About: Hi, I’m Tia! I’ve been around animals my whole life—our family had dogs, cats, fish, bunnies, and even a ferret. I started dog-sitting back in college, and I’ve been a proud pet parent ever since. My husband and I currently have three rescue dogs, including one who is deaf. About: I absolutely adore all animals. My daughters and I have 5 cats and 1 dog. I will take care of your animals as if they were my own, sometimes with the assistance of my 13 year old - as long as you’re okay with it! The animals love her, and she does a great job! If I’m available, I’m always willing to help with your pet and accommodate whatever needs they may have, whether it be a drop-in visit, a walk, or the occasional overnight. Just ask, I may be able to help! I’m available to do whatever your pet needs while I’m with them. As well as some extra treats and pets and love! About: I recently moved to Duluth and while I'm loving settling into a new place, I'm desperately missing the time I used to spend with my parents' dogs (a golden retriever and a yellow lab). I was always around dogs growing up, as many as two or three in the house at a time sometimes, and still take advantage of any chance I can get to spend time around dogs - big dogs, small dogs, old dogs, young dogs, any dogs! I have two cats of my own - I've moved around a lot the last several years and some of the places I lived were better suited for cats than dogs, otherwise I'd have a dog as well by this point. I commute two days a week to teach at a community college on the Iron Range, leaving my Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays-Sundays very free and flexible. I'd love to help you take care of your little loves (cats or dogs - or any other pets, really, if you're willing to teach me a bit about it!) whenever you find yourself in a spot where you can't be in two places at once or need the extra set of hands! I teach at a college on the Iron Range on Tuesdays and Thursdays - outside of some travel to see family back in Grand Rapids, my Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and weekends are very open at the moment. I have my own vehicle and can get around easily - I'm also more than happy to transport dogs to walking trails in my own vehicle. I'm currently renting a smaller apartment that would make any visits in my own home difficult to manage, but I live close to various walking trails and love to spend time out on them. About: I've been taking care of pets for 6 years and have 4 pets currently. Bluto (olde english bulldogge), Ruby (rottweiler), Tibby (siamese), and Molly (longhair). About: Hello! My name is Tessa, I have lived with all sorts of animals my whole life, dogs, bunnies, and a lizard. I have lots of pet caregiving experience, I often will take care of my friends puppy while she is out of town. I have experience with basic care such as feeding, walking, letting out to go potty, and playing! At home I have a semi-unfenced yard. My backyard area is for the most part blocked off with my garage, my neighbors garage, and my backyard neighbors fence. I do however have a leash out front that I can attach to a post/hold while letting them outside. My roommates dog I mentioned previously is not staying at our home currently, so there are no other pets to worry about. I have a doggy gates, poop bags, toys, dog treats, and dog bowls! Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement walker.
