“Olivia cared for our 11 month old dog whilst we were away on holiday. Milo boarded at Olivia's home and had the best time ever! Milo was well cared for with lots of exercise and attention and he also got to play with other dogs who were boarding, which was great for his socialisation. Olivia regularly updated us with photos and videos and we were happy that Milo was safe and happy. We highly recommend Olivia. She also looked after our two cats whilst we were away, by doing drop in visits. It is very clear that Olivia loves animals and ensures that they get the best level of care. We will happily leave Milo with Olivia anytime we are away. 5 Stars *****”

“We were so worried leaving our 3month old puppy, but Guy and his family were so welcoming when we met them, and have a lovely home. We were given so much reassurance from as soon as we booked with Guy that Maverick would be fine. Guy gave us daily updates on Maverick and it looked like he had the best time too. We will definitely be using Guy again and would 100% recommend him and his family.”

“Our dog really enjoyed her stay with Rahul. I think she had a great time and many walks and cuddles. Rahul was looking after a couple of other dogs and I think overall our dog benefitted from that. She missed her playmates when she got home. Rahul sent us regular updates and photos. Rahul was in touch with us when he had queries.”

“Joe has just looked after my border collie Buddy for an overnight stay. He was in regular contact with me throughout the time he had Buddy and sent me some lovely pics to put my mind at rest. I would definately use Joe again and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a pet sitter.”

“This was our first time using Rover as we wanted a better experience for Bailey while we were away on holiday. Our experience with Rover, Samantha and her lovely family was nothing but positive. Communication was great and Bailey obviously had a very positive experience. He was treated like a family pet during his stay and we are all very appreciative of the love, care and attention he received. Five stars without a doubt.”

“Felt confident I was leaving Benji in capable hands and he was very much welcomed into the family. Considering he can be anxious when left, after just one day he seemed to have settled. Planned in for Summer holiday boarding.”

“Anna, her family and her dog Millie couldn’t have been more welcoming to Ronnie. He settled right in, and I knew he was going to be well looked after. Their home is beautiful, with ample space for the dogs to run around in the garden and snooze in the lounge. Millie (Anna’s dog) is gentle but playful, a perfect match for Ronnie’s cheeky personality and I think he’s missing her company since. Anna was incredibly attentive seeking to understand how best to care for Ron and after I met her I knew I could trust her to make him feel right at home and look after him. We will definitely be contacting Anna again!”

“A big thank you to Mark and family. We couldn’t be happier with the care Benji received. They are so patient, kind, and genuinely passionate they are about furry tails. They understood Benji’s routine, quirks, and favourite activities, and kept us updated with messages and adorable photos throughout the stay. Benji was clearly well-loved. We were such peace of mind knowing he was with a lovely family. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy, caring, and professional dog minder. We’ll definitely be booking again!”

“Rosie had a lovely time being looked after by Gemma and her family. Daily updates and photos showed how much she was enjoying her time. Would highly recommend Gemma for looking after your pet and to have peace of mind while you are away.”

“Beth took great care of my little chihuahua for a week while just visited Spain. Daily updates & pictures was lovely to get since this was her 1st boarding experience, I knew Ruby was in safe loving hands. Definitely recommend Beth.”

“Senali and family were so welcoming and lovely, they had Jeffrey for nearly 2 days and despite his initial separation anxiety he had a great time with them and their dog Bella! Senali sent many photos and updates which helped too! Will definitely send Jeffrey there again!”

“Margarita was amazing. Great communication and took the time to meet us and get to know both us and Bailey. Bailey was looked after so well, she looked her same groomed self from when we dropped off, with Margarita even taking the time to brush her regularly. We also got several pictures and videos, with constant updates, which was great to see. Bailey will be itching to go back again to play with Daisy (thanks for looking after her too Daisy!)”

Her notes were very detailed and the photos were great. It is the first time I used this app and I am super happy with the experience.”

“Olivia visited our two cats daily at our house whilst we were away for a week on holiday. We highly recommend Olivia as she cared for them daily; feeding them and cleaning out the litter. We came home to two very relaxed and happy cats. Olivia's drop in service is a great alternative to a cattery, especially for our older cat who gets stressed when she isn't at home. 5 Stars *****”

About: Flexible working hours and working from home means either myself or my husband will always be around. Your pets will be looked after with lots of attention and care. We understand how hard it can be to find support and want to pass this on. I currently work from home with very flexible hours as I am self-employed so I will always be around to offer support and care if your pets stay here. Large fenced off garden, plenty of space in the home and no children. We have a dog ourselves who likes other pets but does not tend to interact much with them so your pets will be comfortable here.

About: What sets me apart is the real, hands-on experience I gained from caring for my own two cats for four years. Living with cats every day taught me how to understand their behaviour, moods, routines, and the small signs that something might be wrong. I know how to create a calm environment, build trust with shy or anxious cats, and keep confident ones stimulated and happy. Because I’ve cared for my own cats long-term, I’m comfortable with all the day-to-day responsibilities — from feeding routines and litter maintenance to grooming, playtime, and giving cats the space they need when they’re feeling independent. I’m also used to handling the practical side of cat care, like managing picky eating, keeping them entertained, and maintaining a safe home environment. On top of that, I’m reliable, gentle, and always put the cat’s wellbeing first. I keep owners updated with messages, photos, and videos so they feel fully reassured while they’re away. My experience, patience, and genuine love for cats make me a sitter you can trust.

About: I have 8 years experience as a cat owner and a further 8 years as an RSPCA animal care assistant, during which I have worked with many different breeds and temperaments of cats. I am experienced in administering medication and love spending time with all feline friends.

About: I love all dogs and have owned many breeds. I am comfortable playing with my Dad’s Pomeranian or my sisters Staffordshire bull terrier. I grew up with jack russells and setters. I love making sure they have a good run around and also get to play indoors and are kept engaged. I love cuddles on the sofa and making sure they got lots of attention. I’m fit and active and can make sure they have a good walk. I’m a dog lover currently inbetween jobs (and usually work from home or in a hybrid capacity) so am fully available at home and living next to a park. I am in a ground floor flat so White Hill park is technically my garden. I’ve had dogs my whole life and currently live vicariously through helping friends and family with theirs. I miss the cuddles, playing and company of dogs so being able to help people with theirs perfectly aligns with my current schedule. I don’t drive but the park is right outside. Although I have access to a car if need be. I live in a ground floor flat with the security door just outside my front door so there are no safety/escape issues. I can let them out for the toilet whenever they need it. I have throws on my sofa so dogs are welcome on my furniture. I’ve always considered dogs part of the family so I don’t mind them on the sofa. My flat is quite big so there is plenty of room for their beds, crates and toys - whatever the owners preference.
“We needed someone to have Preston for a long day out to London. It was pretty short notice but Alan sorted it for us. He took Preston out for a nice long walk & Preston ate all his dinner so he must have been relaxed. Alan sent us photos of Preston out on his walk & sleeping peacefully after. Will definitely use Alan again.”
“Amazing from start to finish. Really good communication and lots of lovely photos and videos through the day. Frank seemed really happy and loved his day with Gemma and family. Would definitely recommend Gemma and will definitely be using her again.”

“Margarita was absolutely brilliant with benji, she is so warm and caring, and she put me at ease immediately, benji loved her from the start and he is normally a bit nervous initially. She kept me constantly updated on how the day was going and it was clearly evident he was so happy in her company. I'm very grateful to have found her! Benji is too ?”

About: What sets me apart is the level of personal care and responsibility I bring to every pet I look after. I don’t just “watch” pets — I make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. I take time to understand each animal’s routine, personality, and preferences so I can tailor my care to them, whether that means extra playtime, a calm presence, or sticking closely to their feeding and exercise schedule. I’m highly dependable, organised, and communicative. Owners can trust that I’ll keep their home secure, follow instructions exactly, and provide regular updates so they feel reassured while they’re away. I also stay calm under pressure and handle unexpected situations confidently, ensuring their pets’ wellbeing is always the top priority. Ultimately, I treat every pet as if they were my own — with patience, compassion, and genuine enthusiasm — and that level of dedication is what sets me apart. I am currently available daily including weekends. I fit looking after pets into my schedule and the house will always have someone in it monitoring the pets. I follow each pet’s normal routine and keep them comfortable whether I’m in my home or yours. I provide lots of attention, a clean and safe environment, and regular updates so you always know how your pet is doing. My goal is to make every pet feel relaxed, happy, and cared for while you’re away.

“Emily was fantastic and would highly recommend. She sent regular updates and pictures. I was nervous leaving our pup for the first time and he couldn’t have been in better hands he had a wonderful time with Theo and Jake plus another dog they was boarding. Emily was great at communication before, during and after. We knew from the meet up our boys were getting along so lovely that I knew he would have a great time. Would definitely book again :)”

About: We have been working on rover for the last couple of years and have loved it! Please note, we can only look after dogs that are fully house trained and able to be left alone for up to 4 hours due to working commitments. We live in a first floor flat, with a large garden at the back of the flats. This has never been an issue and any dog we look after are taken out regularly for a toilet break! We look forward to hearing from you! Jess and Ben x Myself and my partner, Ben, work full time and can be in the office a lot.. However I am able to come back on lunch breaks to take any dogs out and of course we will be here in the evening for cuddles! Therefore we are only able to take bookings for dogs who are used to be at home during the day on their own for around 4 hours at a time. Although we live in a flat, we are on the first floor so it is very easy for us to get out and about with the dog. We have a grassed area behind our flat for regular toilet breaks and are very local to parks etc.
About: I’ve always been a big lover of dogs ever since I was a little girl, I’ve always had pets of my own from cat to dogs to horses. I studied animal management in 2018 to 2019 as a course at BCA (collage of agriculture) and came out with a merit for care in all animals, along side of my course, I was also working with a dog school (Dog Daddies) that covered training, walking, the basics of dog grooming and overnight boarding with the dogs and each stay there was a large number of different breeds of dogs. I’m currently a stay-at-home mum, and I’m looking to get back into the working world and find my feet again. Caring for your pets is something I genuinely enjoy, and I’m excited to bring my passion for dogs into looking after your fur babies. I can offer dog sitting in my own home. I only offer dog sitting in other people’s homes from Saturday evening through to Tuesday, as I have young children. When your pets enter my home, they become my responsibility. When I stay in your home, I will treat your space with the same care and respect as I do my own. From the moment I step into your home, your pets also become my responsibility. I’ll care for and love your pet as if they were my own keeping them company, making sure they stay active with plenty of walks and adventures, feeding them appropriately, and administering any medication if required.
“Found Eszter very knowledgeable and caring .Sidney would have been happy to stay with all the attention and care he received which was good to see. Will most definitely use Eszter again when needed in the future”

“Joella did an excellent job with Fred and was very attentive to his needs. She was knowledgeable and professional throughout, and made the whole experience go smoothly. I would definitely recommend her services.”

About: I look after my parents dogs sometimes when they are away. I do such a good job of this that they have recommended me to their friends who now also ask me to look after their dogs in my own home. A few years ago, a family friend had to leave for a couple of days and he trusted me to look after his puppy and keep up with the puppies training in his house while he was away. I am currently unemployed so I am available at all times to look after your pets. I have a passion for animals and I am currently studying animal care level 2. I have a big fenced garden for your dog to enjoy and play in. It is only me and my partner who live here so you can rely on us giving your pet down time if needed. I have found that my own pets thrive because they have a routine so will be happy to follow any that you have with your own.

About: Lifelong dog lover but sadly can’t be an owner as travel overseas too often. I am very experienced handling dogs as I used to be a volunteer dog walker for Hearing Dogs for the deaf plus another charity called the Cinnamon Trust. I have also been walking my neighbours black Labrador once a week for the past six years (he is featured in my profile picture). I am a retired gentleman so I am generally available all the time. I can easily travel and am happy to take dogs in my vehicle. I walk for at least an hour every day and know many varied walking routes in the Aylesbury Vale area. I am friendly, approachable and easy to communicate with. Through membership of another website I walk two labradors separately over three separate walks each week. With regards to the two Labradors I occasionally have them for overnight stays at my home. I have been doing this since February 2022 and have built up deep trusted relationships with both dogs. I have been fully retired since 2013 and am generally available for dog walks most days between 10am and 5pm. I do travel both in the UK and overseas for a total of 3 months a year spread throughout the year. I have a large very secure garden and keep no pets of my own at my property which is very private and detached. I live adjacent to open countryside and have a car which I am happy to take dogs in.
About: I have had several dogs during my lifetime. Most recently I have taken to looking after neighbours, family and friends dogs for a day, weekend or a week at a time. My availabilty will depend on my work rota - I will be working 2 days per week from beginning of April 2025. I have taken early retirement but will be returning to work on a part time basis at the beginning of April. I will have 5 days per week where I may be available for dog sitting, dog walking. I have a fully fenced and gated large back garden at our property. Lots of good, long walks within a short distance of where I live which will normally involve a short drive.
About: I have many years experience with dogs, including large dog care and walking German Shepherds, Dobermans and Mastiffs as well as small dog breeds. I am fully insured and I have a Level 3 qualification in Dog Behaviour and an Advanced Level qualification in Puppy and Dog First Aid. I’m more than happy to walk dogs that may have a reactivity issue and need to walk alone. I have plenty of time for long walks and home visits, from early mornings to evenings. Happy to walk single dogs Infact I prefer that so I can give them 100% attention and concentrate on their individual needs. If visiting your home I can spend an amount of time with your pet to give some company, a toilet break and food. Making sure they are comfortable.
“Paul is a natural! Bean instantly took to Paul and loved his walk. Paul listened to all of our instructions and is a very experienced dog walker, with an instant connection to Bean, leaving us feeling very comfortable with Bean in his care.”

About: I have taken care of many different breeds of dogs and cats since I was a teenager. My neighbours and friends relied on me to walk, feed and care for their pets whilst they were away on holiday. I do have a full time job however I work shifts and have plenty of days off, (My calendar will always be updated to my off days) so they will not be left alone & I will still have a lot of time to play and look after your pet. I do not have any other pets at the property so your pet will be my No.1 priority. The flat has a communal garden so toilet breaks will be regular. I live around a lot of wildlife living near the chilterns and will be able to take them on long and interesting walks!
About: There have always been animals in my life - as a child we always had at least one dog, and I spent most of my childhood looking after horses alongside my mum. We had an array of dogs - from a cuddly Labrador to yappy Jack Russells! We've had puppies, rescue dogs and those in their latter years. I'm used to dogs with anxiety, and am aware of training methods for those who are still young. I will offer a reliable, professional service. I currently work from home, so can pop out during the day to walk/drop in on pets. Equally, I would be happy to have pets here in my home. I have a 4 bedroom house with enclosed garden, close to nice areas to walk. I will follow your pet's routine in terms of usual mealtimes / food / treats etc to ensure the transition is as smooth as possible and the pet is comfortable. Working from home, I am easily able to meet your pets' needs, and can adapt my responsibilities to fit in walks and exercising, mealtimes etc. My home and local area is safe, with many areas for walks, including local open fields. My garden and home is secure. Local area popular for dog walks.

“Jampy has seemed happy after his walks with Chris. Chris took the time to meet him & find out all about him before their first walk together & was knowledgeable about dogs & dog training, which helped us have confidence in him. Chris has always communicated well with us & we will be rebooking him going forwards.”

About: For the past six years, we have been fostering dogs and have welcomed 19 into our home, with stays ranging from a few days to several months. Each dog has brought its own personality, challenges, and rewards. One even became a permanent member of our family. Working with small, medium, and large dogs, we focus on providing structure, guidance, good manners, and essential life and socialisation skills to help them grow in confidence and adapt to everyday situations. Through this journey, I developed a passion not only for helping dogs but also their owners. This led me into dog training, where I support owners in improving communication and understanding with their dogs, helping them overcome common challenges and build stronger, happier relationships together. I work full time for the ambulance service but work opposite shifts with my wife, so there's always someone at home to care for the animals and teen kids. Boarding: I have large secured fenced garden and child gate between the kitchen and lounge. Crate used for our meal preparation, family mealtimes, after walks and night sleeps. Home visits: Coming to your home to feed, put out your dog in a calm manner and gentle fuss that will leave them refreshed and content. Walks: Are structured aimed at tiring your pooches mind as well as there body; consisting of heeled walking, free sniffing time and breed fulfillment activities.

About: Having recently lost my Australian Shepherd, I feel my house is too big and quiet with just me here. I’ve always looked after friends and family’s dogs and have really enjoyed it, so now I’m branching out! I’ve experience with anxious dogs, reactive dogs, and poorly/medicated dogs. I’ve owned a big dog and have looked after little dogs too, so really every and any dog is welcome at my house. I work from home, so I’m really flexible with care. Typically I like to take dogs for a short walk before work and at lunchtime, then for a longer walk after work but this is very dependent on each dog individually. Of course there are numerous toilet breaks and cuddle breaks within the day too! I have a garden and no other pets currently, so your pooch has access to the toilet undisturbed. I like in a very quiet street, with very few passing cars/people which is especially great for reactive dogs I’ve found.
