About: Dogs have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember, and caring for them is something that comes very naturally to me. I recently said goodbye to my own dog after 18 wonderful years together, and that experience deepened my understanding of the love, patience, and attentiveness our dogs deserve at every stage of life. I’m currently offering dog boarding in my home only. I’m not accepting walks or drop-in visits at this time. This allows me to be fully present and create a calm, attentive environment for the dogs in my care. Friends and family often call me an “animal whisperer” because of my intuitive connection with animals. I spent two years volunteering at an animal rescue in Colorado, working with dogs, cats, and even rescued farm animals, which gave me experience with a wide range of temperaments and needs. Whether your dog is energetic, anxious, or a senior needing extra support, I focus on creating a safe, peaceful space where they can feel comfortable and cared for. I take the time to understand each dog’s personality, routines, and preferences so they feel as at home as possible. I work from home Monday through Friday, which allows me to be available for your dog’s needs throughout most of the day. Your dog won’t be left alone for long periods, and I’m able to provide regular attention, potty breaks, and a calm, consistent presence. My flexible schedule makes it easy to accommodate different routines, whether your dog is active and playful or prefers a slower, more relaxed pace. I provide a calm, safe, and attentive home environment where your dog can truly relax. I have a fully fenced yard for safe outdoor time, along with a peaceful indoor space designed to keep dogs comfortable and at ease. Since I work from home, I’m able to supervise throughout the day and keep a close eye on each dog’s needs and comfort level. I take time to understand your dog’s routine, temperament, and preferences so they feel secure and at home. I keep my space clean, low-stress, and structured, and I’m happy to follow any specific instructions you have, whether that’s feeding schedules, medications, or crate routines if needed. My goal is for your dog to feel as close to home as possible while they’re here.

About: I have been surrounded by pets my whole life. Growing up, we always had dogs, cats, and birds. When I moved to the U.S, I lived in the country side with many dogs and thousand of birds (literally). Now, I have a little Chihuahua mix; he is like my baby. I also help my friends sitting their dogs when they are out of town. I love animals; I like to play with them and give them a lot of attention. I have experience administering medication to pets either orally or injectable . I am educated and trustful person who will respect your home and your pets. I am able to pass a background check if it is required. I have a cellphone and my own car. My husband and I both work from home, so your dog will never be left alone. Our jobs are very flexible, which means we can take your dog for walks during the day. I have a very friendly old Chihuahua. My house is big, comfy and very clean. It's at the end of a cul-de-sac, so there's no traffic.

About: I genuinely love animals, and spending time with them never feels like work to me. I’m an active person who loves walks and playtime with energetic pups, but I’m equally happy giving a cat some quiet company and affection or simply respecting the space of a pet who prefers to do their own thing. While I’m new to offering services through Rover, I’m not new to pet sitting. I’ve cared for pets through TrustedHousesitters, including cats, active dogs, and senior pets with different personalities, needs, and routines. I’m also happy to share reviews from my previous sits. I’m a pet mom myself to Daisy, our sweet, social, and playful Golden Retriever. We’re not looking to add another pet to our family right now, but Daisy loves other dogs, so welcoming a friendly pup into our home gives her a chance to make new friends and enjoy some meaningful playtime too. As a pet parent, I know how much peace of mind comes from knowing your animal isn’t simply being “watched.” I want them to feel safe, comfortable, loved, and genuinely cared for while you’re away. That might mean long walks and playtime, lots of snuggles and attention, or giving a shy or independent pet the space and patience they need to feel comfortable. When I leave Daisy with someone, I love knowing that she’s not just safe, but actually having a good time. I want her stay to feel like a fun little getaway rather than being left behind. That’s the same feeling I hope to give you when you leave your pet in my care. Whether I’m walking your pup, checking in on your cat, or welcoming your dog into our home, my goal is simple: to treat your pet with the same attention, kindness, and care I’d want for my own. 🧚‍♀️🐾✨ My schedule is very flexible during the week, which gives me plenty of time for walks, play, potty breaks, and lots of attention. I primarily work as a gigging musician on weekends, so I tend to keep most of my bookings to weekdays. If I’m available for weekend boarding, my husband is also home and helps with pet care, so your pup will still have plenty of company and attention. My Rover calendar will always reflect my current availability! We have a spacious home with plenty of room for pets to relax and play, including a puppy-proofed area where dogs can safely hang out and make themselves at home. We also have a large yard that is currently unfenced, so dogs are always supervised and leashed outside. We’re having a fence installed soon! Our sweet, social Golden Retriever puppy, Daisy, loves other dogs and would be thrilled to welcome a friendly pup for a stay and playdate. We live on a quiet little street that’s great for walks, and I’m also happy to load up the pups for longer adventures at nearby parks, greenways, and trails. I want your dog’s stay to feel as comfortable and familiar as possible, so tell me all about their normal routine: where they sleep, whether they’re crate-trained, feeding schedule, favorite activities, quirks, and anything else that helps them feel at home. We’re flexible and happy to accommodate what works best for your pup. 🐾

About: I’ve been around dogs for as long as I can remember. Growing up, I had a dachshund and a rottweiler (quite the duo!), and later on I had a bull terrier of my own that I absolutely adored. I also lived with a golden retriever, so I’ve had the joy of caring for all kinds of personalities and energy levels. For the past 10 years, I’ve been the go-to dog sitter and walker for friends and family. They trust me because they know their pups will get more than just the basics, they’ll get love, attention, and plenty of playtime. Whether it’s long walks, belly rubs, or just keeping them company, I make sure every dog feels safe, happy, and cared for like they’re my own. Right now I have full-time availability, which means your pet will get plenty of love and attention throughout the day. Since I’m not balancing another job, I can easily work around your pet’s routine, whether that’s regular walks, playtime, or just keeping them company. In my home, pets have plenty of space to feel comfortable — I live alone in a 3-bedroom house, so there’s lots of room for them to play, explore, or just relax. While I don’t have a fenced yard, I live in a very walkable neighborhood, so I make sure they get plenty of walks and outdoor time. I’m also happy to care for pets in their own home if that’s where they feel most comfortable. Whether at my place or yours, I always make sure they get the attention, exercise, and love they need.

About: Between us, we have always had an animal in our lives - from ferrets and horses to cats and dogs. Pets simply make life better and there’s no better way to thank them than to shower them with love and affection. Your fur baby is guaranteed to be excited when they need to stay with us. Nichole was a professional dog walker in Boston before moving to Asheville, so she has experience with all sizes and temperaments. Jackson is certified in American Service Pet training as well, so you can rest assured they are in good, capable hands during their stay. We both work outside of the home - Jackson as a maintenance worker and Nichole as a doctor - so our fur babies are usually lounging inside or in our fenced in yard or inside for 4-5 hours per day. Although we love all pets, please don’t book with us if your animal needs constant supervision. On the weekends, we love spending time out in nature, especially around bodies of water and would love to safely bring your pet along. When you trust us to watch your animals, we’ll follow whatever rules you’d like. They can run around in our fenced in yard or stay inside. We have a large crate as well if your animal prefers that. We have a Bernedoodle that loves playing with new friends, as long as they are not aggressive. We have two indoor cats that love playing with our dog, but would also not do well with an aggressive or prey-driven dog. We love to train dogs as well and are happy reinforce the work you are doing while they stay with us.

About: I have been a pet owner my whole life, owning all sizes from golden retrievers to chihuahuas. Cats too. Now instead of owning, I look after them. This brings me joy. I have loads of free time as I only work outside of my home 7 hours a week. A 4 hour shift and a 3 hour shift at a local art gallery. Typically I become your pets surrogate human. I move into your home to care for your pets. I bring all of my own food and when I leave your place I leave no trace of my stay. That is very important to me.

About: I have been an animal lover my whole life! I got into pet grooming at an early age and have worked and managed in a few different salons around Asheville, NC. I have extensive knowledge of animals such as keeping things sanitary and following strict schedules, diets and plans to fit the animals needs. I am currently available any day and am only accepting drop in visits and bathing at this time. I am new to Rover so I am looking for my first bookings. I can provide references of animals I have cared for previously. I can stick to a strict diet plan and bathe if needed. I will keep your home tidy during the visits and follow any instructions that are left with me.

About: I grew up with several pets including dogs, cats, and exotic birds and have a 6 month old blue heeler of my own. I have amateur dog training experience and by request, I can support your dog's training needs while I am looking out for them. No charge! I will make sure your fur baby receives love as though they are my own. They’ll get lots of playtime, walks and I’ll will send photo updates of how they’re doing. I currently work full time from home so it is very easy for me to be attentive and look after your furry loved one in addition to my own 6 month old blue heeler who is very sweet and friendly with other dogs. I work from home Monday through Friday during the day and this leaves a lot of flexibility to go on walks and play together on the trails right on the 10 acres of wooded land. My home is tucked away in a safe location with a lot of space away from busy roads. I live on 10 acres of wooded land and several trails that loop the entire property that allows for a lot of sniffing opportunities, playtime in nature, and staying in a safe environment throughout the day.

About: I’ve been animal sitting for my friends and family for over 10 years, and I grew up around all types of animals. I genuinely enjoy caring for them and even foster animals in my spare time. I have experience with multiple dogs, including those with medical needs. I work remotely during the week and off during the weekend. I am a morning person so up usually very early and flexible during the workday to make sure they get the proper care and attention. I make sure that they are given my full attention, love and care.
