About: We’re a family of four, with me and my three children aged 9, 12 and 14, plus our very friendly cocker spaniel, Oreo. We’re a busy, active family who love getting outdoors, going for walks and exploring, so dogs naturally fit into our lifestyle. Oreo is a much-loved part of the family and really enjoys having company, so we’re excited to welcome other friendly dogs into our home and give them lots of love, attention and a real family experience while they stay with us. Your dog won’t be treated like they’re in kennels — they’ll be welcomed as part of our family and included in our normal family life. There are plenty of cuddles, attention, walks and garden time, with someone around for most of the day. I know how difficult it can be leaving your dog with someone else, so I want to make the experience as relaxed and reassuring as possible. I’ve used Rover for dog care myself for years, so I know how important it is to find someone you can really trust with your dog. I understand the reassurance that comes from regular updates, photos and knowing your dog is happy, safe and being well cared for while you’re away. Oreo is very much part of our family, so we’re looking for friendly dogs who would enjoy a fun, relaxed family home and a canine companion. 🐶 I’d love to arrange a meet-and-greet first to make sure your dog and Oreo get along and that we’re the right fit for each other. ❤️ Our Schedule I welcome dogs at weekends and during school holidays. As a teacher, this means I’ll have plenty of time to give them lots of attention and make them part of our family plans. We love getting out and about for walks, exploring forests, visiting the beach and having little adventures, so your dog can come along and enjoy it all with us. Our Environment We live in a cosy, small family home with a secure, fenced garden where dogs can safely potter around, play and relax. It’s a relaxed, welcoming home environment rather than a kennel setting, and we’re happy for dogs to settle into our usual family routine — including plenty of sofa cuddles!

About: Mum to 2 cheeky pugs, so experienced in the care of bracy (flat faced dogs) as well as other breeds (big and small!). I've had pets since I was a young girl and genuinely love dogs and animals! I take pet care very seriously and will put your pets health and safety first. I'm extremely patient (you have to be with stubborn pugs!). Visits and sits will include fuss, play time, cuddles and any care needs. I work full time Mon-Fri but do work from home some days so please contact me for availability. Also available for evening walks/visits as well. I work full time and have 2 dogs of my own but drop me a message to discuss availability! I take my obligations seriously so wouldn't let you down on whatever I've committed to. I have a fenced garden and a secure house. I am used to dogs with no recall so understand the importance of keeping dogs safe. Any visitors would be treated like one of the family including cuddles on the sofa. I am happy to follow feeding and care instructions to the letter!

About: I have looked after dogs for just over 5 years, frequently looking after my parent’s Labrador and beagle and my Aunties French Bulldogs. I have also done payed work looking after dogs and cats for family friends. I have recently graduated from university and am looking for extra work doing something I love! I have a large house with lots of garden space and a full UK drivers licence making me available for walks, drop-ins and pet care. I am currently not working, so I have plenty of availability and flexibility for pet care. I can offer walks, drop-in visits and pet boarding throughout the week. I’m happy to work around each pet’s usual routine and make sure they receive plenty of attention, exercise and company. I have a large garden with plenty of space for dogs to enjoy, although it is not fully secure, so I would always supervise pets closely and would not allow them to roam freely outside. I’m happy to follow your dog’s usual routine and any specific instructions you provide. I understand that every dog is different and will make sure they are comfortable, safe and well cared for. I also have a full driving licence, giving me flexibility for walks and visits.

My experience began working as a Veterinary Care Assistant, where I gained valuable experience caring for dogs and understanding their health, wellbeing and individual needs. I’m now a professional dog groomer and home-from-home dog boarder, running my own business, Cosy Canines. We also offer drop in visits to other pets. Born into a family where there was always a dog and a cat, many other animals came and went along the way! Now semiretired, I have a background in healthcare, and am a practical person. I am now able to do my dream job of boarding dogs at my home, pet sitting and dog walking, having the necessary experience and practical attributes for the task.
