“Anna was wonderful! It was so comforting to know that I could enjoy my travel, and know that my babies were all well-cared for! She sent photos every day, and updates. Was very pleased with the service! 10/10 would use Rover.com again! Thank you, Ann!”

“Lisa made everything so easy for us! She was super reliable, sent great updates and photos, and really took excellent care of our pup (who is still learning manners and can be pretty energetic!). We really appreciate Lisa’s good communication and quality care - highly recommend!”

“Mary was great with our cats! She was extremely responsive and sent lots of pictures. Our cats all loved her and were very well taken care of. Would definitely book with Mary again!”

“Jodie, as always, took fantastic care of our kitty and plants. She really went above and beyond though, lifting a 70+lbs pound package with huge stickers that said “HEAVY, TWO PERSON LIFT” by herself up a flight of stairs!! Also, no matter where our cat pukes, she always gets the stain out and it’s not even noticeable when we get back. Jodie is the Rover GOAT!!”

“We love Stephanie! She looked after our cat for 10 days while we were on our honeymoon. She was great at communicating and it gave us such peace of mind knowing our fur baby was never lonely!”

“Kira was so amazing. Our guy has a broken leg, and she was so kind as to give us detailed updates and progress on his injury while we were out of town. I 10/10 recommend her, and we will definitely be booking her again for our next out of town trip.”

“Highly recommended! Constant communication and was very flexible with bad weather and challenges getting to my house. Friendly, warm, and wonderful with my kitties. Thank you so much!”

About: I have a lifelong passion for animals, especially dogs, having grown up surrounded by them. In addition to raising family pets, I've cherished my Australian shepherd, Olly, for 7 years, and when I met my now husband he brought a wonderful border Collie mix, 3 years ago, but has owned him for 8 years. We've filled their lives with love through daily walks, outdoor adventures like hiking and camping, and endless exploration. Olly I trained from a puppy and Hank was adopted at 3 and at 11 now he is still learning new tricks! Throughout caring for Olly and Hank, I've also opened our home to friends' pets, treating them with the same affection and care. I'm excited to extend this love and commitment to your dogs, whether through dog walking, drop-ins, or boarding! I work in the office two days a week, but otherwise I work from home! So two of the days maybe longer time before getting let out. We love first and foremost, so that they feel welcomed. We will read their energy to make sure they feel calm and not stressed when they are here. We will provide great exercise and loads of cuddles.

About: I have grown up with pets and have taken care of my own for 8 years now. Additionally I have volunteered for years with humane societies walking dogs and caring for their needs. I care deeply for animals and enjoy enriching their lives which enriches mine in return. I work full time in the Navy but I am currently not on a ship so I have a lot more free time. I am able to walk, drop in, feed your pets anytime after 2pm on the weekdays and I rarely work on the weekends. I also can house sit any day but will need to step out for work if on a week day. I can administer medicines (orally), I surely can play with them, walk them, relax with them (in whatever fashion they prefer). I treat your home and your Fur Baby with sincere respect and care.

“Regan was the absolute best she did all we asked and more she was so kind to our cats and made sure they had the best care she was great at communicating and she absolutely cared about everything will definitely use her again and will recommend her to anyone who needs a pet sitter”

About: I have always had animals in my life. Animals of any kind have been fast to trust me to be in their presence. I’m very patient when it comes to gaining trust of skittish animals or even young puppies who chew everything. I don't schedule through Rover as I have already have a system set up for taking payments. I am a small business owner as well. I have complete open availability except what I have marked off on the calendar typically. I have the capability to work around my schedule to best suit your needs. I don't have the space to allow boarding within my home. Im very open to any and all rules of client's home and will make sure it is kept clean.

“Jessica was awesome and took great care of my two dogs despite a difficult start to their time together. My dogs decided to be somewhat less than cooperative. Jessica handled the situation incredibly well and allowed me to have a memorable visit with my family.”

About: I have almost 24 years of experience working with a variety of animals in a variety of settings (clinics, shelters, boarding/doggy day care and pet sitting). I am working full-time at a veterinary clinic, however, I am available to drop by in the mornings before work and in evenings after work. Since I am caring for pets in their own home, I will follow the guidelines and rules that have been provided for their safety and protection.

About: “If I could be half the person my dog is, I’d be twice the human I am.” –Charles Yu Hi, I’m a lifelong animal lover with over 30 years of experience caring for pets—11 of those years professionally. I've cared for everything from sled dog teams to horses to chickens but dogs are truly my passion, and there’s nothing I enjoy more than spending my days walking, boarding, and providing them with the love and attention they deserve. I am currently certified in Dog Massage, Dog Training Methods to Stop Barking, and Pet Choking. My home is a doggy playground, complete with two fenced yards (one in front and one in back) for playtime and located right next to the beautiful trails of Illahee Park for long, scenic walks. Dogs are allowed on couches and beds here - your furry friend will feel right at home with me! Boarding and House sitting bookings come with a framed fantasy pet portrait of your pet(s) so if you have a preference for your pet paw-trait, please let me know! A little more about us: My husband and I moved here from Issaquah when we bought our first home in Bremerton in July 2023. I didn't bring my clients with me because of the distance, even though I wish I could have! I "retired" at that time from dog sitting but we started doing it again occasionally for friends, neighbors, and family and we realized how much we really missed doing it! We love it here in Kitsap County. So, while I'm not new to professional pet care, I'm newish to the Rover platform - if you have any concerns about my pricing or availability, please don’t hesitate to reach out. My rates reflect the quality of care I provide and are set to ensure my services are worthwhile. That said, I understand the Rover platform can occasionally create confusion, so I’m happy to discuss any unique circumstances you may have. As a freelance graphic designer working from home, I have the flexibility and freedom to dedicate plenty of quality time to caring for pets, whether that be in my home, or at yours. Boarding and Housesitting bookings come with a framed fantasy pet paw-trait of your pet(s). I have two friendly dogs at home who love company and are always up for playtime. They spend a lot of time having fun in our yard, but we also enjoy occasional trips to the local off-leash park. For more adventurous outings, we take longer hikes through the beautiful trails at Illahee and Dickerson, giving them plenty of exercise and exploration.

About: Update: I took a break from Rover to prepare and move across the country. Now, all settled in, I’m eager to get back into caring for your pups. After 28 years of living with dogs and cats, I am thrilled to finally open my home to pet boarding. I provide a safe and loving environment for your furry kids. They will be supervised during potty time and feedings. They can sleep in my bed, on his/her own bed, or will be crated overnight. I want to do for them what you do when they're home. Your pet will hang around with me when I'm home. When I'm away from home, they will be safely crated, or if you prefer, they will be left in a room where they will be safe and comfortable. My goal is to care for and love your pets in my home just as they're cared for and loved in yours. No pick ups or drop offs after 6:00pm, please. I'll happily board small caged animals too. My husband (pet daddy and supportive helper) and I are now retired. We look forward to loving and caring for your pets as we do our own. I have a fenced area outside for fresh air. All time outdoors, including potty breaks are supervised. Your pup will be kept inside our (central heat and air conditioning) house.

“Kaelyn is by far the best sitter anyone can ask for. She truly loves Glinda like I do, and that's what us pet parents are looking for on this app. She always sent pictures and videos, had open communication, and was all around an awesome sitter.”

About: Kitsap county native and recent college graduate I have flexible hours and am excited to meet your pets! Growing up with two high energy rat terriers, I have experience caring for both puppies as well as senior animals who need that extra patience and calm reassurance. Living in Kitsap county provides many opportunities for dog walking adventures. I am currently located in Seabeck which provides numerous trail walking options and am familiar with trails in the Silverdale and E. Bremerton areas as well. I am also more than happy to walk them around your own neighborhood if that is preferred. Additionally, I am happy to do simple drop-ins during the day just to make sure your pets are happy and content. Looking forward to meeting you and your pets! I am currently between jobs and thus have a very flexible schedule when it comes to pet sitting. When an animal is in my care, they are my priority. When caring for pets, I try to make sure they get plenty of exercise and time outdoors if possible. If the weather is bad or the pet isn’t allowed outside, I make sure to keep them entertained with toys and other enrichment activities.
