs can safely relax, play, or enjoy some fresh air when the weather is nice. Inside the home, dogs are welcome to have full access to shared living spaces and will be treated as part of the family. They are allowed on furniture, so they can feel comfortable and at home, although I do not allow dogs on the beds. I also have my own dachshund, Winnie, who is very friendly and used to other dogs, so your dog will have company and social interaction during their stay. If required, I can comfortably crate dogs and will follow any routine or instructions provided by owners to ensure they feel secure and settled. My priority is always to provide a safe, calm, and supervised environment where dogs are well cared for and can relax. 🐾

About: Hi, I’m a retired dog lover living with my husband and our own friendly dog. As I’m home full-time, your dog will never be left alone and will be part of a calm, loving home. We’ve had dogs since 2006, and I volunteered as a dog walker for the RSPCA, so I’m confident with many breeds, reading body language, and supporting anxious dogs, including those with separation worries. We live close to the beach, and your dog will enjoy regular walks, often twice a day, plus time in our secure enclosed garden. Walks can be on or off lead, depending on your dog’s recall and your wishes. I offer a caring, structured environment with plenty of attention and affection. Dogs aren’t allowed on the furniture, to help maintain consistency in our home. For the safety and comfort of all dogs in my care, I only accept neutered males and spayed females, and every booking starts with a meet and greet, to make sure we are the right fit. My aim is to provide a genuine home from home, where you can enjoy your time away knowing your dog is safe, happy and well cared for. I’m at home full-time, so daycare and dog sitting fit easily into my everyday routine. With my own dog, I’m already out on regular walks often along the beach, and I can adapt to your dog’s usual routine. It means your dog gets attention throughout the day in a calm, consistent setting. Your dog’s safety is my top priority. I offer a calm home environment with a secure garden, constant supervision, and a consistent routine. I generally only take one dog at a time. If you have two dogs that live together and need care, this can be discussed. Walks are tailored to your dog’s needs, with careful assessment before any off-lead time. Every stay starts with a meet and greet, to make sure everyone feels safe and relaxed.
“We couldn’t have found a better holiday home for Bonnie than with Rene and Robert. Thank you so much and for all the walks by the sea…her favourite place to be. And thank you for all the updates and pictures.”

“Sofia and her Dad Rod were amazing!! They looked after Rocky and Fudge like part of the family. Sofia sent updates and photos. I could not recommend enough. Everything was fab and we were able to enjoy our break knowing the doggies were happy. Highly recommended!”

“Penny was a dream, when we needed support for George at very short notice.Penny made a very stressful situation much easier by being so easy and quick to communicate with. About: What sets me apart as a pet carer is the lifelong experience I have with animals — not just as a sitter, but as someone who has shared their home and heart with pets for as long as I can remember. I’ve had dogs almost all my life, from early childhood through adulthood, including providing a loving home for rescue dogs in need of patience and care, and a wonderfully spoiled Pekingese who knew he ruled the house! Alongside my canine companions, I’ve also cared for over 10 cats — each with their own personality, from shy and independent to playful and attention-seeking. Looking after pets, for me, goes beyond feeding and walking. It’s about building trust and understanding their unique needs — whether that’s keeping a nervous rescue dog calm with gentle routines, giving senior pets the extra comfort and care they deserve, or entertaining an energetic kitten with playtime. I’m experienced in administering medication, maintaining balanced diets, and ensuring pets get the right amount of exercise, all while showering them with love and attention. What truly sets me apart is the personal touch I bring — treating every pet as if they were my own, always ensuring they feel safe, happy, and at home. I’d be delighted to care for your furry family members and give them the love they deserve. Let me know if you'd like to chat further! Pet care fits seamlessly into my daily routine because I work from home with full flexibility, allowing me to structure my day around the needs of the pets I look after. Whether it’s feeding, playtime, or regular walks, I’m always present and able to give them the attention they deserve. Living right next to the beach is a huge bonus — it means I can offer a variety of walks, whether it’s a short, playful stroll along the shore or a longer, more adventurous walk to burn off some extra energy. The fresh air, open space, and ever-changing seaside environment create a perfect setting for happy, active pets. Because I’m home throughout the day, I can easily adapt to their routines — from calming company for pets who prefer a relaxed pace, to interactive play for those who love staying active. Their comfort and well-being are always my priority! When caring for pets in my home, I make sure they feel completely comfortable and at ease, treating them as part of the family. My home is spacious, giving pets plenty of room to roam, play, or find a cozy spot to rest — with no restrictions on where they can sleep or relax. Whether they prefer curling up on the sofa, stretching out in a sunny corner, or having a quiet space of their own, I make sure they feel safe and settled. Being just a short walk from the beach and a nearby playground means there’s always an opportunity for fun, whether it’s a brisk morning walk along the shore, a playful run, or a gentle evening stroll. For pets who love a bit of nature, there’s also an allotment space just minutes away, perfect for a sniff-filled adventure. I’m respectful of the home, keeping everything tidy and making sure the pet is happy, well-fed, and entertained. No matter the setting, my goal is always to create a loving, stress-free environment tailored to each pet's needs.

“Thank you - you looked after our Max like he was your own. Thank you also for the updates you sent, it was lovely to see him settling in well, behaving himself, treating your home, and you like you were his family xx”

“We used Michaela’s dog boarding services during our holiday in New York City and we can’t thank Michaela and her family enough for the service provided! They made it a stress free holiday for us; we were sent constant photos of Freddo’s adventures with updates day and night. I could tell from day one he was in good hands. I would recommended Michaela to everyone and anyone who has a dog in need of dog boarding services. The dedication she has shown to walk Freddo in the early morning and late evening, to ensure a big dog got constant exercise even in the hot weather the UK has had this week, proved to us how much she loves & cares about dogs. Thank you to Michaela and her family once again, we will 100% be using your service again when needed 😄”

“Alfie had a great week with Rhiannon and the family. He has come back today a very happy puppy! Communication was great, and I wouldn't hesitate to use her services again. Thanks!”

“Rex loved his time with Brandel and her beautiful family. He was treated like one of their own from the moment he arrived. I recived many lovely photos/video updates during his stay. We will definitely use Brandel again , I would recommend her very highly.”

“It was our first time using Rover and so glad we did. Jamie was a great communicator and took care of Ponyo with love. Lots of walkies and the live updates put us at ease. Very thankful, would definitely recommend Jamie :)”

About: We are a married friendly couple based in Portsmouth, United Kingdom. We love to explore new places and have pets as company. As we love to travel, we understand the stress of leaving our sweet angels behind, and you just want them to be as comfortable as possible and receive much love whilst you come back. Either me or my wife, or both will be taking care of your beautiful doggy. Although "young", we are very a responsible couple and will treat your pets just as ours ❤️ We both had our bulldog Khloe for 10 years, which is a very sensitive breed. We tought her how to potty train, a few commands. We also took care of her health, medication, water intake, meals, etc everything you do for a pet! My wife also pet and house sit houses in México before starting University and I've sat the cats of my parents around 10 times a year. They follow a strict diet and schedule and it is a pleasure to see them everytime. We both work from home Monday to Friday 9-5 and so there can always be someone to be with your pet. We are used to walking early in the morning, at lunch time and also in the evening and so can meet the needs of your pet. We have a large fenced garden which will allow your pet to explore should they so wish. We can also offer beds in each room and a variety of toys. We are also happy to provide meals and approved snacks and make sure they are hydrated during the day. Please be assured we will make your pet feel at home.

“What a delightful, warm lady. Nothing was too much trouble. Kept me informed even though only had intermittent Internet. Boy clearly happy ad when we needed to return to collect his bed ge actually wanted to go back in and initially was refusing to come off the drive, even when door closed. Recommend without hesitation. Would score higher if I could”
