Suzanne and her husband were amazing with Belle over the weekend she stayed with them. Belle can be quite cautious around new people and dogs and it was the first time I'd left her with someone she didn't know well but at our first meeting Suzanne medee feel Cofindant the Belle would be looked after, there were Plenty of photos and updates and On picking up Belle she behaved like she'd had a better weekend break then my partner and I did 😅. Will definitely use Suzanne again and after this experience I would be very reluctant to use any one else

Verna could not have been more helpful and accommodating looking after my rather senior black lab Sapper. She sent photos and bulletins from time to time, and it was clear that Sapper was really having a lovely time. She came back happy and relaxed and obviously attached to Verna and I will have no hesitation in making the same arrangements again :)

Our first time using this service and our dog staying with anyone who isn’t family. Jess made myself and Dolly feel so at ease from the first time we met prior to the stay. Jess sent updates throughout the weekend and I know Dolly had the best time. We will definitely be using Jess again in the future.

We were very happy with how Caitlian looked after Zac. She sent us photos and responded to our texts very quickly. We were away during excessive heat and Caitlian cared for Zac appropriately in this - he didn’t have an evening walk, and we wouldn’t have walked him in that heat. He was fine when we got home, didn’t sulk and it was as if there had been no break in his usual routine. We will/ would use Caitlian again

They were so friendly and Nicole was brilliant at keeping us informed with pictures and updates of Otto to put our mind at rest. When we went to collect Otto it was clear he was really well looked after and comfortable...he came back a very happy and tired dog! Would definitely recommend and will be using again.

... after being let down at short notice [day before] by another Sitter who decided to 'go travelling' over the new year period, Kayleigh stepped in just when we thought we'd have to cancel the holiday. She is great! Very attentive, punctual, and Sully our BSH, who is usually shy with visitors took to her straight away. The photos she sent every day on her visits proved it. Kayleigh did a great job overall, and she's on my 'fast dial' list for future trips we are planning. Thanks for helping us out Kayleigh! We'll speak soon, I'm sure.

About: Hi, I’m Poppy I treat every dog like they’re my own. Whether it’s an energetic puppy, a shy rescue, or a sweet senior, I tailor my care to fit your dog’s unique needs. Here’s what makes me different: ✅ Puppy Know-How I’m experienced with young pups and their routines — from potty breaks to basic obedience and playtime structure. ✅ Senior Dog TLC Older dogs need patience, gentleness and sometimes meds or mobility support. I’m comfortable giving medication taking slower walks, and making sure senior pups stay cozy and calm. ✅ Reliable, Loving, and Communicative I believe in total transparency and trust — you’ll get regular updates, pics and messages so you always know how your pup is doing. ✅ Personalized Attention No rushed walks or overbooked days — I focus on giving your pet the care and attention they deserve. Whether your dog loves long walks, quiet cuddles or playtime I make sure they feel safe, happy and loved every step of the way. Pet care is a natural part of my daily routine. I plan my schedule around walks, feeding times, play and check-ins to give each pet the attention they deserve. Whether it’s morning walks, afternoon drop-ins or overnight sitting I make sure your pet’s needs come first. Caring for animals isn’t just something I do — it’s something I truly enjoy, every single day. I live in a cozy pet-friendly flat with plenty of space for your dog to relax. While I don’t have a garden, I’m located right by a beautiful lake with walking paths so your pup gets plenty of fresh air, exercise and outdoor time throughout the day. We go on regular walks and I make sure each dog has a comfy spot to rest, play and feel at home indoors. Safety, routine and individual attention are my top priorities — your pet will be loved and well cared for every step of the way.

About: I grew up with a dog as our family pet, and trained and looked after her as I became a young adult. Although we don't have a dog as a family pet now, I often care for and walk family and friends dogs (especially when they go on holiday). I am the father of an active family (two teenage daughters) who love being outdoors, going for regular walks in the countryside, so having a dog to care for would be the perfect fit for me. Currently, I work from home every day of the week, so timing will not be an issue for me. I can be flexible and work around your needs. I do not currently own a dog. I work part time from home so your dog will never be left alone for more than 30 minutes. We go walking in the local woodland for an hour each day. Your dog can treat our home like their own. I have a fenced garden but your dog will never be left outside unattended. I have a dog friendly small male dog and a daughter. Your dog will be allowed anywhere in the home. I will only feed your dog with food and treats you provide unless you specify otherwise. They can sleep where they like but I’ll adhere to your required sleeping arrangements for them.

As a dog lover, I would like to provide real, loving home for your little fella while you are away, so you can enjoy your stay without any worries. PS. your dog will enjoy it too ! 😊 Currently, I stay at home with our little boy, so we have plenty of time to take care of new quest in our home. Me and little Jacob would love to have some company to fill our day with walks and play time. I am available 7 days a week. We have got big, properly fenced garden and plenty of free time- that's the best combination 😊If you have got any questions, please feel free to ask.

Let us know their preferences and routine, we are happy to follow that to make them feel as comfortable as possible. We adapt our walks to your dogs needs whether that’s a short mooch around the block, a sniff in the woods, or a treck in the peaks. Our home is quiet and snuggly, and adult only. There is space indoors and a grass enclosed garden at the back. Our home would become theirs. We will share regularly updates and pictures with you as to how your fur-baby is getting along. Any questions, please don’t hesitate to get in touch! As we currently work full time, we can offer weekend boarding and midweek walks in the evening. About: Lifelong Dog Owner Dogs have been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember. Being a lifelong dog owner has given me years of hands-on experience caring for dogs with different personalities, needs and behaviours. I understand that every dog is an individual, and I believe patience, consistency, kindness and understanding are at the heart of responsible dog ownership. Experienced Dog Foster Parent My experience as a foster parent has allowed me to care for dogs who have needed additional support, reassurance and stability while preparing for the next chapter of their lives. Fostering has helped me develop a deeper understanding of how dogs can respond differently to new environments and experiences. I have learned the importance of allowing a dog to progress at their own pace, building trust gradually and providing a calm, safe and supportive environment. One of the most rewarding aspects of fostering has been watching dogs grow in confidence and helping them become ready for their forever homes. Animal Charity Committee Member My involvement as an animal charity committee member has given me experience beyond my own dogs and foster care. It has allowed me to contribute to the wider welfare of animals and support the important work carried out by charities and volunteers. Being involved at committee level has also given me an appreciation of the organisation, commitment and teamwork required behind the scenes to support animal welfare, fundraising, awareness and responsible pet ownership. Dog Boutique Owner As the owner of a specialist dog boutique, my passion for dogs is also part of my everyday working life. Meeting dogs and their owners regularly has broadened my experience considerably. I enjoy getting to know individual dogs, understanding what their owners are looking for and helping them choose products that are appropriate for their dog's lifestyle and needs. My aim is to create an environment where both dogs and their humans feel welcome, comfortable and valued. My Approach to Dogs My experience as an owner, foster parent, charity committee member and business owner has taught me that there is never a one-size-fits-all approach to dogs. Every dog has their own personality, history, preferences and way of communicating. I believe in taking the time to understand the individual dog, treating them with kindness and respect, and always putting their welfare first. For me, working with dogs isn't simply an interest — they have been a constant part of my life, and that lifetime of experience continues to shape everything I do today. Looking after your dog would be a structured but flexible part of my day. I would plan morning and evening walks around my existing schedule, making sure your dog is fed, exercised, and given attention at consistent times. Short check-ins during the day would help maintain routine and comfort for the dog, while also fitting around my work or personal commitments. My dogs are very much part of the family, and their happiness, health and wellbeing are at the centre of their daily routine. They have a safe, comfortable and loving home environment where they receive plenty of attention, companionship and affection. I believe dogs thrive when they feel secure and have a consistent routine, so their days include regular feeding, exercise, enrichment, play, rest and quality time with us. Exercise & Enrichment My dogs receive regular exercise appropriate to their individual needs, age and energy levels. Alongside walks and physical exercise, I understand the importance of mental stimulation. Enrichment, play, toys, scent-based activities and interaction are all used to keep them engaged and prevent boredom. Feeding & Treats I take a responsible approach to feeding and choose food and treats with my dogs' individual needs in mind. Fresh drinking water is always available, and treats are given appropriately as part of their overall routine. Health & Wellbeing Their health is taken seriously, with regular veterinary care and attention to preventative healthcare, grooming and general wellbeing. I also pay close attention to changes in behaviour, appetite, mobility or general demeanour, as these can sometimes be early indications that a dog isn't feeling quite themselves. Companionship & Individual Care Most importantly, my dogs receive plenty of companionship. I spend time getting to know their individual personalities, preferences and boundaries rather than expecting every dog to behave or respond in the same way. Their routines are adapted when necessary to suit their individual needs. Whether they want to play, explore, have some quiet time or simply settle down nearby, I believe dogs should be able to feel relaxed and secure in their home. The same principles would apply when caring for someone else's dog. I would respect the routine and instructions provided by their owner while making sure their dog receives the same level of patience, attention, safety and care that I expect for my own.

Jack has been absolutely amazing with cassie. Lots of photos and videos to put my mind at ease as I was nervous about leaving her. She is a rescue who we've only had 2 months and she has had a really rough start in life. Was worried she would think shes being abandoned again. She has had lots of walks, cuddles and taken over his bed! Not even home from our holiday yet but already planning her next visit to him along with her big sister. 100% would recommend Jack to look after your fur babies!

About: I have had experience with cats and dogs on and off my whole life. I had a cat (Tinkerbell) when I was younger and more recently my brother and sister in law gained three beautiful dogs ( two cavapoos and a dachshund) a tortoise called Sheldon and 5 chickens. I have helped look after all these for them and I absolutely love it .I would love my own dog but can't at present due to work/family commitments. However I would love to take care of one in my free time. I live alone majority of the time, but co parent my children. The availability I offer is based on work and my child free days. My hobbies are walking, reading and spending time with my partner and friends. Im Very excited and can't wait to meet your beloved doggies ☺️ I work from home on a Thursday and Friday so these and the weekend would be the days I would be mostly available. I have a lunch break and will work downstairs so I can attend to the animals needs and extra cuddles ☺️ I own my home and have no pets currently. I share custody of my three daughters but the availability will be based on when I don't have them. I have a fenced garden and plenty of indoor space for them. I'm not a ornament/trinket kind of gal so they have pretty much free reign downstairs and outside.
