“We left our nervous rescue dog with Andrea for a week to attend our son's wedding abroad as we knew that he would find a kennel environment distressing. We had been able to meet and greet before we left and it was clear that Andrea had a lovely calm manner with Django, giving him the time to relax with her. We dropped him off the evening before we left, feeling confident that he would be in good hands. We were kept updated with photos and video clips of Django whilst we were away from which we could see that he was happy, relaxed and well cared for and when we picked him up on our return, his greetings and attentions were shared equally between us all, including Andrea!! It is clear that Andrea is kind and reliable and has a genuine love of dogs. We would not hesitate to leave Django with her again (we are already discussing our next trip!) and wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring sitter. About: We have had family dogs for the last 11 years, we currently have 2 bearded collies, Merlin (11yrs) and Griffon (5yrs) and they are regular visitors to our new home we recently purchased! There is plenty of room for fun in the fenced garden and other very friendly dogs in the neighbourhood we may bump into on walks. I work from home so there will always be someone around for your furry friend. I work remotely full time, however I have a very active lifestyle and go for walks in the morning, lunch times and evenings. I also have a flexible work schedule and with enough notice can make day time walks work if required Our family dogs do not live with us, they are with my in-laws, however as retired parents should be, they are very keen travellers and we are very happy dog sitters! As mentioned, we have a fenced in garden and lots of surrounding areas for dog walks. I work from home so am around to monitor and keep fluffy friends company.

About: I absolutely adore dogs and cats and have been around them and have taken care of them throughout most of my life. I have a professional background in pet care as I have worked for two different services while living in New York City (Barkly Pets and Oh To Be A Dog) where I traveled all around the city visiting and walking dogs. During the weekend, I am more than happy to be fully available to have your pet stay here in my home. I have a very flexible schedule so I can more than likely adhere to your schedule and needs! I live in a house in Hertford that has a fairly small fenced in garden where your pet can use to relieve themselves or sunbathe. I also have a very cool basement where your pet can go if it's a bit too warm outside. There is also a huge and beautiful park right near my house where I can take your dog for nice long walk as well. I will make sure to have water and snacks on hand as well if they are ever hungry or thirsty as well.

About: Dogs are the best furfwends in the world. I am loving, caring and my dog always comes first. It is important to always put your dogs needs before yourself. Dogs come first. I can offer all the cuddles and kisses to you pups. I work from home 4 days a week so it works perfectly and I am here with the dog all day to let them out. I also live right near a green area to take them out before and after work but also on my lunch break. I have a open living space with a balcony with grass on for dogs to sit on and watch the world go by. My dog loves to do this. He also sleeps on the sofa and bed which your pups are welcome to do!

About: Hi there, I'm Tess. I am 25, and I work in the NHS, based in London. I have had cats and dogs my entire life, until the past 2 years as my landlord did not allow pets. I have recently moved to my own house and can get my own cats again, which I cannot wait for! When I worked remotely full time, I felt really quite lonely. I miss having a little fluffy presence to distract me from my laptop, and if there are babies (cats) who need company, and to bother someone on their laptop, then I can fill that gap. Now living in Hertford, I love it. The mix of countryside and town/city, I can't see myself anywhere else. I am enjoying exploring the area but my favourite part of outdoor walks, isn't the exercise but for making new friends and being honoured with four paws and an upright tail, even a fluffy tummy on display if I'm lucky! I enjoy pilates and running, but the rest of my time is spent reading a good book.
About: My family have always had pets! I have been brought up with cats, dogs, hamsters, guinea pigs. Animal care is my passion! My close family have cats and dogs, so if they’re busy or at work I do tend to help them out by taking them on walks. About: Hello 😃 I work as an equine therapist in the Barnet area, and live in Hertford. I work on-site M-T and wfh on Fridays. I am available to take your dog for a walk first thing or in the evenings; if I have them boarding then I can take them to work with me (behaviour dependant 😜), but I’m pretty flexible so please do get in touch with your needs. I love animals and although I’ve never had my own dog, I have been looking after my friends puppy for over a year, from when he was just a few months old, and spend lots of my time with the dogs at the yard. “Laurita took care of my 4 month old Bichon Frise puppy. I literally had my puppy barely a week and needed someone to take care of him for the day because I needed to attend an emergency memorial on the Isle of Wight. He was scared when he got there and I was worried but she put my mind at ease and sent me some amazing video clip updates of him playing with her dog and absolutely loving being there and 100% happy. Her dog is so gorgeous as well— he was like an older sibling. She was also kind enough to give him a bath which I’m so grateful for. He looked beautiful when I picked him up. About: I’ve been lucky enough to have my very own sassy miniature dachshund for the last 5 years and he really does shape my life. Walks, runs, cuddles on the sofa, playtime with his toys or entertaining the “awww a sausage”, the way I care for Ralph is how I’d care for your fur-child too. I fully understand the trust to put into someone else to look after your pet and the place they hold in a family. I’ve grown up with pets all my life and feel comfortable with all ages from puppies to older dogs. I work Monday - Friday but I am home based for 3 days and my job is very flexible of it so pet care is no challenge for me considering I have Ralph myself anyway to take care of and he’s my priority. When I work from home I walk Ralph in the morning, take him out at lunchtime and walk him in the evening. If it’s raining it’s more of a challenge because he hates to go out but best believe we get out anyway! Of a weekend my days revolve around being outdoors, running, playing padel, going to the gym and seeing friends for coffee or the opposite and having quiet days in chilling out. Ralph comes everywhere with me so your pet can join, or they can stay at home together around walks and chill time with me. Whilst I’m in a flat it’s never been an issue for me. We have gated communal areas that can be used for sniffs and wees, but also lots of parks, walks and trails nearby. If I’m at my home I’m very happy for pets to have a cuddle on the sofa with me but I keep them in their own beds to sleep rather than mine. They would be fed at the times required and given time to settle in the home. If I were to housesit at your home, I would adapt to their usual routine.

About: I've been among dogs all my life. Whether it's my own family dog or my parents dogs. I love all kinds. And long, long walks. My daughter's dog comes to stay when she comes to stay. And at other times. She clearly enjoys her time here. We have plenty of space for running around here and adventure. And a huge grassy area used by dogs that has no surrounding busy roads. And dogs regularly meet. I like to offer variety on my walk routes, but the grassy area is a great way to start a walk and make new friends or me old favourites. I work from home and in the events industry. My work dates are arranged in advance. So that I can easily fit my dog care around it. Almost limitless amounts of space here to work off some energy. And plenty of sofa space for naps or sleeps. No other animals live here and it is very quiet and peaceful. There's plenty of space in the car and I can provide a crate if needed.

The dinkydaschundden is specialised in caring for daschunds but we are also welcoming other small breeds that are friendly with daschunds or live with daschunds. My little girl, willow is anxious with big dogs and also cries when i am not with her, i'm able to look after anxious daschunds as i understand what it's like. However, when she's with me she's the best little girl ever!🥰 I have experience working in a vets and understanding the symptoms of dogs when they are unwell as well as caring for them after treatments. I've also completed my canine first aid level four course so i have experience in looking after small wounds on dogs if the event may occur. I absolutely adore dogs and will treat your babies as if they are my own🫶🏼 I don't work as my dog business is my only priority of work. I'm always at home and it's a very quiet environment for your daschunds to visit. I'm able to constantly be with the dogs for the whole day unless i have to go out for 1-2 hours. The upstairs is blocked off by a door so the dogs won't be able to come up and down. I also have a doggy area in my house just for the daschunds to play whilst i'm cleaning or if another dog visits and i need to put them away if it's too much for the new dog. I also have two large crates with a cushion and blankets if your dog is crate trained. The garden is also fenced so there's no chance of any small dog getting out. My house is very safe, i have surveillance cameras all outside and a gate outside my house so the dogs would not run out.

“We left our nervous rescue dog with Andrea for a week to attend our son's wedding abroad as we knew that he would find a kennel environment distressing. We had been able to meet and greet before we left and it was clear that Andrea had a lovely calm manner with Django, giving him the time to relax with her. We dropped him off the evening before we left, feeling confident that he would be in good hands. We were kept updated with photos and video clips of Django whilst we were away from which we could see that he was happy, relaxed and well cared for and when we picked him up on our return, his greetings and attentions were shared equally between us all, including Andrea!! It is clear that Andrea is kind and reliable and has a genuine love of dogs. We would not hesitate to leave Django with her again (we are already discussing our next trip!) and wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring sitter. I live in a house in Hertford that has a fairly small fenced in garden where your pet can use to relieve themselves or sunbathe. I also have a very cool basement where your pet can go if it's a bit too warm outside. There is also a huge and beautiful park right near my house where I can take your dog for nice long walk as well. I will make sure to have water and snacks on hand as well if they are ever hungry or thirsty as well.

About: I am an experienced dog owner I have had rescues & puppies. I live with my fiancé Kallum & we have a 6 year old staffie girl named babs who loves playing with other dogs. I have also cared for elderly dogs as well as dogs with health conditions & allergies. I will give your dog all the love & attention whilst they are with me! My helping hand care givers are as follows: Kallum - my fiancé who can support in the evenings and weekends Tina - my mum who is on hand in case of emergencies, she is also a dog lover and has her own 3 year old cockapoo I work full time predominately from home. My office days are Tuesdays but there is always someone available to be there for the dogs if boarding for long stay. I am often home on weekends and able to give your dog all the love, affection & walks My back garden is totally secure so dogs are completely safe. Dogs are allowed to sit on sofas with owners permission, I wouldn't want to instill any bad habits they're not allowed to do at home. I do have my own 6 year old staffie girl so any dog staying would need to be happy socialising with other dogs.

When we picked him up, it was obvious how settled and comfortable he’d become with her, which was so lovely to see.
