Dog Walking in Powys

About: I have always enjoyed working with dogs and taken them on walks for people from when I was very young from when I used to walk my elderly neighbours dogs. I like to put the animals I look after first, to make sure they are happy and enjoy their time. Outside of that I have mainly looked after friends animals as well as bosses pets, I wish to branch out and be able to help look after other people's. I have had meny pets myself ranging srom simple gold fish to cats to bugies and parrots. I may not own my own dog but when I'm able to buy my own place or rent a bigger place I will be able to offer looking after pets at my place.

“Jenny is Poppy’s big sister, our lovely 12 year old Pointer x Spaniel. Jenny has grown up with 3 generations of Pointers. She has ‘dog sat’ our dogs on many occasions and the mutual love between her and dogs is very clear to see. She has looked after both ‘easy’ and a slightly challenging male Pointer dog. She loves to walk, so exercising dogs both on and off the lead is second nature to her. Also in all weathers!! Recently, she looked after our very precious Bella in her final weeks of life as she was too elderly and ill to accompany us on a long distance walk. Jenny looked after Bella beautifully in her last days and had to administer many drugs. She also looks after her friends’ dog and recently helped her neighbour with dog walking when they were unwell. She understands the needs of dogs and always loves to be in the company of our canine friends.”

About: I've done house & pet site in England, Scotland & Australia with cats mostly, but also one dog & I’d like to do more dog sits as I enjoy their company & the walking. I had 2 cats growing up and would love to have pets now but I like to travel so can't give a consistent home to an animal so I'm joining Rover to be able to enjoy the company of other people's pets. I'm very happy to look after any animals if you are happy to leave clear instructions :-) I'm self-employed as a property manager and can work the hours I like, so I'm very flexible on days and times and am happy to be called upon at last minute. I'm happy to stay in your place with your pets or just come by to feed them / to take them out and about for walks. I love hiking so I can do short or long walks, depending what you require. I'm presently having some renovation work done. It will be completed by the end of summer, at which point I am happy to host pets in my home.

About: I have moved to area recently and sadly my rental doesn’t allow pets, hoping to fill my free time with helping some four legged friends, I have a dog of my own back home in Belfast who I trained when I was younger, when I moved away for uni I helped a neighbour with walks and overnight stays when they needed which I loved. I work in the ambulance service so I work both day and night shifts which vary week by week, most weeks I will have 4 days off which I would love to spend helping out with your furry friends. As I am in a rental property I can’t have pets in my home but I’m happy to accommodate to specific needs that will ensure your dog feels safe, happy and cared for.

About: Ive always loved animals. I have taken care of them since i was young. With my nan owning a farm, i was able to play with a range of animals. As well as this, i have grown up around dog, and have now been able to buy one of my own. Therefore, i know all about the care of animals I walk,feed and play with my dog, morning night and day. My animals are not only part of my routine but part of my life. I have a fenced yard, with a kennel outside. I also have a seatbelt in my car if needed to transport the animal. I believe in safety first
